How to Spend 3 Days in Marrakesh, Morocco

"A rooftop Moroccan–Mediterranean fusion restaurant offering sweeping, nearly 360-degree views of the city and the Atlas Mountains at sunset; signature plates include chicken-lemon tagine soft tacos with candied tomatoes and creamy mint yogurt, and although alcohol isn’t served, creative fruity mocktails such as a raspberry-basil-lemon Mrahba are on offer." - Asia London Palomba Asia London Palomba Asia London Palomba is a trilingual Italian writer from Rome, currently based in Boston. Where to Eat, Drink, and Stay in Marrakech Right Now

"All over the city, in fact, non-alcoholic cocktails were a high point, and few places did them better than L’mida, the casually chic rooftop restaurant that’s well worth the effort to find." - Brian Freedman

I had an amazing dinner with my family yesterday. The ambience was incredible at night at the roof top. The food we ordered were top notch and tasted just perfect. I asked the staff to arrange a little surprise as it was my partner’s bday and they did that wonderfully. All the staffs are so welcoming and service is amazing. They also offered to click few of our pictures. I would totally recommend this place if you are visiting Marakkesh .

L’Mida was our first dinner in Marrakesh and it really set the tone. The staff was really nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Portions aren’t too big, which makes sharing easy and very much in the spirit of Moroccan dining. Everything was perfectly seasoned. Our favorites were the L’Mida tacos, roasted cauliflower, cheese briouates, and the salted caramel molten cake. The lemon & fresh ginger tea was amazing, and the interior is beautiful. A great start to the trip.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 L Mida’s rooftop in Marrakech is an absolute gem! The location is stunning – a perfect blend of modern style and authentic Moroccan flair, with great views over the city. The atmosphere is vibrant, supported by a cool and well-curated mix of music that sets the perfect mood without ever being intrusive. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The food is excellent – fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish is a delightful combination of traditional Moroccan taste and creative culinary ideas. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a relaxed lunch in the sun or a stylish dinner under the stars, L Mida is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We loved our lunch here so much, we came for lunch every day on our trip to Marrakech! It’s the perfect spot if you want some light healthy food and really good vibes. The service was lovely, and it’s in the heart of the souks so perfect location for when you’re tired of shopping and need a peaceful break. I got the besaha juice 3 times as it was my favourite - it’s under the mocktails list but was a fresh juice. I recommend the chicken skewers as this was my favourite lunch but my partner really enjoyed the gnocchi dish and the risotto style mhamsa which was like a giant couscous. We didn’t book in advance on any of the 3 days and were seated with no issue or wait 😊

Lovely spot, especially the rooftop area! Staff were wonderful, helpful and very friendly 😀 But the food is honestly overrated. This is supposed to be one of Marrakech's top spots, but zaalouk was incredibly bland, the meatballs were meh, and the cheese briouats were alright but not amazing. Best thing was the berber gnocchi, but even that was just "good" not great.

I think this was my favourite dinner during my stay in Marrakech - food was a great fusion of modern and traditional flavours. Despite the cold and damp weather, the atmosphere on the terrace was great and the staff very accommodating.

Restaurant and food is gorgeous. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We came here for dinner without a reservation and they managed to get us a table with only a 10 minute wait. The cauliflower dish we ordered was a bit cold however we were unsure if it was a warm or cold plate. Nonetheless it was delicious and we would definitely came back!
