This place surpassed my expectations. It's tucked away between Catalina and Windsor, on Green Street. Street parking was a bit hard to come by (I went on a Saturday at 8pm), and the store was packed when I got there, but the workers are so fast and efficient in taking orders and dispatching orders that I was placing mine in no time. I did the check in on Yelp (once outside, and again in front of the cashier, because she didn't believe I actually did, lol) and they gave me a free topping for my soft serve (usually, it's 75 cents). Also, the actual portion size was bigger than I expected (I got a medium (16 oz) soft serve Thai Tea / Milk swirl one with Oreo crumbs as the topping), so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back.

Google
Their thai tea soft serve is so yummy!! Very creamy and sweet but not too sweet. The thai tea was good too. They are very generous with their boba which is awesome but I wish the boba was a tiny bit softer/chewier. Easy street parking on green street and very friendly staff!

The ice cream and chocolate chip walnut cookie are so so good! The Thai milk ice cream literally tastes like the boba Thai tea. It was like having two in one- so delicious and can’t wait to come back :)

I recently visited L'Moon in Pasadena, and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our experience. The Thai inspired drinks were phenomenal — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend trying their signature drinks, as each sip was a delightful blend of tastes. The drinks were also top-notch, with a variety of options to suit any preference. The atmosphere was perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out. Overall, L'Moon exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return!

Google
Wow this place is amazing! I got the chocolate walnut cookie and the Thai tea self-serve. The cookie was filled with so much chocolate and walnut and soo gooey and delicious! The self-serve ice cream tasted like actual Thai tea and was so sweet and flavorful!

Google
(7/19/2025) First time stopping in at L’Moon Creamery for a late(ish) dessert shop (hard to find around SGV) and was blown away by the variety of drinks and, of course, their soft serve offering. The Thai Milk Tea ice cream was heavenly. You get a great portion for a small size. Also topped it off with a dark cocoa chocolate chip too (almost looks Levain-esque). The area is quite walkable and we hung out there to finish our drinks and ice cream. Staff were super friendly and worked quickly to finish our order. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

Google
I want to try their Matcha since I tried the other cafes around this area. Ordered the fire Matcha with my wife. Wife ordered Strawberry fire and pointed at the picture. I ordered the original. The server at 09/24/25 time 3:45pm looked like she is in a a bad mood. Cafes around this place would accommodate any questions but she was a bit dismissive, and looked forced to answer our questions regarding our selection. She also gave the vibe that we weren't welcome or we're bothering her on a non busy time. We were the only customers so, not a stressful time. We waited for our orders, and guess what, she screwed my wife's drink. We both got fire original Matcha lattes. The server didn't even asked if she can correct the mistake -- nothing. We left because we didn't want to cause any issue. So I made this review. My drink wasn't all that and I had better Matcha drinks. This place didn't offer Oatmilk as a substitute. They only have almond milk. We opted for Whole milk since the almond milk might mess the Matcha taste. The experience with this server left a bad taste for us. We will not come back here.

Yelp
I had the Thai Tea soft serve with Boba - absolutely amazing. I'm surprised my Yelp Elite friend Sam, found their drink lackluster. While I didn't try the "Thai Fighter," I'm shocked! Maybe it was an off day - I didn't read her review prior to my visit. When you walk into the store, it hits you with such a warm sugary smell - it's absolute heaven. The shop isn't a sit down. There's a bench for seating, but it's not a place to hang out. You'll definitely have to leave your laptops at home. The softserve taste true to Thai tea - a strong robust flavor of star anise, vanilla and assam tea, definitely better than any grocery variant. The soft chewy boba, adds a different element of sharp sugar. My friend and I went at night, there were more street parking, but I imagine it can be a little tricky during the day. I definitely recommend if you are in the area. Don't forget to grab a stamp card!

