I’d been here years and years ago when I worked nearby and decided to head back over this weekend to see if it was still just as delicious. We arrived about 4pm and were pleased to be seated right away. The location is pretty small, but feels pretty open. Service is great and we didn’t have to ask for a thing our entire meal. We started with eggs rolls which I loved. They came with fresh veggies and such to wrap them with. We all were craving pho so we ordered two beef and shrimp and one with chicken. Everything came out pretty quick and the portions were huge. The broth was amazing and the fresh veggies added made it even better. We can’t wait to come again and try a few other dishes.

I’ve been here a few times now, and brought my fiancé with me to introduce her to little Saigon. She felt the same way I did, from the moment you walk in. It’s a nice, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. The decor almost feels like we’re eating at their house. Both of our waiters were great and constantly checking up on us. For starters we had their delicious fried egg rolls and some tea. We had rice noodle with pork and grilled shrimp with fried rice for our mains and everything was so good. We couldn’t finish our plates because of the portions they give. It’s a lot of food! Our new favorite spot for delicious Vietnamese food !! Amazing service and Their broth is Pho-nomenal here… so clean and tasty! We also love the cozy nostalgic vibes..it’s so comforting !! Can’t wait to come back!!

What we ordered: Tsingtao Singha Entrees: Pho biet Fried spring rolls Shrimp curry in skillet dish Had nothing bad to say this spot was a hidden gem in downtown Glendale that we went too last minute and was it a great decision indeed my pho tasted great good amount of toppings, flavorful broth and fresh add on veggies , the rolls were crispy and yummy ! And curry tender will be coming back

Little Saigon used to be our absolute favorite! We’ve been loyal weekly customers for years because the service was always top notch and the food consistently great. Sadly, since the recent staff changes, it just hasn’t been the same. The wait time was significantly longer than usual, the quality of the food has noticeably gone downhill, and the iced coffee (which used to be one of the highlights!) didn’t arrive until we got the check. It was such a letdown. To be fair, our waitress was kind and clearly doing her best. I really appreciated her effort. But overall, the experience just felt off. It’s so disappointing to see a place we once loved lose the magic that made it special. I hope the restaurant finds its footing again, but for now, we’ll be taking a break from our weekly visits.

Delicious, friendly, good prices. I had the egg rolls with coconut chicken curry. Just a tip for parking... It is downtown Glendale, so make sure to drive together and prepare to walk a few steps depending on what time of the day you go.

A cute little pho spot in Glendale. I noticed they had many different types of dishes. I would love to try some of their stir fry noodles next time. Great service. I order pho with beef brisket and I added tripe. It was delicious. The soup came out hot which I loved because when you add the sprouts it cools down. For appetizer I order spring rolls! Tasted fresh@

Average food quality and terrible service. The owner is not very friendly. Not sure if she had a bad day but come on I'm a customer don't take it out on me. She gets sassy when you ask for condiments. Food is average. Second time met the owner. and that will be my last time eating @Little Saigon. Do not recommend.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. The pho took a little linger to get than most other places, or perhaps they were waiting for us to eat our appetizer. 1. The meat was not as plentiful as the majority of other pho places which was a little disappointing, however, 2. The pho broth was obviously home made with live, not a bullion based pho. Although it could have used more star anise IMO. 3, the place while small as most pho places are, it didn't feel that way. I did NOT feel like i was elbows touching other dinners as many other pho places are. As a bigger woman i did NoT feel like i had to squeeze by other tables. 4. The staff were very pleasant and we did not have to wait for refills. And they handled special requests such as no onion garnishes on my soup were pleasantly handled. Even when I asked for a teaspoon of their spring roll sauce so that I could see what it was like for next time they had no problems with. It was a little dark, but I was still able to read the menu. And the darkness was actually comforting after being out in the Phoenix Sun. 5. The music was a nice level, we could talk across the table and NOT feel like we had to yell. I would suggest to the owners to either get rid of or take care of your fish tank better. I felt bad for the 1-2 fish inside it. The water was cloudy and probably needed a water change or the filtration changed out. And the inside glass needed cleaning for beginning of algae. It could have been a nice feature, but instead looks like a neglected decor afterthought. 6. I would come here again, especially if you want a sit down experience, or are brining guests and you wont feel rushed.

