I had a delicious lunch here - fried cauliflower and a truffle burger, each with delicious sauces and cooked to perfection. I love the concept of having different eateries in one place as there’s something for everyone. Staff were delightful and attentive. A great spot!

Google
There are monitors in the front, you enter your order, pay and then take a seat for dine-in or wait for takeout. I had the SOB (Sweet Onion Burger), adding lettuce and tomato. ICooked just right with their semi-sweet SOB sauce as a side. We also ordered the grilled cheese - tasty triple cheese, layered and toasted just right. Fries were good. Our order came fast (10 minutes) and was brought to our table. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable.

Google
Amazing experience overall. Ordering was very straightforward. I used an ipad and they texted me when the food was ready. We tried the hamburgers and the chicken sandwiches and both exceeded my expectations. Very convenient concept to have multiple restaurants in one. Service was really quick and the people there were super nice.

Google
Honestly my order was pretty straightforward. I did take out not dine in. The app was really easy to use. Once I chose my food, it took me maybe two minutes to pay and have the order go through. Even though it said it would be 15 to 30 minutes, it only took what felt like 5 to 7 minutes to be ready. Since I was taking out, I didn't have a lengthy exchange with any staff, but the young man who did greet me seemed friendly and happy. Furthermore, the chicken tenders were some of the best I've had. The meat maybe wasn't super seasoned, but it tasted like good quality chicken, and most of all the breading had a really nice texture. It was super crispy but not dry. I love that it was more similar to a fish and chips batter. Everything tasted fresh and I would happily eat there again :-)

Google
The food here is excellent. The chicken and rice plate is amazing with a mixture of flavors that make the perfect bite! I like to eat here with my family because there's so many foods from different restaurants in one place that we can all find something we like. Highly recommend. The staff is friendly, the wait for food isn't very long.

Google
Super convenient, can order online and there’s a variety of options from light to heavy. Easy decent food you get what you expect.

Google
We ordered chicken rice, a burger, and a pizza for takeout on our first visit. Unfortunately, we found a strand of brown hair in the chicken rice. Since it was a to-go order, we didn’t get a chance to speak with the staff directly. While the rest of the food was fine, the experience left us hesitant to return.

Google
Holy crap! This is kinda far from where I work, but I was in the neighborhood today for lunch. I had the chicken sandwich. It was to go, so it was maybe 20-25 min until I got to it. It was gosh darn crispy, even that much later! With the cole slaw, the sandwich was very balanced. And I had the cole slaw as the side too, and it was great. A totally fantastic chicken sandwich. And they have Mexican Coke in bottles (with cane sugar, not that garbage high fructose corn syrup; tasty!) I have to head back down in a week or 10 days, so I'll hit them again. 👍👍👍

Yelp
Tried the jackfruit salad yesterday, and I really enjoyed it! Everything tasted fresh and flavors were absolutely delicious. However, it would have been nice to have made the salad more filling by serving at least one more egg roll or adding some peanuts for protein. Also, delivery service was a bit early, which was nice.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of trying The HOT SOB combo by the legendary Chef Alvin Cailan, and it was nothing short of amazing! The bold flavors and perfectly executed heat made it unforgettable. On top of that, knowing that 10% of the proceeds are donated to support the LA Fires cause made the meal even more special. The restaurant itself was spotless, with clean tables and an inviting atmosphere. The service was exceptional--prompt, friendly, and attentive. Local Kitchen combines incredible food with a heart for the community. Highly recommend stopping by! Avoid the chocolate chip cookie with the combo as it was dismally just ok. Mention this review to receive extra smiles :-)

Yelp
Something is wrong when you walk into the lobby and smell stale frying oil. Despite the wide variety of restaurants, each one's offerings are limited. Fried food is probably kept frozen until ordered then deep fried. Burger was meh. This is not the place to go for a burger. Humphrey Slocombe ice cream flavors too limited to 2 chocolates. Service was pleasant.

