Went for trivia night and a time was had! Loved the atmosphere and the game. Everyone was lighthearted and enjoying themselves. The service was great. I wish I remembered my servers name she was nice. The MC for trivia was great kept things moving and fun. The nachos and shrimps tacos were ok. Not anything special if im being honest but it was great overall. Coming back for sure.

Loft 18 was a whole vibe! The atmosphere was fun, lively, and perfect for a good time. Great music, great energy, and just an all-around fun experience. I’d definitely go back.

Its tricky to find the place,but if you're familiar to that part of Old Metairie under the Causeway bridge you should be able to find it. We booked ahead online so check in was easy. Operating the game system was very complicated,but our server helped us out. The food was ok,but if you're coming here its really not for the food its the atmosphere. They really have a great concept of combining a sports bar with virtual simulated gaming. We hung out and watched some of the NBA playoffs and this seems like a good place to catch sports. They also show mma if you're into that. It was a nice spot to chill and relax

Smaller Dave and busters type vibe, visited for lunch during the weekday and it was quiet so we enjoyed our lunch on the balcony. Ordered their wraps and those are some seriously delicious wraps! Fries were perfectly fried and seasoned, all too often restaurants let their fries soak, these were on point!! You can definitely taste the love. Beer selection is great too. Didn't play any games but will definitely be back to play and enjoy the dank food

Excellent company event space! I was looking for a space where we could work a little and play a little and this was the right spot. Enough space for 8 to 10 people to spread out and work when needed and also work as a group. We rented one of the bays and worked there for around four hours. They do make you pay for the Bay by the hour but it is a great space with many different chair options. From a company perspective it’s super affordable. We arrived for our reserved area around 1 PM on a Tuesday . Two of the six bays were in use and I was worried about the level of noise… But once we settled in, we were undisturbed and were able to get several hours of work done. A member of the staff took fantastic care of us the whole time we were there. We never wanted for anything. When we took work breaks, we would play golf or kick the soccer ball. The end of our event we celebrated by having drinks at the bar. Their specialty drinks were delicious. The giddyup was my favorite. We found the food to be good but average bar food.

I was invited to a birthday here! Had a fun time. The food was yummy & the staff was also nice! Loved playing the games also!

EDIT: Issue was corrected without issue once able to speak with someone directly about the issue. Seems to be an issue with their system not utilizing the “reservation time” but rather the time you get there. Gone here several times for personal and taking clients. Good variety of games and good food selection. However, last visit we pre booked a bay online at the rate listed for that time. Wasn’t until after we left that I noticed the rate was over double than what we pre-booked. I’ve emailed them twice with no response to understand how and why this would happen. It could be an honest mistake and an easy resolution to simply credit back the difference or it could be a sleazy tactic to gain more money. Zero response to my emails so it seems leaving a review is the only way to potentially get a response from someone at the facility.

Stopped by to buy merchandise (Dustin Poirier) and glad that we stayed and had the food. We ordered the pizza flat bread and wings, they were delicious. Food was fresh and with an amazing flavor. Staff were amazing and ensured ww were well taken care of. Great place, definitely will come back on our next trip.

7 teams tied for 2nd with a perfect score at halftime. The trivia host told us he gave one team 3 extra points for being regulars but we all had 48 and they had 53 so that was a lie. He said he'd give us all the 3 extra points but we all still lost halftime by 2 out of pure unfair favoritism. At the end the other teams were gathered complaining at the injustice of it all. I got up asked to speak with the manager and said I'm a regular too. I came out for Harry Potter, Star Wars, Stranger Things, Twilight and I don't expect special treatment. If he wants to show favoritism buy that team a drink because it is unfair to everyone else if one team is continually given not 3 but 5 extra points just for showing up just like everyone else! I said I love your food and atmosphere but I will not be back for trivia as long as that man is hosting!

The food here is good. I prefer to get wine or shots. The mix drinks are so mixed you don't taste a lick of liquor, but to their credit.... The service is all ways good..... what I don't like, about this place is they allow folks to grab tools from other lanes and one someone comes to occupy said lane, it's like a scavenger to find the tools you need for your lane. After 6 ( I think) on the weekend no children are allowed, so I love the ambiance. I go during the week or on the weekend.

Hubby , I , Friends.and Business Partners came here to eat and watch the Super Bowl Game. We had a great time. Our Server Bianka was awesome and the Manager was awesome. The Server Trenice was great too. The Service is always good .

Such a cool little place! Great vibe, staff is super friendly and took their time to show us what to do. Good for a date night or with a group of friends. I like that they have food so there's an option to eat there or it's in a great location to venture out and grab a bite. Haven't tried the food yet but drinks were good!

