Arlington’s Swanky New Resort Scores a Steakhouse and Swim-Up Bar | Eater Dallas

"A newly opened 14-story, 300-room resort located adjacent to AT&T Stadium that aims to be a sports-entertainment hub, offering dining options that span grab-and-go breakfast items to swanky cocktails and high-end wild game entrees. The hotel’s food and beverage program is overseen by chef Mouhssine “Moose” Benhamact and includes five distinct outlets designed to serve guests throughout the day and night. The project is a joint venture between the local MLB team, Loews Hotels, and The Cordish Companies, and is positioned to draw increased crowds once the nearby new ballpark debuts." - Tierney Plumb

My stay at Live by Loews Arlington was nothing short of outstanding and truly worth every penny. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations. Sarah deserves special recognition for her exceptional customer service—she was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her attention to detail made a real difference and set the tone for the entire visit. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the housekeeping and room service staff were consistently attentive and efficient. The food was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, easily rivaling top-tier dining experiences. Speaking of dining, the hotel’s accessibility to incredible restaurants and Texas Live! is unbeatable and adds tremendous value to the stay. The views from the room were stunning, and the overall quality of the hotel—from the finishes to the amenities—felt truly luxury-level. Valet parking was extremely convenient, seamless, and stress-free, which made coming and going effortless. This hotel has absolutely earned my loyalty. I will be staying at Live by Loews every time I visit the area, without question. An exceptional property with exceptional people—highly recommended.

Great Weekend Getaway with an Unreal View 🏟️✨ Stayed here for a weekend getaway, and the 11th-floor view overlooking AT&T Stadium was honestly amazing. Waking up to that view alone made the stay worth it. The location is perfect — super easy access to coffee, bars, and great food right on the property. Valet parking was smooth, and the whole area feels lively and fun to walk around, especially in the evenings. The only drawback was the ventilator in the restroom wasn’t there or broken!!! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only small miss was that room service cleaning didn’t happen during the stay, but it didn’t take away much from the overall experience. Between the view, walkability, and vibe, this is a solid stay. Already planning to come back in the spring.

Best local spot in Texas to go for your Birthday! We drove 4 hours and it was worth every bit of traffic! When we arrived and valet, from that point, I felt like the Birthday Queen. The views from the room were incredible and the bed comfortable and shower really spa 🔥 hot! The vibe was layed back, we felt great and secure. Everyone was top notch, they mastered all of there jobs. Best part is you don't have to leave, everything was in walking distance! Joey,James, Lesley,Amoni, Shanta, & all the Loews Family ....thank you for going above and beyond, we appreciate you.

Google
This was hard to review. Our #1 reason to stay here was because it was walking distance to the stadium. So anything negative was literally non existence as that outweighed everything. The walk to the stadium was so short but this December weather was so unbearable! Of course the hotel has nothing to do with weather. The bed? to me was so comfy, however the pillow? they were so soft that my neck was so stiff! I woke up with a massive headache. no fan at all, so the room got so hot, if I adjusted the air- I was too cold, turned down- too hot I never could get comfortable. The neighbors above, were so loud? throughout the whole night, so much noise! is there no hotel considerations when it comes to people who stay at hotels? you know people are below you, why are you so inconsiderate to making noise? I myself walked on my tippy toes! sounded like the people above us where stomping, dropping things, moving things! The drainage in the bathroom- the pipes sounded like there was air and it constantly made noise. people slamming doors everytime they came in and out! like come on!!!!! Slowly close the door. the how was nice over all, but with all the noise- we may look elsewhere.

We love Live! by Lowes!! It is one of the best hotels to stay at when you have things going on at ATT stadium, or you are watching a baseball game. Location is absolutely perfect and everything is walking distance. They have an amazing team with wonderful customer service. We are always welcomed when we walk in the door and feel like we are getting the 5 star treatment. We love staying here with the kids but I do feel like it is a great place to stay when it is just me and my husband. The pool area is amazing and the swim up bar is a favorite! Great service there and the food is enjoyable. The rooms are extremely clean and the cleaning staff does a wonderful job!