Yelp
How much do I love L'Moon? I have 10 filled stamp cards from BOTH locations - and they're both at least a 30 minute drive from me. I call my family every time I'm in the area to see how many Trophies to bring home; we ALL love L'moon. Needless to say, the Trophies are our favorite item and if you're getting anything, get this. All the toppings DO work together, and it's blissful bite every time. The thai tea soft serve itself is a smooth, lightly sweet blend that while I admit doesn't have the strongest thai tea flavor, it's still a good flavor. That's why you need to try it with all those toppings to get the full flavor combination! Also, they pile the cups high with soft serve, so rest assured the price is worth it. The drinks, however... I'm not the biggest fan. I find them (from the thai tea to the matcha latte) to be a little too bland, too milky for me. I just rather get the ice cream! Service is also always nice and it's cashLESS only here! lmoon please build a location near walnut please please please

Yelp
This shop is very aesthetically pleasing and cute, my friend and I loved visiting here. You can tell straight away that their niche is Thai tea - the wall is orange, all the pictures of the desserts have that signature orange look, and there was even merchandise for the place. The shop itself is quite small, but there was no one there when we went, so we were able to easily place our order for one Thai tea with boba and a Thai tea soft serve. The Thai tea here is very strong, you can taste it both in the tea and the soft serve. There was a little bench where we were able to share our desserts. The only thing I would say is that the employee that helped us was rather quiet, which was fine, but the service wasn't exactly extraordinary, at least for our visit. Just wish they were a little bit more friendly, but perhaps it was just an off-day.

Yelp
Some friends and I stopped by for some dessert. Love the concept of thai tea soft serve. Its a quaint shop with street parking. The servers were really nice and helpful and made some great recommendations. I tried the trophy soft serve which was thai tea soft serve with layers of soft chewy boba, corn flakes, grass jelly, and jelly. Omg everything tasted great together...i love the crunch from the corn flakes with the soft chewy boba (that was still warm)! The soft serve just melts in your mouth with the creaminess and great texture. Amazing thai tea flavor with the right amount of creaminess. I also tried the green jasmine tea with jelly and it had great tea flavor. I dont like it too sweet and they were able to adjust the sweetness level. This place definitely fulfilled the sweet tooth and we will definitely be back to try some other things.

Yelp
Margert was really nice and kind to our group and answered all our questions! Thanks for your patience with our ordering and recommending the cookies! The soft serve Thai tea boba was unique and really good! It's a great place to stop by if you had dinner near the area. It's located on a turn from a Main Street to a a nice quiet street of the Pasadena area. It's a nice walk after dinner if your looking for somewhere to take your date or a friend afterwards. We will be in the future!

Yelp
Thai Tea in soft serve form! It's starting to warm up so every time I'm in the area, I need a stop for this yummy cold treat! Thai Tea Soft Serve with Coconut Jelly and Boba - Super cute and they take the time to make it look pretty. Then an extra spire of soft serve and your toppings. The coconut jelly isn't like the usual, it has a bit harder texture, the boba is perfect and still warm. The Thai Tea soft serve is GREAT! Stong flavors and really smooth and not icy. Thai Fighter - Bruleed cream top, Thai Tea and Boba - yum! Great flavors! Swirl Soft Serve - Thai Tea and Milk soft serve, great for a balanced flavor. It's a cute small shop with Soft Serve, coffee drinks, merch and cookies. Love the rabbit logo! Service was quick and friendly. Parking is convenient on the street and they have a small parking lot. Definitely recommended!

Yelp
I came craving a sweet treat and I had to try their Thai tea soft serve. It was nice and creamy however I wish the Thai tea flavor was stronger. The Oreo crumbs gave it a nice crunch that brought it together. Very cute little store! I would come back to try their cookies :)
google avatar

Yelp
Small shop with 1 bench to sit inside and 1 bench to sit outside. The soft serve was very nice and creamy. Perfect to have as a float on my coffee boba. Wish there was more coffee though, it was mostly a cup of soft serve with a splash of coffee. Server was friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
I got the Thai tea and milk swirl soft serve cream with coconut jelly. Delicious and creamy! It was about $7 for a small but honestly the serving was pretty big so you can definitely share with a friend. I wish they offered more toppings on the ice cream. This is a small shop with a bench inside and outside. We got our soft serves pretty quickly. They place your order on the side counter, where it might be stained from the thai tea. Great spot for a sweet treat with your friends, family, or date!

