This is Bed and Breakfast hotel, but it’s a big but. What a place. You’ll have little view on the grand canal, rooms are spacious and beautiful, clean with good air con. Location is just amazing few minutes walking to all main attractions and restaurants. Super friendly stuff who suggested to us great restaurants for locals what we enjoyed a lot. We definitely coming back to this hotel on our next visit to Venice.

I never thought I’d sleep right in the heart of Venice – but this hotel exceeded all expectations.|The room was fabulous, with a direct view of the Rialto Bridge and the Canale Grande. Check-in was already a highlight, thanks to Enrico and his flawless service.||The location is unbeatable – steps from the Rialto Bridge, with two Vaporetto stops and a supermarket just around the corner.||Friendly, clean, elegant, and simply a place to feel at home. From now on, our first choice when staying in Venice!

So many positive things to say about this hotel from the staff,to the location been perfect,on our first visit we had a room on the grand canal which had great views of the Rialtio bridge on our return trip we had a superior room which was very modern and has a window onto a canal I Will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone I know visiting Venice We stayed before and after our cruise and they arranged our taxis to and from the airport definitely worth booking And also breakfast is very tasty and easy

Stayed with my daughter on a quick trip to Venice. We could not have been happier. The location is great - right near Rialto, and also next to the more relaxed Cannaregio. The staff were kind and sweet and always helpful. We were so happy we wanted to extend our stay. Not surprisingly they were full. We will be back. Thanks Leon Bianco!

Amazing Hotel with fantastic staff,the location is perfect and convenient for all the tourists attractions |We had a room with a view of the grand canal in our first visit and a superior room in our second visit both made our stay very special,breakfast is excellent and very well planned |We Would definitely recommend

We got a room with canal view and it was stunning . Felt like old time Venice .. the hotel is small cozy with good service .. we loved our room so so much . Stunning for pic .. breakfast is simple but it worked out for us .. location is perfect walking distance to all the attractions

I recommend everything about this hotel. The location is good, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the room itself was huge, and breathtakingly beautiful. We were able to book an evening boat tour as soon as we arrived, which was a great way to see the city in a short period of time. And the concierge recommended a seafood restaurant (A la Vecia Cavana) that had incredible food - maybe the best we had on our whole trip to Italy. We were shocked at what a great bargain this was. I would have expected the room to be at least twice as expensive as it actually was.
