Our whole experience was absolutely outstanding. The concierge Edmond was very friendly and helpful checking us in. Our wait staff for dinner was fantastic as well including the manager, who was very concerned that we were waiting too long for our food, however we did not feel we had an unreasonable wait at all. The property is pet friendly and we loved seeing dogs. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the bed is the most comfortable bed we've had at a hotel in a long time. The whole stay was beyond reproach and we will definitely stay with you again the next time we're in Miami.

My wife and I stayed here overnight as we were in transit to Latín America and, eventually, Antarctica. The hotel was fine, within walking distance of the Miracle Mile and what it has to offer. The room itself was four-star. Clean, sizable, good skyline view, but nothing memorable. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. A fine night’s sleep before a long flight the next day. It included breakfast, which was not a buffet and allowed reasonable amount of ordering off a menu, but service was slow.

My stay at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel was nothing short of AMAZING. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and welcoming — truly the perfect setting for a special weekend in Miami. I want to especially highlight Peter and Daniella at the front desk. They were beyond helpful, warm, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. This weekend was incredibly special because I proposed to my fiancé, and they played such a big part in helping everything come together smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the moment even more magical than I could have imagined. It’s rare to encounter service that feels so personal and sincere. Peter and Daniella went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their support during such an important milestone in our lives. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and top-tier hospitality in Coral Gables, this is the place. We will absolutely be back!

Superb location in Coral Gables. Walk to many excellent restaurants in the area. Hotel service was impeccable. Kudos to Angel at the front desk. Friendly, professional and welcoming.

Simply impeccable - a gorgeous place in an amazing neighbourhood for walking, exploring and sightseeing. The staff blew us away, and treated our children like royalty. We loved the special touches sprinkled throughout our stay, that made us and our little ones feel so welcomed. Food - amazing. Amenities - amazing. Staff - incredible. It was our first time at a Loews property, and I simply cannot wait to return. Spotless, sparkling, refined hotel which truly has heart. We felt like family amongst the staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my birthday trip to Miami, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ariana, who checked me in - she was absolutely wonderful, professional, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. What really stood out was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel team: they noticed it was my birthday and went above and beyond by sending me lovely gifts along with a handwritten note signed by the staff. That personal touch meant so much and made my birthday feel extra special. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable and heartfelt experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami - especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion!

Gorgeous hotel and great addition to Coral Gables. My husband and I are back in Miami (lived here prior to moving to Georgia) and our top choice was the Loews Hotel. Check in was easy and we had the pleasure of meeting Peter — whatever you’re paying Peter, double it! He was phenomenal and made our check in and stay so special. We will be back to stay soon, but only if Peter will be here!

I like to give (and not give) praise when due. I call it as i see it so people get an honest review. There is absolutely no issue I can fault this hotel on, it is absolutely first class. We chose this over the Biltmore due to the consistently positive comments and they are spot on. We arrived earlier than check in time and got our room straight away, the concierge (Edmond) sent a little plate of chocolates and a personal welcome and the staff throughout the hotel are 5 star plus. This is THE place to stay if coming to Miami. The local area is spotless, safe to walk and has plenty of shopping and eating all within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, the Coral Gables Trolley runs in a loop all day and is free to ride. Rideshares are aplenty for the airport, cruise terminal or anywhere you want to go. PS. The hotel.gives you a $10 Uber credit that offsets the resort fee of $26.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend for the Miami GP. This was my fifth visit to Miami and my first time staying in Coral Gables. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the airport. The lobby is very beautiful, modern, and open. We were promptly greeted and assisted by the front staff to check in. They seemed genuinely friendly and eager to help. Our room was located on the 14th floor and we never had to wait long for an elevator. Our room was large and spacious! Definitely the largest room we stayed in during our trips to Miami. The bathroom has a large vanity with plenty of lighting, even a little nightlight so you don't need to turn on the lights if you get up in the middle of the night. The shower was large and lots of hot water. There's a large TV with chrome cast so you can connect your device and watch whatever you need, a mini fridge, some waters, and larger waters and snacks for purchase. There a large closet with a safe and plenty of hangers. The bed was large, comfortable, and perfect for catching up on your Zzzzs. We had a view of the courtyard/roof from our room. The next thing I had to do after settling in was grab lunch and check out the rooftop pool! It was lovely and the perfect way to start the weekend. They provide pool towels and sunscreen which is awesome. Phineas Rooftop Bar is the Latin themed restaurant by the pool. The food was delicious and the drinks too. Yum! They have conference rooms, a fitness center, spa and another restaurant/bar downstairs. We enjoyed our breakfast in the Boardroom and it was delicious! The staff was attentive and friendly. They also have small bottled water and a water refilling stations, which is always great in my book. There are various restaurants and places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. We wanted to check out the crepe place, but didn't have too much time. I would say that it took about 45 minutes ? to get to Miami Beach/Miami Gardens during the race weekend. All in all, a wonderful stay. Wouldn't mind returning here again to escape NJ!

