We can always find something we need at this cast iron outlet. They have more stuff for the kitchen in one place than most stores I have seen. Clean store? Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you can't find it here you may not find it. Lodge is the best made here in Tennessee.

Had a great time looking through the lodge store here in Sevierville Tennessee. Lots of things that I did not think I needed but I guess I really did. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is very clean. If you get a coupon online it will not work at the store unless it has a barcode, the coupon only works on the website. Check out some of my pictures below.

If you love cast iron, this place is paradise! The Lodge Cast Iron store in Sevierville, TN is an absolute gem — clean, well-stocked, and incredibly well-organized. From classic skillets to specialty pieces and every kind of accessory you could imagine, they have it all. The displays are inviting and easy to shop, and I was blown away by the variety — enamel cookware, grill gear, unique seasonal items, and even fun gifts and kitchen staples like SoberDough bread mixes. Every aisle feels like a treasure hunt for foodies and home chefs! The staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and ready with helpful tips and answers to all my questions. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting your cast iron collection, they make you feel right at home. This store is a must-visit if you're in the area — it’s a perfect stop for practical shopping, unique gifts, or just browsing all things Lodge. Can’t wait to come back!

All things Lodge cast-iron. We bought our set of pans here in TN eight years ago and use them often. You can probably find whatever you're looking for here. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend.

They had an awesome selection of super useful things in here. We got a cast iron skillet and pot, as well as lots of other random things. Overall I had a great experience here and would totally recommend stopping in here for your kitchen needs!

Great products, & helpful people. You can get some fantastic cookware for an amazing price if you hit the right sales! I got an enamel-coated cast iron Dutch oven that I love. And it comes with a warranty as well. The sales rep was so helpful in giving me tips for how to use it and care for it. She really went above and beyond.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with some cast iron at factory price. We made out like bandits and if you're someone that cooks with cast iron, you will too. The ladies behind the counter were super nice to us.

Yelp
This was a must since I was visiting nearby. I found the perfect items that I needed to add to my cast iron set. They had great prices and there items that were defected were the best prices. If defected is having a slightly bigger handle due to casting for a large discount from the normal price, I'll take it!

Yelp
I'd driven past this store many times on the way to Pigeon Forge, always debating do I really need a cast iron skillet b/c they're so dang heavy -- but then during the pandemic, I came across several good recipes that required a cast iron skillet - so this time the timing was perfect. Plus I had a coupon for a $4.99 second-hand 10.25" skillet with $10 purchase. And the other bonus - they're made in the USA .... Tennessee to be exact! #supportlocal My parents were waiting in the car so I couldn't dilly-dally like I normally would - I went straight to the 12" cast iron skillet, already seasoned for $29.95. I did head over to the corner of the store with the second-hand skillets and the 12" one was $19.95 ... quick debate in-my-head and decided why not get the best b/c they supposedly can last for generations :) I hadn't thought of the handles being hot - thankfully the saleslady told me about them. I got a larger size silicone handle holder for $5.95 .... you could use an oven mitt, potholder or towel instead but I feared I might forget and burn myself. I did check online and the handle holders are much more expensive so definitely recommend getting the handle holders at the outlet. As mentioned earlier, i also got a second-hand 10.25" skillet with coupon for $4.99 (reg $14.95) - it just had a small cosmetic ding on the underside, an otherwise perfectly looking pan. The ladies working at the sales counter was super nice and answered all my questions like do the skillets with the ridges only function to give the grill lines for the meats - answer is no, they also help to raise the meat so it's not sitting in the grease when cooking. They have a 2nd outlet store in the heart of Pigeon Forge as well. This one is super easy to get to. Looking forward to making all kinds of food with my new cast iron skillet! Thanks Lodge!

Yelp
This outlet is definitely worth a visit. The store was clean and organized and the employees were very friendly. I'm not sure how the outlet prices compare to the regular prices but we found great deals on their factory seconds. Be sure to check out their website for additional coupons.

Yelp
My weakness is kitchen stores & I certainly was in my element at this store. All kinds of cast iron everything here. I must've been in here for an hour just trying not to by everything I put my hands on. Unique jams, sauces, spices and everything you would want or need to cook with using cart iron. Want to cook on an open fire?? There's stuff for that!! Staff is helpful. I was impressed with the selection of colors available for enamel coated cast iron- much like Le Cruset only not as expensive as it. It's still quite high but if you ever buy a pot you'll see why it's worth it.

