Chinese Hot Pot Restaurant Liuyishou Is Opening in Austin | Eater Austin

"I'm looking forward to Liuyishou Hot Pot, which is slated to open sometime in 2024 at 12815 North I-35 in the Tech Ridge neighborhood. The Chinese chain focuses on Chinese-style all-you-can-eat hot pot with soup bases where diners cook meats, seafood, and vegetables, and it also offers non-hot pot dishes like appetizers, skewers, and desserts. The Austin location was designed by Canadian creative agency Hexagon Studio and, like most hot pot restaurants, features tables with cookers built into the surface. Liuyishou started in 2000 in Chongqing and now has locations worldwide — its North American headquarters is in Vancouver — and this will be its third Texas spot after Houston (March 2022) and Plano (January 2024)." - Nadia Chaudhury

I didn’t know it was a hot pot buffet until I arrived. This hot pot restaurant is very famous in Chongqing, so now I’m trying it here in the US. I think the snowflake beef slices are pretty good, and the ox tongue is nice too. The lamb I ordered tastes just so-so, but the shrimp paste is definitely worth ordering. By the way, both the vegetable platter and the mushroom platter are quite small portions. Additionally, if you want to order some tripe, you need to pay extra. Overall, the flavor here is really good and the service is excellent, only the mushrooms don’t feel that fresh, but everything else is great.

Google
I had an amazing experience at this hotpot restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — everything from the broths to the sauces was spot on. What really made the night special was our server, Nicki. She was super friendly, attentive, and knew the menu inside and out. Nicki checked in just the right amount, made sure our drinks stayed full, and gave great recommendations for broth and sauce pairings. The atmosphere was warm and lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy a relaxed meal with friends. Overall, an excellent dining experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Nicki next time!

Google
Liu Yishou Hotpot Dallas is hands down the most authentic Chongqing hotpot I’ve had in the U.S.! The broth is rich, spicy, and perfectly balanced — numbing but not overwhelming. All the ingredients are super fresh, especially the beef tripe, duck blood, and yellow throat. The staff are friendly and attentive, always refilling soup and clearing plates quickly. The restaurant is clean, stylish, and full of Sichuan vibes. Overall, an amazing dining experience — perfect for gatherings with friends. Highly recommend for anyone craving a truly authentic Chinese hotpot experience!

Google
Liuyishou Hotpot is absolutely fantastic! The broths are rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices. The ingredients are fresh, and the variety of meats, veggies, and noodles is impressive. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a fun meal with friends or family. Highly recommend trying their spicy beef and signature dipping sauces—delicious! Will definitely be back!

Google
Food quality great! Fair warning, their Liu’s house special is really spicy? They have level 1-3. I can normally handle a lot of heat/spice, but the mild is quite spicy for me. The waiters were helpful, the place is clean and immaculate. The seating is very comfortable. The food quality is fantastic. Haven’t tried all the meats yet though

prashant G.

Google
Really enjoyed this place in Dallas. The staff were super friendly and brought everything right to our table, which made things easy. The sauce bar was fun to try and they even have steps to mix different sauces. Overall, tasty food and a good hotpot spot to check out.

Kat N.

Google
They offer a solid AYCE hotpot experience. The quality of the proteins is above average for a buffet style, and they keep the tables well-stocked. Service was attentive despite the busy crowd. A great spot for group dining, just be ready to eat your money's worth!"

junhua C.

Google
This place is super legit — real Sichuan hotpot, not Americanized. The broth has deep flavor, the meat and tripe are really fresh, and they even have all the traditional dipping sauces. Nice service, clean space, prices are fair.

Yelp
This is the best hot pot restaurant in Plano. I don't have much more to say than that. Good broths, ingredients are fresh. Meat is good. Service is good. Sauces are tasty. Price is competitive. That's really it. If you're in Plano and want the best hot pot available just come here and enjoy your meal.
google avatar

Khoa N.