Yelp
I only knew about L'Moon Creamery because it is next door to Sichuan Street Food. I came here after work. I initially parked at the small parking lot next to it. I found out that small parking lot belongs to the neighboring businesses. L'Moon actually doesn't have their own parking. You will need to park on the street. Please read the signs. It's a very small creamery shop. Very limited inside bench seating. I was only interested in one item and that was their most popular Thai Tea soft serve. I love Thai Iced Tea so what better way to experience it as an ice cream. I got it with corn flakes which was a first time for me. Soft serve was so smooth and creamy. Quite delightful! It was better than the drink itself. And surprisingly, cornflakes worked very well with it. I have a new found soft serve friend. I will be back here for more Thai Tea soft serve and even try it with boba next time. I found out they also have a location in Upland. I'll be checking out that location, too. Thanks L'Moon for offering a unique twist to Thai Tea that I enjoy very much!

Yelp
We stopped by to kill time waiting for a nearby thrift store to open. Quaint boba spot, minimal seating, nice service, yummy cookies & boba drinks. We ended up taking our ice cream to eat in our car.

Yelp
Such a cute creamery! :D Saw this place pop up on social media so I had to indulge & try the Thai Tea Soft Serve with boba! It was very delectable & sweet! My boyfriend ordered the large with no boba added & I got small with added boba. When we received our order, both of them had no boba. I asked the girl working there that I had asked for boba & they quickly apologized and gave me extra boba on the side. Much appreciated! I would come again to try new items, the soft serve was delicious but in my opinion Thai Tea is best served over ice haha! ;)
google avatar

Steph D.

Yelp
This cute small shop serves the best Thai tea soft serve and it is not too sweet! I opted for no boba. There is street parking available on Green St only. It's a quaint dessert shop, and the barista spent her time in the back after serving us. We also bought a chocolate walnut cookie, which gave Levain vibes. It's a thick cakey gooey cookie. I would only recommend the soft serve!
google avatar

Yelp
First time trying this location. Customer service was very nice and very fast! The strawberry boba was really good but the star of the show was the Thai tea soft serve! I've never had anything like it, it was genuinely so so good!
google avatar

Maritza A.

Yelp
Ordered the swirl soft serve, which is vanilla and Thai tea. SO YUMMY I've never had Thai tea soft serve and it was very delicious, not too sweet. I checked in on yelp and received a free topping. I added the passionfruit coconut jelly which was a 12/10! The employee was very welcoming and service was fast. I am knocking off one star because I wish there was seating or a table outside , there is a small bench inside but would love outside seating. Definitely coming back!
google avatar

Salby N.

Yelp
The ice cream was so good! Kind of tasted like the McDonalds soft serve. It was a good balance between ice cream, Oreos, and bobas. Even though it's a small shop, they serve it so quickly!
google avatar

Yelp
We were looking for an alternative Yogurtland and decided to give this place a try. The downside is that they don't have a huge selection of soft serve flavors but the flavors they do have are very good. Also, my 5 year old could only get vanilla since all the other flavors seemed to have caffeine in them. Overall, it was good though and I would probably come again.

Yelp
I have been coming L'moon for years now and honestly it never fails to meet my expectations. I walked an hour to closing time and the staff were friendly and we even joked around a bit considering I always forget my loyalty cards. The interior has some real nice aesthetics that not only highlight the space and building that its in (Such as the exterior reminding me of the Burlington Area down the street and more modern interior) but the colorful interior speaks to the vibe within as well. Their Soft Serve Thai Tea is their bread and butter and combining it with some boba pearls is a wonderful treat. But this time, I got their Strawberry flavor with Oreo crumbles and this might be my go-to going forward. The sweetness from the strawberry and Oreo with the slight tartness of the ice cream made it so enjoyable. It is located on a one way street and at certain times may be busy! So plan accordingly! But, its really nice to walk during the day, so I highly recommend it!
google avatar

Kia A.

