I eat here quite a bit with family! This place has never disappointed. The house salad and house dressing is great! I keep trying the different dishes and all have been very good so far. The waiters are great and Anthony remembers me and my family by name! Prices are in line with being a nicer italian restaurant!

Google
Starting with food, it was absolutely impeccable by all standards. Never once had anything I could even consider to be bad. 10/10 food. Service was perfect from entry to seating to waitress to leaving. The server executed her job to perfection. Finally the atmosphere was perfect.

Google
Great service and great ambiance. Went with a group and really enjoyed it overall. For those who like seafood, there are great options, too. Our group ordered a wide variety of items and everyone seemed happy with their orders.

Google
Reserved here because I read the reviews and was excited to try a new Italian restaurant. I have a feeling their service today is not “standard”. Bread lacks flavor and the house salad is nothing more than lettuce, a cucumber, a tomato with vegetable oil (if it’s authentic Italian olive oil, it’s terrible) “house dressing”. Caesar salad also had house dressing-that’s new. Eggplant Parmesan lacked flavor…crust on the eggplant was not crispy. I’m familiar with authentic Italian, this really lacks any Italian authenticity. No flavor in food.

Google
I ate at the bar and the service is perfection. I had a basic Italian meal. Lasagna. It was anything but basic! The best Lasagna I have EVER had. No joke hands down. You better come hungry. Its a perfect american size but its so good you will explode to get it all in. Comes with a wonderful house salad and perfect little bread. Prices are really good for a beautiful little place.

Google
This was our first time at Loccino’s Italian Grill & Bar. We celebrated our birthdays. The waitstaff is excellent especially Vinnie. The food was delicious, wine selection was great, and the prices are reasonable for an upscale restaurant in Troy, Michigan. We will be back many times. Update: we’ve been back many times and the food and drink is awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Google
I had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant! The salad was fresh and full of flavors, setting the tone for the meal. The veal cooked with sweet wine was unique and delicious. The chicken piccata was perfectly executed—tender and tangy with just the right balance of lemon and capers. To top it all off, the cappuccino was flawless, and the tiramisu was hands down the best I’ve ever had. A true Italian gem! Staff were all friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Google
This place was super beautiful and had tremendous food! The atmosphere is quiet and lowly lit, very peaceful. I ordered the Italian platter which comes with chicken parm, lasagna, and fettuccine alfredo. It was hot, smothered in rich cheese and meat, and tasted amazing. I would definitely come back!

Yelp
I don't know what these people are talking about, this place was amazing. First of all, people are complaining about the price. My wife and I got calamari, a glass of wine, house salads, warm bread, each had a delicious pasta entree with some leftover and ended it with 2 of the best desserts I've ever had in the crème brûlée and the lemon cake all for $108. I will be back and I will gladly pay that for this quality of food. It was Absolutely delicious.

Yelp
Wish this restaurant was better because it's right by my house. I've eaten here several times over the years and this review sums up every visit. Location is great. Plenty of parking. The decor is dark and dated. I'm not sure there are any windows once you get inside. Service is okay. Not terrible, but not great. The menu is expensive. There are not plant based offerings. No one knows what no dairy or meat means. Butter, eggs, and milk are in everything. They will make you boring noodle with tomato sauce (that probably is vegetarian) and charge $25 for it. You can make better meals at home trust me. If you're an omnivore looking for fish or meat, you may want to try this place. My guess is it will be a one and done.

