To start off, this place is the nicest community restaurant I've been to in a long time. They allowed our dog to stay in the patio with us and even brought her a CLEAN stainless steel water bow to drink from. The drinks were amazing and extremely full! The food was perfectly seasoned with plenty big enough portions! 10/10 highly recommended.

Local and first time patron. So glad we went. The beverages were cold and delicious. Excellent burger and fries. The service was excellent. Tara was our server. The entertainment was INCREDIBLE! The Griffins played classics with a current vibe. They are good. Gotta brag on Madison the guitar player. She's brilliant. 💙😉 So proud of her..

09/09/2025 We dropped in for dinner and we're pleasantly surprised by all of the renovations to the restaurant. The ceiling is now painted black and it looks great. There's been walls, put up and the tables, and chairs have been moved around. There's a huge TV on the wall and a university of tennessee scoreboard, mounted for everyone to see. The place has changed a lot and although I liked it before, I think it's even better now. Our service was fantastic! Jessica and the staff do a wonderful job, observing their customers. Our food was delicious and our drinks were tasty. 08/19/2025 Tuesday night is a fun night at the local eatery. The food is "buy one meal, get one free." That draws in the local crowd. There is no music on Tuesdays, but if you come back later in the week, you'll be able to enjoy some very good entertainment. The staff are wonderful, especially Virginia, Jessica and Matthew, among others that do a fantastic job of serving the patrons. Right now, the restaurant is been remodeled little by little. With each phase, it continues to look better and better. The food is delicious! I do miss the Trout Almondine and the daily choices of homemade soup, but other than that I like the choices available on the menu. For a local restaurant, it's wonderful to have it so close to home. 06/18/2025 we had lunch at the local today, late in the afternoon. Virginia, our waitress, it gave us excellent service. She told us about how the restaurant was going to have some modifications soon and that the music would begin again later this year. We suggested adding in bingo and trivia nights, to draw it in the local crowd. I had the shrimp with sweet potato fries and green beans. The food was exceptionally good. My boyfriend had the blue cheese burger and fries. And those were both excellent. We know the restaurant is going through some growing paint, but please give it a try. You will be back. 05/06/2025 Have a hankering for salmon? The Local has some delicious salmon with a great glaze. The rice is delicious, too. 04/27/2025 we had a very good meal at the restaurant today. The new menu is good, but I sure do miss the Trout Almandine. Our service was fantastic in the food was delicious. The Local Eatery is offering discounts now. This will help us to be able to go more often. The food is delicious and the surface is very good.

Amazing local restaurant. Fantastic service even for our large group. Great food and large portions. The cracklins' are so fresh they're still poppin' when you put them in your mouth. If you leave hungry... well, I don't know, that's hard to imagine. Brisket and wings both had a fantastic smoke ring and flavor. Everyone at the table got different things and everyone loved their food. Give this place a shot.

Family friendly sports bars in my neighborhood are hard to come by. Yes, there are some in Sevierville which come with tourist prices. There are also some remote ones too, but they allow smoking, so no kids are allowed. Yes there are BW3s around, and I’ve been to it. Their food sucks, and it’s very expensive. I happen to find a place called Local Eatery and Grill. It serves what I call upscale bar food. That would be food you don’t normally get at a bar. It doesn’t have all the giant screens TVs I would like, but it’s better than nothing. I’ve been here three times so look at my pictures for food descriptions. Non-touchless bathroom hence a four.

While driving along Boyds Creek, we stumbled upon a restaurant that's a true hidden gem. The staff was fantastic, and the food was outstanding, with the trout almondine being a standout. This place is sure to become our go-to restaurant! The owner and staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Very surprised by this place (in a good way)! Super friendly service - the cheese curds were very good and tasted exactly like bite sized cheese sticks. Definitely get them as your appetizer. As my main meal, I got the rainbow trout, which would’ve been better if it didn’t have almonds… it was too crunchy to me. The sweet potato fries and Mac n Cheese was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Went for dinner with a friend, and I wasn’t disappointed! We got the cheese fries as an appetizer, and the portion was huge, and they were SO good! I got the Buffalo chicken quesadilla, and it was perfectly crispy and so delicious! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was awesome. I’ll definitely be back!

