We really enjoyed our stay here! Marco, at the front desk, was so helpful and full of information. The hotel location was so perfect being along the Grand Canal and close to the beautiful Rialto Bridge. The first evening we took a romantic sunset gondola ride from a dock just around the corner from the hotel. Inside, the hotel was elegant and nostalgic, and our room was very spacious.|We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 10 years ago and loved it even more this time! The hotel staff were friendly and super helpful. We were upgraded to a nicer room with a stunning view of the canal. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect -close to the heart of everything. If we are ever back in Venice, we will be staying here.

A wonderful spacious Venetian apartment suite, right on the Grand Canal. Well appointed, a mix of old world charm with venetian furniture, even a writing desk, and just enough modern amenities. Included breakfast was not a huge spread, but adequate. Everything was fresh, eggs were made to order, and baked goods were great too. The accessibility of the location is a bit tricky. The apartment has its own small jetty, but it is not usable at all times, depending on the tides. When we arrived, we had to drag our luggage for about 800 meters and across a bridge with steps.

This is Bed and Breakfast hotel, but it’s a big but. What a place. You’ll have little view on the grand canal, rooms are spacious and beautiful, clean with good air con. Location is just amazing few minutes walking to all main attractions and restaurants. Super friendly stuff who suggested to us great restaurants for locals what we enjoyed a lot. We definitely coming back to this hotel on our next visit to Venice.

I never thought I’d sleep right in the heart of Venice – but this hotel exceeded all expectations.|The room was fabulous, with a direct view of the Rialto Bridge and the Canale Grande. Check-in was already a highlight, thanks to Enrico and his flawless service.||The location is unbeatable – steps from the Rialto Bridge, with two Vaporetto stops and a supermarket just around the corner.||Friendly, clean, elegant, and simply a place to feel at home. From now on, our first choice when staying in Venice!

Amazing view of the Grand Canal, and you can even see half of the Rialto Bridge—if you book the junior suite with canal view. The hotel has its own private bridge, so you can arrive by water taxi, which is super cool!

So many positive things to say about this hotel from the staff,to the location been perfect,on our first visit we had a room on the grand canal which had great views of the Rialtio bridge on our return trip we had a superior room which was very modern and has a window onto a canal I Will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone I know visiting Venice We stayed before and after our cruise and they arranged our taxis to and from the airport definitely worth booking And also breakfast is very tasty and easy
