Log Restaurant

The log is a lively and cozy restaurant that will surprise you within amazingly tasty dishes. The friendly staff was attentive, specially Gonzalo G. who was so nice, polite and helpful. It gives extra to the experience, which I think was fantastic. I highly recommend it, everything was exquisite, well presented. Meat perfectly seasoned and cooked, you won’t regret it!

While the restaurant has a cool vibe and great decor, the food was disappointing for the most part. Several dishes were too salty or certain components of a dish didn't pair well together. The poached pear on top of chocolate cake with sour cream was an especially odd pairing that did not work well together, just made the chocolate cake taste sour. In the flan, I think they forgot to add sugar when making the whipped cream. Drinks are good, but we had to remind our server. Prices are definitely not worth the portion sizes or quality. If you're going to put $15 fries on the menu, we at least expect there to be something special about them, but they weren't even that good. Overall, we won't be back.

I absolutely love this place. Whole and delicious foods. I love the taste that the clay oven gives to food when using real wood, and the raw ingredients are top quality. Desserts are a must. Very cozy and great ambient. We’ll continue to go always.

Our server Ramiro was just a delight. The ambience is very cozy. The staff are so sweet and well mannered. The drinks were 10/10. The food was very good. I really enjoyed the spiced hummus 10/10, wood fire oyster 10/10, and skirt steak 10/10. The entrées do not come with sides but none the less everything was amazing. The Manger was courteous we were able to meet him at the end of our night. Would recommend to others, and definitely would come back.

The food was very delicious and the drinks were tasty and strong. We had the pork Milanese, langostinos, pesto pasta and the oven roasted oysters. Everything was perfect! Our server Jose was also very attentive and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back for more of that Milanese

We came to try out this new restaurant in wynwood. It didn’t disappoint for the most part. The atmosphere is warm, and industrial-chic at the same time. I love the aesthetic with logs placed neatly along the high walls and a fireplace in the middle (we don’t get to see those down south very often) The menu was very limited, hence 4 stars rather than 5, however what I did eat, I thoroughly enjoyed. The hummus and fresh baked pita were amazing! And my drink the black bird was delicious as well.

Gorgeous restaurant, excellent food; and fantastic staff. Will definitely return for the chargrilled oysters and the perfectly crispy, butterflied branzino. The chimichurri for the skirt steak will also knock your socks off!

The service was amazing, the drinks were tasty and fresh and the food was delicious. My friend is a bit picky and couldn’t find anything on the menu but the chefs made her something to enjoy regardless. My pasta was amazing and so full of flavour. Our server was T. Juan (i lost the receipt for your full name I’m sorry) and he was so kind and attentive, and gave us great recommendations.

Great ambiance and good food. Removing a star due to the prices and food quantity/ size not matching up. Also the gratuity is included for all parties regardless of size and our service was pretty slow. We had to flag our waitress down several times to order versus her routinely coming by to check in on us. With that said; the pizza, steak, fries, flan and even cappuccino were very good, the flan was probably my favorite as it was prepared in a non traditional manner which was unlike anything I've ever had as it relates to flan. The worst part of my meal was the langostines. $22 for three small and tasteless shrimp. I will never order that again. All in all though this place has a great date night vibe and was pretty cozy. I would probably come back again but wish they'd ditch the automatic gratuity and actually make their staff work for their pay bc unfortunately the service suffers.

Wonderful date night experience! I arrived around 6:40pm as a walk in! The ambiance was amazing and our server was very attentive and super welcoming. Everything on the menu is amazing! The quality of the food was top tier and the drinks were made with just the right amount of alcohol for the price.

The good: the bread and hummus were both great, had great flavor and crunch. Very good start to dinner. The branzino was very well cooked and seasoned, nice crispy outside and soft on the inside. The bad: Steak was so tough and dry, it was barely edible. I ordered medium rare. Also, for $64 I expect sides, it could literally have been played nicer and it would've been fine. It also tasted like it was made in a microwave and then seared. One of the worst steaks I've ever had. The chicken was well cooked, but the flavor was horrific. It tasted like grocery store chicken.

This place has everything! The ambiance, food, and drinks were outstanding. Erik the bartender provided amazing customer service and service. This place is fairly new and kind of hidden but once you walk inside, you will be amazed! I highly recommend this place if you want to have a nice cocktail and a good vibe!