Yelp
This place in Los Gatos is a Ghost Kitchen; several restaurants operate out of this venue. On Local Kitchen's digital menu boards, I saw a selection of burgers, sandwiches, burritos, and pizza. You can find more options at their order kiosks. I got myself "The Extra" chicken sandwich from Proposition Chicken. It had a fried chicken breast, pickled onions, coleslaw, pickles, and mayonnaise. These components were sandwiched between a pair of potato buns. Off the first bite, I picked up on a nice crunch from the chicken itself. The taste reminded me of a McChicken sandwich. The chicken was a little bit on the dryer side, but I give this dish a pass because the cut of meat was chicken breast. The pickles and pickled onions gave mild acidity to the sandwich. I liked the mayo spread; it had a good balance between saltiness and tartness. Potato buns were standard to what you get out of hamburger buns. Dense, and I wish they were buttered up and toasted. Not a bad chicken sandwich at all. A quick bite to eat came out to around $13. Service was quick, good customer service.

Yelp
Had the tenders and pizza .Tenders were really good ,but pizza was pretty basic and way over priced ,it was like $28 and small. Not worth it.

Yelp
I ordered a beef Birria burrito from nopalito taqueria. First of all, it was giant!! Definitely two meals for me. It wasn't soaking wet like some Birria is and I don't feel like it had a heavy Birria flavor but the red salsa on the side (not spicy) definitely kicked the flavor up a notch. It was ready really quick and the manager/owner/staff are the nicest people. He said because I was a first time visitor, he'd give me a free drink. Was not expecting that and it was such a nice gesture!! There was a lot of open seating and it was peaceful but I went next door to also grab a coffee and a place to work. Will be back, I really liked this place.

Yelp
First off, YUM!!! Second off, YUM!!! This place is amazingly good! The food is tasty and plentiful! Stepped in to check them out and they had FREE sandwiches! I was ready to pay, but I'll never turn down free food. So here's my review on free food, so you know it's great! Great service, good music and the overall vibe was . Come check this place out.

Yelp
This is my updated review after trying a good variety of items. So I understand Local Kitchens incorporates items from a diversified amount of restuarants. It's quite cool, additionally I have tasted items ranging from Mexican to Asian (being my favorite). The food here is great, ideal for people who want to eat something delicious in the Office. The price is as expected since these are higher quality items that do deliver on all levels. I strongly advice people to just drive to the food joint instead to save a lot of money from the hefty fees.

Edward K.

Yelp
Spacious inside, extremely friendly and considerate staff, and a nice perk is that it opens late. Plenty of open seating and nice vibes. An awesome selection of menu items that you won't have a problem with finding something you are craving. Tried their sweet onion burger and it was delicious, especially considering that it is next to super duper burger.

Yelp
This is a great idea. It's like a food court but instead of five restaurants, you have one restaurant, five menus. I don't know how they do it, but they seem to have processes and procedures that let them execute many items from many restaurants. And quickly: This is like a fast food production kitchen that matches the quality of each restaurant. A little pricey: for a place with low overhead and no table service, I would expect a little more value. The portion sizes for the items we had were a bit skimpy for the price (e.g. a $10-11 entrée with no sides, with additional sauces available for 50 cents). We had Nopalito's Quesabirria Dipping Tacos ($11) and Shrimp Tempura from Sushirrito ($10). Food quality was great. Both items were well prepared and fresh. The quesabirria was especially flavorful. The restaurant was extremely clean and the service was excellent. We will go back again and see if other items are more filling.

Yelp
I am disappointed that the delivery menu price is marked up. Why? Won't order again unless this is fixed.