Yelp
We got the Thai Tea soft serve float with Boba, Strawberry Kisses w/o Boba, and Creme Brulee Top with Boba. All of them were good! The drinks are not that sweet but they are creamy. Must try! We'll come back again!
google avatar

Travis P.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the soft serve here. Parked right outsides the place and grabbed a small 9 oz soft serve which honestly was a pretty big size to share with someone. I got the swirl which was a mix of vanilla and thai tea flavor. It was delicious and totally hit the spot. Added oreo crumbs also and it complimented the soft serve well. I would be back here when I am feeling soft serve in Pasadena. The drinks looked good as well. Note - They give you a free topping if you check-in on yelp!
google avatar

Madelaine A.

Yelp
Great service and different special choices for thai tea. I had a hard time deciding which one! The thai tea itself needed more "thai tea" flavor in my opinion, but overall still a delicious drink! The shop is small.
google avatar

Jack L.

Yelp
Came here on a whim since we were nearby and I had heard about it some time ago. Tiny little shop with no table seating, just a waiting bench. It was honestly way, way too sweet for me..
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
Been eyeing this place for a long time. Did not disappoint. Thai ice cream! Wow innovative I like that there are small portions for those who don't want to eat too much or spend too much. I will need to return because I want to try other items on their menu. Street parking only. Just one bench inside to sit.
google avatar

Steph C.

Yelp
Love the L'Moon in Upland, but for some reason this location was not on par. The tea milk tea was watered down and lacked tea flavor. The cookies were dry, though they did try to make them in a cute heart shape for Valentine's Day. Total opposite of the other location. My friends got the Thai tea soft serve and said that was delicious. If you're a tea or cookie lover, would def try their Upland location instead. No seating inside so it's more of a grab and go place, just like the other location. Staff was friendly and gave recommendations but something might've just been off that day.
google avatar

Ana T.

Yelp
This place is located on a one-way street. There is limited street parking. There is a parking lot on the right side, but it seemed to be for the business on the other side, but there was plenty of spaces left. The interior decor is colorful and joyful. Service was fast since there was no line. There are choices of ice cream and drinks. I got the Fire Rabbit drink with boba - made of brown sugar milk cream brûlée. It was cold, sweet, and enjoyable. The cream brûlée made it stand out.
google avatar

Adriana G.

Yelp
Cute and cozy nook with the best Thai tea and soft serve! If you want to try Thai tea, this is definitely the place to try it! A yummy Thai drink with fresh honey boba -- yum! A great spot with a discount if you check in on Yelp! Friendly service also!

Yelp
I was so excited when I found out L'Moon opened a second location in Pasadena. It's still far from me, but closer than their first store. Their drinks and soft server are delicious! They definitely kept up the quality with this second store. I got the thai tea soft serve float on a friend's recommendation as that's what she typically gets when she visits. It was excellent! I didn't realize that it was thai tea soft serve in thai tea!!! It's soft, smooth, and sweet! Highly recommend this to thai tea lovers. Opted out of getting any of their milk teas this time around as I just wasn't feeling it, but will absolutely try them out next time around along with maybe trying out their cookies? On a second visit with my husband, I got just a large thai tea soft serve, and while still really delicious, I like it much better with the thai milk tea. I find the liquid helps balance out the sheer thickness of the soft serve itself. The interior is super clear, and they have a modern and chic aesthetic going on. It feels very homey and really matches the fall season. We found parking easily along the street both times, but I can easily envision it getting packed on a busy Saturday or something? But I know Pasadena has plenty of parking and structures nearby so at most it'd be a small walk.
google avatar

Yelp
If you love Thai tea then this is the perfect dessert spot for you! Located on Green St. In Old town Pasadena, L'Moon is a drink and dessert shop with street parking and cute decor. The building its in looks old, like many historic buildings in Pasadena but they've remodeled it a bit to fit a cute aesthetic. Tonight after dinner my husband and I came by for a sweet treat, a vanilla thai tea soft serve swirl with oreo crumb toppings and a jasmine milk tea with strawberry syrup added. My husband ordered 50% on the milk tea and it was not sweet at all and the team happily assisted in adding a little bit more sugar so it was nice. The thai tea soft serve was the star and we will definitely be back for more!

