Good food, very beautiful location, especially the top floor. It gives you an amazing view of the ships entertaining and leaving Stone Town. Also they gave our children's some coloring pencils! The building itself is also vintage, with a sturdy, wooden staircase.

When arriving to Stone Town i was very hungry and lonely. Sat down to have a beer and eat. Tuna tartare was phenomenal! Right on the beach. So if going at dusk don't forget your bug repellent like I did. But overall, food was great. Little pricey. But again, it's the on the main beach in Stone Town. So very convenient and lots of things to see.

One of the beach restaurant bar places at stone town - 100% for tourists. Right now its low season so it was pretty empry. I just had some beers at the bar and chatted with bar tender Adam. Food menue offers everything from around the globe, but it did not feel tempting, too many opions.

We can't understand the bad reviews. The location is beautiful, there is live music and the staff are hard-working, quick and friendly. The drinks (iced coffee, iced tea, non-alcoholic cocktail) were very good. We also had a starter and a veggie burger, both of which were also very tasty and plentiful. The price was really quite reasonable. A relief after all the bad restaurants. Highly recommended.

Nice location, slowest table service I experienced in 3 weeks in Zanzibar. Relaxed beachside vibe. Very cold beer. Staff just not very attentive/ quick with service. Cashier and other staff inside are rude, don’t smile. Could be better if customer service improves.

Stumbled on Livingstones while lost and wandering through stone town. A very pleasant lunch time experience, had Pizza which was enough for 2 of us and fairly tasty if slightly oily. Great to sit outside and watch the passing parade of boats and folks heading off to snorkel the surrounding islands. Some mildly irritating vendors but easily ignored .. a pleasant experience.

Perfect beachfront bar. Visited on our first night that set a high bar for food. Blooming delicious and great prices. Enjoyed the sunset, beach acrobatics and live music. Will pop back for sunset drinks

Paid 22,000 for two 500ml beers which is way overpriced. The menu states that local beers is 7500 but conveniently it’s only 33cl versions of the beer which they don’t have in stock. It’s a lovely location and great live music, but these seems like quite a bad and unnecessary practice.