We met friends for dinner at Little Saigon. We were greeted and seated right away. Little Saigon is located in a cute little house in Glendale. There are three different rooms for customers to eat. We decided on two orders of shrimp, vermicelli, pork, vermicelli, and rice with stir fry vegetables and beef. Usually, we get the fish sauce first for the vermicelli noodles. This time our main entrées came with no sauce. We asked for the sauce and one bowl came out. Again we had to ask for two more bowls of sauce. Weird, this was the first time this has happened. I guess staff were a little off and busy tonight. I still give them five stars for the meal, which was delicious. The shrimp were grilled perfectly. It was a nice evening. Free street parking.

Tried this place Saturday night and it did not disappoint. For the appetizer we ordered the spring rolls. I like that they include veggies on the side, so you can wrap it with lettuce and cucumber. For the entree, I had the chicken curry with white rice. My favorite part was the carrots, they were so delicious. The sauce was thick and flavorful. The entire meal was a 5/5. There was no wait when we arrived at 7:30pm. The server was very friendly and prompt. Having the restaurant inside of a house makes it feels homey. Downtown Glendale is full of little gems.

Their pho is very good and I can't get enough of the potstickers ! I have been twice in the last two weeks and definitely plan on returning soon. -1 only because they have Mr.Pibb rather than Dr.Pepper. Very cozy place, can't wait for it to get chilly to enjoy even more.

Great service from San the moment we walked in. A very cute, homey and clean establishment tucked in Downtown Glendale. San took great care of us and we were ultimately happy with our meal! We ordered the beef pho and it was flavorful and came out quickly. I had a small issue with the lemongrass chicken but Kathy took care of it and was so sweet and helpful! Will for sure come again.

I did not expect to be able to find good Vietnamese food in Phoenix. Boy was I proved wrong. Everything was excellent with very fresh vegetables and perfect balance of spices. Not too oily and very flavorful. For our non-adventurous eater, we were able to get a beef stir-fry with veggies. The rest of us loved the cumin spiced fish specialty dish, spring rolls (excellent), pork belly, and the crepe was delicious as well. Finally, the service was excellent. The ambiance was classy (great place to take your mom!). Nice clean bathrooms and a not too bright lighting. So all in all a very pleasant experience.

All these years later and still just as amazing. We came for an early dinner and were pleasantly surprised or be seated right away. We started with egg rolls and then all three of us ended up ordering pho, two beef and shrimp and one with chicken. The flavors were awesome and veggies fresh. Service was great and we had no issues at all.

I love the ambiance of this place. I made a slight change to my Springfield roll order, no problem. The food arrived at the table pretty quickly, considering the account of customers. I will definitely visit again soon! The restaurant can accommodate large groups. Great place for date night. There's outdoor/indoor seating available. Accessible parking and entrance.