They opened at 4 pm today sit down and ordered my food bbq with 2 side ordered coleslaw and potato salad she came back after three or four minutes and said they were out of potato salad . I said to her that my order might change since that's what I was here for. She went in the back to the kitchen and I heard her saying can you believe he might change his order cause we have no potato salad really I am the one paying for this so I ordered Mac and cheese it was disgusting taste like it come out of a plastic bag there was hardly anybody there as it had just opened so it was quite and the lighting is dark

We found this place by accident and I'm sure glad we did. The service was spot on, the beer was cold, the bartender was very friendly, and the wings were some of the best I have ever had! We will find our way back here:)

Since my roots are from the Hoosier state. I am glad to say that tenderloin was delicious. I will stop by again when I am in the area.

Had lunch here and they have a lot of options for smoked meats among other southern comfort foods. Very good service, food is delicious.

Now for being the middle of nowhere, this place has the best burgers. Our AirBnB was about 5 minutes away from this restaurant. There were other places nearby like Pizza and Subway, but we weren't in the mood for that... Then we found this. When we came here around 5 PM, the average wait was about 20 minutes for 2 people. For a party of 4+ it was like 40 minutes. It's not too shabby, just try and reserve your spot before you go. The restaurant has live music and you are allowed to dance in the front section. Entire place it filled with flatscreen TV's, so you won't miss NASCAR, Baseball or Football. For food... We both had the Smoke House burgers (cooked Medium) with fries and oh man. The taste of burgers was remarkable, we couldn't stop eating it, we just kept stuffing our face and didn't stop. The place is a bit on the pricey side, but I guess with inflation everything is rising sadly. Stop by, you won't regret it.

We arrived about 5pm on Sunday. The parking lot is a little confusing. Be careful pulling in as there is an entrance way and exit way not clearly noticeable Inside was clean and pleasant. Sports were playing on an abundance of TV sets. We ordered the HoosierDaddy tenderloin. It was prepared just like the tenderloins made in Indiana. We asked for fries to be crispy.. NOT. I called the waitress over and asked her what the soup of the day was, she told me and quickly walked away. Guess what? I didn't get a chance to order a bowl.. she told me Clam Chowder turned around and was gone. Oh well! The restaurant will make a change to the area of Boyd's Creek... I probably won't return but I wish them the best.

We frequently order take out. We have tried food from the regular menu as well as the smoked menu. The food is always consistently good!

So excited to come off the strip and find a locals hang out. This was it! Food was great and plentiful! They had live music as well. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms clean just an over all great place to come hang out, grab a drink or some food! We started with apps of mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. The marinara sauce would have been excellent expect it was a tad salty. Other than that it was delicious! I had the blue cheese burger med, no bacon. Plenty of blue cheese and cheese straws. It was yummy, perfectly cooked! I opted for a side of slaw in place of French fries. The slaw was mayonnaise based which is my favorite! We will come back next visit around!

Family oriented restaurant providing good service, great choices on the menu, and a comfortable ambiance at a very good price; laid back and comfortable

At least once if not twice a week local dining spot. New Specials every week are delicious, you never know what Chef has up his sleeve. Great entertainment most nights and just fun loving staff and customers.

The food is ok. The service is hit or miss st times. I have been in with a group to have dinner and listen to the music. Im going to guess that because we didn't drink alcoholic beverages we were pretty much ignored after we got our food. This happened twice. The manager made us feel like we were putting him out when I asked him questions. If they didn't want us to come back they succeeded. I can find plenty of places that will be happy to have our repeat business.

My friend ordered the fried pork tenderloin sandwich and she LOVED it! She said it was very tender and great taste. Very large portions. Sandwich came with a side, she ordered fries. I ordered the blueberry steak salad. I wish I knew what type of steak they used, I would have preferred a different cut but it was a great crunchy iceberg lettuce with fresh blueberries, blue cheese, candied nuts (can't remember what kind), and a delicious blueberry balsamic vinaigrette. Would go ahead anyway.