Yelp
That little cow spice bomb is cute and all but it packs a wallop! It's super spicy! While this restaurant is AYCE, they do charge you for the broth and there are some "premium" items that are not part of the AYCE. I like Liuyishou. While not as high quality as Hai Di Lao, it's still tasty. Nothing much more to say since this is your usual hotpot restaurant. If you go on the weekend be prepared to wait in line.

Yelp
I went with a coworker to check out this place. Despite it being a late Friday night, we were able to be seated right away. Kaley was our server, and she was amazingly helpful in explaining how everything worked since it was our first time there. She was very knowledgeable and told us about the different broth options. She mentioned just how spicy some of them were so that we would have a better idea of the heat level. Kaley was also attentive, frequently asking if we needed a protein refill and offering to check on drinks that hadn't been delivered to us by the time our food arrived. She even made a couple sauces for us to try with the pork belly and lamb slices, which were phenomenal. Kaley made it an amazing experience. The food was absolutely wonderful. My coworker and I loved the heat of the House Special Spicy Soup base with beef tallow. With great service and great food, this restaurant's pretty awesome as an AYCE place.
google avatar

Darian C.

Yelp
The beef tallow broth and the house spicy broth were really good! The meats were cut thinly and had a really good marble on them. There were a variety of sides that you can order and the service is super fast. The sauce bar also had a lot of options and some desserts too. We were seated super quickly but the tables filled up fast so you would want to get there slightly early before the lunch rush. The restaurant is well lit and didn't feel too crowded.
google avatar

Tammy D.

Yelp
Popped in here for a random Wednesday dinner and luckily we beat the rush! They got super busy here but thr staff remained very attentive. It's an all you can eat with limited protein options but they're pretty high quality! I loved the amount of unique noodles options they had, like this wide green glass noodle. Never had it anywhere else! The broth was very flavor and the level of sichuan spice was numbing even for mild, still enjoyed it though. I'd say pricing wasn't too high for what you get. Their sauce bar is probably smaller than other places but it still had everything I typically used. Would come back again! It's a good place to have on rotation for hot pot
google avatar

Karissa S.

Yelp
I came here last week Wednesday and all I can say is WOW! Liuyushou has Delicious hot pot broths , quality meats, a large sauce bar, and great service from the waitstaff. It really doesn't get better than this if you are looking for great hot pot! My husband and I decided to try the spicy broth, tomato broth, and the pork bone broth. All 3 were good, but my favorites were definitely tomato and spicy. The tomato was like...tomato sauce but much lighter and fragrant, almost delicate with other herbs in it. I haven't had something quite like it before and am now obsessed! The spicy house broth was delicious, with lots of chilis and the tongue numbing szechuan peppers. I got medium spice level and it was perfect for me. Their organic pork and marbled beef were by far my favorite meats. The homemade noodle was excellent , and their bok choy was fresh. Get the sesame sauce and mix a little bit of oyster sauce, garlic, sesame oil, generous helpings of cilantro and green onion and you have yourself the perfect dip for your meat. I do like that while it is all you can eat, the quality of the meat was good. Nothing was overly fatty or chewy, and there was no gristle to be found! I can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Sophia J.

Yelp
I can say this has become one of my favorite hotpot place in Dallas! You pay for individual fee + additional charge per soup base and everything else is AYCE. We got the house special spicy soup base and house special pork bone soup base but honestly to my taste, I did not like the pork bone soup but spicy soup was the best!! They have variety of meat and sides to choose from and they were all super fresh. My favorite of them was the shrimp paste! The service wasn't the best but no complaint about it since the restaurant was very busy! The restaurant is spacious yet when we went, it was so busy and fully filled that it didn't feel as spacious.
google avatar

Marie N.

