Diane and Michael were so generous to us with their time, they explained all of the pros and cons of different models, set up our expectations on what do we need right now and what would we need later. As a first time mom, there is so much to think about and you don't know where to start. Unfortunately, big baby stores are a thing of the past and there aren't a lot of stores to go where the sales representatives are knowledgeable about the products. That's where Diane steps in! Her knowledge of the products is incredible! She really listens to your concerns and helps find products that will work with what you need. She will give you the honest truth (pros & cons) about every item she carries in store. When we purchased a car seat she even helped us install it in our car and made sure it was installed correctly. I will recommend Little Sprout to all family and friends for their baby needs! I walked in with my two month old and our current stroller system yesterday, and said I hate this thing, help! And that's exactly what Diane did. I walked out smiling ear to ear. They have a great selection and showroom, and stop at nothing to help you find your family's perfect fit. I mean-- everything to we tried out sample base seats and car seats in my car to make sure we would comfortably fit as a tall family... ended up selecting a different car seat than the one I had ordered, and switching was no issue... they're happy to deliver orders as well! customer service is bar none with Diane and Little Sprout. Coupled with their deep sense of wanting to educate and inform their customers, from selection, to install and possible travel and other needs to consider... highly recommend this place for a personalized experience. My fiancée and I started looking around for baby stuff early. We had no idea what we were looking for or where to look. Thanks to little sprout we had got to have a hands on experience with various baby strollers. Diane spent 30 minutes with us about different features and what to look for in a stroller. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. I really appreciate her spending the time to explain everything to us even though she knew we were just browsing early. Great customer service! Wow! I was having issues on their website and was able to reach someone from the shop, I believe it was the owner. She was so kind and quick and processed my order immediately. I appreciate the personal service and will continue to support this small business.

Originally we were gonna go buy everything from big named department stores, like Nordstrom or Bloomingdales, but our biggest concern was that we didn't want to buy a stroller without really "trying" them out. These stores don't really have a lot of floor models so I ended up googling for a place that might have floor samples. Originally we were gonna come here to window shop and then buy from Bloomingdales, but to our surprise, Diane's prices were exactly the same as other retailers. In addition to the retailer prices being the same, Diane really takes her time to explain and show how each stroller and car seat models work, and assists you to determine which model and brand is right for you. There's absolutely no reason why you would go anywhere else except here. 1) prices are the same between here and other bigger retailers; 2) you'll be supporting a mom&pop local community store; 3) Diane demonstrates everything you need to know and more; 4) she lets you take a stroll with the strollers on the block to really get a feel for it; 5) she's so nice! 100% satisfaction from my wife and I. We got the Nuna stroller, car seat, and a Mima high chair.

My wife and I were looking for a place in the San Fernando Valley to test out convertible car seats. My daughter outgrew her infant car seat. It was very difficult to find businesses in the San Fernando Valley that had car seats and strollers in person. My wife found Little Sprout. For a small location, they have many varieties of car seats, strollers, and other baby equipment. Diane, the owner, is very nice, patient, and knowledgeable about all of the products. We wound up buying the Nuna EXEC Car Seat and Nuna TRVL Stroller. The cost of the car seat and stroller were worth it based on the quality construction. They do not install car seats, but it was simple to install. Nuna has videos on YouTube if you are more of a visual person. I would highly recommend this vendor for service, selection, and value.

save yourself the headache of figuring out which stroller to pick from the plethora available online and go here! Diana was so helpful, I told her what she was looking for she showed me a couple of options and quickly helped me figure out what worked best for me. Then she helped me put it on my baby list registry from their online store. Super helpful, easy and saved me so much time and headache trying to figure this out. They have a huge selection for such a small store! I also found a great diaper bag.