Yelp
This place has been here for about a year and has been one of my staples for lunch time at work. The thing is, they have multiple food brand partner options all under one roof! So, when I feel like something different, I can order whatever. I usually choose Sushirito's Chicken Karaage with rice/salad combo. So bomb! The Problem: Sushiritto has changed their portion size twice since the inception of the multi-chain operators under one roof. Therefore, the cost of the dish to what you are receiving is not worth it IMO. Won't order this anymore. Although the taste is consistent, the portion of small to medium sized nuggets that fit into a small cup is what is provided. Proposition Chicken is very consistent with their taste and crunchy chicken. The biscuit is small but always good. Nice texture that is welcomed with a bit of butter flavor. The Spicy Poke Bowl made by Sushiritto was the best in terms of the taste, presentation and portion for the cost of what they charged. The sauce is amazing drizzled onto the fresh tuna. Sushiritto: since tuna is more expensive than chicken, why skip on chicken?

Yelp
0 stars for the food but all the stars for their customer service. This is an order via a tablet place but they do have a few tables where you can sit and eat. Food options include Sajj,The Melt,Nopalitas,Sushiritto and a couple others. I ordered from Sajj and the food was very bad. It had a fishy smell and nothing had any taste. And I love the freestanding Sajj! I'd avoid eating from this location.

Yelp
Update: I was extremely irritated when I received the boiler plate response asking me to reach out to them after I had already directly submitted my feedback on their own platform and have an account. It added insult to injury. However, I've updated my feedback rating to reflect my appreciation that they did indeed go out of their way to make things right without me having to send them an email. While I'm not likely to return anytime soon, the fact they truely appear to care about their customer's experience has left an impression. What a collosal waste of money. $40 for burnt up chicken jerky on a bone advertised as rotisserie, a crunchy equally dried out pulled chicken sandwich that was still dry even with slaw and mayo, and fries that were actually the highlight of the whole meal. How sad is that!!! They forgot to include the honey habanero sauce I requested and included onions when I requested none as well. Fail. Been to other locations and similar items have been good, but this location was HORRIBLE. Do NOT recommend getting Proposition Chicken here. Maybe the other restaurants they service are better, but we will not be back to try any out.

Yelp
Yummmyyyy... so so yummy. Clean restaurant, very nice people. Sushi burrito is heaven.

Yelp
Local Kitchens @ Los Gatos is their 7th restaurant, and I have been to all 7! This is a nice restaurant. It has a spacious lobby, neat dining room, two all gender restrooms, and a large parking lot. This is not a ghost kitchen. It's more like a self-service restaurant featuring a micro food hall concept. Under one roof, it offers several menus from popular local restaurants. While open late, a customer can order a fresh meal that is prepared onsite. All ordering is done thru apps, websites, and lobby consoles. Using the Local Kitchens App or website, you can select items from any of the different menus and create your own meal combination. Best Tip: Save $$$ by picking up your own food. Located at the corner of Los Gatos Blvd & Blossom Hill Road, next to Fedex & Philz Coffee. Dine-in, Takeout or Delivery

Yelp
Whaaaat! There's a place in South Bay that serves late night eats that isn't Taco Bell or McDonald's?! Lots of healthy options are available here late night and fresh options! I got to munch on a chicken kaarage sushirito and it was so delicious! We also ordered a pint of secret breakfast ice cream from Humphry's and it was the perfect ending to our meal! Late night meal options have gotten so much better due to Local Kitchens. I'm so excited to come back here and try their other options!

Gil D.

Yelp
Ambiance - table were not cleaned and food proportions are not worth the price paid. Plus they allowed pets into establishment.
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Good concept, but poor execution. I ordered Proposition fried chicken and a sushiritto. The chicken was slightly under-cooked and with a super heavy fry coating and the chicken itself was tough and tasted "old". The sushiritto wasn't really much better. A paltry amount of salmon and the rice was undercooked so it was gluey. Overall not very happy. Update: Manager responded and was very gracious and apologized and refunded the meal. Really appreciated that.
google avatar

Yelp
If I could go back in time and save myself from ordering from this place, I would go back and prevent such an establishment from opening in the first place. I would be hailed as a hero for saving people from the absolute trash this place serves. The biggest disappointment I have ever tasted. Portions were tiny, the food was cold, and the "extra" chicken I was charged for was not even one bite worth yet I was charged $2. Stay away from this place. Don't waste your money.