Google
Beautiful hotel with excellent staff throughout! I dont think I have ever stayed in a hotel so clean. Staff were always smiling and egar to help, even when it was super crazy after the cowboys game. They kept their cool worked great together and went out of their way to accommodate you as best they could. Security James Washinton was amazing in checking in and recommendations for the area. Ashleigh our waitress in the bar area was always on it. Managment were great in helping with some finger injuries and some needed items. I wish I remebered more names because everyone deserves the recognition. Staff would remember your name and room number almost immediately which blew us away. Would definitely come back. Plus is the easy walk to At&t stadium. Can't wait for our next trip!

Was there for New Year's and to celebrate The Miami Hurricanes putting a hurting on the Buckeyes 🤪 at AT&T Stadium for the CFP Cotton Bowl. What an amazing venue! Such a great place to come to Dallas and stay a night or two to catch a game. Nice bars, restaurants, outside patio lounge areas. Plenty of bars, TV's, and entertainment for football/baseball fans. There is literally two stadiums almost next to each other with connecting bridge to cross right over. However, parking for big events are way too overpriced in surrounding parking lots. Do your homework prior. This is definitely a place I would love to come back to for another game. Just not the Cowboys 😁. GO CANES!

Matthew G.

Google
This is the place to stay if you're going to any Cowboys or Rangers game. It's all walking distance, as well as surrounded by other venues and entertainment. The extra $$$ is definitely worth the experience and beats the hassle of fighting traffic before and after games....as well as needing to pay parking prices around the stadiums. Room service food was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely be making it back the next time we come to the DFW area.

Yelp
5/5 everything from bed comfortability, to customer service, the views and accessibility to the cowboys stadium and bars/restaurants just steps away. The pool bar is a massive plus!

Yelp
This is a stunning hotel with a resort feel in the heart of Arlington's sports area! It's a fun hotel offering so much within walking distance. We enjoyed the lobby bar, the restaurant, TX Live, and the pool. The hotel is very clean, affordable, and offers so much. Our room was comfortable and quiet which allowed us to sleep the partying off. We relaxed by the pool with a few cocktails as well. The only thing I would do different is go to the sister hotel across the street as I heard the pool was adults only. I had a few kids splashing me while I was trying to relax but that's not the hotel's fault! Looking forward to a future visit for a sporting event or just a little staycation!

Yelp
Clean, modern and conveniently located next to ballpark and Texas live! We didn't get to appreciate the amenities since we were limited time in town.. I would go back.

Yelp
I stayed here for conference for 4 nights for first time. The hotel was clean and the staff were great and accommodating. They had text message service so we can request things through text messages. It's a brilliant idea and I was benefited a lot. I like the coffee and breakfast in Rail Bird Shop and I could recharge anytime. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will come back next time.

Yelp
I visit this hotel for the same unaffiliated event yearly, and love it. Great location, easy to get to a Rangers game, nearby dining and fun. Clean, spacious, meeting space, small coffee/store. Good to go.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel with wonderful concierge service. Everything is modern up to-date and swanky. This is quite the happening place at night!

Yelp
What a great place!! centrally located between Texas' pride and joy stadiums, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. Wonderful, friendly staff and beautiful clean hotel! Tascha at the front desk and Concierge Robert went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Spent Easter Sunday here with family and had a great Easter egg hunt and brunch! Chefs kiss to this Hotel and staff!

Bridget R.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel, but very low water pressure in the shower and the last night we had 2 huge roaches in our room and we were on the the 7th floor. Mentioned to front desk at checkout, she was very nice and offered to cover breakfast, we declined.

