Google
Excellent small bakery in the State Street Food Court. Their cookies are huge! Many dessert options like brownies, muffins, and cinnamon rolls in addition to sandwiches and breads. Love that you can order from many other food vendors in this food court in addition to Little Sky Bakery.

Went for the sourdough olive bread. Thankfully sold in a small loaf (called section) in addition to the larger round. Taste is delicious. Soft inside, with fresh sourdough consistency. Only negative about this place is the cookies are far too large. Like a good 3 person serving. Make some smaller ones for gosh sakes. Lost a sale with me and just not “kid-friendly“. Highly Recommend!

This is our favorite bakery and we always grab a few goodies during the Saturday farmers market. This was our first time to their physical location which we discovered by accident. Obviously, we had to grab a few items. Our favorite items are their sourdough bread, cinnamon raisin pain de mie, chocolate sourdough scone and the cookies!!

This place is a gem. The sourdough bread is nothing short of magical. The best bread around!!!! It’s incredibly good! The sourdough loaf is heavenly, the jalpeno cheese batard and cookies are just perfect. I love the service and the ambiance.

A lovely delicious bakery with big fresh assortment of pastries, cookies, breads and sweets. Can't wait to visit the main location in Menlo Park.

No extra fees or surcharges. Thank you Little Sky Bakery for the honest, inclusive menu pricing and please stay fee-free. They have an abundance of sweet and savory baked goods here, with a generous variety and size of free samples. One particular novelty is the giant veggie empanada which is almost the size of a dinner plate! Outdoor seating: This location is in the State Street Market Food Hall, which has a large outdoor seating area to serve all of its vendors. Some tables are shaded/covered and others are in the open.

Yelp
I love their breakfast bars. I'm not gluten free, nor is this a health conscious choice - I just love seeded oat-y cookies / bars. Be warned though this bar is massive, so get a friend to share it with. Their cookies are also great (and also massive), the oatmeal raisin cookie I got was soft and crumbly, more cake-y in texture (which I liked). Finally a place that doesn't make their cookie too crisp / hard. The caprese sandwich wasn't bad but personally probably wouldn't get it again since it was too much bread relative to the fillings (and a bit too oily for me). The chicken shiitake mando I'd also skip, a lot of bread relative to fillings and nothing special as someone who has eaten a lot of Asian buns in her life. Bread-wise, their pistachio challah was interesting, but I found it a bit dry and didn't end up finishing it. I got a half of their country loaf but regretted the decision to get a half since halving it caused it to get smushed. Wished it was more airy, would opt to try a round next time.

Yelp
I got a section of the cinnamon walnut raisin bread from the Belmont Farmer's Market ($6.50) - I think an entire bread loaf is $12-14. (A) Taste - felt off. The bread was hard and dry and both my husband and I agreed that it was almost to the point of tasteless (B) Price - it is pricey. It was a small section of a loaf -- for context I usually buy the Inked Keto Bread from Costco ( ~ $10 for 2 loaves) and will lean into that way more vigorously This one will be a hard pass for me!

Yelp
Little Sky Bakery is located inside the State Street Market, a food court on State Street. I'm posting my review on this Yelp business page because it is the the one that has the correct location listed. However, I'd like to point out that the business name is "Little Sky Bakery" and the Yelp page has the name misspelled with an extra "E" between the R and Y in the word Bakery. You can't miss this bakery, it is the first place on the left after you enter the State Street Market. They sell breads, sandwiches, cookies and more. Cookies may seem expensive at $6, however their cookies are HUGE. I don't think my photo shows how large they are. I picked up a Caprese Sandwich, which had tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto. It was pretty good! I would get it again. There was plenty of seating at State Street Market when I went there for lunch, on a weekday. Restrooms are available (and the restroom also has diaper changing station for the little ones). There is parking on the street or at nearby parking lots. I didn't have any trouble finding a spot.

Yelp
First of all, I always enjoy coming to State Street market. It's nice that the bakery has a little booth inside this delicious food court. They offer many different choices from savory to sweet, and I'm sure they have a reputation for selling the largest cookies around. I decided to go for the veggie focaccia this morning which was very fresh because I got there right when they opened at 11:30. Exceeded my expectations: chewy, flavorful and filled with ricotta cheese. Highly recommended! I also tasted the healthy looking breakfast bar and was delighted by the flavor combination. I decided that I wasn't going to be healthy today but if you find yourself at a bakery regretting all of the less healthy options, this one is for you. For dessert, I'm going to indulge in a sourdough chocolate chip scone and given how much I'm liking the focaccia, I think I'm in for a treat.

Yelp
All the food looked really delicious. Their Mandu with eggs, greens onions, vermicelli noodle was really. Never had of Mandu before. The person that helps me was friendly and kind. Really appreciate. The ambiance was simple and elegant. Definitely coming back trying there goodies.

Yelp
Stopped by to pick up the sourdough seeded whole wheat loaf which is one of my favs. The bread is always really fresh and I love the texture.

