"After moving to Wan Chai, this popular pizzeria is bigger and better. True to the chef’s hometown traditions, classic Neapolitan pizzas and street food like wallet pizza are made entirely with ingredients from Naples. Pizzas such as Margherita or Vesuviana are made to order, baked in an Italian stone oven at 400°C, boasting a puffy, nicely charred crust and gooey centre. Come early if you want to dine in." - Michelin Inspector

Delicious food with Italian vibes. The atmosphere is amazing, they have both indoor and outdoor area. They have beautiful bar area as well. We had Mushroom truffle pizza with Lasagna, the Lasagna’s receipt was for chef’s grandfather for World War II. Both really delicious with a lot of different tastes in the mouth. We had the brownies with ice cream as dessert and it was yummy. I didn’t like the service though, they were not precise, gave table late, forgot to bring menu for 15 minutes and mess about the birthday surprise. I loved the restaurant though because the atmosphere was friendly and cozy

This Italian restaurant is an absolute gem, truly a cozy and lovingly decorated place that transports you straight to Europe. Its location is absolutely charming, nestled on a corner street with one entire wall adorned with beautiful pink flowers on a vine – a truly picturesque sight! Step inside, and you'll discover a cozy patio at the center of the building, decorated so thoughtfully that it immediately evokes the feeling of being in Italy. The entire place is so nicely crafted and decorated, it effortlessly transports you back in time and across the ocean. The food is just as amazing as the ambiance. From the delicious bruschetta to the flavorful garlic bread and the fantastic pizza, everything we tried was simply wonderful. Our daughter had a great time, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The only reminder that we were still in the USA was the baseball and American football playing on the TV; otherwise, we were completely immersed and transported back to Italy. This is a must-try place for anyone seeking an authentic, delightful Italian dining experience in a truly enchanting setting!

Decor is all Italian, sat in Sinatra room. Plenty of tables inside and out. Pizza was very good, nice chewy crust and perfect as an app. Coppino is worth trying, lots of seafood. Wild boar pasta also a recommendation. Chef Pepe's barrel aged cocktails were excellent, and you can buy the bottles

Cute spot in the middle of Carmel where parking can be a little tricky to find. Their ambiance and location is perfect to enjoy the town. We were able to get reservations for a party of six and were served in a timely manner. We tried quite a few of their items and enjoyed them all thoroughly. We had the gnochi, pea pasta, and the vegetarian pizza. Service and food were high quality and we were well taken care of.

I was actually really surprised that this place was actually wonderful. The atmosphere was very cozy, the service was amazing and the food was great! Would highly recommend - and make sure to reserve beforehand.

Decided to try out some Italian after day at the beach. The service was super friendly and fast! Got the calamari the strawberry gorgonzola salad and the Sinatra. Everything was amazing super light batter in the calamari, a lot of really good strawberries and the pasta was just right! Will definitely be back for the pizza and other dishes that caught my attention. It is a cashless restaurant so that was the only thing I didn't like. Other than that it's great place!

Just a short walk from the inn we were staying, the place was fantastic. Food was excellent and came out reasonably quick. The service was fantastic, our waitress constantly checking in to make sure we were okay and taken care of. We had the garlic break, steak, some pasta and a couple of small pizzas. They had a couple vegan and gluten free options, the steak was perfect for someone with lactose intolerance. They are dog friendly and you can bring you pup with you!!

Your palate will dance to the flavors of the meal you ordered. The lamb is so extraordinary, the pasta, great, the gnocchi very good. Staff are very courteous and prompt to your needs. A place for a romantic dine-in. Place is in the heart of Carmel downtown. A must visit whenever in the area.

Yelp
Little Napoli has that charming, old-world Italian vibe -- warm lighting, cozy decor, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger over wine and good conversation. It's right in the heart of town, so it's popular -- we waited about 20-25 minutes for a table, but it was worth it once we sat down. Service was warm, attentive, and well-paced, with our server checking in just enough without hovering. Truffle Gnocchi: Pillowy-soft gnocchi in a rich, aromatic truffle cream sauce -- decadent and comforting. Margherita Pizza: Thin crust with a nice chew, fresh mozzarella, bright tomato sauce, and fragrant basil -- simple done right. San Vito Pizza: Savory and hearty, topped generously with house Italian sausage and bell peppers for a great salty-fresh balance. Cannelloni Tricolore: Rich and flavorful with a satisfying mix of fillings, baked to perfection under a blanket of sauce and cheese. Overall: A cozy, welcoming spot with delicious Italian comfort food, attentive service, and a lively, inviting atmosphere -- worth the wait if you're in Monterey.