I wish I could give more than five stars . Diane and her shop Little Sprout are absolutely wonderful!! The shop has a great variety of strollers, car seats, high chairs, and other cute baby gear. We went in to look at strollers and Diane couldn't have been more helpful. It's also nice that there is such a variety so you can test out all the gear in person. We ended up going with an Uppababy stroller and couldn't be happier . What's great is the prices are the exact same as the Uppababy website, so you get the same merchandise but with the support of the shop. Diane made it super easy to order and then gave us a tutorial on how to use it once the stroller came in, something you would never get if you ordered from a large online retailer . Here's my special shout out to Diane the store owner. She went out of her way to help us, even showing us how to use a Nuna car seat which we had purchased from the Nuna website before Little Sprout was open. We thought we could install it but had difficulties . We contacted Diane to see if she could help us and she graciously installed it for us ! She is truly an expert and has so much knowledge about all of the baby products !!! Please do yourself a favor and check out this adorable shop! You will not disappointed!!

We picked up our stroller and car seat combo from Little Sprouts last weekend. We had such an amazing experience dealing with Diane and her husband. It's a small family owned business and we felt so welcomed from the time my wife called to the time we left with our stroller + car seat. Diane was excellent in suggestions and very informative without upselling anything. Because our experience was so good, we even told our friends about Little Sprouts. Thank you Diane for holding it down for the small businesses and teaching experiences a big box retailer can never come close to doing. We will be back in the future as returning customers as our daughter progresses in age. Takes a lot for me write a review, but as a business owner myself, I can't say enough about Dianna and her business. After looking at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and other stores, little sprout was the only store that had what I was looking for. Not only did they have what I was looking for, Dianna (sorry if I got your name wrong), was super informative and gave me all of the options and really put my mind at ease when it came to my car seats and stroller. The customer service here makes it all worth coming down and speaking to her. Not pushy, not rude and a very nice person. I will most definitely continue to shop here and recommend her to anyone that is looking to get educated on the best choice for your children's safety. Highly recommend! It was great to be able to compare and test out different strollers and car seats in person! Little Sprout is a wonderful place to go and Diane was hugely helpful in finding the perfect match for our family. She also gave us a tutorial on how to install the car seat and double checked that it was safely installed in our backseat. Support small businesses :)

Every 5-star review is correct. I'm so happy that I found Little Sprout and had the chance to meet and work with Diane. We came in because we were looking for a stroller and infant car seat. Specifically a Bugaboo, Nuna or Uppababy. All brands that Little Sprout carries. Diane is such and amazing person she walked us through every stroller and car seat. She never tried to hard sell us on anything. She showed kindness, honesty and understanding. Such a breathe of fresh air. I kid you not, she worked with us for like 3 hrs answering questions and letting us test drive all of the strollers we wanted. She even gave us her number to text anytime we had questions! Diane was able to create a registry through Little Sprout giving us our own URL to share for our baby shower. Which was really helpful in getting help towards our car seat and stroller (Nuna and Bugaboo). We love both of them! Also if you're wondering before we even went to Little Sprout we compared prices online with big name stores. Little Sprout is the same and you're supporting a small business. We plan on purchasing all our baby needs - high chair, travel stroller and bigger car seats from Little Sprout in the future. Thank you Diane!

I called Little Sprout when they were actually closed and was surprised to get a call back from Diane. I told her I was looking for the Nuna infant insert car seat and needed it by Monday (in prep to go to hospital to potentially have a baby!). She told me she was actually closed on Monday, but she will open up in the morning so that I can come by and pick it up. I am so pleased that I found Little Spout online! Their Customer Service Representative, Diane, was extremely, actually...beyond words personable, professional and knowledgeable in assisting me with my complicated order.

