Loft18 Metairie

Its tricky to find the place,but if you're familiar to that part of Old Metairie under the Causeway bridge you should be able to find it. We booked ahead online so check in was easy. Operating the game system was very complicated,but our server helped us out. The food was ok,but if you're coming here its really not for the food its the atmosphere. They really have a great concept of combining a sports bar with virtual simulated gaming. We hung out and watched some of the NBA playoffs and this seems like a good place to catch sports. They also show mma if you're into that. It was a nice spot to chill and relax

Smaller Dave and busters type vibe, visited for lunch during the weekday and it was quiet so we enjoyed our lunch on the balcony. Ordered their wraps and those are some seriously delicious wraps! Fries were perfectly fried and seasoned, all too often restaurants let their fries soak, these were on point!! You can definitely taste the love. Beer selection is great too. Didn't play any games but will definitely be back to play and enjoy the dank food

EDIT: Issue was corrected without issue once able to speak with someone directly about the issue. Seems to be an issue with their system not utilizing the “reservation time” but rather the time you get there. Gone here several times for personal and taking clients. Good variety of games and good food selection. However, last visit we pre booked a bay online at the rate listed for that time. Wasn’t until after we left that I noticed the rate was over double than what we pre-booked. I’ve emailed them twice with no response to understand how and why this would happen. It could be an honest mistake and an easy resolution to simply credit back the difference or it could be a sleazy tactic to gain more money. Zero response to my emails so it seems leaving a review is the only way to potentially get a response from someone at the facility.

From the moment we walked in, Alyssa made our entire experience at Loft18 unforgettable. She was not only attentive and professional but brought an energy that truly elevated our visit. Her timing was perfect—drinks, food, and check-ins all arrived seamlessly, without ever feeling rushed or overlooked. Alyssa had a great sense of humor, knew the menu inside and out, and made stellar recommendations that hit the spot. It’s rare to find someone who balances friendliness with flawless efficiency, but she nailed it. We felt genuinely taken care of, like VIPs the whole time. Loft18 is a great spot, but Alyssa’s service is what made it exceptional. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for her by name!

My group and I had a great time at Loft! Made reservations for UFC 318 for 6 people, had an extra person show and they were super accommodating. They have done some remodeling with the addition of even more TVs, a more open floor plan and some cool wall art. Despite how packed it was for the event our glasses were always full and our food came out hot and delicious! Krista often checked on us and several other tables, asking if we needed anything. The amazing atmosphere and service is why I will always suggest Loft!

Birdie wings with Mango Habanero was very much sweeter than hot. Shrimp scampi flatbread was good but oily. The service was slow even though the place had very few people. The Games were great!

Excellent company event space! I was looking for a space where we could work a little and play a little and this was the right spot. Enough space for 8 to 10 people to spread out and work when needed and also work as a group. We rented one of the bays and worked there for around four hours. They do make you pay for the Bay by the hour but it is a great space with many different chair options. From a company perspective it’s super affordable. We arrived for our reserved area around 1 PM on a Tuesday . Two of the six bays were in use and I was worried about the level of noise… But once we settled in, we were undisturbed and were able to get several hours of work done. A member of the staff took fantastic care of us the whole time we were there. We never wanted for anything. When we took work breaks, we would play golf or kick the soccer ball. The end of our event we celebrated by having drinks at the bar. Their specialty drinks were delicious. The giddyup was my favorite. We found the food to be good but average bar food.

I was invited to a birthday here! Had a fun time. The food was yummy & the staff was also nice! Loved playing the games also!