Yelp
Nice ambience: cool bar and dining room vibe, but on the noisy side; the patio is much nicer for dining and talking. The Caesar salad was terrific, although the croutons were on the mingy side; the anchovy was a nice touch. The "white truffle pie" was delicious but again, a bit stingy with the Cambozola cheese; the crust was just OK but the whole thing worked really well. Wine pours by the glass were generous, the stemware is very nice, and the service was professional, attentive, engaging, and courteous. The one thing that was *not* good at all was the 45-minute wait (on a weeknight) even though we had a reservation. Other than that (and it's kind of a biggie for me) this is a good restaurant and I recommend it.

Yelp
We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Little Napoli, and I have to say my boyfriend did an excellent job choosing this place. I loved everything about our experience. The food, the ambiance, and the service were all perfect. We started with garlic bread and marinara sauce as an appetizer, which was a great choice. I ordered the Cannelloni Tricolore, and it was absolutely to die for. I cherished every bite. My boyfriend went with the Chicken Parmigiana, and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. To top off our meal, we shared a delicious tiramisu for dessert. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience and will definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again. I cannot recommend Little Napoli enough!

Yelp
This Italian restaurant located right smack in the middle of Carmel-By-The-Sea has prices that would reflect this beach city's opulence, so no complaints there. We passed by this Neapolitan festooned eatery while getting lost admiring the fairy-tale architecture of CBTS. No reservations on Friday's first day of summer, but our group of 9 was accommodated by splitting us into two tables at the Bar Napoli. The inside was also very reminiscent of European eateries decked with bottles of wine, spirits and consumables for purchase. My son ordered the San Vito (housemade Italian sausage) pizza while my wife and I shared the Amalfi Salad (think Cesar's salad with prawn, shrimp & avocado). Food was surprisingly good for a touristy venue. I also liked the Chef Pepe Old Fashioned to start this dinner.

Yelp
Oh gosh! I love this place. Whenever I go to Carmel this is the only place I go to. This has many vegeterian options. I lovedddd their pizza and pastas and garlic bread. I had the Abbruzzese pizza - omggg it was sooo goooodddddddd (5/5) And the last time we had one of the pesto pastas and the garlic bread and even that was so good My friend had the crab ravioli (I'm not sure what was in that) and he loved it, I wish I had a picture of it I love the ambiance, it is sooo good they have such a beautiful space even the indoors are so cozy, I went on a cold day so they had heaters and it was so picturesque and the sericvce is amazing and they also helped me pick up an option because I was so confused and the way the staff guided me was great I loved this place would always go here whenever I visit

Yelp
One of the few places offering Happy Hour in Carmel. We had the meatball lollipops, beet salad , and white truffle mushroom pizza from the Happy hour menu. The food was good and the pizza was a steal at $15. We sat in the courtyard which is full of Italian village charm. We had the pistachio cannoli and affogato for dessert. The cannoli was meh but the affogato was heaven in a glass. Our server was the friendliest we have encountered in Carmel so far and the support staff was attentive. Little Napoli us a solid spot.

Yelp
I came here for happy hour as a party of 2 around 4:50pm on a Saturday and were seated right away at the bar. They had some great drink specials, $8 for an espresso martini, and really good food deals. We got the artichoke croquettes, meatball lollipops, truffle gnocchi, di stefano salad, and white truffle pie. My absolute favorites were the artichoke croquettes, truffle gnocchi, and the fried goat cheese on the di stefano salad. I'm not usually a gnocchi person, but the truffle gnocchi were cooked to perfection. The artichoke croquettes were also delicious with a crisp exterior and delicious filling. The di stefano salad was a simple salad with greens and beets, but the fried goat cheese ball they had on it was so good and complimented the dish so well. The only thing I didn't love was the white truffle pie. As much as I love caramelized onions, I thought the pie had too much caramelized onion on it and it overpowered the pie. I wish there was less onion and maybe a ricotta or some other savory cheese on top to balance it out. But overall, I'd highly recommend this place. It was a sweet deal for happy hour and the food was delicious.