Yelp
Store looked small, then we walked in the door and it was huge. Very clean, friendly staff, everything we wanted was in stock. Pots, pans, kettles, skillets, Dutch ovens, casseroles, pot holders are just a few of the items in this store. The staff didn't hover, but were always available to answer questions. Highly recommend Looking forward to a return visit

Yelp
We just love this store. The store is nicely laid out in sections and they have many of the kitchen gadgets that you may like. This store is staffed with some of the nicest people in the area. They were helpful and answered and made recommendations on purchases. They have the pots and pans that can withstand everything. They are the best and if you put a little care into them you will get many years of use out of them. We purchased a large glass stock pot that is amazing and it is an excellent pot for those one skillet meals. They don't stick and they are easy to clean. These pans are less maintenance than others and probably better made. At least made in the USA.

Yelp
We had traveled down to see Dollywood and experience the Pigeon Forge. When we drove in a noticed the Lodge outlet store and told the hubby I wanted to visit before we headed home. I had a couple of items in mind, specifically a dutch over, two covers, and one regular sized skillet. I ended up with more than that but I went open to that possibility. I ended up buying the box set along with an extra cover, a larger skillet, as well as a cleaning item and a couple of teflon handle-holders. I am surprised how often I have used the flat pan that can with the box set. It was not something I had ever considered acquiring before. Overall I am happy with this purchase. I know this is not someplace I will visit again anytime soon and I may have gone a little wild. I am a little skeptical of the cleaning item, I have always just used brillo but figured it was worth a shot. It did not hurt that my hubby was acting like a sales agent, encouraging me to look at pieces and try items. I could have gotten less stuff but I also could have gotten more. Overall I am happy with my purchase and this outlet store is part of my positive first trip into Tennessee memories.

Yelp
Never would I have acted on impulse to stop in a Lodge Cast Iron Outlet Store if it weren't for a 2013 Christmas gift from my sister-in-law. I received a 10" Lodge cast iron skillet as a gift. Love it! Love it so much that as I was outbound from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and notice the Lodge Outlet. SKRRRREEEEEEEECH! In I went. There simply aren't enough Oh-Em-Gees for this place. More cast iron kitchen and camping goods to make a grown man cry for big boar bacon and eggs over a roaring fire. There was a cast iron mini-charcoal two-steak grille to die for and some ultra-long handled campfire skillets that would make a boy scout troup squeal with delight following a badge-winning hike. I walked out with a new 8" skillet with matching cast iron lid and a teflon handle-holder (in sunnyside up egg motif). More, my credit card cried out for more!! I did think about going back in for a true-to-life fire-ready coffee pot/perculator. But when was I ever going to sit 'round the fire needing a strong cup of cowboy-up coffee, yeah? But I wanted it... thinking more hair on my chest the better. Lodge cast iron cookware not only makes eggs, bacon, ham, pancakes and such taste better. The cookware will increase your "guns" just from lifting them. Keep 'em seasoned. Never, ever wash 'em with anything other than perhaps a little soap and water. Re-oil them and they'll be with you forever. Hooray for Lodge!

Yelp
Stopped here on my way out of Tennessee to grab a frying pan. I cook outside over a fire a lot and these are a must have for the type of work I do (outdoors building hiking trails). The frying pan looks great, the condescending attitude of the cashier is what gives this one a 1 star. The cashier Chris was very condescending to the family in front of us. Chris tried to sell them another pan/cover set in addition to the one they were buying, when they politely declined he got very snarky and said he was just trying to save them money. When I came up to the register with my one pan/cover he suggested that 'FOR JUST $5 MORE' I could get another pan! I explained that I live out of my car for the working season and don't have enough room or need to have another really heavy pan in my living space. His response in a very sarcastic tone: REALLY? You don't have $5 to spend on a pan?? and Really? Not enough room??? WOW!! No CHRIS, I am not made of money and do not have time for a condescending guilt trip when I'm just trying to buy a silly pan. I heavily contemplated returning it but decided THAT guilt trip wasn't going to be worth my time either. The pans are great and less expensive here but the 'try to sell you one more thing while your walking out the door' attitude probably isn't worth the money you may or may not save.