Stopped in on our travels, prior to heading to the airport. We were greeted by JULIA with a beautiful smile, great personality, and quick and efficient service. We were also greeted by BROOKLYN (manager), she checked on us to ensure everything was great. She also had a great smile and beautiful personality. The food we ordered (wings and sampler plater) super delicious and we left satisfied and full. Inside is super cool with a lot of TV's and simulator golf. JULIA gave us a coupon for 50% off golf on our next visit. Customer service was over the top great by JULIA and BROOKLYN.... JULIA and BROOKLYN both blew us away with their excellent customer service and treated us like VIP's... Thank you JULIA and BROOKLYN for making our lunch fun and enjoyable.

Come here for league every Monday and always have fun. Burgers and bbq flatbread are great. Drinks are pretty good. Servers are super nice. Very fun atmosphere, would be great for a birthday or outing.

The food here was DELICIOUS! Got take-out for lunch one day, and the service was great and super quick. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I had the bump n' run wrap and that shrimp was to die for! I got a side of regular fries (amazing) but I also tried the sweet potato waffle fries and was pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely have to get those next time. We also got margaritas (1 regular and 1 skinny) and while we couldn't really taste the difference, they were both great. Although $17 for a house marg is ridiculous. I was barely buzzed and yall are not Superior Grill... all that being said I'd love to actually come back and sit down one night and play the games and stuff! But as of now, I'd definitely go back for the food and service alone :)

Went there for my nephews birthday with his friends and cousins. The service and food were great. My favorite were the Parmesan Garlic wings. They're a wet rub and were crispy. We also ordered the buffalo and sweet wings. I had the Oozy burger smash style and it was delicious

The place has a great, sporty vibe, and our server, Morgan, was exceptionally nice and accommodating--truly top-tier service. I ordered a spicy margarita, but unfortunately, it missed the mark both times. At $14 a drink, I was hoping for more, but Morgan's outstanding service made up for the disappointment.

Was in town again the other week for work so I came back in for dinner. Makayla the bartender was great, very friendly and excellent service. Also had a nice conversation with the manager Caedin (I'm probably misspelling his name so my apologies!). Will be back next time!

So this review is long overdue but definitely important to share... A couple months ago, a group of us visited for a company event and Brooke ("BLT") was assigned our tables. We tend to be very needy and high-maintenance and BLT impressed all of us. She kept our drinks coming, our table clean, and engaged in conversation with all of us. We actually stayed a couple hours longer because of her hospitality! In fact, we've visited a few extra times since because of how awesome she was. In those subsequent visits, BLT wasn't working, but the rest of the team was great to converse and hang out with. The guy manager (forgot his name) was awesome to discuss MMA and our hometown champion, Dustin Poirer. We will be back over the next couple weeks and can't wait to visit your place. See you soon!!

In town and was looking for a place to grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport. Couldn't have picked a better place. Food was awesome, but not as good as the service from Julia and Brooklyn. If you're in the area it's a must stop. Make sure you ask for Julia or the manager Brooklyn. Thanks for making our experience in New Orleans. Perfect.

Loft 18 is top notch. One of the best environments and fun atmospheres you can find out there. Totally recommend having an event, small gatherings or just catching some food/drink anytime. They know how to make you enjoy yourself.

The NUMBER ONE place to host team building parties and events! Love their service and atmosphere, plenty of food, they offer live Dj's and the best spokesperson for fantasy football draft this week is our favorite ANGELLE!! Find her and request her! Thank y'all for the BEST atmosphere and energy!!

Great food, their burgers are to die for!! It's a perfect place to hangout with some friend or bring over the family, everyone will have a great time here. All the servers are very polite and friendly.

1/8/22 went here for the first time ever. I must admit it was a vibe. My fiancé & our friends had a couples night out 6 of us. We booked a lane/bed it was 141$ for 2 hours. The music & atmosphere was great. We had a amazing sever also. We ordered drinks it wasn't watered down & that made me so happy. We tried to order a chicken tenders platter but they were out. Would definitely be back. So if you're looking for something to do definitely book this!!

I came here with friends. I thought we were gonna play golf but we ended up not. I ordered the sexi Lexi drink which was tasty. We had eggs rolls and nachos. I also had shrimp tacos which somehow aren't pictured. All the food was pretty good. Definitely bar and grill type stuff. Not a negative at all. I enjoyed it. Our waitress (she had long dark hair) was very attentive and checked on us often. We say there forever and never felt rushed. Hopefully next time I'll actually get to play as well.