The whole point in coming to the store was so I can get exactly what I want without any hassle. I wanted the Nuna Demi Grow and I specifically said multiple times in the store that I liked the bassinet with the magnetic cover function. They didn't have any in stock in the store so she ordered it and had it shipped to my house which was fine. It took a week for the stroller and 2 weeks for the bassinet. The bassinet was not the one I requested when it came because the one she showed me was for the smaller Nuna stroller. She never told me in store that the bassinet I specifically said I wanted does not go on the Demi Grow. When we called her to say, we got the wrong bassinet is when she said that the 2 stroller attachments are not interchangeable. She was a good saleswomen and talked about all the things I didn't care about but the one thing I did care about, she didn't care to tell me that it didn't go on that stroller. Long story short, just order it online yourself. Save you time and energy.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Diane for helping me and my family every single time we've had a need. The first time was when we accidentally ran over our stroller in our garage (don't worry baby wasn't in it) and needed one ASAP. Diane was able to help us make a selection from their website, while talking to her over the phone, and was able to get our stroller delivered that same day. When we had a need for a high chair there Diane was, with all her knowledge and advice, helped us decide on a high chair. Now most recently, Diane helped us decide what car seats to buy for our son. He's out grown his infant car seat and we were pretty dead set on the Nuna Exec. After talking to Diane however, seeing it in person, asking her hundreds of questions, we were able to confidently make the decision to buy the Nuna Rava instead. Another car seat we considered was the Cybex Sirona S and Diane had even placed an order for us but at the end, even when it got delivered, my heart was set on another Rava and Diane graciously helped me with that decision and offered to install the car seat which to me is just going above and beyond. I really love this place and my only regret is not knowing about them when my wife was still pregnant so we could've purchased everything through here. Thank you Diane!!!!

Also, they provided us a very detailed consultation and helped us choose the best products for our needs. Gayane was super nice, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I needed a car seat ASAP because I bought a new car and wanted to drive it up for a trip and needed the baby to be in a seat. I could have purchased online and saved a few bucks but I wanted to support a local business and I wanted to make sure the seat fit in the pretty small backseat of my car. Diane was super nice and helpful and showed me two car seats so I could decide which one fit and looked best in my car. I was super happy with the Nuna Rava we picked and the color looked great in my car. Diane helped me install it and gave me tips on how to do install it if I ever needed to. Diane is fantastic! As first time parents, we really didn't know where to start. We've browsed at Bloomingdale's and even other local shops but never had anyone spend the time to help us make an informed decision. We were set to get the Minu and Diane was excited to tell us about the newer version which we just picked up a few days ago. Being the researcher that I am, my husband and I came to Little Sprout early on in my pregnancy to get an idea of what strollers there were. Diane made the process so easy for us and has been so helpful from the very beginning. We made a few trips out as well as took a free car seat class that was offered through them to make sure we were getting the perfect car seat/strollers. I would absolutely recommend anyone who needs a stroller to come to Little Sprout!

This little store is a bit tucked away in Toluca Lake, but seeking it out is the best decision you can make. The person who assisted us was VERY knowledgeable and spent an hour with us explaining all the features, pros, and cons of the strollers we were looking at. She was patient and answered all of our questions. It's nice to find a shops like this in the day and age of online shopping. You can actually try everything out and speak with someone with a mastery of the subject area. A really rare find these days.

I rarely write reviews and if I could give it 10 stars I would. There is no way to go but buying your baby gear from Little Sprout. I went all over and researched multiple strollers in different stores, boutique and department. Then I came across Diane at Little Sprout. She was the most knowledgeable, sweet, patient with all my new mom questions and available to get a hold of quickly via text. We originally purchased the Silver Cross REEF stroller for our 1st baby but after unpacking (throwing away the boxes) and then later realizing the stroller was just too big for us, I contacted Diane to see what we could do. I was stressed that I bought and got stuck with the wrong size stroller for our family. But, She was so helpful and offered to take back and refund the unboxed product less a 25% restocking fee. I then purchased the DUNE with Diane, which we are SO happy with! Had this been another retailer or Nordstrom, they would have never helped us out with a special request like this. She calmed my worries and reassured me she could help. Diane is the sweetest and most honest business woman I've ever worked with. For that alone, she deserves all the best customer in the world. I will definitely only be returning to her for any future baby gear we need. Thank you Diane!

Highly recommend! Call in advance to schedule an appointment, otherwise you may be turned away. The salesperson was highly knowledgeable and quickly helped me and my partner find an appropriate stroller and car seat. They stock higher end gear, but those aren't items I would recommend skimping out on. Not only did they provide a demo, but they assembled everything for us so we were all set to go.