Yelp
Food: chicken piccata: lightly breaded chicken with a lemon sauce. It was tender however I don't know if it is worth $26 for two thin slices of chicken. Nothing overtly wrong with the taste. Spaghetti w bolognese sauce: their apparently most popular dish as a side with the piccata. Overall good hearty tomato and beef flavor. My complaint here is it is way too oily. It was dripping and soaked in orange oil. Made me feel a little gross looking at it. Filet linguine: beef was tender. Spaghetti is nice and flavorful. However like the Spaghetti it is NOT light. WAY too much oil. Seemed like noodles were half noodle half oil. No wonder if was so decadent. The thing is i made it a point to my waitress to not have so much oil/ make it lighter if possible. If this is lighter, that says something about how much oil is used normally. Salad: nothing special. Taste ok. Dressing on the side. Arugula was good. House bread: soft, warm. Paired nicely with ddipping sauce. Service: it was obvious they were busy. My waitress tried her best running around different tables. She obviously was in a rush. Time from order placed to food on table greater than 30 minutes. 2 dishes. This seemed too long. Be sure to have lots of spare time! Ambiance: old fashioned, nicely decorated, lowish lighting. Seemed fitting for the restaurant. ---- Rich and savory flavors and heavy meal that you need plenty of sit down time for with nice atmosphere.

Yelp
Service was bad, food over overpriced, and it took 20 minutes after sitting down just to get a glass of water

Yelp
Hostess was super nice!!! Table cloth was filthy under the paper. Silverware was dirty and had crusty water spots all over them. Caesar salad was pretty good. Bread and oil was tasteless. Long Island ice tea had nothing in it except too much ice and sour. Chicken alfredo was extremely bland, couldn't cut the broccoli with a fork, chicken was ok. Everything had to be taken home and seasoned. Waitress was very nice, very inexperienced. Didn't ask me what I wanted to drink, ran away after getting 1 drink order. After food was delivered we waited a good 40 minutes, finished eating, never saw her again. Expensive for bland, mid food. Maybe will try again. Not soon though, which is sad. They used to have great food.

Yelp
Amazing first (definitely not last) visit to Loccino. We were seated early and greeted quickly with waters, even on NYE. We ordered fast and the food came out in a very timely manner. The house salad and bread were delicious. I got the pollo tortellini and it was incredible. My boyfriend got the barbecue chicken pizza and loved it!!! For dessert, we got the NY cheesecake and lava cake. Both were so tasty! Absolutely great experience.

Yelp
Eh. I'm shocked at how many great reviews but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Went on a Friday evening when I would think a bar should be packed but they were slow. The cleanliness really needs to be addressed. Dust everywhere especially shows with the dark walls. Windows and mirrors dirty all over and even entrance floor is sticky and smells like dirty water. Bathrooms smell like urine right when u open the door and sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Food wasn't great to me. Salad tasted like it just had oil on it and bread was bland. Pasta was meh and didn't care for tomato sauce. Friends didn't like their chicken but I thought it was okay. Waiter was great but had to keep asking for our dishes to be cleared by bus person. Had our salad bowls still sitting when our food came and had our food plates still sitting when our dessert came. Wont be back unless I hear of them doing an overhaul of some sort!

Yelp
Loccino's earns a 4 out of 5 starts simply because the proximity to our house and they're very accommodating to kids (6yr and 3yr). Most meals are pretty decent and they have wine specials. Happy hour is the real gem, great burger and discounted drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was excellent. The place has a nice vibe. My family shared the cheesecake dessert and was a nice ending to our meal.

Yelp
I came here with a pretty big group (9 people) and we were seated quickly and the waitress was super understanding of us splitting the bill, she made sure everything was organized from the start. The bread was amazing and I ate so much of it I ended up getting full and barely touching my pasta haha. Each dish also came with the house salad, most of my friends opted for upgrade to a caesar salad, but I went with the house salad and raspberry vinaigrette and the raspberry dressing was probs one of my fav parts of the meal. We also got a handful of appetizers, but I really have to recommend the spinach and artichoke dip, it was amazing!

Yelp
Dined in for a wedding shower. The food was solid and the service was adequate. Overall it was a solid experience and made us think we should come here for a nice date night! Very Italian decor and solid overall experience.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was good but food was good but nothing to make you return Just a tired Italian menu of food that needs to be updated and lightened from heavy sauces and cheeses

Yelp
My husband often looks for authentic Italian restaurants to visit so I can practice speaking in Italian. Lucky for me, my server was from Milan. I was able to order our food, drinks, etc in Italian. My server was patient with me and spoke at a slow pace for me to understand him. My husband ordered chicken parmigiana and I went with lasagna. The bread and oil was delicious. My lasagna was great! My husband enjoyed his chicken, but I could tell he wasn't pleased with his pasta. Only because he's used to his Americanized spaghetti. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Beautiful atmosphere. I could have enjoyed my experience more without the loud children voices. Yet I enjoyed practicing my Italian with a native from Italy and the food was nicely prepared.