Yelp
I requested a room on a high floor away from and elevator and I got a room on a low next to the elevator. I tried calling the desk but they did not answer and then when I went to the desk they said they didn't see my request. I arrived at 2:15 pm. They could have easily moved me. I had to listen to people use the elevator and walk up and down the hall all night. Definitely not worth the price.

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay at Live! Hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are very comfortable with great amenities. I love all the food and entertainment options close by and the fact that you can walk to Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium. Sydney, front desk associate, was a pleasure to work with at check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond. The valet team member, Amjed was phenomenal! He loaded our luggage, was courteous, friendly and smiling in 90° temps. We will be back.

Yelp
We stayed here for one night following an event at Texas Live! The room was beautiful and modern. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had a little hiccup when we asked to check in early and were told they would text us once the room was ready, but never received a text. Not the end of the world. The windows are pretty well insulated and as sound proof as possible, but be aware that if your room faces Texas Live!, you still may heard/feel the bass from the music there in your room. Otherwise it's a nice hotel I wouldn't mind staying in again.

C N.

Yelp
Location is good if your staying to attend a game at ATT or Globe Life but overall experience was negative. I realize it was hot outside, yet somehow they can keep the large open concept lobby very comfortable temp, BUT AC in rooms is absolutely awful. And also no AC in hallways... We called multiple times, they'd send someone but nothing changed. Would be sweating before we could get dressed, didn't have a decent nights sleep the entire visit because it was so hot even during the night. Absolutely will never stay there again. Better to uber to the stadiums from somewhere actually comfortable to stay.

Yelp
We Love Live! By Loews... this is our go-to spot when we stay in the Arlington, Tx area! This hotel is always immaculate. Great service, friendly staff. The hotel is always clean, rooms are nice, great views, nice pool area! They have restaurants on property that are great as well. It's connected to the Texas Live! So there is always something to do in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Yelp
We got a couple of days ago from Live and we had a great time. The staff was friendly, starting with the valet. The lobby and bar are very nice, it feels like an upscale place and we enjoyed every minute of it. The room was perfect, great views, floor to ceiling windows on two sides. Loved! Beds were super comfy, we slept really good, it was quiet and we only heard the people above us one time. The pool was a great time, we spent an entire day out there, Koby at the Soak bar is doing everything right, you are lucky to have him. We had dinner at the Cut & Bourbon downstairs and the food was so good, desserts were even better, service was great also. This place is located by so much, granted there wasn't much happening on the rando Tuesday that we arrived but the live music venue just a few steps away will definitely bring us back soon and they have Pelotons y'all! That was a nice surprise.

Yelp
Nice hotel, expensive as you'd expect for something so tied to an entertainment zone. Two areas for improvement are both, I think, fundamentally related to staffing. First, valet is painfully slow. Second, the lobby cafe is painfully slow. Good food, nice staff, but only one person which just doesn't work for busy season. The hotel meeting spaces are spacious and the food options are terrific. Hotel rooms are comfortable and quiet. Surprising when you are literally on top of both the baseball stadium and a entertainment/music open area gathering spot.

Yelp
What a wonderful stay! The staff in its entirety is so friendly, welcoming, and accomadting. Upon arrival, we were immediately upgraded to a room with a King bed as well as 2 complimentary beverage vouchers and a breakfast for 2 (good up to $30). Our room was located on the 10th floor and had a wonderful view of AT&T stadium. There are little details here and there that really bump up the room compared to other hotels. We'll start with the bathroom. The shower is stellar! All of the bathroom amenities make you feel spoiled. It's all complete with oversized towels, a bomb makeup mirror, upgraded toiletries, and two, lush Terry Cloth Robes located inside of the closet. And maybe I should get out more, but the bottom of the bathroom mirror can be lit for a nightlight. I thought that was a nice touch. The bed is so fluffy, comfy, cozy! I woke up with zero neck cracks or back aches as I sometimes do when sleeping in another bed other than my own. The room itself was super clean upon arrival. Zero smudges, everything tucked away and in its place, and at the same time did not feel sterile. It felt quite the opposite actually, it felt like vacation! The lobby is beautiful! The initial vibe is modern, airy, lax, and upscale without being stuffy. I've been to other 4 star hotels that make you feel as if you're in a library. This hotel does not do that. It's fun/sophisticated.