Always get great food regardless of what I order. Service is good and outdoor seating is available.

Absolutely the best wings EVER! Collate greens are amazing also!! Staff is always nice and looked like they had live music sometimes, we had a pick up order but we have eaten in some here also.

We came here while we were visiting Gatlinburg after Christmas. We needed a sports bar to watch the Gamecocks play in their bowl game. It was all we expected! Food was great, service even better, our team lost (as expected). Off the beaten path but well worth it!

We were looking for a place to watch a football game on our way to Dollywood. Found this local sports bar for the WIN! On a Sunday morning about 11:45 we were about the only people there and they staff greeted us and asked us what game we wanted to watch! In about 15 minutes (when church let apparently let out), the people started rolling in! Glad we got there a few minutes early . Now for the best part- the food! WOW! The absolutely best wings (BBQ flavor) that I have ever had! Delicious and we did other appetizers including amazing cheese curds, chips and dips and pretzels. I would recommend getting off the highway and out of the tourist traffic and give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.

Staying at Riverside RV Park and they recommended Local to us. Stopped in for a quick bite. Waitress was fast to get our drink and appetizer order in for is. Food came out quickly, fresh, hot and tasty as it should. I enjoyed a Ceasar salad with some fresh grilled salmon. I know I shouldn't have to say this but overall the restaurant and restroom are super clean. Can't believe how many restaurants are not keeping their restrooms clean and stocked here in the Sevierville and surrounding areas. Keep up the great work

I went here during the Corona Virus Pandemic after the restaurants started to open again. The layout was roomy and the place seemed very clean. I ordered the salmon with a creamy corn dressing with a side of rice and pinto beans. The pinto beans were the best I've ever had and everything else was yummy also. My friend ordered shrimp with sweet potato fries and collard greens. The collard greens were very tender and tasty. The prices were very reasonable and the service was very good and prompt. I would definitely want to eat here again.

The pork tenderloin sandwich was excellent. I'm from Indiana and when I moved to Tennessee was very surprised to find out. Tennessee does not make deep fried pork tenderloin sandwiches.

Love it! We just ate there for the first time. Great comfy atmosphere and great service! Roman, our server, was kind, attentive and patient with our awkwardness LOL My daughter had the chicken tenders (tender and crispy) and sweet potato fries. I had the best burger I've had in a long time (fries were just as good). We shared cheese curds and a slice of Carmel pie We went on a Saturday when Knox was there! Very entertaining with his extremely skilled close-up magic, not to mention a fun dude. We will be back!

Read reviews and decided to give it a try. My wife had the Salmon which she said was great yet I just ordered the wrong thing. Tried the Hoosier Daddy and wasn't what I thought it may be. Still okay but would try something different next time. Lots of breading and covered entire tray. I asked if it came with instructions. Haha! Overall people are nice and restaurant is clean. Basically a restaurant/sports/biker bar kinda feel. Lots of locals which is great so I'm keeping my review at a 4 due to my mistake in ordering. Nice place!

Absolutely the best place to eat in this area. Food is great, well-prepared and the social atmosphere with the staff and patrons was great. Chef always has interesting specials and they are always tremendous! Everyone was having a great time. Watching sports and having a tasty meal with a cold beverage was tremendous. Bartender(s) Sarah and Matt (and others) were very attentive and drinks were great and mixed just right. Great selection of beers on tap and off. Lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Patrons were friendly and sociable. Dont miss this place when yoiu are visiting in the area!

Today is Wednesday. I called to see when they were open. The voice recording said every day except for Tuesday. I made the drive to eat and they were closed. There was a sign on the door that said they were closed Tuesdays and Wednesday's. Very disappointing they didn't include that on the answering machine

Fantastic wings!! Always fresh and a new favorite since recently moving to the area. Delicious loaded nachos, loaded fries and cheeseburgers..

