Swung by on a Sunday for lunch and my wife and I each got the spritz + half sandwich combo. Stephanie and John made perfect Aperol spritzes that reminded me of the copious spritzes I took down while in Florence last year. We tried the Napoli and Modena paninis, both had fantastic flavor and was a REAL spot hitter on a sunny Sunday.
I count myself a carb-pro, as I've made and sampled flour based products the world over, and this focaccia had good EVOO levels and flavor, but I normally look to have a bit more crust crunch and larger crumb. I look forward to returning for the the service, flavors, and slightly crunchier bread 😎