Yelp
This is a smaller counter style outpost of this bakery located in State Street Market. They sell sweets and breads. That giant chocolate chip/everything cookie for $6/$7 was huge, thick and delicious. Chock full of nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chip, this easily feeds 2 people for their sweet fix. It was a keeper. I also got the morning bar per a recommendation of another customer in line. Not too sweet, and gluten free. These bars contain layers of oats, almond butter, sesame, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, teff, sour cherry, shredded coconut, and a little bit of apricot jam and prunes. It was seemingly healthy, satisfying and again huge. Priced at about the same $6/$7, but again they're huge. I wasn't a fan of the nutella challah. It was dry and very nutella heavy, but not equally spread out. It just didn't work well in my humble opinion. Overall, a solid little bakery.

Yelp
I can resist any cookie but a GIANT peanut butter cookie? Think Crumbl Cookie big!! Oh man, I need to try that! When I held the bag, I was super excited that the cookie felt heavy like a hockey puck. Unfortunately, it was very dry and crumbly... there were dark chocolate pieces in there but not very flavorful. I like a chewy soft baked cookie. The inside tasted slightly underdone, which is fine but didn't add to the taste. Overall it's heavy cookie that lacked flavor...

Yelp
The shop looks so cute and the displayed baked goods look fantastic. The attendant was super nice and told me about each item and made excellent recommendations. I got the breakfast bar, original chocolate chip cookie, no nut chocolate chip cookie, Christmas tree scone, lemon roll, and double chocolate chip cookie. I loved that everything was not too sweet and looked and tasted homemade.

Yelp
Super kind staff, were very attentive and willing to give me a sample upon request at the Los Altos Farmers Market. They also regularly provide samples at the State Street Market location, which is really helpful because the portion sizes of each pastry are huge (but with good prices)! Most of what I've tired, Pistachio Buns, Lemon Ricotta, Breakfast Bars, Nutella Buns, etc, are all very delicious, the only ones I didn't like so much were the veggie empanada and the vermicelli pocket because they were kinda tough and flavorless, but other than that, all the sweet treats were great! I've come back here many times, visited their stands at farmers markets, and will definitely continue doing so!

Yelp
Chalk it up to the soft opening maybe, but the pastries were very dry. I'm not sure if they were sitting there for a while, but Tuesday morning display was full of beautiful pastries, cookies, and breads. They were huge: all the scones and muffins were way bigger than average. // Bran Muffin She was very nice and gushed about how bran muffin fans loved them. Most ppl would ask for three, they were so good. We'll, not so much, The outside was buttery flavored and they got it nice and crunchy. But the body was dry like cardboard. Definitely below average, and so not worth the $6. // Black Currant Scone Again, highly recommend. It looked great, large and crusty on the outside. They got that right. But inside was dry. $5 should get you a lot more than large size and upscale ambiance.

Yelp
I visited Little Sky Bakery twice and I really like the woman who works at the counter. She is very nice and helpful. I love the breads and cookies. If you want a giant cookie, this is the place to get them. They are delicious and huge. You can easily share one cookie with four people. (In my opinion.) My favorite item is the cinnamon raisin bread. Delicious. It's perfect for French toast. The prices are reasonable.

Yelp
I bought a sesame section loaf and it was gummy in the middle and bottom :( At $6 for a tiny loaf I expected better. Hopefully it was just a bad batch and this isn't a regular occurrence. The breakfast bar and forest scone I had were delicious. The breakfast bar is a wonderful combination of flavors and textures, very filling. The forest scone tastes like a quiche (which I love). Both pastries were unlike anything I've had before.

Yelp
I've been to both the Menlo Park and Los Altos locations. Both are amazing and I love them. What I call the 400 pound cookie (no nuts chocolate chip) is an insanely good cookie. Like, legit one of the best ever. It takes a few sittings to get it down, (or not- no judgement). They also have these giant savory "dumpling" style filled pockets of joy. We've tried the meat ones, and they're delish!

Yelp
Skip the seeded baquette. did not like it. or crispy, hard to eat. That is all what I got.

Yelp
This Bakery has a stand at the small farmers market I frequent and the staff is always friendly and helpful and the cookies, oh my gosh. The double chocolate cookie with sour cherry pieces is life changing. Deep chocolate flavor without being overly sweet, perfect texture - crisp edges and chewy centers, and gets all over your hands and face cause the chocolate chunks are generous (without being overwhelming). The first time I only got one and my younger child had to share with me cause it was so good. My other child prefers savory snacks and they really enjoyed the ham and cheese baton they picked. But that chocolate cookie is something I think about regularly.

Yelp
We bought one of the giant William's empanadas. It's so huge, it was actually larger than the non-stick pan I used to heat it up. It was more like a stuffed loaf of sourdough bread than an empanada, so the bread is more dense, but it's really tasty. The empanada was stuffed with zucchini, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mushrooms and Ethiopian berbere spice that added a bit of spice & heat to a few bites. I seriously believe that one of these empanadas could feed 3-4 people, but I was able to finish half at dinner and I was completely full. We'll definitely be ordering these again. stuffed.

Yelp
I love all the cookies here and would love to buy them every week but, they should put them on a case or individually wrap them since there's sometimes flies going around. If I do see that, I usually skip buying.

Jacque R.

Yelp
They were wonderful but changed the recipes ingredients etc. and quality went off a cliff. Hardly any raisins in the raisin bread and very little dried fruit in the breakfast bars. So disappointing Go back to your old recipes please!

Yelp
Food not in enclosed display case so fleas are present on the baked goods. Otherwise a pretty good, not great double chocolate chip cookie