What a charming little Vietnamese restaurant @littlesaigonaz inside of an old house in historic downtown Glendale @historicdowntownglendale . With several different rooms tucked away throughout the restaurant, we were given a sense of privacy and intimacy. There's a large patio out front under a huge, old tree that I would love to sit under when the weather is cooler to watch shoppers walk by on the quiet downtown street. At night, the exterior and patio are lit up with colorful Christmas lights for a warm, welcoming feel. My daughter and Hubs came by last week for dinner after acupuncture across the street and came home raving about the delicious spicy chicken dish and pho. We all wanted to return this Wednesday and try dinner. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. We were sat at a large round table in the main room near the register. We ordered: - 03. CARI GA coconut curry chicken with potatoes, carrots & onions - 04. GÀ XÀO THẬP CẨM CAY spicy chicken stir-fried with mixed vegetables - D11. BO CUON LÁ NHO marinated beef wrapped in grape leaves with roll-it-yourself rice paper - R1. BÚN THỊT HEO NƯỚNG grilled pork Vermicelli Salad Bowl, add egg roll - P4. PHỞ TÁI BÒ VIÊN sliced beef & beef meatballs Pho x2 - TRÀ NÓNG hot jasmine tea for 2 - TRÀ THAI Thai tea My daughter really loved their Thai tea. Hubs and my other daughter said the pho was outstanding last night. I enjoyed every bite of my chicken curry dish with a side of veggies subbed for rice. It was spicy and flavorful, but not so much that I couldn't handle it and the vegetables were steamed just right. I was definitely sweating at the end of the meal in a good way.

Went here after my daughter's game, and wow--I can see why this place has such high reviews! The food was absolutely delicious--one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to in a long time. My wife and daughters all enjoyed their meals. We loved the variety of seafood, chicken, and beef options. My daughter ordered the beef pho, and it was fantastic. Great food, great experience--we're already looking forward to coming back soon!

I'm so glad we found this little gem. The ambiance feels very nostalgic and the pho is incredible! The vermicelli bowls are equally delicious. The team work together to give great service. We love coming here!

A delightful little hidden gem in downtown Glendale! We went on a Saturday at 1 PM and got right in with no wait. We had the rice noodle salad with shrimp and it was incredible! The shrimp was seasoned and cooked perfectly, the dressing that went over the noodle salad was fresh and bright, and you could add a little spice with the chili, which made it perfect! Highly highly recommend it was super delicious

Came here with my friend for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Comfortable homey cozy restaurant! Service went excellent and smooth. I ordered the beef, brisket with meatballs and tripe.. 3/5 for broth. The shrimp salad was delicious. It came with a unique round chip that you can eat it with. Great meal

Been out in AZ for over a year now and have been on the hunt for authentic VIETNAMESE food and this is pretty LEGIT! It's a bit of a drive for us but don't mind if food is good. Very cuute place that appears to be a traditional home made into a cozy restaurant. Restaurant was clean and it wasn't too busy for a Saturday afternoon . We were quickly greeted by a very sweet young lady who said we could sit anywhere we liked, we chose a quiet room off to the side. Decided to start off with egg rolls and viet coffee . To our surprise, both very good and fresh! I went with a beef pho and hubby went with lemon grass pork with vermicelli ..We were very satisfied with our dishes as this is as close as it gets to homemade VIET dishes as we can get! Quality, Freshness, Authenticity, and Yumminess spot on Only wished there were more herbs provided for pho and rice noodle wasn't overcooked. Other than that the broth was very delicious! The best kept secret in old Town glendale az. I've been coming here for a very, very long time. Food is consistently good. I've known the chef for a long time. Time to revisit my old friends. Thanks for all the good times.

This might be one of the cutest restaurants to eat in. Staff was kind, quick and helpful. Will go back for another visit for sure. The pho wax okay. Not great, but a slight better than good. Will go back to try other dishes. Great little place for a "date night". Seems like a place locals love. Keep supporting!

Very quiet and peaceful. Clean. Good service all around. I should've gotten egg rolls to go too, they were delish. It was very popular but not crowded. Enjoyable

What a great spot! I came here with my coworkers and I was excited to eat Vietnamese food - I haven't had pho in a while. Although the menu was large and they had a lot to offer, I ordered the Chicken Pho and asked about the broth, which is beef. Our waiter shared he could also use chicken broth, so I opted for that even though beef is okay with me (just not pork). They do offer a vegan bowl and vegan broth which is accommodating. My bowl was large and plentiful. I received the plate of topping prior to the bowl which included the standard basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, sliced jalapeños, and lime. Everything was delicious! I finished my pho and was not overly full, which was good. My lunch companions all seemed to enjoy their dishes as well, as they ordered rice vermicelli bowls with shrimp and tofu, tofu curry and plates, spicy chicken, and spring rolls. Service was efficient and friendly considering our large group, which is always appreciated. I love the atmosphere here of an older, cozy house and there's a nice patio and plants outside for when the weather is cooler. I'd like to come back and try some additional menu items!