One star because I cannot give it zero stars. I made a reservation thru Resy for a birthday dinner at 6:30pm and when we showed up the restaurant was closed. No notice about them closing so a complete waste of time and based on previous reviews, probably for the best.

A huge change from most Miami restaurants. Be transported to a log cabin when you walk into this unsuspecting wynwood spot. The interior, which includes ample blankets and pillows on the chairs, really makes you feel like you've left Miami for a "LOG cabin" oasis. The food was good and the drinks were great. There is ample bar seating here and great staff. I'm returning for dinner tonight!

A few weeks ago we went to the Log restaurant for dinner and had an incredible experience! I had my usual plate of Bronzino fish. Those of you that know me know that I order it at every restaurant around the world that offers the dish and I rate them and I must say that this was among the top 3 in the world. The manager even came to our table to personally greet us, which made us feel super welcome. We usually try new restaurants every week but are booking again for this weekend but it was so fabulous!

I think this is the first time I've left a restaurant after having "dinner" and gone to another restaurant to have a fulfilling meal. The restaurant was nice. My drink (Passion-rita especially) was good. The food, however... was found lacking. The size of portions and the pricing were a total mismatch. My friend ordered the varenike and it was a veryyyy small pasta dish. The lamb chops were only two, full of fat and low on meat. Unfortunately, this won't be a repeat event.

Amazing restaurant in Wynwood with wonderful atmosphere! Server was very nice came by multiple times never left our drinks dry! Food was tasty & very delicious.

Wonderful new addition to Wynwood! Beautiful vibe with a dark, romantic high-ceiling loft and fireplace. Had one cocktail- the smoked old fashioned which was torched table side and beautiful and delicious. Food was wonderful and creative. My very bougie British client remarked the leek and bacon pizza was the best he'd ever had. The Woodfired oysters and pork Milanese were also outstanding. The only miss was the langoustines which were a bit greasy. Pavlova was strong, too. Definite must try!

This was a real treat to start out with a pizza. They came out of a wooden oven was insane. It was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The ambience is beautiful. The servers are beautiful. I had the skirt steak for my main dish which was cooked. Absolutely perfect. My guest split the pizza with me and then he ordered the oysters the oysters. The presentation of the oysters was absolutely breathtaking, and the taste they were as fresh as can be, the kitchen did an unbelievable job. This service was excellent. Everybody worked together the drinks were definitely poured with a heavy hand. We started out with a bottle of wine which is very reasonably priced. Then we went to cocktails and then we don't know we remember where we went, although we didn't have room for dessert, we saw the desserts coming out to other tables and they looked absolutely scrumptious, but it gives us something to look forward to next time we go . Management service host. Everybody was on top of service and the customers they wanted to make sure you're dining experience was insane something you remember and it was hats off to all that served us. You must check it out if you want to have an absolutely great evening great energy and great food. Until next time bon appétit.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was one I would love. The food was amazing, our server was super sweet and attentive, & the atmosphere was all I could want & ask for when dining out.

Beautiful restaurant. Very chic, very cozy and cool. You really feel like you are dining in a modern log cabin somewhere. They have a full bar and the drinks are super delicious and unique. I had a smoked old fashioned and it was perfection. Our server was super friendly and attentive; he was always near by to help us with whatever we needed. The menu in this restaurant is that almost everything is cooked or roasted in a brick oven, so make sure to try the bread, the pizzas and the mushroom dishes. We also ordered the hummus and a few seafood dishes and everything was so delicious and of great quality. I recommend this restaurant for a good time, great meal and great value. Good for dates or big group celebrations.

Very good! Cozy, intimate ambiance perfect for a date or catching up with friends. The wood oven adds to the ambiance and is heavily incorporated into the menu, resulting in a nice offering of wood-fired options. We ordered the oysters, citrus salad, skirt steak and hummus alongside a smoked old fashion and a blackbird cocktail. Look forward to coming back!

First. time at LOG. Overall the food was outstanding. We had the oysters, carrot salad, bread, breaded pork chop, French fries, and pasta with 2 desserts. Nothing bad to say about the food. Service was excellent. My only concern was the pricing - at $12 for a small portion of bread is just an example of how I felt the pricing was and also $15 for a small basket of fries - quite a bit on the high side. $19 for a drink is high end hotel South Beach prices.