Yelp
Wonderful experience! Food was exceptional and our service from Jill was exceptional as well. Wish they had a restaurant in North Carolina. We highly recommend the chicken marsala if you're having trouble deciding what to eat. It was outstanding, but then again everything was outstanding! Yum!

Carol L.

Yelp
Taste and food appearance are most important to me at any restaurant. I really had high hopes for this place! Tasteless pasta. Overcooked steak, reheated potatoes. Really expected more especially for the area it is located. House salad was excellent though drowning in vinaigrette. Wait staff attentive. Romantic atmosphere. Doubt I will return, just not good enough! It was okay.

Yelp
Went there Tuesday 4/22/25 at 3:30 pm with my daughter who was visiting from out of town. We were seemingly the only guests at the time but eventually saw a few more in another section. After being seated in a bar area booth by an elderly woman hostess we were given water immediately plus bread/oil by a man. Then a middle aged woman attendant asked if we desired drinks - my daughter requested a soda and mentioned we wanted to start with an appetizer. All seemed great. I was considering hosting a wedding shower there in the next few months and thus far had good reason to consider it. It was both of our's first visit to Loccino's. However the length of time after finishing our appetizer and before the female attendant returned to take our meal order was long. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry but still noticed the unusual delay . Then it took a ridiculous amount of time after ordering a Greek salad and a Caesar salad with salmon for them to be served which was odd because we were two of the few customers present-. It was a good 45 min or more. I had run out of water after finishing the appetizer since no one returned to refill our glasses and the man that initially served it to us was watching TV within our sight standing with this back toward us . He never ever returned to our table. There was a patron in the bar (whom I mistakenly thought was a server) and I caught his eye over the divider and asked out loud if we could get a refill for water and he said he didn't work there but immediately mentioned it to whomever he was taking to (who did work there at the bar). We still had to wait more than a reasonable amount of time before the woman who first took our order came with new filled glasses. It was the strangest experience to be seated in a near empty restaurant during listed open hours and yet have such poor service - it felt rude almost as if we were a bother to be there and purposely ignored or somehow invisible. I asked the woman as she brought the water if we came when they were actually closed for service (despite seeing online it was open hours) and she replied they were open but between shifts. Not a good excuse in my opinion since they were accepting our business and the few employees who were present were not very attentive. Clearly I won't be having the wedding shower there based on this experience. Too bad as I had higher hopes.

Yelp
I enjoyed the food. Had the Salmon Oscar special, and it was cooked right and was tasty. I really liked the bread that they served with the meal. Service was a bit on the slow side (things took awhile to come out), but our server Dave was on top of things and took care of us. The place itself was nice and clean, and I overall enjoyed the experience.

Yelp
HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE. Shame on you Loccino. If your staff is in a foul mood, please dont take it out on your guests. We were celebrating my dad's 80 birthday and wanted good italian food. Boy we were wrong. Our server YELLED at us for asking for water without ice. Then the second server forgot parts of our order, threw bread at our table and would get us any fresh pepper. Food was less then average. Bread was cold. And worse off, we saw the hostess drag the paper table clothes on the floor and then place on new tables. SANITATION HAZARD?!?!?! Cant believe you guys claim to be best in Detroit.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by our dinner here tonight. We are total foodies but wanted to try somewhere that had good food but wasn't too expensive. The atmosphere is comfortable old school Italian. A lot of regulars. We started with the shrimp appetizer, which was fried with this amazing sauce. Moved on to our salads which was fresh and good. I had the filet with mushrooms, eggplant, and garlic mash and my husband had chicken Parmesan. The filet was cooked to my liking medium rare. The flavor in the sauce with mushrooms and garlic mash was delicious. The eggplant was tasty. The parm was cooked perfectly and the sauce was very good. We took home dessert and will try soon. We will be back!