Yelp
Located on the South part of the main area of Carmel, is Little Napoli. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Anywhere you choose to go, it feels like you're in Italy. The service was great. The fresh rolls were fluffy, buttery and good. We ordered the Margherita and Abruzzese Pizzas. They were good. Fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh Basil, delicious pesto(with pine nuts) and great goat cheese to add fatty, bitterness, slight funk, to cut through. It was Neapolitan. I got a tiramisu to go. Creamy, chocolate, airy, light, deliciousness. *Overall, good. Not quite Neapolitan Certified, but very good. Didn't care for the Pine Nuts on the Abruzzese*

Yelp
Lovely casual Italian food with a nice bar and tvs everywhere. Lovely helpful charming waitress. We're in artichoke country so I had an artichoke appetizer. It did not disappoint. My salad was fresh with prawns and baby shrimp. My husband's chicken parm was a generous portion with loaf of gooey sauce. I'd come back, anytime. It's reasonably priced too.

Yelp
Literally CANNOT stop thinking about this place. The garlic bread is light and fluffy, yet crispy and full of flavors without having grease drip down. The meatballs in the spaghetti tasted fresh, cut apart with just a fork, and most importantly doesn't have that freezer burn / chemically taste some do. Cooked to perfection. The Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey and Ranch were all of my favorite combinations, literally. Inside is honestly adorable, feels like you're at your Italian granma's house with the fireplace and amazing decor. Our server was sooo funny and honestly great to hear her confidence in our choices! We also got a little tiramisu, so light but we were probably too full to truly enjoy it! Will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Ate here for lunch day before a marathon in Big Sur. Loved everything I had and filled me up, something ! needed after no breakfast. Had: Garlic bread (great) Saffron Arancini (really good) Pacific Northwest salmon (highly recommend)

Yelp
Cute place in the heart of Carmel. This place offers indoor, outdoor seating, as well as a bar. Everyone who works here is great, from the staff that sat us to our waitress. We ordered a couple of pizzas, and my husband got the tiramisu. The pizza was satisfying.

Yelp
Great spot for lunch or dinner. We like sitting in the outdoor patio. The service and food is great. They offer great pizza along with gluten free pizza. Great cocktails and appetizers. Their calamari is cooked perfectly.

Yelp
We visited Little Napoli based on a local recommendation but didn't have a reservation. The hostess said we could sit at the bar if there was space. Our group of three found only two seats available, so one of us sat while the other two stood. The bartender completely ignored us--no greeting, no offer to take our order, nothing. When the nearby party left, we took their seats and noticed the bar menu was different from the one we had seen. When I asked about it, the bartender responded abruptly and dismissively, quickly removing the menu and the previous bill. Throughout our 20-minute wait, he continued ignoring us, focusing instead on cleaning the bar. When I politely asked for water, he seemed surprised and gave a barely audible nod, but still didn't serve us. Feeling clearly ignored and unwelcome, we decided to leave. I spoke to the manager, who apologized and said she would address the issue, but made no effort to rectify the situation. It was obvious we were treated differently than the other patrons at the bar--because we were "brown." We felt discriminated against and will never dine there again. We will also share this experience to warn others.

Yelp
Lamb shank was Dy-no-mite!!! Definitely going to be back to try other dishes. There was a pizza and a pasta I wanted to try but didnt have time

Trina V.

Yelp
The Al Forno 'Sinatra' pasta is wonderful. It comes out freshly baked and is flavorful, with delicious spicy sausage, mushrooms, cheese, and ziti. The portion size is smaller than I'd want it to be for $29. The Fangool pizza is unique and also delicious. Comes out hot, great mix of ranch and hot honey. Pretty reasonable portion size for sharing. It's addicting but the crust was a little burnt and dry. The tiramisu was nothing special. $14 is a bit much for the value. In fact it's a bit different from other tiramisus I've had at other Italian restaurants and bakeries. Overall satisfied but I know it's overpriced. Also the complimentary bread was very dry and stale.