We were looking for a place for a late dinner and drinks and we found the right place in LOFT18. We started with an order of the loaded nachos for an appetizer. The toppings -- black beans, corn, tomatoes, pickled red onions, jalapeños and queso -- were well distributed, so no one bite was lacking. The chips were sturdy and did a great job of holding the weight of said toppings. For my entree, after much deliberation, I settled on the Classic Cheeseburger. The burger was massive. The sizable brisket-blend patty was cooked medium well just as I ordered it. The meat was flavorful and was draped in a large slice of American cheese. The butter-brushed brioche bun was soft yet did a great job of holding the sandwich together. The meat was so tasty that I could have omitted the other toppings, especially the mayo, ketchup and mustard which made the overall flavor profile of the sandwich a little overwhelming. Still, it was an amazing burger. The generous helping of fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. I was only visiting for the weekend, but this would definitely be a regular spot if I lived in the area. The expansive menu was filled with enticing options. Between the video game bays, live music, great food and wide selection of drinks, LOFT18 has something for everyone.

We had a good time here. It took us a while to get used to the simulator, but once we got the hang of it we had tons of nonstop fun. The food was pretty good as well. We ordered just about every appetizer and none of them disappointed!! We will be back again!!

Our server Jordan, and the hostess Bianca , was great , the food was good not the best but good. I had to address a issue With the manager Nick. I Told him he should treat everyone the same we were the only AA couple in the place he walked and greeted everyone in bar except us , till i asked our server Jordan, his name then he decided to come over and great us. Nick the manager u should treat everyone with the same amount of dignity and respect. U agreeded wit wht I was tell you but let's see action than just an agreement amongst conversation. This is my go to spot for GREAT food, SAFE location, CLEAN facilities, AWESOME staff and PHENOMENAL drinks.... Food: Bump n Run Shrimp are unmatched, juicy burgers, egg rolls, wings, and the truffle fries. YES! I wasn't a fan of the spinach and artichoke dips consistency (not creamy enough) but it tasted very good! Staff: Alicia was our server for a party we had there and ever since, we look for her every time. She is always consistent, when we need her, she's always right there, she was excellent at making suggestions for our 1st timers, and she was on point with making sure we were happy. Well she suggested a drink that blew our ladies away "sexi lexi" so now that's what we call Alicia. Lol she's perfection and fun! Nikki? Bartender( manager) I think I got it correct. She was great. She was funny, attentive and she's on point with her job, we laughed with her like family! another bartender we call " muscles" ...aside from looking like a Greek God, he talks to you with a coolness while making your drink to perfection... and throws a few jokes in smoothly. Bathrooms are never nasty and I haven't met an employee who didn't seem to love what they do...and they're good at it! Food is always hot, freshly made and I can't wait for the Mandeville location!

WOW! I don't know when this place opened, but it was a spectacular surprise! My friend and I came off a whim to here. The vibe, the art, the food- everything was above expectations. I got the lamb lollipops and Parmesan fries. Despite being an app and a side, it was a meal and a half. Excellent food! Froze was one of the best I've had in a long time with a bold flavor. Special thanks to Tracey and Jewel for taking great care of us. Y'all rocked my socks. Didn't get to play any games but the live entertainment was awesome! Don't worry- we'll definitely be back. ;)

Went to have lunch and this was a very good place to go. The food was on point nice and hot and made to order. The service was spectacular and the ambiance was wonderful. Will be returning when I come back in town. You will not be disappointed in going there to eat. Everyone was nice and friendly.

TRACY was an amazing server and honestly the best part of our visit ! The salad I ordered was horrible ' I ordered a shrimp Cesar salad and it was soooo soggy! I've never in my life ordered a tossed salad and it was soggy. The manager came over and agreed how unacceptable it was as well . I wish I was given the choice to have it dry ! HIGH WONT recommended their salads ! The shrimp tacos was AMAZINGGGG ! My date had the tacos, and they were great !

Loft 18 is my spot every Wednesday night for Trivia. It's a great spot to get food and drinks while playing trivia. My go to is the grilled chicken sandwich, but there are tons of good appetizers! Some of my favorites are the southwest egg rolls, spinach dip, and fat city nachos. The service is great and everyone is always friendly! Angelle and Alicia are the best!

