There’s been a slight changing of the guard at Little Sourdough Bakery, where it’s been a favourite bakery across London for some time now, due to an amazing team and phenomenal pastry with the finest layers. That craft has only sported a cheeky grin from the lovely team and new owners, who have (if it was ever possible) elevated their pastries that much further with different butter, variations on familiar favourites and some new happiness to have a taste exploration with. I particularly enjoy their dinosaur head almond croissant, that’s crunchy and gooey, along with their hazelnut pain au chocolat, that’s a new riff on a classic. it’s sweet and incredible, yet if you go for the classic version, it’s super fluffy and light, with perfectly sweet and bitter chocolate inside. Don’t miss out from a winning coffee, shared with beaming smiles from the team, along with delicious breads, sourdough pizza dough fresh for the making at home, all devoured a light and rich homemade tiramisu. Little and mighty. This is a bakery worthy of being one of the best in London. Thanks guys as always! You always make my day.