Paul M.

Yelp
Truffle gnocchi was the best!! We loved dipping the bread in the sauce as well. The chicken parmigiana was also so yum. It's nicely breaded, topped with cheese. The pasta that comes with the chicken parm isn't as good as the truffle gnocchi. I recommend making a reservation. They allow dogs in the seating/table area located in the quart yard.

Yelp
Little Napoli was like they cut and paste a small section of Italy and plopped it in that Carmel by the sea area - it was great, and almost had me and my girlfriend looking up Italy flights lmao I forgot to post this way back when towards the end of May, but here's my review: It was my girlfriend's birthday that day so we reserved a spot for dinner with our dog, and it was great. Our server Justin was attentive, polite, and made us feel welcome. 5 stars across the board. We ordered so many solid dishes, specifically the truffle gnocchi, along with the truffle pizza, the veal ravioli, and the garlic bread - all delicious. Great place to stop by if you visit Carmel for sure.

Yelp
Still our favorite restaurant in the Monterey area. Food, Service, and Ambiance are wonderful. We arrived early for the 4pm dinner serving on a Wednesday. Husband loved his Halibut; perfectly cooked and flavorful We have a new favorite appetizer in the Pepe Board (yum).

Yelp
We visit Carmel once a year around the holidays and typically have lunch at Little Napoli shortly after we make the drive from the South Bay. Ambiance and Service: There are two sides to the restaurant -- the left-hand side is the one we usually are seated in for lunch, and I expect the right-hand side is filled in during the dinner rush. The interior of Little Napoli is adorned with Italian-themed art and Ferrari flags and memorabilia. It's cute and gives you that I'm-really-eating-at-an-Italian-restaurant vibe. As for the service at Little Napoli, in my experience, it has always been very friendly and sufficiently attentive. No issues whatsoever. Food: The food here is very good. The Little Napoli menu is comprised of standard Italian fare done well. I ordered the Amalfi salad (romaine lettuce, smaller bay shrimp and prawns, avocado, Caesar dressing) and a side of French fries to add a little bit of joy to my pre-wedding diet. My dining companions ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna, both of which were a a hit because they completely cleared their plates. We finished off our meal with some espresso/coffee served with a little biscotti (yum)! Overall, I'd say Little Napoli is a solid choice for a no-fuss meal when visiting Carmel.

Yelp
I really enjoyed hanging out at the bar with Angel. She was nice , attentive and recommended some great food! Started with a house drink and the sausage appetizer! Fantastic! Then I had the Osso Bucco ravioli which was great! Paired that with an incredible Italian wine (one of the best brands ever). I finished with a perfect Afagado and a classic grappa! Great evening in a neat little town! Bei momenti e buon cibo!

Yelp
We stopped in for lunch and had an awesome meal at Little Napoli. For appetizers, we tried the Housemade Smoked Sausage with crispy polenta, calamari, and the Fried Artichoke Crocchette. The sausage had great flavor, and the peppers and onions it came with were delicious. The polenta was light and paired really well. Calamari was super fresh and crispy, and the artichoke crocchette kind of reminded me of a fancy artichoke dip--really tasty. For mains, we got the White Truffle Pie, the Diavola Pizza, and the Pink Vodka Sauce 'Jackie-O' pasta. The truffle pizza was amazing, and the Diavola had great flavor too, just a little oily from the meat (not complaining though). The crust on both pizzas was nice and light. The real standout for me was the Jackie-O pasta--creamy vodka sauce with pancetta and fresh peas that gave it a nice bite. I literally started dipping my pizza crust into the sauce because I didn't want to waste any of it. So good. Service was solid, and overall, it was a very nice lunch. I'd definitely come back just for that pasta.

Yelp
The courtyard seating is really incredible, especially once they turn the lights on! The food was all delicious, their pesto in particular was amazing! Our waiter was super friendly and helped us figure out what we would like to order. Definitely a cozy Italian restaurant that is worth checking out!

