LOA

LOA is such a fantastic spot! The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The vibe is just perfect – a great atmosphere to enjoy a nice meal. No surprise that LOA earned a Michelin award in both 2023 and 2024! Definitely a place worth visiting. Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: Amazing cocktails, great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant and view. Waiters listened attentively if you had a request. Cons: We were told no eating outside but some customers were having meals outside. Restaurant only a couple tables full but quite slow service. Steak came cold, small portion. Sweet potato dumplings were very average- nothing special for the price. Expensive for what it is, seems as though you are paying for the views and aesthetics. Don’t come if you want amazing food.

It was a very nice experience and the food was awesome. The atmosphere, the music, the view from the bar outside. I loved the small details! (See pictures) I would recommend you to dine inside when it is windy. I will definitely will come back when I’ll be in Malta.

We recently visited Loa for dinner, and while the atmosphere and service were excellent, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the food. For starters, the Truffled Potato Papa was quite nice, but the Ensalada de Quinoa could have been much better—it felt like we were just eating plain quinoa. As for the mains, we ordered the Slow Cooked Lamb Rump and the Ribeye, both requested to be well-cooked. However, neither dish was anywhere close to being properly cooked, which was quite disappointing. Overall, while the ambiance and service were great, the food did not meet our expectations. Hopefully, the quality improves in the future!

Sushi, meat, cocktails, in short, everything we tried was very good. It's definitely a place I would like to go back to again and again. The ambiance is very elegant and beautiful. By the sea. I suggest you go with a reservation.

The restaurant boasts a great view, especially during sunset, providing a calm and wonderful ambiance. The staff were attentive and friendly, which added to the overall enjoyment. We tried a variety of seafood dishes, all of which were super fresh and tasty. The combination of the scenic view, excellent service, and delicious food makes Loa a highly recommendable spot.

Great food, best sushi I have ever had! Lovely service, many thanks to Neeraj for taking such good care of us. We had the sharing menu 2 and every dish was delicious.

The food is art here, everything not only tastes great, but also looks beautiful. Sushi was wonderful and fresh and the desserts were one of the kind! Service was a bit slow and they only had one dish available for kids, so not very child friendly; other than that everything was superb!