Shante J.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay ... I was in town for a planner conference.. and this was my home away from home. The front desk workers were phenomenal. The lobby is gorgeous. I felt safe knowing you have to have a key to get on the elevator. It's right next to the stadiums... and Texas Live !!!

Yelp
We stayed here on December 30th just to try it out since we live an hour North of here. We knew rates and availability would be lower since they were having a HUGE NYE Bash the next evening and the Cotton Bowl on Monday. We were not disappointed with our corner room. Nice view! Comfortable Beds and Pillows. And the proximity to Texas Live can't be beat! Enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant Cut and Bourbon. Enjoyed Live Music at Revolver Tap House! Would enjoy staying here a few nights during a Texas Rangers Game or two this Summer.

Yelp
My experience here was nothing short of AMAZING! A few hiccups but nothing that will make me stay at any other place when I visit Dallas. Linda was the Front Desk Representative who checked me in. She was a super star!! She greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Due to it being my first time staying at a Loews property, she gave me a room looking towards the AT&T Stadium, she explained the amenities and restaurants on the property and also recommended the crab cakes from the Cut & Bourbon. (I love customer service that exceeds my expectations! Linda did just that!) Thank you! After getting to my room, which was beautiful, clean, with a great view, I decided to relax and order room service. The lady who brought my food up, I believe her name was Isla/Esla, she was so kind and kept this contagious smile the entire time. Unfortunately, the miniature ketchup that was sent up with my food was already opened, used and half empty. I immediately called room service when in notices it and was told that someone would send me a new one but no one ever came. Thank God the food was still good but I could've used the ketchup for my fries. Later that evening after I was sound asleep, a fire alarm went off around 12:45am alerting all guest and crew to evacuate the building! Very startling and then I had to run down the stairs from the ninth floor!! Just to get to the end for a team member to say it was a false alarm!!! Next day I walked the property and came across Joyce, the security guard by the pool gate. She too was very welcoming. We talked for a bit and she told me about the events that happen on the property for game day. All in all the team here is EXCELLENT and make you feel welcomed from the moment you step foot on the property to the moment you leave. Even valet asking if we wanted water as we waited for our vehicle. Thank you all for the warm southern hospitality!!

Yelp
Picked this place as had a few nights to kill in Dallas area and the reviews were good. Being from Southern California, I would compare the area to that of LA Live, which makes sense because this called Texas Live. Anyways, back to the hotel. Arrived at almost midnight and nobody was at counter but I was able to track someone down. There was an issue with my credit card, but that might be a consequence of traveling/fraud protection -- so not holding that on hotel. Room was somewhat small, but extremely clean and nice. The other reviews have accurate and well representing photos. I enjoyed the view with was of the fountain and AT&T Stadium. The bathroom was clean and large, but awkward as the door is a slider which doesn't actually fully shut. This makes sharing a room and restroom very weird -- there is NO sound barriers/privacy of any sort. This may be a deal breaker for returning, unless solo. Bad design in my opinion. In the morning I grabbed a coffee (not included) from their coffee bar. I think this should included with the rates charged on everything else, but whatever. The staff through out my stay were all extremely nice. A nightcap with extremely friendly bartenders was remarkable. Valet is a must as it is only $10 more dollars than self parking across street. When you need your car, just send a text and they pull it right up. Overall, nice hotel and friendly staff, but not a 5-star worthy for me.
google avatar

Amanda R.

Yelp
Highly recommend this hotel! Our stay was wonderful. The amenities were great. The staff were friendly. Room was super clean! I definitely want to go back after a ranger game, cowboys game, or concert. Way better than my experience at the dallas Omni.