Kuyou E.

Yelp
My Husband got food poisoning from this location. It was likely mishandled fish or something but it was the only food he ate all day and he began vomitting and having stomach issues for 2 days afterwards.
google avatar

Yelp
I love the concept of Local Kitchens - going to one place but having the option to get food from like 8 different restaurants is awesome. My go-to here is usually a Sajj Chicken and Rice bowl, and the fries are great too! I tried one of the vermicelli bowls from Asian Box once and it was not good at all, so since then I just stick to Sajj. I usually order through the Local Kitchens app to avoid having to stand there and wait for my food. Wait times can be long if you come in at their busier times, especially later at night on the weekends. Overall, this is a great place to stop for a quick and affordable meal!
google avatar

Adam J.

Yelp
First up, the customer service here is amazing. I got a survey post order and completed it, thinking it would go into a black hole. Not so, they responded and because I said the pizza was OK they sent me $5 credit (which they totally didn't need to do). Great concept, Local Kitchens have different fare depending on the location. I scheduled my pickup (on Valentine's Day) and it was perfectly on time! Honestly I don't know how they deliver all these types of foods from different restaurants but they do and it's impressive! It's not the first time I've ordered and I'll order again!

Annie N.

Yelp
I usually don't write bad reviews, but this front store employee of this local kitchen doesn't have the best attitude. I was curious if one of their partners carried their soup at this location, he just gave me an attitude me asking that question. Just observing how he interacts with the customers .. not the friendliest to say the least. Please beware, grab your food and go.

Yelp
Great food, lotsa choices from various types of restaurants. Great service, professionalism and friendliness by Jose.

Yelp
Great food and friendly service, was a bit skeptical at first but great spicy chicken sandwich and tasty salad. Would definitely recommend these items here.

Brian G.

Yelp
First timer. Ordered takeout around 10:45 tonight, home by 11ish. Birria tacos, too salty and burnt. Rice, cold & salty. Woozy fries, cold & soggy. Guacamole and chips, greasy chips. Wasted $50. Best part was 2x 5$ bottled cokes Should have went to Taco Bell.

M. L.

Yelp
The concept is really good because you have variety of different choices and much more healthier than fast food. I just order through the online website and pick it up really quickly. The rewards are pretty good too. The manager there is always super friendly, helpful, and gives excellent customer service! I get the sushiritto every week. The only sad thing is that they got rid of Asian box so I wish they had more variety of Asian food choices...
google avatar

James P.

Yelp
Very cool concept! I stumbled across this place while searching for a Thai chicken and rice alternative because my goto place - Oros Thai was closed on a Tuesday, randomly. Locals kitchen had Rooster and Rice on their menu so I decided to give it a shot. The storefront was relatively small with a small seating area in the back. There are a few kiosk upfront where you can place your order. They had a good variety of choices including the melt, sushiritto, filipino, Mediterranean, and Thai food. I ordered The Original from Rooster and Rice which included breast & thigh chicken over a bed of rice along with cucumbers, cilantro, and a side of their sauce. The chicken was flavorful but a tad bit on the dry side. The KMG sauce it came with was absolutely delicious and brought the entire dish together. I loved the fact they provide an option to substitute white rice with brown rice which I opted to do. The portions were very large and I also enjoyed the broth they provided on the side. I recommend asking for an extra side of the sauce. I still prefer oros Thai but this is a great alternative option. I plan on coming back to locals kitchen to try out the melt and sushritto - both which I love as well. Come check this place out!
google avatar

Teri A.

Yelp
So many choices under one roof! Really love the concept and they had great service! Plenty of parking, you place your order at the kiosk and find a table. Less than 10 minutes later. We had our food: Geisha's Kiss and Flipped Chicken Salad. Both were delicious! Love - love the Parmesan dressing which came with the salad....so good! Two downsides: Geisha's kiss was delish but on the smaller portion for my hubby. And they have no ice for your drink.
google avatar

Leonard S.