Yelp
Another new addition to the AYCE hot pot scene in DFW. Honestly this place might be my new favorite spot. They have high quality cut meats and every topping I usually order at hot pot (variety of vegetables, seafood). They also have a great sauce bar that's very organized. The broth selection is great and I really enjoy their spicy broth. At that day however, they did not have their iconic cow butter to add to our broth so it was missing out on the umami and spice. But other than that, everything else was great. Service was normal and the place is super bright and aesthetic. Great spot with friends and family
google avatar

Harry T.

Yelp
Food quality has gotten worse, meat and veggie selection limited and they take a long time to serve you. I think it's intentional to make you eat slower. Waitress was nice but inattentive and didn't refill our water pitcher or stop by and check on us. A few times we ordered things and she didn't bring them and had to ask twice. No liquor license at the moment. Dessert ice cream was limited to chocolate. Prices have skyrocketed. Lunch for 3 (1kid) no drinks was 135 (20% tip included). I will not be coming back.
google avatar

Julia K.

Yelp
Tyler is a straight boss. He makes the best dipping sauce, gives good recs, and provides the best service. The hotpot here is pretty good. They have a humongous menu with many of my favorite items. They are known for this cute cow that is made of beef tallow that you can bath in the soup. The broth is extra tasty with it. The chicken soup with fish maw and duck with Chinese pickled radish are both pretty unique and my favorite ones. I'd also recommend the green tea lemonade here. Super refreshing! Sauce bar is great. It has everything you'd want and then some. They have little snacks and desserts there.

Yelp
my favorite ayce hot pot place in dallas. service was good, server and foodrunners are very attentive and friendly. the food was really good too. i especially like the beef belly, enoki mushroom, quail eggs and fried chinese donut. We got the spicy house special soup and the sukiyaki soup. I really like sukiyaki a lot (but tbh it was not the best i've had), but i also like the spicy house soup too (even tho i can't really eat spicy food xx)
google avatar

Jingwen Z.

Yelp
I'm sad it took me so long to try Liuyishou! Very reasonably priced for AYCE hotpot (even better uf you come for lunch) and they have a fairly complete menu to choose from and a very complete sauce bar. You do have to also pay for broth, but afterward, it's fair game. In addition to the standard hotpot menu items, they also have dessert soups and free ice cream at the end. If you're looking to get bang for your buck, DEFINITELY come here. (I also love Haidilao, the other popular hotpot place in the region; it's a little nicer but also certainly more expensive.)
google avatar

Caroline Z.

Yelp
I was delighted to find that Liuyishou was here in Dallas! It is every bit as amazing as it was when I first had it in San Diego. Great variety and quality of hot pot foods!! Love the sauce bar and the fruits and dessert options. They have some great sesame balls, don't miss out! They also gave us these complementary drinks, which were okay, just a little too sweet for me
google avatar

Kristella B.

Yelp
Pretty good price for AYCE hotpot! The food itself was good as all the meat and vegetables tasted fresh. The sauce bar was decently maintained and came with sides, but unfortunately their dessert soup was out that day. I would say food-wise, Liuyishou is competitive with the other hotpot spots in the area. However, I would say that Liuyishou's greatest strength is their service. Their waiters and bussers are extremely attentive and super quick to come and clean up dishes. It felt like the moment we even picked up a menu, a waiter was already by our table, which was great as we didn't want to waste our 2 hour time limit.
google avatar

Truc L.

Yelp
The restaurant is clean and nice. The menu has a lot of options from seafood to different meat and vegetables. The food is fresh and good quality. Our server, Toms, is very tentative and helpful. It would be great place for big group when people have different choices.
google avatar

Maserati C.

Yelp
I have the same thoughts as before, just this time with more pictures. I actually went back a third time, and the quality of the meat and sauces just wasn't there. I think this place is only worth it if you're really going to eat, otherwise I would take advantage of hadilao and shoo loong kan's deals, just because the quality of their food is higher.
google avatar

Paula C.