Yelp
The best hotel this year! Our view was amazing!!! It faced the AT&T arena and our room was on the corner so we had a 360 degree view! The blinds were remote powered and provided medium or black out shades. I loved everything about this hotel. The bar, the restaurant inside, the food, the service, the location, and service! It's right next to Texas Live we went out for drinks and live music. The steak we had was delicious and the view from the restaurant was also amazing. The outdoor patio was so surreal, the sun setting makes you feel like you're somewhere else. Would definitely come back during warmer weather to enjoy everything! For 2 nights and 3 days $900 for last min booking: worth it.
google avatar

Anne Marie O.

Yelp
Cannot fault anything about our experience. Staff was courteous, kind and professional from the valets to check out. Rooms were impeccably clean and had everything one might need. Upon our arrival, we requested to change or reservation to two adjacent rooms and they were very helpful and made it happen with no fuss. The beds were incredibly comfortable with clean linens and comforters. The decore throughout is very throughout, modern, clean and Govea it that feel of modern class. Water pressure in the showers was perfect and the AC was quiet. We had a wonderful stay. Best thing was that they are pet friendly and out pup even got a bag with several treats!
google avatar

Christian D.

Yelp
Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Just terrible. The front desk staff (Tye) is haughty and dismissive and explains away their blaring outdoor sports bars with massive Jumbotron as being part of an entertainment hotel and therefore OK. Literally ever other guest I spoke to was stunned by the level of noise. Management also thinks it's a good idea to have the blowers and hedge trimmer army out at 7am blasting away so just in case you did manage to fall asleep with the massive outdoor TV noise, that sleep would be ended early in the morning. The bright spots were Patrick and Tiffany who tried to help but also know their hotel is absurdly noisy.
google avatar

Susan J.

Yelp
When you walk in the bar area it saying " I'm a very elegant place. " The music and the huge 90 in tv give it a nice little vibe for a date or just chilling for lunch. The food and drinks were perfect and the price wasn't bad either. I'm definitely going back for more!
google avatar

Dee W.

Yelp
Disappointed does not describe how I feel right now. We reserved a Deluxe King suite option over the corner suite we normally reserve. Not only was the price doubled, but it's a much smaller space. We booked the room in February and confirmed a month ago with a stadium view. I'm at a total loss here and can't do anything but cry. This room looks like Holiday Inn.
google avatar

Yelp
The hotel is conveniently located right next to Texas Live entertainment area, the baseball stadium, and AT&T Stadium. When driving up to the hotel, there is a round about where you can valet your car. You do have to pay for valet and self parking. I would recommend paying the extra $10 more to valet instead of parking yourself since the parking lot is across a busy street. This hotel is modern chic! I love the decor. When you walk in, to your left is the front desk, to your right is the coffee shop area, and straight ahead is the bar lounge area and restaurant. The employees were amazing from the valet attendants to the front desk, hotel was clean, little shop area had your necessities like coffee, nice bar lounge area. The pool area is separate from the hotel. It's located on the other side of the outside building. You'll have to walk past the nice sitting area with a bar to get to the pool. When you get to the pool, the pool overlooks the AT&T stadium and water fountain. It's such a nice pool with cabanas and lots of seating and lounge chairs. There is a swim up bar, but it wasn't open when we went since it's still March. We stayed on the 4th floor which overlooked the beer garden at Texas Live. Texas Live is literally right across from hotel which is so convenient. You can walk across to the baseball stadium and a 7/11 convenient store. Room was clean and tidy. Overall, we would definitely stay here again especially for the pool!