First off, I like this place and recommend it. Food, service, ambience, and convenient location are excellent. Personally, I go there primarily for the GOLF SIMULATOR. The golf setup, features, and screen options are also excellent and it provides mostly good information. Perhaps the best feature is the camera which shows how the clubhead contacts the ball, e.g., middle of the face or not and whether the face is square, closing, or fanning open at impact. On the other hand, and this is why I cannot give a 5 star review, the GOLF SIMULATOR IS NOT ACCURATE. I bring my own premium golf balls. The ones provided are not always of high quality. I am a seasoned golfer who knows his distances and numbers. The simulator's distances can be way off. I don't know if the simulator is regularly calibrated. When I asked the manager about this, he had no answer. Several times, I have spoken to other golfers who had the same experience. So do go but do not expect the simulator to give accurate feedback.

They have expanded the offerings here from beyond just golf to all sorts of different traditional athletic games along with arcade style video games.  The games here are done in lanes that are like rectangular rooms where you have a lot of space to interact and I even saw some folks bringing their own real golf clubs to play here.  They have revamped the menu a few times and the current menu is more of pub food style along with some items that kids will probably like too.  My Big Texan burger was HUGE and the fries were crisp.  The service was friendly and attentive while giving good suggestions about the menu.  They sometimes have daily specials and seem to be working towards more of a bar scene during the later hours while being more family friendly earlier on which is the case with many places in the area.  It certainly seems like an interesting setup with their games approach and I want to get back to play some of them and try this place out later at night as just a bar & lounge. Overall this is a decent spot for lunch and they have their own parking area which makes it easy to access. They have an above average bar menu and it never seems busy during lunch so you can get in and out very efficiently. Great place for teenagers. Not first time, first time playing . Fun, considering have no idea what i am doing. Very disappointed to find the Lamb pops are off the menu. why i wanted to go! Cheap deals tonight.. so hard to complain! Fried pickles barely touched.. not good. Chips & queso not good . Cheese beyond thick.. over salted chips. Wings got no complaints from teenagers.. Korean & sweet & spicy. Hamburger the El Jafa delicious. Chicken sandwich no go. Friendly service. Bar food only.. and preferably after a 6 pack! Hamburger in for the Win only!

It was easy to make a reservation for the bay over the phone,and equally as easy to call in for a table reservation. It would just be a little nicer to make both reservations at once. My husband and I met some friends here for dinner and we reserved a bay for golf. Shockingly enough staff still wore mask and they had hand sanitizer upon entrance. We ordered several rounds of all the appetizers and they were delicious. Brooklyn was our waitress and she was amazing! Drinks and food was exceptional, service was great and we had a blast, can't wait to go back! Parking was right under the establishment and there was ample spaces. Would be an awesome place to watch the Saints games. It does get loud and there is an outdoor section that contains corn hole and some small tables.

I went to Loft 18 in Metairie for trivia. I was just expecting to get a salad or some fries....until I was introduced to the Surf 'n' Turf burger by our waitress Angelle. My mouth was watering from the intricate details she provided. From the perfectly cooked burger patties to the perfectly seasoned fried shrimp to the perfectly grilled onions to the perfect slice of pepper jack cheese to the spicy aioli. This burger changed my life, and it never would have happened without Angelle. Angelle deserves a raise for bringing about this life changing moment. Thank you Angelle. I offer you my first born child.

@loft18_metairie was a great place to celebrate my godson's birthday this past weekend. From the outside, I thought the spot was just a good place to play some virtual golf, but I was pleasantly surprised by cocktails, craft beers, food options, and the variety of games. Outside of celebrating a birthday, this place is also great for a fun date or double date. Kids are allowed in until 8 pm, and after that it's adult only.

Loft18 is becoming one of my favorite hang out spots! Alicia helped us, and she was so great and warm the whole time! We had fun and we'll definitely be back!

Love this place! Such a vibe! I came here one year for my birthday and we rented out a section and watched the saints game! I recently came back for someone else's birthday and was excited to learn that they had more games available to play than just golf. There's basketball, baseball, dodgeball, and more! The games seem to be a little off with calibration or maybe we all just sucked but I think it's the former lol. The food here was amazing! There was food included in the package but we also ended up ordering off the menu. Ordered the nachos, chicken tenders and 2 flavor chicken wings. Everything was literally 10/10! The waitress was so friendly and the drinks were a flowing! Definitely can't wait to go back

Great bar. Cute female staff. Fun place. I prefer Topgolf for IRL golf but this is a nice alternative since Topgolf won't be in NOLA anytime soon. I like a good local place. There's multiple game types beyond golf like football or other skill tests. Usually there is live music but this is also a great date spot or to catch a game on their multiple TVs. Parking underneath in the garage the second level location can be scarce but there's additional parking nearby but that can be hindered by the Causeway overpass ongoing construction. Anyway you'll have fun here. Don't pay additional fees to use their in-house golf clubs. Great deals via Groupon or their emails, Facebook or Loft18 emails.