Nice looking place good ambiance aside from the classless trance music they play. Although, you'd wanna be in a trance when your $40 chicken comes out which tastes like piss.....and that's after the $30 tablespoon of wagyu tartare got sent back because it tasted like rancid piss. Then you try to redeem the place with a margarita just to wash the piss taste out of your mouth only to find it's flavored with sugary piss. Seriously don't spend money here. Even for miami this is senselessly expensive and unbelievably awful food.

I was excited to try this place after seeing it advertised on Instagram so much. Even have a fellow friend that raved about the place. I tried some of their most popular items and did not try anything that I really liked or would recommend. So disappointed because it's such a cool vibe. I'm hoping they will add new items to their menu.

Overall the food was fairly good. The best part of my meal was the dessert - we ordered all three desserts and they were phenomenal! Quick service and cute ambiance too!

I went to this restaurant for the first time on Friday. And I have to say I'm beyond disappointed. The vibes at restaurant were nice. Food and drinks came out quick and good! From the hummus to the skirt steak, it was exceptional. Unfortunately my husband ordered a basil Hayden neat, and it was like a splash of basil Hayden in the cup, for $20, I don't know if your bartenders don't know how to serve bourbon, but that is unacceptable. Unfortunately I won't be returning here, I wish them luck for just being open 6 months.

Decent food & drinks and friendly service. Everything we had was good and we enjoyed our dinner.

The ambiance here is really cool. Also my old fashioned drink was really good. The steak and fries were excellent. The only issue is that I left the restaurant still hungry. It's your typical over priced Miami restaurant

Great ambience. The restaraunt needs an identity. That's to say the menu has poor flow and is too limited Is it Italian? American? A mix? Drink prices are too high at $19-$22. Then they add the ridiculous south beach mentality of a whopping 22% tip. I likely won't return.

The ambiance in this place is 10/10. Telum vibe music, dim and elegant setting, friendly staff. This would be the perfect spot to take a date. I will say, I think they can expand on the menu a bit and make the portions a bit larger for the price. I was blown away by the hummus and would definitely go back again for it! We also got the shrimp and the chicken... both were ok but probably wouldn't get again. The hummus was unreal, can't stress that enough. Hoping the next time I go back they have a bit more options on the menu. This place has a lot of potential!

Amazing amazing pita bread, spicy hummus, oyster mushrooms, and leeks pizza. Quiet for a Thursday night but definitely worth a visit just for their wood fired food menu.

Worst place ever! Service was alright but the food was disgusting and disappointing I would not recommend going here when it was time to leave our server was just talking and not bringing our check the total for 4 steaks and 4 waters was $480 would not recommend and do not come here

Disappointing and average. Pizza was good, drinks were decent. However, the server ordered the wrong meal for me after I doubled confirm that I wanted the chicken and he said it was a solid option. My gf ate by herself and my meal took another 30 min. In the meantime, the server passed by and tried to get a few more drinks on the table because why not, more tip for him. 18% service charge included, and no discount whatsoever after they messed up. Also, the chicken was average as well so the wait wasn't even worth it.

Amazing place, ambience, food and service. This is the perfect place if you want to have a perfect evening. 10 out of 10!!!

They get 1 star simply for the ambiance and the drinks were good. My boyfriend was going to originally take me here for my birthday 7/26 but thankfully he chose somewhere else because this place was nothing short of disappointment and would've been so sad to experience this TERRIBLE service the night of my bday. We went here the day after my birthday 7/27/24 and not only were they out of gnocchi, Brie cheese app, pizza, and more but after waiting an hour for our food- they came to tell us that they didn't have our food. They attempted to service recover by ordering us truffle fries on the house and then when we thought the pizza was coming 45 mins later she came to tell us it wasn't but they would give us skirt steak and truffle fries on the house. Needless to say, I was over it. Asked for the check and ran out of there. The table next to us was waiting forever on their wine, check, food, terrible. Probably worst service I've never experienced. Imagine waiting for an hour for your food in a place like this then told ITS NOT COMING. Also, portions are SO SMALL, oh and it took 20 mins to even get water. The poor waitress was just scattered. No idea what was up or if this was a bad night.

Wow I have never felt less welcome to walk in a restaurant. They are open to 11 but at 1015 several staff stood in front and frowned at me as I considered going in. One guy finally said we are open - and the others groaned and said kitchen closed. Opposite of hospitality.
