Item was shipped very fast but I was sent a completely different item. Ordered the Walter Van Beirendonck Beam Me Up necklace with the transparent beads but was sent the one with green beads. Had to return the order and there wasn’t a single option for a replacement. Lost out on FX fees and spent an entire week waiting for the refund. Was offered a 10% off but there wasn’t an attempt to update their database to reflect the correct style code since my last feedback.

Disappointing Customer Service and Poor Packaging Quality I recently ordered from LN-CC and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The box arrived smashed all around, with even a hole in it, showing a clear lack of care during packaging and shipping. Despite contacting customer service, my concerns were dismissed, and the only solution offered was to return the item at my own inconvenience. With no accountability or compensation for the damaged packaging, I’ve now decided to return the item. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for LN-CC. I will not be shopping with LN-CC again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and handling of this issue.

I was afraid of all bad reviews about this store, but decided to risk. Want to share my positive experience at online store. Customer care answered quickly at all my questions. My Jacquemus bag is wonderful! But need to improve app ( a lot of bugs) and delivery information, as at the website still exist information about delivering from UK and packing of parcel.

Just leaving this review to balance a bit of the negative ones. I'm sure they're all valid and it does seem like there need to be some improvements in apps, technical issues, and potentially customer service. Here was my experience: 1/18/23 12AM (EST, in NYC): product ordered (midnight EST) 1/18/23 4AM: product being prepared 1/18/23 10:20AM: product being shipped, tracking number provided Product left Milan, IT, moved through italy, looks like there was a slight operational delay in France (i got an alert) but seemed to only affect final delivery estimate by one day (also sounds more like a FED-EX issue than LN-CC) 1/24/23 - 1/25/23: France to Memphis, Tennessee 1/26/23: Delivered to me in Brooklyn, NY; it was a crossbody bag and contained the product's original dust bag wrapped in paper and taped (great to me, after seeing some people's were a little more roughly packaged) So all in all, a pretty perfect experience. I'm leaving this mostly because of all the negative reviews, I almost didn't purchase from LN-CC, and was going to buy from another site where the product was over $100 more. But I took the gamble and paid off perfectly. Hopefully the other issues are worked out/get better but for me, great experience.

it's time to change your opinion about this store! I won't lie I was very worried about my purchase after reading the reviews. my dream since July last year was to buy a Vivienne Westwood handbag which was unavailable anywhere in the world. However, the LN-CC store sent me a notification that I had this bag, so before I thought I ordered it. later I read the reviews and was terrified, but after a week my handbag arrived to me, all beautiful, new and unique. so I thought Ok maybe I was lucky so to see if I was lucky or this store is good, a week later I ordered another Vivienne Westwood handbag! and i was right! this store, customer service, shipping and all the care is 10/10. Nothing has disappointed me, two purchases and two very successful ones, do not be influenced by negative opinions, my experience and my opinion will defend this store!

This company is a SCAM and took money out of my bank without my authorisation. I exchanged more than 40 emails with them and had a phone conversation with their so-called customer service representative, Daniella, who was extremely rude. After two months of fighting for my money, I finally got it back by reporting them to my bank and taking legal action. I feel it is my duty to leave this review so others do not fall into their trap. Initially, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that taxes and duties are non-refundable. However, their reasoning completely ignored the real issues. When I purchased items on my iPhone, the total amount I authorised was £579—the cost of two items listed in their private sale. There was no mention of import fees or taxes during checkout, nor on my ApplePay authorisation. I provided video evidence proving this. They went on to charge me an additional £400 without my authorisation—this is outright scamming. Moreover, the amount charged for the items was higher than the private sale prices they advertised. The two items were listed as £240 (reduced from £370) and £339 (reduced from £565), totalling £579. However, I was charged £302.92 and £465.42 before duties, resulting in an inflated total of £942.50. Not only was I misled and overcharged, but the taxes and duties were also overstated, and I was only informed of the inflated invoice after the payment had been taken. This is not just a case of refusing to refund duties; it highlights systematic faults on their part. These include failing to display duties during checkout and charging more than the advertised price without informing me. Despite explaining this clearly over multiple emails and calls, they failed to address the issues or provide any resolution. It is utterly unacceptable for any retailer to overcharge and mislead customers like this. Proceed with extreme caution if dealing with this company.

Ordered a pair of Salomon XT6 which arrived in good time but the finish of the shoe was terrible. Incredibly poor workmanship on the front of the shoes, glue all over and the sole coming away from the shoe which will let water in to a 'goretex' shoe. Plus dents in the base of the shoe. Tried to report the issue to see what could be done but had no response from them. Wish i listened to the reviews.
