I’ve been buying my coffee from Little River for almost 15 years. You will not find a better coffee experience in Spartanburg County, guaranteed. It’s a local favorite, for sure. The site also offers excellent food items (breakfast is awesome), sandwiches, outside areas for kids, pets, & music, and oh yeah—the coffee is roasted fresh on site. If you are traveling or visiting family & love coffee, you have to come to Little River Roasting. Love this place!

Such a refreshing and welcoming place. As a specialty coffee roaster, we always enjoy seeing other people living the dream and this place is certainly a stakeholder in the community. We loved meeting the different staff members and roasters as well as trying a few menu items. The venue is also beautiful for indoor and outdoor seating, kid-friendly and they host live music on the weekends. Great hospitality! A must visit!

It was my first time visiting. Christina, was friendly and knowledgeable about Gluten-free. She made sure, I was taking care of and informed me what items are safe to eat. They offer gluten free bread and corn tortillas. Diego, was in the kitchen and he took the time to speak with me. Diego custom-made grill chicken tacos. Thank you to Christina and Diego for going above and beyond to make sure my food was made Gluten free. Thank for making my first visit a wonderful experience.

The young lady that was working the day I visited was amazing!! I had never been before and was unsure of what kind of coffee I wanted. She was very patient with me and asked what flavors I liked and if she could make me a cup of what she thought I would like and I said that would be fine. Whatever she made was delicious!! I also ordered some chicken and waffles and man they were delicious as well!!! I also asked about the bakery items and what she would recommend and she told me the pinwheel had mozzarella cheese and was great warmed up so I tried it as well and yes, it was amazing as well!!! Will definitely be back soon to try more food and coffee!!! I also love that it's right by the Mary Black Trail so when you are walking you can run in and grab food or drinks! I think this is my new favorite spot!!

what in the world! this place goes down in the top ten best food and latte. had honey butter chicken biscuit, breakfast burger, & mochas. simply amazing. everything is cooked to order, biscuit & breads all baked fresh. what a treat!!

Caution: Super helpful and genuinely nice people work here! The young lady behind the counter helped me choose coffee beans to take home for daily use. The breakfast burrito is legit and filling. The atmosphere was perfect for a coffee joint. I highly recommend them for your morning caffeine needs! Just keeps getting better every time I come in! 11/9/23 Amazing as always!

Such a cute little coffee bar! This is my first time visiting, the staff is super sweet and the coffe was fantastic! I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I told them to just make me something and they came up with the most creative blend of flavors. 10/10 would recommend.

Local roaster that's amazing. Better then Starbucks. Feels more a relaxing atmosphere and the employees are amazing. Drinks were amazing. The outside sitting area is kid friendly also.

My go-to for bags of ground coffee. LRR has that great small, local, coffee shop vibe as it is cozy and just the right amount of worn. Service is excellent as the staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. You have a question --- they have an answer. The treats are delicious, too!! Peanut butter and banana (with drizzled honey) on toast! My stomach is growling just writing about it!! Their biscuits, muffins, and other goodies are fabulous as well. To boot --- you can get some swag here, too. Oh yeah. I'm grateful for the free cup of coffee with the purchase of my bagged coffee!! Nice touch!!

I discovered this hidden gem along the walking trail. After several days of smelling the amazing aromas, I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! It is very open and inviting! I was promptly greeted with a hello and a smile! I ordered a seasonal drink blended. It was so rich, flavorful and perfect! As someone loves a very popular coffee chain, I was surprised how much I enjoyed this coffee! There was plenty of space to enjoy my coffee inside and outside. I will definitely be returning!

Best beans around!!! We always buy our espresso beans here. We've tried multiple different places, this place hands down is the best. The owner is very kind and showed us around the first time we came in! The food and dessert is just phenomenal! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

I found this spot while looking for a local coffee roaster to support, since I make my coffee from home and did not want to buy any commercial wide beans because big companies don't need more money but small businesses do! I am not exaggerating when I fell in love with their beans when I first bought them! So fresh and the taste was so much more delicious and different than any other big store I would get beans! My husband and I first went there and the owner greeted us as he passed the front door! Not only was he very hospitable and kind, he brought us to the back and showed us where they roasted their beans! We were able to have a nice talk with the workers and they were eager to answer our questions about the way they roast the beans! It left a great first impression! Since then, every time I have gone for beans and also got food or coffee, they never disappoint! It is even better than what I imagine when I see it on the menu! The space there also feels authentic and like I can relax and have a casual conversation without feeling rushed!