Yelp
Live is a fantastic hotel. I checked in for my buddies award ceremony & everything was great. Check-in was smooth & the staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice with the softest of pillows. It was 4 Fiji waters in the room and I knew better than to touch those expensive ass bottles . The restaurant in the hotel was actually next level. I never expect hotel restaurants to be good but I was pleasantly surprised this time around! The lounge area is huge and they have this HUGE screen with like 4 different channels in each corner. Had a fantastic stay

Yelp
Great hotel, we were there for professional training for American Association of Professional Landmen. The entire property is amazingly well designed, very functional and accommodating, wonderfully clean and well kept. We had a great start because of the exceptional friendly and speedy work of the valet parking crew, under Jet. Each of these gentlemen were courteous and very helpful both in our drop-off and pickup, the best Valet crew I have seen. Everyone working on the property was top notch! Great location, plenty of entertainment and food options outside the hotel, but the food and drinks we experienced inside were excellent. Once again, the departure was made easy by Jet and his Valet parking crew - great group of young men, very courteous, exceptional service and attention to detail.

Melissa W.

Yelp
The staff is great. Very responsive to opening doors, acknowledging you and do an excellent job cleaning. However, this hotel is not very well insulated. I was in a room called the business center (2 desks with computers and printers) fine enough for me. With the door shut there was still a lot of noise coming in from out in the hallway. Additionally in the bedroom, I slept in the bed near the outside window and you could hear a lot of noise outside down on the street. I also could not find comfortable chairs that supported my back anywhere. The chairs in bedroom were horrible to sit in. The chairs in lobby and outside were outside patio chairs, fine for a little bit but not for long. The bed was a little too firm for my liking as well.

Yelp
The hostess at the front desk named Ryan was completely charming and helpful. She made it a great experience for me!

Yelp
My review is for the outside bar area of Live by Loews. We had a solid and energetic bartender Ashley from Mansfield who really hustles to get out drinks on what was a super busy pre-concert Saturday night. It appears that Live by Loews (like other bar / resturants at Texas Live) seem understaffed and underprepared for big event crowds - which is disappointing considering this entire complex was built for just this reason! I think it starts with parking - which is a mess, followed by undersized and shared kitchens attempting unsuccessfully to get out food ahead of scheduled events. Finally - most of the bar and resturant staff in my opinion are taking a transactional attitude with customers - as they know folks will be leaving for games or events. My hope is that Loews and Texas Live can address these issues - they are however off to a poor start...

Yelp
Rude, uncooperative reservations desk. Was on the phone for 45minutes. Never did get a room booked. Caution many hidden fees that other hotels do not charge for. The fees and taxes are almost as much as the room cost The guy was very rude and talked down to me too I tried to book in line, impossible. They wanted to send me a text to verify but said my phone number was no good. So I switch snd gave them my wife's number. Still no good. Total road block trying to book on line
google avatar

Yelp
Ok let's start with the restaurant. One they will not let you substitute anything from any plate to the other. The food isn't terrible but while presented good visually lacks in culinary experience. The bar tenders are very friendly and courteous while plastic cups at $20+ a shot is a little 'low rent'. I will say that seating through the bar (stools, couches) and the restaurant while visually appealing for the overall ambiance are rather uncomfortable. The valet service is TERRIBLE!!!!! I will say this again the valet service is TERRIBLE!!!!!! You can use their text number that they push you to use only to find it saying "ticket already requested" three out of four times. If you go out to get it you should expect over a ten minute wait. On one of the days that yet again system said "ticket already requested" I went down and watched two kids a argue with each other about who's turn it was to go get a car while I am standing there in 40 degree weather. This is not worth $41 a day !!! In fact it grew more infuriating by the day. Parking options are limited and if you have a group as I did with a daily need of laptop bags etc it's a pain as well. Now onto room service. Ordered a burger to eat before getting in shower to get ready for afternoon meetings. While I was in the shower they texted that they only provide well done and while I asked for grilled onions along with the regular burger as you can see by the pictures what I got was a little melted cheese and NOTHING else. no lettuce, tomato and no grilled onions. As I was late I left it. And that was $30+ burger being delivered to my room. The room was fine. The pillows are very very soft which I am not a fan of so I stacked them. The room was clean and outfitted well. The staff was friendly. I did have a package delivered that took them some time to find but it eventually was. All in all for a property branded under the Lowes banner it was below what I expected.

