I love my recent vinyl plank flooring purchase. Will Johnson patiently and professionally assisted me with my purchase. I went back and purchased additional flooring for another room. The other Will assisted me and he was also very helpful.

Great service in the Durham store. The warehouse crew was particularly helpful moving it to my car. Third or fourth time using this store and always good service.

A nightmare for me! I bought more than 6.5k floor and stair materials from this store, and the manager said that it will be available in one week. However, the floor stuff is on time, while the stair treads were broken and took so long to get. My last package was never arrived, but they said it was delivered. I called the store manager multiple time, he kept promising, but did not do what he said. I chatted and called the sale department in NY, but the problem was not solved too. Eventually, I bought things from other to complete my stair. Never buy things from this store, or general from LLFloor. You have plenty of other choices. Avoid them if you can.

They got good stuff and staff was very helpful

Installed flooring but no one stated the toilet would not be replaced. Not too mention my floor is starting to come up after 2 years. The warranty was for one year. Wow!

Ordered flooring and picked it up great staff!
