First time back here in 6 months for bingo night, and I gotta say, I was really disappointed. We showed up on time, but the only seating was upstairs despite the bingo being downstairs (I've been to this event 3 times, most recently 6 months ago, and it was always outside before this, so not sure when that changed). Because of this, my friend and I had an extremely difficult time hearing the numbers being called, or any instructions being given. Secondly, there were children EVERYWHERE. I've seen a few children at event nights here before, and even brought my friend's kid previously, but when it gets to the point where there are almost more children than adults at a BAR, you're no longer a bar, you're an indoor playground. Thirdly, we were told during the last round that we would no longer be able to play, as the last round requires a $5 buy in, which must be paid in advance. Again, this was a complete change from the 3 previous times I've come to this event. I love the cider at Locust, and the employees are genuinely nice. I'm really disappointed at how inaccessible the venue and the events have become, however, and I'm less likely to return because of this.