Yelp
A cute spot for Italian eats with a homey atmosphere -- it was easy to snag a table for two for a quick bite. The ambiance was lovely and the servers were attentive. The Crab Ravioli had generous portions, their HH deal on food and drinks was great.

Yelp
Had my first "okay" experience at Bar Napoli. As a local, I probably visit here at least monthly. I work just right up the road and when I'm off early, I love grabbing a cocktail and a pizza to end my day before heading home. The service was always stellar, the drinks were interesting, and the pizza has been great. During this visit, we came in around 4:30 on a Saturday and the place was filled to about 80% capacity. The bar itself was fairly empty so we grabbed a couple spots right there. The happy menu has changed recently and they removed two of my favorite cocktails: By the horns and Cool Runnings. The Negroni and espresso martini are still there but I've found them both underwhelming in the past. We decided to try two new cocktails; the Benevento Beach Club and the Bougainvillea. The Benevento Beach Club is made with Hendrick's Gin, Liquore Strega, Almond Orgeat, Lemon, and Pèpero. The Bougainvillea is made with blanco Tequila, Hibiscus Liquer, Strawberry Shrub, Lime, Ginger Beer, and Butterfly Pea Flower is floated on top. Both cocktails were fine but nothing great. What was really disappointing this visit was the service which was very lacking from how disorganized the back of the bar was as well as the poor customer service. From incorrect items on the bill to incorrect drinks being served to my party and the party next to us, it seemed like it was everyone's first day working there. We watched as our drink was prepared and then given to guests who arrived well after us and after we ordered to a drink that was prepared prior to us arriving end up being served to us... it was diluted from all the melted ice and just "meh. It was probably because of these experiences that the ambiance felt stale and unwelcoming. I hope this was a one-off experience because it feels like things have gone way downhill. I'll visit again and cross my fingers that my last visit was a fluke.

Yelp
Although it may appear touristy, Little Touristy actually is a great experience. They have recreated a slice of Italy with its charming outdoor ambiance & inside that of a classic family style restaurant. There are enough servers to take care of you & the food is surprisingly good. I really liked their pepecello drink & house special garlic bread. It may be difficult to get a reservation but they have a first come first serve indoor bar which is nice for walk ins.
google avatar

Lisa G.

Yelp
Food was good but not great. We ordered the peach Burrata, which the Burrata was yummy but the peach was overripe and not sweet. Margherita pizza was fine, not enough sauce or cheese and crust was more of a cracker than a dough. Truffle gnocchi was fine but lacking in truffle flavor. Service was good, our waiter checked on us slightly too frequently, but he was fine.
google avatar

Aakrati K.

Yelp
Good service and ambience. Ricotta ravioli was soft and melted at the fork. Gnocchi was alright, was not soft/pillowy that I come to expect from good places. Pesto pizza toppings were good but crust was just ok. I didn't like the artichoke croquettes, the texture didn't feel right if you are used to arancini without artichoke.
google avatar

Vasanth R.

Yelp
I think this place is definitely worth a try when visiting Carmel. The garlic bread is truly amazing and goes really well with the truffle gnocchi. The seafood risotto was very flavorful and had a good balance of spice and sweetness to it. Our server was really friendly and even made a lot of amazing suggestions with the menu. I do think the ambiance and quality of food is worth giving this place a try if you are visiting Carmel.

Yelp
They had a wonderful experience at this place. The food was magnificent, and I am a 100%, 1% Italian. I highly recommend it. Yes, it costs a few dollars. But it's worth it . Bob

Yelp
Customer service was great! Our waiter was pretty attentive and even recommended a few dishes since it was our first time. I would not recommend the garlic bread. Did not have any flavor. The portions were big and had to take pasta to go. Made reservations for 4:30pm for the outside patio area. It wasn't too busy and they had plenty of outdoor heaters.