Yelp
After a filling dinner at Malbec, I was completely stuffed--but then I spotted the adorable orange bunny logo as we drove by. What was this cute dessert place? With easy street parking, we were inside within seconds to check it out. Normally, I avoid boba milk tea or Thai tea after 4 PM because the caffeine keeps me up all night. Thankfully, the Thai tea-flavored soft serve ice cream here was light and perfectly subtle in flavor. Despite being full, I couldn't resist going all in with the Thai Tea Trophy. This indulgent treat comes in a tall cup loaded with Thai tea soft serve, coconut jelly, honey boba, cornflakes, and grass jelly. Pro tip: if you check in on Yelp, you can save $0.50! While it was a delicious treat, there was no way I could finish it all in one sitting--it's definitely meant to be shared. Luckily, I live nearby, so I brought the rest home and enjoyed it over two more servings. The shop itself is quite small, with just one bench that fits three people at most, so most customers take their orders to go. In addition to their soft serve creations, they also offer a variety of drinks. It's a sweet spot I'll definitely visit again.
google avatar

Eileen L.

Yelp
Yummy yummy Thai tea soft serve! We also added honey boba and this was such a satisfying sweet treat! The boba was still warm and soft and the Thai tea flavor was so prominent in the soft serve! It is open pretty late so it's the perfect after dinner option. There isn't really any indoor seating for you so most people just stand outside to eat it. Parking was also a bit annoying as they had no designated spots but there is street parking.
google avatar

Sammy L.

Yelp
Their thai tea soft serve is so yummy!! Very creamy and sweet but not too sweet. The thai tea was good too. They are very generous with their boba which is awesome but I wish the boba was a tiny bit softer/chewier. Easy street parking on green street and very friendly staff!

Brenda C.

Yelp
Quality ingredients! Warm handmade boba on delicious Thai tea soft serve. I will be going back. It's very much an "order and go" type of place since it's tiny in a quiet location.
google avatar

Jane L.

Yelp
I came here because I was in the area for dinner and L'moon was only of the few places that was still open. I wanted to avoid the downtown Pasadena area, so this was perfect. It is a small store with like 1 bench, so not exactly an area to hang out, but more for takeout. This was fine to me since I was planning on taking my order to go anyways. The employee is the front was super nice and I opted for the Thai ice tea float with boba (which is a boba with soft serve ice cream) and a cookie. The float was pretty good, had good flavor, and wasn't super sweet, which I liked. The cookie (I got the chocolate and walnut) was also pretty decent. Reminded me of Levian Bakery cookie. I would definitely come back here again. One thing to note is that I didn't see a designated parking, but there was plenty of street parking. However, I did go close to closing, so I assume that it might be a little harder to find a spot if you go during busier times.
google avatar

Yuri Y.

Yelp
It's a cute little shop nowhere to really sit but just order in & out~ We had ordered the fire rabbit & the Thai tea soft serve, both were sooooo good! We got the stamp card & are gonna return again :)
google avatar

Cindy T.

Yelp
This is a tiny gem with such a sweet employee who made our visit even better. The shop itself is small, with just one bench inside by the window and another outside, but it has a cozy charm. We ordered the Thai Tea Soft Serve Float, and it was absolutely perfect for two to share. The combination of textures from the boba, coconut jelly, and crunchy corn flakes made every bite delicious. If you're a fan of thai tea, I'd definitely recommend stopping by.
google avatar

Lexi S.

Yelp
Found this cute little gem today! Behind the red brick wall you'll find the cutest little shop. They specialize in drinks, coffee, tea, soft serve, and cookies! The workers were friendly, I loved watching them concoct their beautiful creations. Highly recommend ordering the Thai tea soft serve with boba! Small inside, you're best off to grab and go. They offer a discount if you sign in on Yelp! There is parking behind the building, they don't have a restroom heads up!
google avatar

Kaleen L.

Yelp
Amazing boba soft serve! L'moon Creamery excels with their Thai tea soft serve. It's smooth and creamy, no gritty or chunky ice texture here. It's sweet but not overpowering and the flavor is definitely there! Boba is extra but I recommend it, even though the warmth will cause the ice cream to melt faster... Service is friendly and they also offer a stamp card. There is very limited seating inside (a bench, really) and the shop is small. Definitely a grab and go place but it's located on a nice strip of Pasadena, great for a little walk around. Overall great experience and would recommend, can't speak for the rest of the menu but don't miss out on their Thai tea soft serve!
google avatar

Kate R.