Yelp
This is my second time visiting the restaurant and the food was pretty good. We traveled with a family of 15 & our servers provided great service. If you like shrimp, please try the shrimp appetizer. I highly recommend. The restaurant does offer alcoholic beverages. My husband got a margarita and I tried the cosmo. The margarita was a lot better than the cosmo. The restaurant seemed to be pretty clean and I loved that there was hand sanitizer nearby other than in a bathroom. All in all, it was a good experience.

Yelp
Loccino is a fancy restaurant that I assume has been hurt greatly by the pandemic. It is the type of restaurant I would eat at on special occasions or business lunches, not an everyday lunch. This is probably why there is currently a Groupon deal to dine here to bring in more customers. I bought a Groupon for lunch at Loccino. This is a pretty good deal, especially on days when there is a promo code on Groupon to get an extra 10-25% off. I paid around $10 for a $20 value towards lunch. Most lunch entrees are under $20. I decided to use my Groupon to splurge on a NY Strip Steak for takeout. This was my fanciest lunch in a while. Everything was delicious - the steak, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, and bread. I decided to buy a second Groupon to try more of the menu. I will likely continue to support this restaurant after the Groupon deal ends. It's a good restaurant and hopefully, more people give it try, even for a casual meal. The lunch menu offers salad, sandwiches, and pasta for very reasonable prices.
google avatar

Rachel T.

Yelp
Nice restaurant; I tried the caprese salad, grilled shrimp (which was not on the menu but they were able to accommodate) and I also tried someone else's steak bites. The mushrooms in the steak bites tasted like a delicious mushroom and banana pepper pizza. The only con was slow service. We waited an hour and a half at least for the food to come out for a larger party.
google avatar

Maureen D.

Yelp
Our dinners were delicious. We had lasagna, Cajun filet salad and arugula salad with salmon added. We would recommend each one. Service is was very good and we got there early enough for a quiet location. We wanted to relax and catch up. Perfect!
google avatar

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Visited for dinner on a weeknight. We were seated and waited on right away. They have a good happy hour menu, the normal menu is a little pricey but you get a lot of bang for your buck. My husband got a pepperoni pizza and really liked it. I got the chicken Marsala. It came with a salad and a side of spaghetti which I thought was odd, I would have preferred plain pasta to eat with the sauce. The chicken Marsala was fried to perfection but I did not expect it to be fried, the sauce was also very sweet, just ok. $47 for two dinners, a beer and a glass of wine. It's worth it to come during happy hour! Overall, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't go back or recommend it, nothing to write home about.

Yelp
Great food and service! We had a party of 12, and everything we ordered from apps to drinks to entrees were great. Steak bites, mushroom app, calamari, spinach artichoke dip etc ! It was our first time there and we def will be back!!

Yelp
I went with a Meetup group where most of us are regulars. Still, our table was sat as close as before Covid-19, at least 2 didn't show so we could leave middle chairs open. That is why I took 1 star off. All of us agreed that we had some of the best food we have had with this group. Some order fish - perch or salmon with a dinner salad. Rest got Italian, I got spaghetti with red sauce while another got one of the ravioli choices, and others tried the entree that had the lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine Alfredo. My spaghetti was great there and what I took home warmed up just as good. The dinner salads were better than most. What surprised some of us was the bread basket since most places stopped that. What I took home was also just as good. The dessert menu had a variety of choices, but only one of us had room. Would be great to have a small taste of sweet at the end of the meal. While this is a little far from my house, once I-75 is done I might come back. Good spaghetti is hard to find.

Yelp
Date night on a chilly February evening. Something close to home, my BF suggested a restaurant we have passed by countless times. Loccino's has great curb appeal just off of Crooks and I 75 . The Hostess is probably one on the nicest hostess I have met, she reminded me of my grandmother. Food was good, highlights were the beef tips, lobster ravioli, veal scallopini. Unfortunately, they were out of cannoli, so it was cheesecake to go for a little snack when we got home. Nice evening and worth another visit
google avatar

Nyobie Q.