Yelp
Tried this for the first time and was delighted end to end. Easy to order from a diverse selection online. Twenty percent discount for first time users. Took 25 minutes from placing the order, for three different items from different cuisines, to be delivered to my doorstep....super fast! Sushi burrito, southeast Asian steamed chicken with chili sauce, and tempura shrimp. What a great addition of these choices for our food options! My only wish is that, diverse as the choices are, even more types of cuisine are available. Expand this successful venture!
google avatar

Mrik B.

Yelp
I have had Sajj from other outlets and always liked it. Sadly here the egg plants were raw and not edible. We ordered chicken and falafel rice bowls to go Service was quick
google avatar

Yelp
LOVE this concept and so far we've loved everything we've ordered! Local Kitchens opened up just down the street from our Los Gatos office and I couldn't be more thrilled. We order out everyday and honestly, Los Gatos isn't overflowing with decent lunch options other than sit down restaurants. We've exhausted what they do have and are stoked that literally 8 new options opened up all at once. Winning! And did I mention that we've ordered from here 3 times this week?!! Here's what we've ordered so far: Sushirrito - Sumo Crunch, Salmon Samba and The Cowboy. All were delicious, SAJJ - Traditional Bowl w/Falafel, Protein Plate w/Chicken & Steak Shawarma Bowl. Large portions and everything was super tasty. Proposition Chicken - Fried Chicken Entrée, Flipped Chicken Salad & Hand-cut Fries. OMG the fries!!!!! Actually ... everything was delicious. What I love most is we have an office of meat eaters and non-meat eaters and Local Kitchens caters to both with quite a few vegetarian choices. Ordering online is easy and pickup is even easier than that. They have tables to eat at if you want to eat there in their nice cool air-conditioning. You can even order when you get there from several kiosks. No "human" ordering here folks. I'm absolutely thrilled to have Local Kitchens here in Los Gatos and super excited to find out that they'll be opening another one in Campbell! Yay!
google avatar

Myles C.

Yelp
fantastically convenient but overpriced. $6 for a side of mac and cheese? but god is it nice to have so many options in one place that feel fresh and just as good as their original locations. it's good to have a timer too that shows how long the wait is. whether i'll be back again really depends on how little time i have and how much money i have to waste.
google avatar

Cecilia N.

Yelp
I am a foodie. I have a history of gourmet cooking and have chef friends. I happened to be in the area after stopping at Fed Ex when I came upon this eatery. I debated getting something as I didn't see very many folks there. However, a very nice gentleman quickly greeted & assisted me. I told him that I was keen on Mediterranean food. He showed me their Mediterranean Falafel bowl on the menu which you can customize by adding or taking off items. So I ordered that to have Steak added to my Falafel bowl & had 3 items removed. I had ordered it to go and when I got home I was eager to give it a try. It looked substantial enough for the price of about $20 which seemed a bit steep for take out. When I started to eat I noted right off the steak were pieces of tough chewy meat. I did NOT see any falafel in my bowl however which was a disappointment. So for the price I felt they ripped me off nor did I find much Tzatziki.(a mere drizzle) My take is "its not all there"!
google avatar

David W.

Yelp
Brand new location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Kids love the food and location even though the dining area is not super large. Restrooms are super clean. Proposition Chicken sandwich was a hit with kids. I had a chicken burrito with a fried egg... Very yummy. I like the concept of having the option to order from different cuisines.
google avatar

Christina D.

Yelp
I would not recommend getting the chicken tenders or fried chicken sandwich. I ordered mild sauce as it stated (hot oil + dry rub), and lacked flavor all together. It was over fried and super dry. The fries were spot on! My co worker got the chicken sandwich and it was the same story and she got the "mild +" and still not buffalo flavor. There are many other items on the menu, so maybe next time ill try something else NOT Fried.

Judy C.

