This is a nice area to visit and see some beautiful rock formations. There Indian art along the trail. The east side of the loop is very bumpy with large washboard roads. The West loop is 90% sand. There one area to get onto the East loop that is quite the climb. (See Video) There's really no way around it. If you want to just go to the petroglyphs and avoid the really rough, road from the parking lot take the West loop road first. Then you can do an out and back. 4 wheel drive is a must for this trail. Air down and unhook your sway bar if you can.

We always have a wonderful time. We stayed down by the bathrooms and I had to put up a sign made of cardboard for people to go the speed limit which was 15 miles an hour they were just cruising dusting everybody out ignoring the speed limit signs. It's common courtesy not to blow dust on people's campsites a lot of them seem to be out of town or tour groups. The tour group should have known better. After I put up my sign everything was much better everyone respected that I put down 15 mph kids at Play and followed it. Thank you my logandale trails buddies.

Beautiful views, fun trails, and restrooms to boot. We even saw a bighorn! Really nice place to ride and see the sites. Fully recommend

What a great spot to dry camp and ride! It’s a few miles in on a washboard dirt road as expected, but the place is beautiful, good trails and fun times.

We rented a 4-person UTV over in Moapa Valley, so this is where we had to ride. It had rained the night before and we got to partake in a boatload of mud in what is likely a normally very dry creek bed. There is a stretch of one lane trail that is no joke and I’m so glad we didn’t encounter another vehicle there. Terrain varies all over this place so you’ll definitely get to experience all kinds of fun driving. Enjoy! Bonus: we even got to see some long horned sheep out there. I had no idea! :-)

Always such a beautiful place. The trails were a bit rough, probably from the amount of water that came through there this summer but still fun

I can't believe I never found this place before! Really cool sights and offroading. Also cool camp areas too. You can go a lot of places with a stock 4x4 vehicle but some areas are more advanced and need lifts, etc. It's close to vegas and so much fun.