I've become a loyal customer here (at all locations) because they are consistently the best around! Perfect lattes and they have a strawberries and cream scone that is worth way more than it cost! The staff is kind and I look forward to seeing who just so happens to be working. And their breakfast burrito is exactly what you need! 100/100

Great local roaster. Good quality light roasts for your pour over brews. Nice breakfast and lunch option for weekdays if you work nearby as I do.

Went in the late afternoon and there was not much traffic. The location is off the beaten path but it seems like their roasting location that they've turned into a neat spot and looks like it's a good contributor to the community. Unfortunately the coffee was below average. Unfortunately the latte I received was not brewed well and the foam was like airy fluff. That could just be the barista that day and it could be better. Staff was very busy all over the shop and felt rushed.

It is a little difficult to find the entrance because it seems to be part of Fentwell, but once we ventured in, we felt it's great vibe! Clean, modern, a little industrial, with a GREAT menu (we went for lunch), and service with BEAUTIFUL SMILE! Thank you!

Nice little place! In a new building bu it has that renovated warehouse feel felt in Asheville or Atlanta. The Brussel sprout taco is amazing! It takes a while but is worth the wait. Really good coffee too. I like the atmosphere, nice and bright. Definitely my new favorite coffee shop in town.

The sandwiches were overcooked and we couldn't even take a bite. Heat lamp apparently worked overtime. Coffee was great. Didn't get our full order because we were basically ushered out of the business with our to go order so we didn't notice items were missing until after we left. Had such a "poor taste" in our mouths we didn't even bother going back. Older lady that took our order was quite rude. 5 people in our group so not a cheap order and she basically mocked one in our group for not being able to hear her. She even told them to hurry up when they stuttered. Will NEVER be back. My 2 stars are incredibly generous. Too bad I can't say the same for them.

Visiting from Chicago. Went to Ashville, Greenville and Spartanburg and by far this is my favorite place the best gem I found on my trip, wonderful coffee, fresh, delicious sandwiches, and salads. Even the dressings were fresh and homemade. homemade bread. The staff and cooks were exceptional. It has a great vibe. I'm so glad I found this place. I'm staying in Bolingbrook and this is been worth the trip every morning. Thank you thank you thank you.

I enjoyed my visit to this little coffee shop. It reminds me a bit of Pete. The coffee was good as was the tea. I will say that the tea was a little too late for my taste, but it was refreshing.

Maybe Little River Roasting has the best coffee in the Southeast. Certainly the best in the 4 or 5 cities I have lived in. I was standing in line, waiting for my coffee, roaster filing the shop with its aroma. I noticed a cheerful expression behind me, and said, "great coffee isn't it!" and she broke into a long story about how she moved down here from New York so worried about being able to get good coffee in the morning and then she discovered this shop and it was the greatest coffee she had ever had, every morning. You can find their coffee all over Spartanburg but it is freshest at Marion Avenue where they make it, ask for whatever they just roasted, stretch out on a battered sofa, prop your feet on an old coffee table amid the piles of empty coffee bags. Take a bag home to fill your kitchen with its aroma.

Little River is excellent. They're able to extract unique flavors like blueberry and peanut butter from their beans. Stop in for some freshly roasted beans or grab a quick cup for $1. ONE DOLLAR! That's the best deal in Spartanburg!

We always enjoy visiting Little River when we visit family in Spartanburg. We make sure we buy a few pounds of coffee every time we are here. They sell dollar cups of coffee, which is convenient too! I recommend the Tuxedo Roast.

Coffee is as fresh as you can get. Go in, throw your dollar in the jar and grab a cup of delicious. Simple and wonderful. This is just coffee at it's finest....not a coffee shop per say. You aren't getting your specialty drinks here, just a great cup of coffee at a very reasonable cost and in a great atmosphere.

I love the Coffee Bar! Their coffee is excellent (I prefer the Little River Roast) but some of their teas are good too. For a hot day treat, try the iced peach tea. Super sweet, but super tasty. And the prices seem very reasonable too! Highly recommended!