We stayed at the Lowes Coral Gables this past weekend...here are my thoughts: The good: -Everyone is super friendly and helpful. -The room was beautifully appointed and clean. -Hotel grounds are gorgeously maintained. -Hotel restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good. -Pool isn't large but it's nicely shaded and we had a great couple of hours there. The not-so-good: -We weren't able to check in until closer to 5pm due to inventory but they were nice enough to come our coffee as we waited so it wasn't a big deal. -Spa is just okay...I had a pedicure and it was fine but certainly not worth the price. The spa is also freezing cold so it was a bit difficult to enjoy the experience. -Check your bill closely because we were charged for things we shouldn't have been charged for. Overall our experience was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

My room at Loews Hotel in Coral Gables, was pleasant and comforting. Nice bed, clean. However while the front desk employee (Saadiq) , who seemed a bit lost and didn't readily share information about the hotel or its FHR benefits to members, the manager (Jamie) , was welcoming and friendly. Resort fee benefits includes: - A 45-minute photo shoot with a complimentary branded photo, which requires advance booking, - $10 Uber credit for exploring the Miami area. For Amex Platinum and Centurion cardholders, additional perks are available: - Free breakfast before 11 am - $100 credit for food and beverage, applicable not only in restaurants but also for room service and the minibar. - 4pm check out. - box of gourmet chocolate

A decent enough, and relatively new hotel situated in Coral Gables. If you go to the 8th floor where the swimming pool is located it offers views of the area you are in. You can see down town Miami with the high rises and also the famous Biltmore hotel in Coral Gables.

We came here and ate at their restaurant. The hotel was super nice and loved the style and vibe. Everyone was super nice and welcoming as you enter the hotel. They also have a cute bakery breakfast area in the lobby! We need to come back and plan a staycation!

Edited to 5 stars as they were super responsive and gave me a very prompt refund. The hotel is gorgeous and we've had a great experience all around. Fatima at the spa was lovely!!!! 5 stars for her, however, I was charged $200 for my pedicure being gel removal and added gel polish with some extras. I was put under the UV light which is the purpose of gel Polish not needing to dry. I returned back to my room and took a nap, woke up to realize the Polish was gummy and absolutely not gel Polish at all. I've contacted management and hope to have this issue resolved when the spa opens. Kate and Fatima were lovely and I cannot stress that enough, but the products offered were absolutely misleading which I do not blame the employees for. Looking forward to fixing this issue and revising my review.

Excellent location and hotel amenities. Parking a bit tight. Great Pool. Great views. Now I have to keep adding.

Great experience, food was great. It's even better when you've got the Amex platinum because they're a FHR. I forgot my water bottle and shipping it to me for free.

Never in Usa anybody stole in a hotel room my things. That was first time at Loews Miami

My stay at Loews Coral Gables deserves a review. Here it goes. Prelude: Flight delayed by a couple of hours and my cab driver can't find the hotel. In his defense, I think the venue is so new, it's not showing up on several GPS systems. I even put it in my phone and Waze couldn't find the venue either. We could see the exit but never the entrance so my cabby who was tired of circling (my fare doubled ) went down the do not enter to get me to the hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a wonderful scent as soon as the doors opened. It smelled like clean luxury. I wish I knew how they did that. Everyone is beyond courteous and helpful. I'm guided to the reception area where I'm greeted by Arabdula (I hope I'm spelling her name right). She was very pleasant and tried her best to find my non-existent reservation. I'm not sure if it was sleep deprivation or just pure human error and I didn't finalize it correctly, but my reservation is no where to be found. They can find my customer profile but no reservation. Getting back-up assistance from Benjamin, I was given water and a chance to take a break while they attempted to find my reservation. Unable to, Benjamin was able to accommodate my original booking request and got me set up to go as I had to get ready for a wedding that was starting in a few minutes. I get to my room and I'm happy with my room - it's so beautiful, clean and just like the pictures. I slept well, enjoyed my showers and the views from my room. I enjoyed room service throughout my stay and every single employee I encountered was beyond pleasant. My flight wasn't scheduled until the evening of my checkout day but of course Benjamin was very accommodating and extended my check out time. Even as I waited, Abraham helped me with checking my luggage while I dined at Americana Kitchen and hung out in the lobby. He was very helpful and an absolute delight to meet. I know this hotel just opened a few months ago, but I promise I see nothing but success for the hotel with these valuable employees and their commitment to excellent customer service.