When you first approach the restaurant what strikes you is the overall ambience of the place. i loved the atmosphere that it provided. The prices were fair and the food was also great. I enjoyed the food too. I got the pho with beef. It tastes like your average pho spot. The service was also great. I came with a bigger party and tended to my party well. My parents and I visited here during time in Phoenix and were amazed with the quality of service. Our waiter was so kind and gave us wonderful menu recommendations. All the dishes we tried were delicious and the atmosphere of the small restaurant was cozy and inviting. Hope to return soon!

Came for lunch on Thursday at 11:30am. Been quite awhile since I've been here last so I needed to fix that. We were the only patrons so we were immediately seated. Quick glance at the menu and went with the Egg Rolls, Pho Ap Chao, and the Caramelized Catfish. Flipping delicious! Every dish was fricking good! My favorite was the catfish! Wanted to lick the claypot clean just to give an idea. Food came out quickly and service was good. They are consistent with food quality and service. Definitely recommend!

This place is a little hidden gem! In town and pulled up Yelp and was luck to come upon this little jewel. It's tucked off a side street in old town Glendale. From what I saw it's street parking only. It's a small building with twinkle lights and a cute front patio that I found endearing. Walking in you were hit with a delicious smell of spices and we knew we were in for a treat. We were seated immediately in a side room with 2 other couples and given menus. We did have to wait a few minutes for someone to return...not sure if it was because they were busy or something else, but once we ordered everything came quickly. Honestly, I can say these were the best spring rolls I've ever had! The pork that was inside was super flavorful and the rest of the ingredients were fresh and crunchy. I immediately regretted not ordering more. After that, it was on to our pho. Really amazing broth and great chicken. Honestly? Top 3 phos I've ever had! Definitely want to return next time I'm in town!

Good food with decent service I had the pho and I am not a pho nor soup fan. I actually quite enjoyed it. I do still prefer ramen but this was really flavorful. They give you a plateful of veggies you can put in your soup, i recommend adding it as soon as the soup arrives so it can cook a lil bit. There is also hoisin sauce and siracha on the table if you want a sweetness or spiciness to it.

I always love going to this mom/pop restaurant because they never disappoint us in service and food. It is clean, the people are friendly, prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious!

My husband and I came on a Sunday afternoon, were seated right away, and both ordered rice vermicello salad bowls with eggrolls. We both really enjoyed our meals and the price point is perfect.

Just came to visit AZ and wanted some Vietnamese food and found this place in downtown Glendale. The staff was really nice and very surprisingly the food came out so fast! The spring roll was good but the wrap was a little on the tougher side. The vermicelli pork bowl was pretty good and the portion was pretty big as well. The chicken pho was okay. The noodles could have been better but overall a pretty good Asian/ Vietnamese place to come in the area!

Love this place! I don't know where to begin but it's my family's new favorite spot to get pho :) The service is great, our server Luan was very nice and despite it being busy he was taking care of everyone! The restaurant is cute, cozy and very clean. Food was delicious probably the best pho in Phoenix. Give this place a try!

Best Gyoza dumplings. I surmise these are actual made at the restaurant. Some of the best I have ever tasted. Good service, can be slow at usual peak times. Pho was decent, no complaints , I prefer meatballs to be char broiled, which is not the case on their menu.

Found this local favorite by pure luck! And wow! The food is packed with delicious flavor. I understand why people come here and you will too. Building looks to be a home converted into a restaurant but don't let that stop you. They are great at take out. Food is nicely packaged. I wish I could remember the exact numbers of the menu items we ordered but it was all delicious. Had no idea this little restaurant was voted best of Phoenix by New Times. They definitely earned my vote. Our server was quick to recommend dishes for us to try. Nice quick and courteous. We will definitely be back. Enjoy and thank me later!