My husband and I were overwhelmed with stroller options for our first baby until we came across Little Sprout. Upon finding them on Yelp, we decided to walk in and our experience was amazing. Diane greeted us and was so helpful from the start. Diane is amazing. Found this gem of a store on the Nuna website because I was looking everywhere for the TRVL w/cup holder stroller since the old version of the MIXX I was handed down was taking too much trunk space. I was able to go on a Costco run and have the stroller all fit in my trunk. The big box luxury stores were out and back ordered til mid to end of July. I went on a whim and ordered the TRVL at little sprout because it said it was in stock. I ordered it on a Thursday and I left a message online, asking when it would ship. Diane called me right away and said it was backordered but from the time I ordered it, to when it was delivered on a Sunday took only 3 days after ordering! I'm so amazed and grateful it came so quickly because I needed it specifically for that day. And I love the TRVL. Love how my pipa clicks right in without an adapter when we do use it with the car seat and the new magnetic buckle. I always had a hard time buckling with the old mixx and my wiggly baby. Will definitely be purchasing here again when I need something. Thanks Diane!

Diane is the best! A friend recommended Little Sprout after he bought some items for his baby. Diane gave us a full overview of the strollers and car seats we had in mind. She's knowledgeable, sweet, and accommodating. She presented us with so many options to fit what we were looking for. We ended up buying an Uppababy stroller with the additional bassinet, the adapter, and a baby bag. I highly recommend seeing her for all your baby needs.

The owner of this store, Diane is phenomenal. After having high-price merchandise stolen from her store, instead of accepting the money of the valued item stolen, that was being offered by her neighbors, she opted to have that money instead donated to Children's Hospital. That speaks volumes to her character. I hope your business flourishes and I will definitely be patronizing.

I was, originally, searching for a Nuna triv + pipa car seat and was calling around town to see who had them because i wanted to push it before I bought it. It turned out that Diane was one of the only stores that I called who had them in stock. I called and made an appointment for the same day to come and look at the strollers. Diane was so helpful, sweet, and made me feel comfortable with the strollers before I bought one. I purchased an UPPA baby system and went back the next day to pick it up (this is also why I didn't want to buy online - I wanted it NOW!). It was seamless! Come here for your baby gear needs :)

I would not recommend buying these from an online store, I would go through Little Sprout because you can actually see the products in person and Diane will walk you through the process. She will also book you an appointment time to spend time just with you to make sure you have individualized time with her to understand the product.

First off she's very respectful and kind. When we walked in she was helping someone else and was so polite came told us how long it would be. I had such a great experience here! Diane was so helpful even over the phone. I had so many questions about a certain color stroller and a car seat. She patiently and happily answered all the questions. She informed me of super fast delivery times for my stroller and she was right! I ordered the stroller on Sunday and it came on Tuesday. After countless yourtube videos and blog comparisons, I needed a human to walk me through the consultation part of it and get a real world feel of the options. In comes Diane. I found this store through Google and yelp when searching for local stores where I can test out the strollers of interest. I called shortly before closing time but Diane offered to stay behind and answer any questions I might have. She waited for me and took her time to showcase and explain the differences of any item I had interest in. She was genuine in her approach and very knowledgeable about the products as well as customer experiences. It's very refreshing to have 1:1 quality time with a small business tucked away in the charming heart of Tokuca Lake. We did a full demo on how to install the carseat, collapse the stroller, use attachments, and all other aspects of using our new baby gear. We got our NuNa car seat there today (sunday). They had more color choices available than Nordstrom. During covid19 crisis its by appointment only. They price matched and got us a competitive price. The store is very nice and carries lots of nice baby accessories and toys. We will definitely check out Little Sprout baby boutique before we go buy anywhere else. Diane was great and treated us well.

This review is long overdue! I found this place that is luckily local and found the Nuna Pipa Lite R car seat and the Nuna Triv stroller that I wanted. The only place that had them besides the Nuna website. I called to find out if the car seat would ship since it was a preorder and wanted to know if we could do a curbside pickup due to COVID. Diane called me back and was really informative on the products that I wanted and let me know that they ship next day for local customers, which I was happy about because I was due in late May. I wanted to support her business and had my in-laws order the products. They arrived fast! I absolutely love the items! I loved the service and the product selection from Little Sprout. I just ordered an extra base for the car seat from them! I will continue to support this business.