Yelp
Food was excellent. Be sure you have plenty of time. It's a casual experience. Service is good but not rushed. At lunch time on a weekday, the place is nearly empty. Prices are in the higher side but I've always said that with food, you get what you pay for in the quality of ingredients. I'll definitely go back again.

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
Service was good. However, the meal no so good. I n fact their spaghetti sauce is the worst sauce I have ever tasted in my life. Being an Italian, I have tried many different sauces. The owners should go out and try some of their competitors sauces: they will find a world of difference.
google avatar

Jeff L.

Yelp
The service here was excellent. The food was very good. The lasagna was flavorful, with plenty of sauce abs the right amount of cheese. The filet tips linguini with creamy lemon sauce was excellent. The salad was fresh although a bit too much dressing for my liking. Will definitely be back.

carol v.

Yelp
Great food and service. We enjoyed our first visit. Delighted to go back soon. Beet salad.

Yelp
First time here on a date night and the atmosphere, food, price and service were excellent. We will definitely come back

Yelp
Made reservation on Open Table for 9 pm and when arrived at 9:10 were told their last table was leaving and they sent the kitchen home - We're told the hostess wasn't there and that they wouldn't be honoring our reservation. The part that creates the bummer for the experience is the other choices we said no to - so we could say yes to this - and a 20 minute extended drive to get there -

Yelp
I came here today with a few coworkers for a going away party. One of my coworkers is going back to India, and it was a nice little sendoff for her. We chose this place because she loves pasta and it was an excellent choice. Walking in, the place is nicely decorated and dimly lit. It kind of has a classy, dark 1970's feel to it with nice decor. We were a party of 5 and seated in the back at a circle table. The menu has tons of food to choose from, along with daily lunch specials. After scouring the menu, I went with the Spaghetti Bolgenese, which was absolutely fabulous. It also came with a tasty salad which had a delicious Italian dressing. My coworkers all got something different, and each of us really loved our food. The service here is really professional and nice. Our waiter was pleasant and took his time with making sure we were all cared for. Drinks were always full, and he checked in on us regularly. It was really nice to have a pleasant sit down lunch for once, and not be rushed. What a great place. I would love to come and eat here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Loccino's, you are the best!
google avatar

Frank H.

Yelp
The ambiance is great. The lasagna is amazing, one of the best ones I've had in a while. Also decently priced. Our waiter had an off night since they ghosted us in 15min increments. The tiramisu wasn't good either but we'll be back.
google avatar

Sherita W.

Yelp
Tried to order from here today but I was out on hold immediately and no one came back to the phone after 5 mins on hold. I will try again later but it's disappointing since it's nearby. I was using my Upside app to try local restaurants that I hadn't yet. I'll update the post if and when I return to this restaurant gave 3 stars for the benefit of the doubt.