Yelp
Perfect location for any Rangers or Cowboys game. Friendly staff who treats veterans well. The 4 stars is only for the restaurant staff member named Edison who was rude, irritated and generally made us feel unwelcome. There were 5 of us so maybe he was tired but idk. He didn't reflect the class of everyone else.

Yelp
Goodness gracious this place is amazing from watching all the games to having access to the most important stadiums...the staff is full of class, views from the windows are exciting...and one stand up staff member was Edwin...thank you so much for going above and beyond...you were a great help to me and my husband.

Yelp
I was going to give this hotel 5 starts, but this morning we got up to go get breakfast (we need gluten-free items) and all they had was a breakfast buffet for $30. I wasn't going to spend that kind of money to have fruit and bacon. I just wanted some gluten-free toast maybe some grits, but you can't just order off a menu. Very disappointing for such a large establishment. We could even go and walk to a restaurant because there isn't anything within walking distance. I wanted a Bloody Mary but that didn't even open til 10a. WTH!!! Other then that, the place is beautiful and we had a blast at the party

Yelp
I would gladly stay here again. All the staff were friendly, helpful and always a smile. We had our little Pom with us, he got star treatment complete with a doggie bag with, two bowl, a mat, poop bags, a live by Loews dog tag, his own door hanger and a baggie of treats. He was spoiled. The pool was amazing, water lounge chairs were pretty comfy.

Yelp
The hotel was dirty and jousting an overall bad experience. On the floor of my room at check-in were (1) a couple of gummy bears, and (2) lots of cracker crumbs (or something). If they are missing full-sized gummy bears, it is hard to imagine that they are getting viruses. It was not good, so I tried to check out at 8 am -- not wanting to stay another night, but they said they would charge me for the next night anyway. Just a bummer experience. Location great if you want to be close the venues and stadium, but nothing else good about this place.

Yelp
This place is beautiful the pool is great and the workout room is amazing to but when we got here our room wasn't even ready yet and we drove three hours away for the place and the room service is slow to we asked for towels and they never came so they have some work to work on

Yelp
The hotel itself is reasonably nice, and the staff at the front desk were reasonably friendly. Although when I visited the lobby-level market to purchase a few items, the person behind the register was abysmal - incredibly unfriendly, and downright rude.

Yelp
This is a beautiful new hotel in a great location. It is located next to the AT&T stadium & Globe Life field. It is also basically connected to LIVE which has tons of restaurants and bars you can walk to. All of the staff that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The room is nice and the beds are super comfy!! The pool was closed because it's cold out but it looks beautiful. We will def be back in the summer to check it out. The only downfall of this hotel is the parking. They only offer valet which is $38/night. They do not have self parking or guest parking. My mom came to visit and had to park at the LIVE and walk over. I wish there was a place for guest to park.

Yelp
What a great addition to Arlington! I had the pleasure of getting a hard hat tour before the actual opening of the property. It was beautiful before it was finished and even better since it's now complete. When you come into the hotel you can't help but see the giant bar and big screen tv perfect to watch in cowboys game days. The pool is beautiful with great views of the arena and the swim up bar makes you feel like you're at a resort. I particularly like the walk in feature and the view of the fountain with fire feature. Being literally right next door to Texas Live! Made everything perfect if you don't want to dine in the hotel. So many food options it's overwhelming. Dining in property is delicious though. The restaurant has An amazing breakfast that's extra filling. I really want to go back for lunch and dinner to see what those meals are like as well. Very impressed with the rooms and the suites they have to offer. Who'd have though the owners of the rangers have their own penthouse suites there as well. The penthouse suite has the best view with all the accommodations you dream of. Even the standard suites have Giant windows with lots of natural light in your room. I'd be happy to host an event there with all the natural light near their banquet rooms on the second floor.