Yelp
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Wasting money on bad food is a different type of disappointment. If I could give zero stars I would. Spicy slaw ? Zero type of spice. Smelling a jalapeño would be spicer. The sandwich comes with potato chips... more like potato crumbs. Ordered the sweet biscuit and it was hard as a hockey puck. What a damn shame.
google avatar

Richelle G.

Yelp
Sadly, the Saaj create your own bowl ordering system has reverted back to only being allowed to order 1 of each item. In the past, I could order a double portion of the hummus or whatever item I wanted, but this is no longer possible. It's disappointing. The food is still tasty, though.
google avatar

Sunil R.

Yelp
I like this concept a lot. Several well-known Bay Area brands have a kitchen here. You order online and pick it up. Super easy process. I tried Sajj the last time and definitely plan to come back and try the others.
google avatar

Adam L.

Yelp
I was all up and arms about this place at first when it first opened.... It was open late and offered two of my favorite joints, Rooster and Rice and Senor sisig.... But over time, I have noticed a decline in quality and also a deviation from the actual taste of the food as compared to its original, stand-alone counterpart. Senor sisig is now dry and had a weird taste that tastes nothing like how it does in SF. The delicate and clean taste and plating of Rooster and Rice is now sloppy and plopped on the plate. Propositions Chicken is now dry and hard. The Melt is now cold and underwhelming with soft "croutons" for the tomato soup. The list goes on. Mind you, I got the food dine-in. This makes sense since there's only 4-5 people behind the counter cooking 7 restaurant's worth of food. Quality control falls apart naturally. Plus, I read an article about a huge expansion plan for this "franchise-like" concept. What was suppose to be a small business booster is turning into another low quality corporate conglomerate that is a small business killer... Not sure how I feel about this place anymore.
google avatar

Jerry M.

Yelp
This is an Interesting concept for a restaurant. The food isn't as good as each of the restaurants alone. However the option to have different food makes a lot of sense. Especially, for restaurants like Sushirrito where most people don't want this, but a few people do. Be aware, this place charges 5% living wage on top of the tax and tip. I have a message to the owners, just pay your employees a decent wage and build it into the cost of the food. This extra fee is becoming quite annoying. I also don't know how much you actually give to the employees...post your policy here. My guess is that some makes it to the workers but some doesn't, right?
google avatar

Ben C.

Yelp
Sometimes the wait can be surprisingly long, but the food is always on point. The different restaurants mean that everyone can get something that they want. Carnivores, herbivores.... Omnivores! Everyone is happy.

Alexander S.

Yelp
i ordered from the app which was very easy or atleast it should of been although when i arrived to the store i realized that i had ordered to the wrong store located about 30 minutes away. one of the workers (i assume the manager his name was Jose) realized what i had done and immediately offered to contact the store i had accidentally ordered from. he was able to get my order refunded and rushed my order to be finished at this location it was ready quickly and the food was great per usual! highly recommend this location for the food and service!!
google avatar

Tristan N.

Yelp
Very convenient place since it has a variety of foods from different restaurants you can choose from. Decided to go with the senor sisig burrito with no beans. As well as an Ube horchata on the side. Little on the pricy side but would come back cause of the convenience.
google avatar

Oh C.

Yelp
Always enjoy coming here for the variety. Have tried the salads, burgers and mac and cheese. They are all excellent. I do think it's better to eat at the property rather than take out. The burger is much better eaten right away. Recently had the karage chicken and was blown away, the flavors were spot on.

Josh M.

Yelp
Just wanted to dine in but could not stand 2 different types of music playing, one out of the kitchen and one out of the dining room. Need to pick one and go with it! I had to take my food to go.
google avatar

Michael Q.

Yelp
Popped in for dinner after an afternoon stroll at Vasona. Staff gave great customer service, especially Eva. Facility was very clean, even the restrooms. And of course there were tasty food choices galore on the menu. Will definitely be back. Tip: if you have a Local Kitchens account and have discount code(s), you HAVE to use the app on your phone or go on their website (there's free wifi, btw) to get the discount. The self-order kiosk doesn't let you input coupon/discount codes.