Yelp
If you love Thai tea this is for you! I love their Thai trophy, that is a later of boba, Thai tea ice cream, corn flakes, ice cream then boba and coconut jelly! I can tell you that this is the first time I really enjoyed Thai tea. I love that it's not that sweet that I didnt have a sore throat afterwards haha! The chewiness of the boba is good too! The service though needs to be improved, maybe because when we're there the other employee is still in training. My friend's order needs to be re-make because the first one is just too much ice cream. I will definitely rave about their Thai Tea!
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
I will driveeee my ass here when I want a Thai tea dessert. The Thai Fighter with the roasted cream on top is everythinggg. The Thai tea itself isn't that sweet, but the fluff on top just adds that extra touch of creamy goodness. Another drink I love here is the Fire Rabbit, which is a brown sugar milk tea that also comes with the roasted top. Wish they had a closer location to Long Beach! I'd be there all the time.
google avatar

Elle C.

Yelp
came in for the thai tea soft serve which was delicious, felt that it needed a touch more thai tea flavor though. if you're not sure if it's for you, they do give you a sample! cute shop with a bench inside and outside for seating, with friendly helpful staff. street parking which was easy.
google avatar

Yelp
A Hidden Gem in Pasadena! L'Moon Creamery is officially my favorite spot for boba tea, hands down! I tried the Fire Strawberry Boba Tea and WOW... the flavor was out of this world. Sweet, spicy, fruity, and perfectly balanced. And don't leave without trying their chocolate cookies, they're warm, gooey, and ridiculously good. Big shoutout to the team for being so friendly and helpful with recommendations. The place has such a cool vibe too, it feels like a little escape. If you're a boba lover or just looking for something unforgettable, this is it. A must visit in Pasadena!
google avatar

Lauren A.

Yelp
cute lil boba shop in pasadena. too small for seating got the l'moon milk and it was VERY sweet. staff was friendly and there was no line. worth the try if you're local!
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
My friend and I decided to stop by and get a little pre dinner dessert while waiting to get off the waitlist and was pleasantly surprised by L'moon creamery. I had no expectations coming in but the interior is super cute and their menu consists of boba drinks and thai tea ice cream. Their boba drinks were on the pricier side so my friend and I shared an ice cream which was perfectly sweet and creamy. The boba was perfectly chewy and soft just how I like it. Overall a great experience and I great place to go for a sweet treat. Since trying the boba, I've definitely changed my mind about this place and will be back to try one of their drinks.
google avatar

Jules B.

Yelp
In the neighborhood and decided to stop by for a sweet treat and check off a spot that has been on my Yelp bookmarks. Small, casual, cute ice cream, frozen yogurt and bubble tea shop with such a variety that'll fulfill every sweet fantasy. I decided to try out the Thai Tea Trophy which had coconut jelly, honey boba on top, corn flakes in the middle and grass jelly at the bottom of soft serve Thai tea. Worth every calorie! I'm glad I don't live close to this location, or I'd be here every week, at least. Inside has limited indoor seating. Service was direct. Metered street parking, although parking is free on the weekend evenings.
google avatar

Elise B.

Yelp
I went in the afternoon during the week, it wasn't busy at that time. Service was quick; they have an indoor and outdoor bench to sit at and they are dog friendly. I love the Thai tea flavor of the soft serve and all the different layers (coconut jelly, boba, cornflakes, grass jelly). Perfect for a hot day or just a sweet treat! Parking- street parking

Yelp
Delicious from Thai tea soft serve to mouth watering cookies. Ambience is welcoming. Cashier very helpful in ordering.

Yelp
First time trying a Thai tea ice cream and honestly it tastes like a very creamy Thai tea, spot on for flavor. The boba had a good texture, it was a nice touch.

Yelp
1st time in. Service was great, cute place. We got the Jasmine Green Tea and a tai tea soft serve (no toppings). Both were great. Not too sweet, just perfect.
