I placed an order on January 3.
However, due to a mistake by the store, the product was not shipped.
I was only informed of this on January 13.
The customer service center showed no remorse and never apologized, and instead told me to buy a new product.
However, to this day I have not received any refund.
It is unacceptable for a customer to ask me to buy a new product when they have not even given me a refund.
At this point, I have paid twice.