Our waitress was super nice and let me get buttered penne pasta with chicken and it was rlly good! I wish they gave me little more pasta but it's ok the chicken makes up for it lol

Yelp
Prior to our visit to Carmel I checked the Yelp reviews for Pizza and decided on Little Napoli. We had 6 PM reservations and arrived a few minutes early and seated immediately. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. It was a cool evening and we choose indoor. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was busy. Our server Ramon was on point. We ordered a Sausage and Cheese Pizza. Pizza comes in one size and was plenty for two of us. The Pizza arrived in a short amount of time. The crust was light and crispy. The tomato sauce and sausage was tasty. We enjoyed the pie and will add Napoli to our dining list when visiting Carmel. Little Napoli serves more than Pizza and we will keep that in mind for our next visit.

Jet P.

Yelp
When visiting Carmel, I suggest making a reservation ahead of time. The food and service were good, I definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Warm and cozy Italian spot in downtown Carmel, made famous by a visit from President Obama (they've indicated on the menu the dish he ordered). Service was friendly and well-paced as we ordered drinks, appetizers, main courses, and dessert for our party of four. A small hiccup from the kitchen on one of our orders was gratefully met with a discount off the bill and handled gracefully by the server.

Yelp
Stepping into Little Napoli feels like crossing the threshold into a cozy trattoria somewhere in the heart of Italy. The ambiance is effortlessly charming--warm lighting, rustic decor, and that quintessential Italian hospitality that transports you back to cobblestone streets and piazzas. I recently organized a large family gathering here during the bustling Christmas season (because nothing says chaos like a family of 22 during the holidays, right? ). Despite the inevitable hiccups that come with coordinating such a sizable group, the team at Little Napoli handled everything with grace and an admirable level of flexibility. Context: I called two weeks in advance to book for 22, split among three families (8, 8, and 6). Upon arrival, one group of six canceled last minute, and understandably, the team had to adjust seating arrangements. While we initially faced some confusion (cue passionate aunties raising eyebrows), the staff quickly smoothed things over, accommodating everyone as best as they could given the circumstances. The Food: Every dish that came out of the kitchen was a testament to Italian culinary artistry. The Lamb Osso Buco was an absolute masterpiece. The lamb was fall-off-the-bone tender, simmered in a luscious sauce that was bold yet refined, with just the right balance of herbs and richness. The Truffle Gnocchi was decadence personified--pillowy gnocchi infused with earthy truffle flavor and bathed in a creamy, dreamy sauce that felt like pure indulgence. Their garlic bread deserves a standing ovation. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with enough garlicky goodness to have you unapologetically reaching for seconds (and thirds). We got dessert and it was coo. Not bad but what was funny was that I HATE port wine. Tastes like cough syrup. And I saw Grappa on the dessert wine menu on the other side of port wine. I was like "hm.. grappa means more grapes in it or something like that? Means it won't taste like cough syrup?" LOL and GYAADAMN did that taste like hand sanitizer. It was STRONG, like BULL! I took a sip and was like uh I don't like that. And the rest of my family was like oh really, and they all drank out of it to the point there was fragments floating in it. And then my uncle comes by from the other table to say what's up. And we all go, idk if you wana try it with some debris in there. And then he SWIGS it all! That's that motherland comin' out for you. It was all in good fun though, just thought I'd share that gross but funny story. The Service: Despite the holiday rush, the service remained attentive, and the staff was refreshingly kind--even when the situation wasn't entirely ideal. If anything, their professionalism only added to the experience. Shoutout to the homie, Ramón! Whether you're a table of two or a small army like ours, Little Napoli delivers authentic Italian charm with a side of heartfelt service. Pro tip: plan ahead and maybe bring a little patience for those busy seasons. Trust me, the payoff is worth it. Carmel, grazie for having such a gem. Can't wait to return. Buon appetito!

Yelp
We made a reservation pretty easily, but ended up canceling it last minute and just ordering pickup! Food was good! Loved the fried artichoke, pizzas, & meatballs (though I wish those were bigger!). The gal who took our phone order was super helpful and friendly. My husband was able to easily run in and pickup. We will eat here again!

Yelp
This was the best Italian food we've had in a long time! We enjoyed the rigatoni with Italian sausage (Al Forno "Sinatra") and the cannelloni tricolore--both were outstanding. The service was exceptional--attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself was charming and cozy, adding to the experience. Visiting from Atlanta while in Pebble Beach, we were treated to a truly wonderful dinner. Thank you, Rose from the Chamber, for your excellent dinner recommendations!