Such an adorable spot. First time and we are definitely coming back. Everything we had, rice noddles, Pho, and Spicy Shrimp were so good. Service was good. Seated within minutes of signing seating sheet.

Came here for late lunch for the first time couple weeks ago with a friend at 2:00 pm, OMG we waited for 46 minutes to be exact! I talked to one of the waiters, why it's take so long to get a table and there were few tables available ? His answer was, ''we do our best '' really! The food was good actually, so the 3 stars is for the food.

Not much to say here. It to me was average pho. I feel like when you have to Dr it up a lot to taste good was it really their pho. They do have quite a few sauces to do that with tho. Wasn't much meat either. Service was decent. The atmosphere was nothing special besides being in historic Glendale. The entrance is probably the coolest part. Somewhat worth a try.

We were looking forward to eating here based on the reviews. The restaurant was less than half occupied. We waited at the front for at least 15 minutes. The last 5 minutes of waiting, 2 more groups came in after us to eat. Finally we were seated without any apologies. The other groups were sat right after us. The server took the drink orders of the other tables and served their drinks before even coming up to us. After just about 10 minutes of waiting at our table, we just got up and left. Another couple who was waiting at the front decided to leave as well because they were waiting to be seated. It's unfortunate because I'm sure the food was good but the service was terrible.

First time to Little Saigon but not our last! We have eaten in many restaurants in Thailand, Cambodia, and Viet Nam. This was very authentic Vietnamese food and Thai tea! Portions are large and food is delicious. Be sure to ask about the level of spiciness as my dish was high end for a foreigner. Reasonable prices. We will be regulars.

Cute restaurant in downtown Glendale. It looks like it was previously a house. We ordered two beef and brisket pho, which was delivered seven minutes after sitting down. The service was great. I think the restaurant needs a good cleaning though, there was food splatter on the walls and our salt shaker had gunk on the inside.

I was excited to find this place! I met a friend for lunch who is local to the area. Located in downtown Glendale with plenty of street parking - this charming little house reminded me of the Asian cuisine I enjoyed in Seattle for the last 40+ years. It was busy but not overly so for a Sunday afternoon. I enjoyed a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and lots of veggies with sauce. When I asked to sub rice instead of the noodles (texture issues) they had no issue with doing that. No additional charge for that either. Super friendly and efficient service, great price and no one made us feel uncomfortable or rushed when we continued to sit and visit for hours. Clean bathrooms with changing tables (nice touch!) and I personally saw tables being cleaned and sanitized. Everyone wore masks as well.

Cute little Vietnamese place .. I found it on Yelp and drove right past it. It's housed in a cute little house with a white picket fence, i wasn't expecting it! Walked in put my name on the list and was seated quickly in one of the rooms, every other table is occupied for social distancing. I ordered the vermicelli bowl with pork and added shrimp for $3. Well worth the it.. the shrimp were butterflied and were grilled nicely adding a tasty bite to my bowl. Pho, spring rolls, vegetarian options, rice bowls, seafood, tea & boba drinks also available. Good food, good service. Park on the street not in the lot next door.

I have been getting food from Little Saigon for years and never reviewed them! They are by downtown Glendale I'm a small spot behind st Vincent de Paul. You would miss them if you didn't know they were there. I love Vietnamese food and this place delivers on everything they do. We normally stick with vermicelli and chicken and some appetizers like spring and pork rolls. Their fried rice is amazing and the kids favorite. Everything always is fresh and delicious. Egg rolls are crispy and served with plenty of garnish and fish sauce. The spring rolls are stuffed with goodies and the peanut sauce is fabulous. Sometimes the chicken has gristle but it's still delicious. The prices are comparable to other Vietnamese spots and service is quick and friendly. Not long before we will be back for more!
