Heather is the loveliest, most caring and compassionate person and owner. It is clear she cares deeply about her centres, the kids and their families. My son was with Little Owl for a couple years and we had a great experience. Little Owl is welcoming, nurturing and warm and we were lucky to be there!

Owner closed a center due to personal issues and it shows still. Better centres downtown for sure Edited as I see one of the property owners of Victor has left a review. Typical of the owner. At the time our child attended Heather was hard to get a hold of, often slept in, had high staff turn over ( a few girls went on mat leave and did not return which is telling I think). If the business has improved it is clearly because she had taken on too much but left families to take the brunt. I hope for the kids sake some of the new reviews are genuine and not her friends/property owners/employees

Heather is amazing with children and I trust her with my Children whole heartedly. She also took care of my severely disabled quadriplegic son when he was a wee lad and was nothing but attentive and supportive of his extra special needs

Both centres are staffed my lovely, warm and caring staff. Personalized attention, compassionate and proactive communication with families and a cozy and fun environment for the kids. Highly recommend Little Owl!