Brooklyn Loft18 Metairie is the best!! We've been here twice. The atmosphere & service was wonderful each time. The food & drinks won't disappoint you. We would definitely recommend Loft 18.

It's an interesting space with lots going on. There's a golfing game/stage and comfortable couches nearby to hang out in a group. I liked the eggnog special cocktail they had for the holidays. Their wine menu is extensive too. Service was really good and as far as I could tell the crowd was manageable.

They always claim to be booked but rarely are. Kitchen closes an hour before they close which they don't tell you until you get there. I asked for a still rosè, they brought sparkling and only then told me they don't have still. It's just a holding place til Top Golf arrives

Will not be back and will not recommend. The server, didn't even get her name, was not attentive and very rude. There was hair in my water and an eyelash in my nachos. The nachos apparently couldn't be comped because I was halfway done eating the nachos when I noticed the hair. Tried to stay positive and try something else. Got the Shrimp Monica pasta and when I say SALTY?! I mean salty to where I could feel my blood pressure rising!! And the server had the nerve to tell me that Cajun spice seasoning = extremely salty. Being born and raised in New Orleans, I think I know the difference between Cajun and salty, and they do not equate to each other. Not apologizing for the inconvenience, but trying to justify why the food was so salty. Overall, I would rather spend my money where the service is decent and the food is hairless. Save yourself the trip and just head to Flamingo A GoGo on Magazine for a better experience (just my humble opinion) TAKEAWAYS : hair in water AND food, rude and slow slow service, extremely salty food, inattentiveness, did I say nasty attitude?

I really liked this spot. We had a work event. Service was on point. All the workers were super fun & appropriate! They were very attentive and courteous. The fish tacos were bomb.com and so were pork sliders. Uhm, wait. I DON't eat porkky. It was still worth the wait. I don't really like golf but this was a fun activity to do with couples, friends or co- workers, like we did.

Alyssa was great. Very attentive and outgoing. She never let our drinks go empty. Great recommendations for food and drinks. Would for sure come back just for her!!

I went here today just to check it all out. I gave it 5 stars because the beers were cold and the golf was fun. The service was nice and accommodating and provided assistance to get started and play different courses. I would like to come back with the guys to play for a couple hours and eat and drink. Just remember that you should try to make reservations in advance, even if it is during the middle of the week during the day. Think about it, if it is super hot or warm outside, or just rainy, then all the folks usually on the course go here to play. You can bring your own clubs or rent the ones they have there. We didn't bring our clubs so we paid the $7 to rent them. Honestly, it's not a bad deal to play for an hour paying $30 flat fee. The food looked really good and a lot of folks were just there to eat and drink. So I'm gonna eat next time.

I wish I'd visited sooner. Went with a friend for happy hour. Well drinks are discounted. We shared a few appetizers. Wings are the only thing not pictured. Food came out quick. Servers were helpful & accommodating. Wings were delicious & crispy( hence they got eaten before I could get a picture). Loved the quesadilla as well, we added chicken. I think I would've live the nachos better with steak or shrimp so that's one thing I'll do differently next time. I also saw I champagne flight on the menu that caught my eye. I didn't play games but it looked like a great time if you have a larger group.

Adult birthday party on a casual Sunday Funday! Even if you aren't a golfer, this is a cool, casual place to hang out. Indoor golfing facility that offers yummy booze and delicious bites! I'm partial to the shrimp quesadillas! Service was excellent! They have weekly specials and a happy hour DAILY! You can rent a booth for your party or play the wait game while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. Grab your group and check this place out on a Sunday Funday! Can't beat the indoor AC while playing a round of golf! Best part - you don't have to go hunt your ball!!

Made an online reservation for Loft 18 about an hour before I showed up. On their website they had a deal which amounted to two hours for the price of one so I jumped on it. I got the confirmation email and headed out. Once I arrived with a friend to check in they informed me that the deal wasn't valid. I was fairly upset but went ahead and paid full price, $80. This place is pretty expensive. It is also very nice with great equipment and good service. I have no issues with them at all other than not originally honoring their online price. After stewing about it for an hour I asked to speak to a manager and showed them my confirmation email. They immediately offered to remove the overcharge or extend our stay at the reduced rate. This was a relief and we enjoyed playing out our 18 holes. We had a few beers and an appetizer. The chips and queso are better than any other Mexican place I have found in town! I may go back just to sit at the bar and eat. I was surprised how good the food was and would go back just to eat.
