I’ve had no issues with this online store in the past but my recent experience has been very poor.
Trousers arrived with stains. Contacted them immediately via their website contact form. No response. Contacted them via WhatsApp. They said they would escalate the matter but it’s now been a week with no response.
2nd order has not been dispatched despite the money taken over 1 week ago.
I will update on any resolution.
Update - over 2 weeks have passed - despite the message under this comment saying they have messaged me privately - I did not receive any such message from them. There has been no further contact from the company regarding the stained garment. Note that I was asking for a refund of the delivery fee only! Which I don’t think is asking for too much when they sent me a soiled garment.
I did receive an email saying the 2nd order has now been cancelled as they have found that they do not actually have it in stock.,…. Waiting for refund……
Avoid this company - poor quality control and the terrible customer service.

I was hesitant after reading recent reviews but I can confirm LN-CC were perfect. I ordered 2 items and they were shipped within 2 days. My emails with questions were also promptly responded to. Both items were the correct size, completely undamaged and packaged carefully. 100% would order from here again.

They lie about processing refunds and steal your money!!!! They also, when emailing you, tell you the incorrect refund amount - told me 100euro LESS than I'd paid!! When I called them out on this, they went quiet on me and stopped responding. I've been waiting close to a month for refund of a Gucci belt!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are thieves.
*** UPDATE*** They say they have contacted me privately. Another LIE. I am STILL waiting on my refund AND for them to contact me privately!!!

LN-CC is not a trustworthy retailer.
I bought two MaxMara coats in November that were described as cashmere, but they arrived as wool. During Black Friday, I requested a price match and agreed to keep the item, but after nearly a month, they refused.
Misleading product descriptions, slow customer service, and poor after-sales support.
I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Do not order from these scammers. I bought some expensive shoes from them. They took my money. Waited a week, and then sent an email cancelling the order. Say it will take 10 working days for a refund. I wouldn’t mind so much but now showing those shoes ‘in stock’ when they don’t have them - just sit on your money and never intend on sending you the item - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Received a fake vs very questionable item that is over $4000. I brought the item to the brand to confirm the authenticity. The brand said that the certificate tag on the item had a wrong manufacturing year, style and color and therefore unlikely to be authentic. I brought this up to ln-cc and questioned what they thought. Customer service just copy pasted their routine response saying “we are authorized. We guarantee authenticity. Etc” but did not respond to my concern how the item had a wrong certificate tag. Customer service literally answered “it is not” and that was it. At least they could have said they will investigate and confirm with the brand? As a large retailer, you should be responsible for products that you sell and when there is a discrepancy between website description and actual item that was sold to the customer, you need to acknowledge and look into it. I’m sure they are an authorized reseller but when the customer brings up the concern that the brand themselves could not confirm authenticity, they should be fully responsible instead of avoiding. Very disappointed. I can’t trust them anymore. Never buy from them again.

Item was shipped very fast but I was sent a completely different item. Ordered the Walter Van Beirendonck Beam Me Up necklace with the transparent beads but was sent the one with green beads. Had to return the order and there wasn’t a single option for a replacement. Lost out on FX fees and spent an entire week waiting for the refund.
Was offered a 10% off but there wasn’t an attempt to update their database to reflect the correct style code since my last feedback.