Yelp
Little Napoli never disappoints. Constantly good every time we come. LOVE their San Vito pizza with mushrooms and Sinatra pasta. Their truffle gnocchi is a must for appetizer.

Yelp
Best part of Carmel is the vibe, a little too small portion for a 300$ Meal Meatballs & spaghetti & bread should be more generous

Yelp
We were out and about all day so we were looking to get a late dinner and were so happy we stumbled across Little Napoli. The aesthetic of the restaurant is so fun! All the decor, music and lighting added to making you feel like you're at a little restaurant in Italy. The food was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our pasta and pizza and overall had a great time!

Yelp
Little Napoli is my favorite Italian restaurant on the peninsula. The food is fresh, always delicious and the service is pretty good. I enjoy stopping by when I have friends and family visiting that want a good meal in Carmel by the Sea.

Yelp
I found Little Napoli after doing a quick Yelp search of Italian restaurants in the area. Upon arrival, I didn't expect the restaurant itself to be so large - they had a bar area, outdoor seating, and a restaurant side as well. All of the areas have a charming, intimate vibe to it which we absolutely loved. Fortunately, we were seated right away in the restaurant side which worked out since we were hungry and ready to eat! // COCKTAILS // Grunge N' Ganja: Stiggin's pineapple rum, liquore strega, ginger bitters, passion fruit, bee pollen, lime. I enjoyed the flavor of the cocktail a lot, but my only complaint was the large amount of bee pollen. While it made for a great picture, the bee pollen ended up dissolving some and it felt like powder in my mouth with every sip which was not very appetizing. 2/5 Miracles in Pairs: Absolut pear vodka, Pepecello, cocchi americano, ginger bitters, pineapple, lavender, lemon. Pear forward, sweet, delicious! 4/5 // FOOD // Garlic Bread: A must if you come here! Tons of garlic and butter, served with a side of their marinara sauce. 4.5/5 Pear + Gorgonzola: Mixed local lettuces, candied walnuts, red onion, champagne vinaigrette. Loved this salad! The pears were so sweet and juicy, the candied walnuts added an additional sweetness and crunch, and the champagne vinaigrette helped round out the flavors. 4/5 Cioppino Russo: Tomato and wine based seafood stew with garlic bread. I am a huge fan of cioppino and have ordered this many times in my life. Sometimes I am disappointed, sometimes I am indifferent, and other times I am thrilled I ordered it. Luckily, this was one of those occasions where I was glad I ordered it. The flavor was delicious and filled with crab claws, shrimp, baby shrimps, baby scallops, clams, fish, and mussels. I added a sprinkle of crushed red peppers which made this dish even better for me. 4.5/5 Veal 'osso buco' ravioli: Braised veal, mushrooms, porcini cream. Very, very rich! We both felt it was not only too rich in flavor, but the sauce was definitely on the sweeter side. I would personally not order this dish again and would opt for the crab ravioli or one of the other pasta dishes. 1/5 Overall, I was very pleased with our dinner at Little Napoli. The ambiance, service, food and cocktails were good. I would absolutely order the cioppino again and the pear and gorgonzola salad (which our server let us know is seasonal).

Yelp
I went here for my birthday and it was amazing! I didn't make a reservation but was seated quickly. I ordered the crab ravioli as my entree and as appetizers we ordered the white truffle gnocchi and garlic bread. Words will never be enough to capture how amazing the white truffle gnocchi was. If you come here, PLEASE get it. I cannot recommend it enough. We were sat inside and it was very romantic and definitely gave me Italy vibes. 1000/10!!!

Yelp
Food was great, server was also amazing but service could be faster. A little pricey but well worth it!

Yelp
Service was really slow unfortunately we had to ask for our server 15 min wait once we got seated, the food was just ok. The only thing I really liked is the salad.

Yelp
The pasta is delicious. We ordered garlic bread, pesto genovese and the pink vodka sauce "Jackie O." We got a chicken parmigiana to go. Everything was tasty. The restaurant is cozy inside and out. The service was very good. This was our my favorite restaurant out of all the restaurants during our 3 night/4 day stay in Carmel by the Sea.
