What a great experience! Joe was very accommodating with my schedule. He showed up on time, and did a great job! He was very patient with all of my questions, and explained everything. His prices are very, very, reasonable. Great prices, great services, and a great experience from start to finish!

Quick and friendly service. I needed a duplicate key for my car since the old one fell apart. He was able to rekey AND reprogram. So excited to be able to unlock with the push of a button again!

Such great service! We were having issues with our front door with a Baldwin lock (the key kept getting stuck). Haim, the owner, knew exactly how to fix it and did so with ease. He is extremely knowledgeable about Baldwin locks. Before he left, I mentioned we a side door lock fixed but we had a different key, which always proved frustrating to us. Within 10 minutes, Haim was able to change it so we could use our regular house key for that side door. I will definitely call Haim again. Finding a locksmith can be so overwhelming, and I'm so glad I found Haim!

The owner, Haim, is responsive, well priced, efficient and reliable. I have used this company many times as a Realtor throughout Houston and surrounding areas. I have referred Haim to my Buyers and Sellers as well as other agents. They have ALL had positive experiences. He is honest and can do BOTH commercial and residential properties. The bigger the project the better he shines. He can also handle multi unit properties with different older locks in the same complex. I personally cannot give a better recommendation. HE HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS.

Joe was able to turn my pickup truck ram 1500 on after two different people tried to if I would give 10 stars when I hear my pickup truck on I wanted to cry with excitement he did everything in his power to help me and he did. I strongly recommend him, thank you 🙏🏼

I would highly recommend NOT contracting services from this business. The technician (Kenneth) that was sent to me was incredibly rude and downright hostile over the phone and in person. He wanted to charge me a higher price than the one I was quoted by management (I called to confirm the total beforehand). It was an entirely unpleasant experience and when I tried to contact the office to clarify why there was a discrepancy in the prices I was blown off by the manager (Ben) who also tried to excuse the technicians awful behavior. Spare yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

I called and left a message, and Haim called me with in 20 minutes. I told him what I needed, and he quoted me the price and then came to my work location. Haim was very personable and got right to work cutting and programing my keys and did the key fobs also. The price was the same as he quoted me on the phone and the service was excellent. I highly recommend him as he is a true professional!

My parents Garage door lock was spinning free and I'm on the other side of the country. This gentleman was kind and courteous and fixed their issue right away! My Mom doesn't do YELP so I promised to post a positive review for her!

Small snafu - my first call to this business did not result in a service call (hence 4 stars instead of 5) .. but, following my second call a couple of hours later to check the status (we found out my initial call had not been logged into the service schedule) , Kenneth called me almost immediately to say I was next on his schedule and he was at my house an hour later... the door to the study had somehow got locked and we couldn't get in (hinges on the other side!) ... Kenneth tried every trick in the book to unlock it and eventually had to remove the lock as it had been installed upside down!... He was pleasant, efficient and didn't mind me hovering to see how he did it! I will call on Locksmith 4 Life again when I need a locksmith!
