I will start by saying I don't like giving bad reviews because it's hard on businesses, which are the things that keep a city going strong. I decided to give this restaurant a second chance after going there for Pech, which was so greasy that oil dripped from the perch. I showed it to our server, who asked me if I would like to have them remake it. I declined, seeing as if it would be cooked in the same oil.
I did not eat the perch; I just ate dinner salad. The server saw that I didn't eat the perch and offered to take my coffee off the bill--really, the coffee!
So I paid for the perch dinner that I didn't eat and it was pricey.
After a year or so, we decided to try this restaurant again.
In the waiting area to be seated, there's a sign posted that says they have the right not to serve rude customers. Now, there is Customer Service 101.
The hostess seemed irritated and was not very nice. We were told that our wait would be about 20 minutes. As we are sitting in the waiting area waiting to be seated a couple of two came in (we were a party four) and they sat them. Not a big deal maybe they just had a table for two open.
A few minutes later, a party of six came in and they sat them. At that point, we got up and left.