Yelp
I've Been Going To This Restaurant For 13years Enjoying Everything About It Until Sunday... I Took My Brother Her For Dinner Looks Like A New Owner Or Management Yet It's Not They Say... Jill Waited On Us She Must Have Had A Horrible Day Because She Tried To Make Ours Match Hers... I Ordered My Meal And My Brothers Meal He Went To Wash His Hands Jill Asked Me Do You Really Know What Your Brother Wants I Said Yes He Told Me What To Order She Then Said We Are Going To Wait For Your Brother To Come Back... I Said No You Can Place Our Order She Said Well Our Manager Wants Each Person To Place Their Own Order... I've Never Heard That In My 13 Years Of Eating Here... My Brother Came Out And Ordered The Very Same Thing I Told Her We Then Ordered Drinks She Didn't Bring A Straw My Brother Asked For A Straw Jill Gave Him A Straw Right Out Of Her Nasty Hand Dropping It Into His Drink She Took Plates Off The Tables And Refilled Water Glasses Who Knows Where That Straw Came From... We Told Her What She Did She Picked Up The Drink Saying I Have To Remake Your Drink If She's Handling Drinks This Way What Is She Doing With The Food She NEVER Came To Check On Us After This NEVER Giving Us Water More Bread Nothing Until Our Food I Asked For The Manager She Said He's Not Here And Dropped A Business Card On The Table And Said You Can Call Tomorrow... I Called The Manager Name Frank Shushtari He Cared Less Telling Me This Is His Off Day And He Would Call The Restaurant Well If Someone Was There Who Could Handle This Why Give Me The Managers Card Who's Off Today Jill Served Everyone Who Came In After Us Some (30) Minutes Later Some (1) Hour Later They Received Their Food First We Got Ours After I Wasn't Happy And Was Ready To Leave Yet I Wanted My Brother To Enjoy His Dinner The Bartender Came Over To Talk To Us Not Caring Telling Me She May Have Had A Bad Day Yet He's Not Making Excuses For Her... Sounds Like Excuses To Me We Will NEVER Go Back After 13years Of Enjoying The Food And Service Clearly We Are Not Wanted Here And That's Not A Problem... BEWARE OF VERY BAD BUSINESS AND SERVICE... ...................Update................... The Owner Left His Number For Me To Call Him I Did, He Didn't Answer So I Left A Message Weeks Ago Yet No Reply My Review Stands The Staff Has Poor Service Skills Because Of The Management And Owner... BEWARE THIS BUSINESS HAS VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT AND OWNER... He Only Responded To Make Himself Look Caring Yet This Is Absolutely Not True...

Yelp
Like many patrons, I passed this restaurant over and over on my daily route and finally had the chance to stop in; I can't wait to come back! Let's start by saying that the evenings and weekends look quite busy here: the patio and parking lot always looks packed. I opted to come to the patio on a nice weekday lunch hour, and it was so quiet and relaxing. Highly, highly recommended. The service was perfectly paced, the food was incredible. The bread is hot, the servers are knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is elevated. Two beautiful dinners and a dessert, tip included, will run you about $70 which felt very fair. I recently spent around $100 at Buca di Beppo and would gladly come back to Loccino's over Buca. The atmosphere is better, the pasta is INCREDIBLE, and the service was top notch. Can't wait to bring my out of state guests to Loccino's!

Yelp
The food is absolutely delicious. The chef came out to see if everything was okay. The atmosphere is classy and relaxed. I sat at the bar. The bar tender was very attentive and friendly. Nice price on drinks and was good.

Yelp
Excellent food, reasonably priced, I've been coming here for years for the fillet, you can cut it with a fork. Took my partner recently and he talked about it for a week and he's picky when it comes to steak haha

Yelp
Since I travel for my job, I go out to eat by myself often. Unfortunately, I feel that sometimes a single diner does not get the service other groups get. Loccino was like that. They wanted me to sit at the bar but I didn't want that. It seemed like they had to ask permission to seat me at a table even though the place was empty. Three groups of people plus one phone call was answered before they seated me. I was ready to leave and go somewhere else by the time I was brought to a table. Once seated, the service was not that much better. I took a star off because the service was unsatisfactory. The positive was that the food was good. The soup was fresh and the veal was tender. The portions were on the smaller side but that was ok to me. I wasn't a big fan of the bread for the table but it was better that most other places. In all, maybe they were having a bad day so I guess I would go there again. Hopefully the service will be better and I will feel like a valuable customer. I'm laidback so it takes a lot to get me worked up.

Sabrina E.

Yelp
Very very disappointed in the service here. Super rude, the experience was not good. I have not wrote a review about any restaurant before and the fact that I'm doing it now it saying a lot. They need to work on who they hire here because waiters are what bring people back not just the food.

Elaine S.

Yelp
We reserved the patio at another restaurant in Troy for 18 people. When we arrived, the air conditioning had been turned off and the area was at least 95 degrees (not kidding, either!). The manager just said we had a problem and did nothing to help. He walked away. So, what to do when you need to find a close place for 18 people? I called Loccino's and spoke to Cindy, who put waiter David on the phone. They agreed to take us and set up for 18 people. My sister phoned everyone tell them of the change of venue. Not only did they accommodate us, literally, at a moment's notice, but waiters Vinnie and David provided excellent service even though they had other tables. Great job, guys!!! Our family had a great time. I would recommend Loccino's - for not only everyday dining, but for your events. They sure saved our night!!