Yelp
I finally tried Liuyishou Hotpot in Plano, and it delivered an authentic all-you-can-eat Chinese hot pot experience. We went with the two-broth combo: the spicy broth, which packed a fiery kick, and the house broth, rich and flavorful--a perfect balance. The casual vibe and quick service stood out--our waitress took our order on a tablet, and the food arrived within minutes. The sauce counter had lots of options but it was kinda messy. Highlights of the menu included tender cuts of meat, (loved the pork belly and the lamb) fresh seafood, vegetables, and plenty of noodle options. Drinks were refilled promptly, keeping the meal flowing smoothly. With its quality ingredients and efficient service, we will definitely be returning.
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
Great AYCE hotpot place! We had 2 soup bases between us: the tomato soup base and the Liu's house special (VERY VERY SPICY). Matt, our server, warned us that the beef broth would be spicy and we even asked for a medium spicy level. The restaurant was very busy by the time we left! Luckily, we went early (5:45 PM) on a Friday and didn't have to wait. The meats and vegetables were very fresh. Matt was amazing and came by often! The restaurant must have been opened less than a year, but it already seemed to look a bit worn down! I wish the sauce station would be more hygienic!
google avatar

Emily N.

Yelp
Think haidilao but AYCE. Liuyishou offers high quality food and service at a much better price. Everything came out very quickly and there were tons of fun sides at the self serve bar. This is a great spot to come with friends, family, or perhaps even yourself.
google avatar

Andrew H.

Yelp
Great all you can eat spot. Price wasn't too bad, the restaurant was really clean. The food was high quality and good. Precent decent spot for AYCE hotpot. The servers were super quick to bring out the food and even made us his sauce. The ordering system is through an Ipad and super easy.

Yelp
First time here, overall a 4.5! The soup bases are really really delicious, and they have a wide range of high quality sides to choose from. For soup bases we tried the pork bone base (white soup base) and the house special spicy soup base with beef tallow. They were both really flavorful and the pot is quite big, so it comes with a lot of broth. You do have to pay for the broth flavors, but they were super good! They have a bunch of sides like mushrooms, vegetables, dumplings, Chinese donuts, desserts, and a lot of different meat cuts from lean to fatty beef, lamb, fish, and pork. The meat quality was good and the rest of the sides were super nice! The vegetables were all really fresh and the different dumplings you could put in the soup were also really good! We were super impressed. The beef tongue also is especially tender, this was really awesome! Highly recommend this cut of meat! Service is pretty good, they are fast and check in on you often! The inside is also super nice and clean with everything prepared on the table for you. For a good quality hotpot place at a bit higher but still somewhat reasonable price, this was super worth it! ~$30 per person not including soup bases, which are about $10 depending on how many soup bases you want to try.
google avatar

Annie D.

Yelp
Still my favorite hotpot place in DFW area. So glad we have liuyishou here. We Drive 1hr just to eat here and it is so worth it!
google avatar

Mary C.

Yelp
We always enjoy the hot pot here. We either get the house special pork bone soup or the pork tripe with pepper. They have 5 selection for the meat. We like the marbled beef ,the premium beef slices and beef tongue. Good quality of meat. Service is always excellent. This afternoon, we had the pleasure of having Matt as our wait staff. Made special sauce for us. He was attentive .
google avatar

Nicole R.

Yelp
This is a great hotpot place! The serving portions were very large. We arrived pretty early and beat the lines. Our server was very helpful and he was able to accommodate my family's requests. The ambiance was very family-oriented and there were a lot of people but we can still hear each other over the noise.
google avatar

Lauren R.

Yelp
I came here with some friends and this might be my favorite hot pot place in the area. Note there was a wait but we just stopped next door and got some boba.
google avatar

Syeda H.

Yelp
A great spot for hotpot. There are many hotpot versions around DFW, but Liuyishou is a great spot for classic Chinese community hotpot. There's a plethora of meat, vegetable, and noodle options to choose from. I would steer away from the Spicy soup base, but other than that love the experience and the food. Great spot to go with friends and have a good time.
google avatar

Justin N.