I have been here a handful of times with family and friends and sampled many of their dishes and they are all very good! My mother says the vegetables are delicious. The service is kind and fun to interact with and the wings are my go to whenever I go!

What an amazing place to eat. The food is amazing, the staff is good as it gets, and atmosphere is why we love it. Had dinner last night, Coral, our server was attentive and fun. The food was priced right and plentiful, a to-go box is always required. We have no problem recommending family and friends, it's nice to have a place for locals.

This was my second attempt to try their beef brisket, however they were sold out both times. I tried the Hoosier Daddy sandwich the first time and it was very good. I tried smoked pork loin this trip and it was very good. We had the same server both times and she was great, we will definitely be going back.

The tri trip was the best I've had. All of the sides we tried were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing, although understaffed, our food came on time, the waitress was exceptionally nice and attentive. It also has live music, which was great to listen to while eating. There's a bar for your convenience, place was very clean. The menu had a great selection and the fried pickles as an appetizer really took it to the next level. They are by far the best I've had. You want good food? Drive down Boyd's and stop in.

Admittedly I've only been here once. But if you're looking for a good little eatery that's clean, friendly, and delicious... you've found it. The Local Eatery boasts an impressive little selection of draft beers along side a full bar and a menu overflowing with delicious bar eats. We had the chips & queso, soft pretzels, wings and a burger. The chips were cooked fresh to order and the queso came out hot and melty. My husband LOVED the soft pretzels and cheese (same cheese as the queso). The burger was perfectly cooked, amazing, and way too large for me to eat. The wings were also perfectly cooked and delicious though I was only allowed one from my husband (that means he loved them and didn't want to share). You ever been to a place where the beer just tastes so good that you kind of had no idea that it could taste that way? That's this place. I have no idea if it's just the cleaning of the lines they do, or what, but it is legit the best beer I've ever had. Started with an IPA, husband had a bud lite. He first made the comment and since I was drinking a craft, that was equally as refreshing, I couldn't really compare it to previous drinks as this was the first time I had it. So I ordered a Shock Top for my last round and it really was just as simple as that. This was by far the best tasting S.T. I've ever had. Sounds weird but the beer was so good I had to make a mention. If you're a fan of good draft beer like me, definitely don't pass this place by.

We found this place on our last day in TN. But we will be back, the food is excellent and waitress (Angie) was on top of everything. Also, they play real music no whimpy music.

Had dinner here last Friday nite. They had a very loud band which some might like but for me it was too much when trying to enjoy my meal. Food was good & so no complaints there. Next time I won't go on Friday nite.

This place is AWESOME! We went off the path and found this place glad we did. I have had BBQ everywhere and this is the best I have ever had. I WAS DELICIOUS do yourself a favor and stop here. They are friendly and the atmosphere is casual. We took the kids and they also enjoyed it we will definitely be back!

The wait to be seated, and to get drinks was long. But there appeared to be only 1 waitress working the whole restaurant. Got here just after lunch rush& they were out of the pulled pork & cheese curds that I wanted for lunch. Ended up getting the brisket sandwich, and collard greens. I was not not disappointed in the switch. My friend got the bologna sandwich & it was huge! All the staff was friendly & apologetic w/ the snafus we had. Would definitely come back again.

Had the boneless chicken wings saw they had horseradish sauce and tried it it was great there food is great and the service was even better definitely going to eat there again

Clean restaurant with good food and service also a full bar. Shrimp platter and French fries was good as was Caesar salad. Apple crisp with ice cream is good. Prices are reasonable and staff friendly. We're going to come back.

Went here while on vacation to a friends house. It was amazing. We only went for dessert but the little Italian lady that cooks them definitely knows what she's doing. The food was phenomenal and she even came to the table to tell us what all was in the dessert. Great service and great food. Definitely the way to go when in town!!!

Just moved to the area. We were looking for a restaurant with great wings !! We found them . The service was great, the food was delicious !! We will be there regularly !!