Yelp
This was amazing! I ordered delivery (via Grubhub). I'm here on a business trip and sick of the hotel food so I figured I'd give this a shot. It's was packaged up so cute! I got the minestrone because I saw so many reviews about it - I agree it's amazing! Wish I had time to actually go see the establishment

Yelp
We walked in the door and the greeter was friendly and quickly status. We received the menu and after a bit of time the server comes up and asks us what we'd like something to drink and if we wanted appetizers. So we ordered drinks and appetizers and waited and waited. When we got our appetizers we had no utensils and the server was nowhere to be seen. So someone our party went to the greater who was quick enough to bring us utensils. Again we waited and waited and then our food came. We're eating our dinner, and our server came to see if everything was okay and that was the last we've seen of her until we had to go and send some send somebody to find out where she was at so we could pay our bill. Then we had to ask for carry out boxes and then we waited and waited for the server to come take our credit card. We end up going to the greater who promptly made sure everything was right. This is our first dining experience there and it will be our last.

Yelp
The lady at the front desk was very rude and spoke to us with the worst attitude!! We came in with a reservation and she denied us a table! She was a fuller older lady with a very old fashioned hair cut

Yelp
Our first time trying Loccino. What a pleasant dining experience! All the staff were friendly from the time we walked in the door. We came in at 7:30 on a Saturday evening and were seated right away. Out waitress was the perfect balance of attentive and patient, as we sat for a drink and app quite awhile before ordering entrees. She always made sure our water was full, and answered/accommodated my custom order request for only tomato-marinara sauce in my Fruitti Di Mari instead of the lemon cream sauce. The dish was excellent. Shellfish wasn't overcooked and rubbery. My friend ordered the lamb chops on special and although he ordered them rare and they arrived more of a medium, they were tender, flavorful and juicy. Otherwise he would've sent them back. The restaurant is clean, pretty, and nicely decorated for the holidays. I don't live too far from here and will definitely be making this a regular dining spot.

Yelp
We have been looking for an Italian restaurant to replace our regular nearby restaurant that recently closed. We may actually have helped put them out of business by mostly going there with a BOGOF coupon. Speaking of coupons, we have regularly been getting them from Loccino's and since we go past it often and it is close to home, we decided to try it. Another point about coupons, read them very carefully. For Loccino's, it reads BOGOF (applies to entrees only, not pizza or appetizers) but only up to $9 and with two drink purchases. We arrived and were immediately seated around 3:30pm on a Saturday. While we were checking the menu, our waiter brought us some Bread and a plate with Oil & Vinegar with shredded Parmesan for dipping. The Bread was good, the dip was OK but nothing special. Salads came with our meals but they didn't have any honey mustard dressing, my wife's favorite, and there were somewhat limited options. I was fine because they had my usual Blue Cheese dressing and my wife settled on a Balsamic Vinaigrette. If you like lots of dressing, don't say anything, that's how it comes. If you are more particular, you may want to get Dressing on the side or ask for light on dressing. For our first time here, we ordered standard Italian fare: Lasagna Bolognese for me and Eggplant Parmigiana with Angel Hair Pasta for my wife. Both were good but we have had better. The sauce was good, unlike some places where I eat mostly around the sauce; I ate the whole thing. Pre-grated Parmesan (I prefer freshly grated) was spooned over our meals. We both managed to eat the entire dish and could not even look at any desserts. Staff polite & friendly from the time we were greeted and escorted to our seats, given menus, had our orders taken, drinks were kept full, and smiles and thanks as we left. All things considered I would say it was a good experience although a bit higher priced than we are used to. But I plan to keep looking...after a carb loading nap!

Yelp
Everything was wonderful except for their marsala sauce. It tasted so sweet! Like someone dumped maple syrup in it! Otherwise, wonderful ambiance, salad, bread, wine...the shrimp Giuseppe sauce was spectacular! That should be served as a pasta sauce! Everything was delicious