Yelp
One of the best hot pot experiences and best tasting I've ever had (top 3). Service was great and place was not busy (Monday Lunch time). The hot pot soup actually had lots of flavor and was a good level of spice. All the hot pot meats we got were not too thin, good quality, and great quantity. I recommend getting the shrimp paste and lobster balls!!! (Soooo good). Make sure you post a review to their google page for free milk tea!
google avatar

Derek S.

Yelp
Tyler was such a great server! He was so fast and attentive. You truly get the all you can eat experience here! Casual feel. Quality ingredients with a huge selection. Would definitely come back.
google avatar

Iris L.

Yelp
Came here on Friday night and we were a bit confused as there was no receptionist in the front. But everything after went well. We chose the split and they both were good. The level one was spicy (as expected) and ingredients were fresh overall. The wagyu beef was good at first but quality was different on the second round (?!). Our waitress was very attentive and offered awesome recos. Pretty decor and organized. It is bit pricey (just slightly less than Haidilao) but it is all you can eat.
google avatar

Megan L.

Yelp
Omg. Liuyishou was SO good. My friends and I were really hangry and we waited a very long time, but it was completely and totally worth the wait. We actually came on Chinese New Year day, so it makes sense why they were so busy. Everyone tries to eat hot pot on CNY. The broth is incredible. I would say it's better than another extremely popular hot pot chain. I love pig stomach, and their mild pig stomach broth is to die for. They put a lot of white pepper in it, so there's a really nice kick. I didn't realize broth costs extra, so that was a bit disappointing to find out about at the end of the meal (I assumed the AYCE price was a flat $27 or whatever it is). However, when you order ala carte at other hot pot places, it comes out to be about the same price or even cheaper. Therefore, I don't mind that much. The ingredients are extremely high quality. You can also tell it's a good chain because all of their silverware and plating are branded with the LYS logo! They were having a deal on beer carafes, so my friends and I happily ordered one. It was more than enough beer for three people, and beer actually pairs really well with hot pot. I love how extensive their menu is, and you'll find all the basics on their menu. I couldn't wait to tell my parents about how good this place is, and I'll definitely be coming back again and again.

Yelp
Soo impressed with the food quality and service here from the best server Jason. I came right before they opened on a Saturday at 3pm so we didn't have to wait. But just keep in mind that the wait can be 2 hours or more during busy times. This restaurant is AYCE and you can choose up to four soup bases which are an added charge on top of the AYCE price. It was $26 pp on Saturday for AYCE and around $23 for four soup bases. My favorite was the premium sliced beef for the meat! The spicy cow is also a cute touch! The meat quality for hot pot is the best I've had in Dallas, and the soup bases are soo good too. It's full of flavor! I didn't try anything I didn't like and everything was so bomb!! They also have a sauce bar where you can serve yourself that also has sides and fruits. I just wish they had ponzu sauce. I can't wait to be back!! It's delicious!
google avatar

Jewellia S.

Yelp
This was one of my first times trying hot pot and it was so good! I went with my best friend who was a lot more knowledgeable about what to order so that really helped otherwise I would have been lost haha! It was delicious! I would love to go again. The server was also really helpful and friendly and they offered free ice cream at the end.

