Great service and delicious salads, good lunch option in the Mile End

This is a review of the new Westmount location. The salad was delicious, but I agree with those who have already said that it's a bit overpriced. I asked for an item to be omitted from the store-designed salad, (because of an allergy), and decided against a substitution. The omitted item costs $1.50 if you "build your own salad." $1 off my salad would have been a nice gesture. The smoothie options sound delicious, but $9.50 for a smoothie is pretty outrageous, in my opinion.

Great spot for a healthy lunch in mile end. Salads are varied, filling and tasty with quality ingredients and generous portions. Place is adorable with lovely outdoor seating. Always very friendly service, a definite must try for salad lovers or anyone that appreciates good food.

Amazing service, incredible salads and super clean place! I couldn’t ask for more. Best salads in montreal and the portions are really filling. You really get your money worth. Try it! Will definitely come back.

Website, store and even hand written blackboard says it closes at 7:00pm. Arrived at 6:00pm, paid parking meter and was told they closed at 6:00pm.

20$ for two small lattes an iced tea and a bag of nuts? Really? Took literally 10 minutes to complete my order and there wasn’t a rush. Coffee’s tasted okay, almost half empty when I got it. Went back to get a new one but the cashier didn’t even bother to re-do them. She just added some more milk. Avoid this place

The location is beautiful the ambiance is very pleasant but the customer service unfortunately is dreadful. This was my first time at this location, I've heard so many good things from others. This was a big disappointment today. I was served by the owner of the restaurant very friendly great smile. I've ordered the Sarasita salad waited 15 mins after to get told they we out of quinoa. She offered other substitutes like brown rice but unfortunately i can't digest it so i had to respectfully decline. As she was trying to refund me one of the cooks came out and told her something about the salad i'm assuming that was already constructed and the owned rudely told her with attitute well just trow it out in front of me. I was able to sense the tension between them as the cook went in the back and swung the door to the kitchen cause she was clearly upset. The owner was even more flustered and couldn't figure out how to refund me back on my card so she gave me cash instead. The thing i didn't appreciate is how they made me feel as it was my fault cause i didn't accept their brown rice. Not even a we are sorry we didn't have what you requested today here's a discount on us next time you come and visit us. This is usually how you do business. Instead i just got have a nice day with a fake smile. I left the location with a frown and with a bitter taste in my mouth and was wondering why i was treated in this manner. I was nothing but polite and patient with them and was excited to try out their salads for the first time. This was my first visit and my last one i will not be returning to this location again. First impressions are always the right ones. Arguing and being unpleasant with your employees in front of your customers is unprofessional and it is not appreciated by the people trying to enjoy your product. I understand that sometimes we all have a bad day but business is business and it has no place for heated arguments and being unprofessional.

Love this place! Their employees are helpful and nice. They have really, really healthy food choices great juice and lots of different food options if you want to eat healthy. You can get a smoothie here also.

By far the BEST salad place in Montreal . If you are in town you must try their delicious freshly made salads with the finest ingredients and a very generous big portion with very reasonable price .. Very very Friendly staff and very positive vibes.

If you are craving a hearty salad, this is the place for you! Mine was mixed through and through: so there were avocado, walnut, fig, carrot and beet pieces in my whole salad--not just on top! The buddha bowl was beautiful and hubby added seared tuna. His verdict: high quality & delicious food. We will definitely come again.

Stopped here after an exhausting morning cycling and walking round Montreal! I planned to just grab a salad to go but one bite and ended up eating the whole thing! Amazing fresh salad.. honestly one of the best I ever had.. the only thing that annoyed me for $3.50 for a water seemed a lot.. other than than that loved his place.. the seared tuna that I added to my salad was soooo good!

First time posting a review on Yelp. Thought this place deserves a few more excellent reviews. Passed by this place at noonish on a weekday and it was packed, saw their portions being served and looked great. So I came a few weeks later at 4:40 pm on a Saturday (they close at 5). The owner still gave us great service. Hubby and I took two lililou salads, his with added chicken. Delicious! Hubby is not one to eat these kinds of things (he's more meat and potatoes), but he liked it, so big plus there. I'm Definitely going back to try their other salads.

This place is very empty and the food is very overpriced. The staff are also not friendly which made it worse. There was another couple who was also here and they also had to return their salad because it tasted very bad. Will not return.

I had an incredible lunch here- split a huge and delicious salad (the Big C) with my friend, bought a tasty beer, great vibe, and had a great conversation with the staff and other clients here. Such a warm vibe. So glad I stumbled into Liv! A nice break, too, from really heavy dinners every night.