Beautiful Location! Beautiful Hotel! What a great stay, clean room, great customer service and location. This is in a prime location of Coral Gables, an evening stroll with restaurants, shopping and entertainment was the icing on the cake ! We will definitely be returning to this location soon.

I stayed here and got two rooms for me and my sons through Amex's fine hotels program. They treated me like I was lucky to be there the entire time. The restaurant and bar are terrible and are dealt with in a separate review, but apart from that the hotel isn't that nice, the "upgraded" room was just a standard room, the water in the room is just so-so and doesn't get hot enough. They shut off my internet service earlier today. I booked an expensive spa service this morning and nobody was there. Amex said that the manager would try and contact me, but nobody ever did. There's also an unannounced $25/room/day charge on top of the bill that they don't tell you about until you check in. Avoid.

Nice experience, modern rooms and upbeat vibe, all Staff greeted us during our stay, 5 elevators in lobby so not much of a wait, room service pizza was actually pretty good. Will be returning

I had a exquisite experience at this beautiful hotel for a girls weekend. Nestled in a quiet area of Coral Gables, this Loews brand hotel did not disappoint. Walking in it is such a gorgeous hotel! The bar and restaurant are located on first floor lobby. The front desk was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was located on the 9th floor. This floor also was where their pool and pool bar was located. The room was excellent!! Lots of a space, a large balcony & included a super comfy robe. We dined at the bat at Americana the restaurant on site and really enjoyed our meal. All of the staff was very helpful! I will definitely be back in the future if staying in the area.

Great rooms. All staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the American Kitchen restaurant next to the lobby. It was top notch and convenient.

A friend took a few of us over to the hotel for happy hour at their bar/restaurant on the main floor. The hotel is located inside the recently developed Plaza in Coral Gables. The bar area is open to the street and beautiful landscaping all around. Service at the bar is excellent, their specialty drinks are very unique. Everything we ate was fantastic! There's a nice mix of business people, tourists and people from the neighborhood. I've been back several times because I really enjoy the atmosphere, it's brand new, so it's not crowded - yet! Highly recommended!

Beautiful new hotel in the heart of Coral Gables. Service was unfortunately not so great. The pool bar closes at 6:30 pm though by 6:00pm u can only order beer and wine, since staff cleans up early so they can be ready to leave right at 6:30 (per the manager). Gratuity is included for one person and one drink at the bar not including poolside delivery. For two persons expect the same including overpriced wine by the bottle. You'll spend less on 4 glasses of wine compared to a bottle. Service at the restaurant bar was just as scarce. On a slow Sunday evening, you can order drinks and apps and not expect the bartender to check back with you for anything else over two hours. Such a beautiful hotel but the wait staff unfortunately takes away from a great stay.

Enjoyed my stay during the salon show. Staff was nice and courteous. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was by and large excellent.

Decided to spend the night here for the night of our Wedding, and I'm SO glad we did. Absolutely stunning hotel with spacious rooms. The bar downstairs was a perfect spot to hangout and extend the night a little longer.

We bought day passes for the pool because my boyfriend and I had the day off and we live in the neighborhood , it was such a bad experience. When we got to the pool area they asked us if we were guest straight off the bat lol and I said no we have pool passes and the girl completely ignored us, then we got our chairs and towels ourselves and the same girl comes up to us and tells us "those chairs are for hotel guest only" that we had to reserve a cabana, mind you the pool wasn't busy at all it was Wednesday early afternoon. So we moved to other chairs and they took forever to come back and take our order so I had to get up and order at the bar. The whole time they made us feel out of place and it was completely uncomfortable.They promote themselves as a high end experience but they definitely need to train their staff. You're better off going to the biltmore pool, the service their is excellent.

My fiance, a couple of friends, and I went on Friday, April 7, around 7 pm to drink at the Americana Bar for a few hours and then walked home. The following day, I realized I did not have my credit card on me, so I called the hotel to make sure they had it so I could go pick it up. I called all weekend and Monday. I spoke with the hostess, who said she'd find out and call me back. I spoke with another employee who said she would check with security and call me back. I left voicemails. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK, and the rest of the times I called, they would not answer my phone call. The following morning, I woke up with almost $1,000 worth of Amazon charges and a $300 charge to "Melina Market" in Hialeah. If the bar team could have just answered me or returned my call and told me, "they don't have it," I could have moved forward and canceled my credit card, or I could have picked up my card because I knew it was left there, seeing as it was the last location I had been at. Either way, this was a complete lack of responsibility and customer service for a luxury hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Room exceeded our expectations! Exceptional room service food and staff! Incredible and friendly staff at check in and valet! Highly recommend!!