Yelp
Amazing AYCE Chinese style hot pot. The quality is good and consistent for most items and the service is extremely fast. I think it is a great alternative to other hot pot restaurants like haidilao with almost similar quality but way more affordable. My favorite broth I've tried is the duck with Chinese pickled radish. Is full of umami and depth and outshines most of the other options. I felt like most items after being cooked in this broth didn't even need a dipping sauce. Meat options were also good and I enjoyed the marbled beef and lamb. There is also a wide variety of veggies, seafood, and noodles to choose from - I highly recommend the homemade noodles. It has great texture and bounce to them and is amazing with the duck broth. One con was that the sauce bar is a little lacking compared to some other restaurants. I also noticed that sometimes the quality of the meat differed between orders, as in some plates of beef had more marbling than others. The wait time can also be quite long as this restaurant is very popular even on a weekday night. Overall, the experience was great and I'll be definitely coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
if you don't come during opening time, get ready to wait. We had to wait roughly 1 hour and 45 mins to get seated, and i heard others had to wait like 2.5+ hours. This place is extremely popular and i don't think the hype will die down anytime soon. You sign in on the ipad, and it'll text you to let you know how many tables are ahead of you. This place is an ayce hot pot place. Most of the items are included into the price, but there is a small section on the menu for premium items that you'll have to pay extra for. you pay ~$26 bucks per person, and the soup base will cost extra, depending on how many soup bases you get. When we got seated, we ended up getting the signature spice hot pot soup base and the pork tripe with black pepper soup base. I don't eat hotpot a lot... and i most certainly don't eat spicy food, so the spicy soup base was too spicy for me. I ended up cooking everything in the black pepper soup base, and once cooked, dipped it very quickly in the spicy soup. Honestly we ended up getting the spicy soup base, since we wanted a picture of the bear or the cow they have. lol. Service is extremely quick and they bring out food fast. However, towards the end and i assume when it was getting really busy they slowed down on our orders of meats. We had to ask the server multiple times if the meat plates were coming or not. There's a section for sauces and small dessert and cold dishes. can't say too much on the bathroom, but what i can say is that they need to expand it. Only 1 person can go in at one time. Which is dumb, if i need to wash my hands. They also ran out of ice cream so we couldn't get that. Also, i believe if you wait more than 1 hour, you get a small discount. and save your receipts, since you get a small discount at meet fresh.

Yelp
Visiting our local friends here in Texas from Hawaii. They recommend that we stop by and tryout LIUYISHOU HOT POT so we all stopped by to have dinner. The food was great and gotta say if you like hit the spicy Sichuan soup have is slap. We also had fantastic service from Ms. Yoko & Mr. Yang. We will definitely be back when in the area

Yelp
Still recent since grand opening. 1 hour wait on a Friday night so got our table at 7p for a large group. It got split into 2 tables next to each other anyway. Don't have much hot pot experience. People said this place is good though. Pricing has been mentioned (AYCE): $26 base + $2 weekend surcharge (Fri-Sun). I think even one soup base is extra? not super clear but that's what it looked like. (I would guess a lot of people get more than 1.) Most are around $10. 2 for $14. 4 for $23. So prices are around $35-40 / pp easily. I think one soup base should be included as a bare minimum in the price You tell the server what you want and it looks like there are 3 rounds. 2 hour limit. Level 1 on spicy sauce and it's really spicy!! Server even warned us on this. This is from someone who is not big into sichuan food / spicy but I can tolerate some level. Other people who like spicy food got level 2 and didn't hear any complaints. if you're only doing one soup base, skip the spicy ones unless you are confident you can handle. We got the pork tripe and duck broth for non spicy. I'm not sure which one I tried (whoops) but I liked it. Tried a bunch of stuff... meat seemed fine / standard. Didn't try any of the premium items. Can't say it was high quality or low. There was a cut of something that seemed really fatty - I think it was beef. Veggie platter is a decent option if you want a mix of stuff to cleanse your palette. I'm probably bigger on the meats vs seafood or organs. Sauce bar is smaller than Seapot. Someone commented that they had covers over the sauce - not when I went. It was open but it is what it is. Service seemed good but we had a lot of meat for a lot of people, so we weren't pressed about it running out. They ran out of one of the desserts (included) so only tried this jelly item. There's also some mini random apps / desserts near the sauce bar too. I thought it was on the loud side in there. I would come back if someone was in town and wanted to try. But the wait is kind of crazy right now.

Yelp
Gorgeous food perfect spice level and great ambiance. My parents loved the service we got as well especially since it was their first time at a Chinese hot pot ! Definitely will be back

Yelp
This hotpot spot was so busy, says a lot about itself. It was so yummy! I love that they have an all you can eat hotpot, lots of variety and buffet for sauces and side dishes. If you want something fresh, the servers will get it fresh for you too. Very busy and fast paced setting because the servers are constantly moving and making sure everyone is taken care of. Great service, great atmosphere! They are very accommodating too. Will definitely be back! Great for small or large parties. Check this place out if you haven't already! Till then, let's eat!

Yelp
We checked in at 5:50pm this Friday night, and we didn't get seated until about 8:45pm! Steven was our server, and he was wonderful! He made great recommendations! He was very patient and helpful. The ladies cleaning were on top of it, and kept our table free of empty plates. Adults are $26.95 for AYCE + $2 surcharge for weekends + broth price isn't included = around $35-$40 per head for us! The place provided enough distance between each tables to have their privacy. The bathroom was very clean, and I saw that it was being cleaned periodically! There's plenty of parking spaces around since it was a shopping center! We got 2 broths, their house special pork broth & liu's special spicy broth. We loved both! Both broths were very flavorful! We got mild for the spicy one, and it was manageable for us. Their protein was really great quality--they don't skimp! we enjoyed the beef and lamb we ordered. The seafood, veggies, and tofu were all YUM! I much preferred it here vs other spots. Will be back again when it's less busy! SERVICE AND QUALITY ARE UNMATCHED!

Yelp
I rarely do reviews, but I had to today. Food and ambience were great. The service was much more than expected. The food comes pretty quickly. Tyler, our server, went beyond. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about what he's serving. He actually made us dipping sauce that he thinks we might like. He needs a raise! My personal favorite as far as broth is the chicken broth. I also like the strawberry fruit tea, the shrimp paste, and fried pork. Overall great experience.

Yelp
This might be one of my favorite Hot pot places in the area. It is on the pricier side, but totally worth it. The quality of meat is outstanding and the broths were so good! We tried the tomato and the sour duck broth. The duck broth was the winner! I love the sauce bar with the snacks too. Cant wait to go back!

Yelp
5/5 for quality of meat and service. Soup base wise probably 3/5, not great and the cow broth one is a gimmick for sure, worse broth if you don't like the Szechuan numbing pepper style. The mushroom broth is good. This place is AYCE NOT INCLUDING THE HOTPOT BROTH ITSELF. which is kinda ridiculous, for $30 something and then another $15 per soup. Wish it was included in the first broth and then they can charge additional broth. Meat and veggies selection was great, sauce table is good! Overall with the right broth, you will definitely enjoy the hotpot here. High quality meat

Yelp
It's a hot pot place, and I've got to give a huge shout out to Tyler. From the moment we sat down, he made sure we were good, and that kind of service really stands out. No matter how busy the restaurant got--and trust me, it was packed--my boy never slipped up. He came back around again and again just to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed, whether it was extra broth, more sides, or just a quick refill. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our experience smooth, and it made the whole meal even better. That kind of consistency isn't easy when you've got a crowd to handle, but Tyler made it look effortless, and it definitely didn't go unnoticed.

Yelp
Went here with a group of 4. There was a bit of a wait for a table, but based on the sights and smells, it seemed worth the wait. That was the BEST decision. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and graciously explained how the restaurant worked to two of our friends who had never done hot pot before. Our server made several suggestions, helping ensure we knew all the cuisine and staff favorites on the menu (his strongest recommendation was the shrimp paste which did not disappoint). We also tried some chicken, beef, lamb, pork, shrimp, cuttlefish, fish balls, eggs, a few different kind of mushrooms, bok choy, and a bunch of other veggies. The broths were delicious - we did their two signature broths, one spicy and one not. They also have an awesome self serve bar of sauce and toppings which took all the food to another level. I think the AYCE price was $30/pp, and we left waddling out of the restaurant because we were so full of yummy goodness! I forgot to snap any pictures, but we will DEFINITELY be returning to this delightful spot!
