Logger's Landing

Stopped in here for dinner while camping at Carrieville. Very cute building, layed back, chill atmosphere, good service. Beer was cold! They have pizza, but I went with the Calzone and I was not disappointed, it was great! Their marinara is really good as well. The chicken tender basket wasn't anything special, but nothing to complain about. The perch was decent. My kid wasn't a fan of the skin, but the white fish itself was great! Fries are thick, seasoned, and crunchy! Glad we stopped in!

Arrived on a Sunday night. Not very busy so I think we got lucky. The Time Out Burger was excellent!

My Club wrap was huge! Garbage fries are a must appetizer. Fun bar atmosphere. Classic table of town drunks hanging out, hollering at the waitress!

Great menu and love the pizza! Service is sometimes hit or miss, not clear if they are understaffed or if happy customers are simply an inconvenience to some of the staff...🤷‍♂️ **Thanks for your concern and response. My visit was on Saturday, November 22 at ~ 7:20pm** Still our "go to" when passing through town!

Busy local bar. Our service was great, even though it was busy. We went for AYCE fish (cod) which came with fries and coleslaw. They also have a large Bloody Mary. All was good!

We've lived in Luther for 3 years now, we JUST visited loggers landing tonight for dinner and we were BEYOND impressed! The food was fantastic and portions were plentiful, the service was great, and the atmosphere was friendly! We will be returning often!

This is why you support you local business. We walked in 15 minutes after breakfast was over and they still let us order breakfast. This is our 17 year anniversary and they all gave us this card. Awsome place. awesome food. Awsome people.

Friendly service, great local bar, very rustic decor. Had the $7 lunch special. I'm from Texas and found some new friends very quickly , great place to meet people.

Always good food and service. Very rustic and low key. Prices are decent for the quality of food. Mostly northern Michigan small town fare with a few more exotic specials.

What a great place for Lunch - My son had a pulled pork sandwich, I opted for the Reuben -Great Prices and Great Portions ! We will be back !

We always try to stop at Loggers a couple times each summer! It is a great little dive bar and a nice stop during a day of trail riding! The food is always great and their prices are very reasonable. Staff is always friendly. They also have very reasonable drinks!

Such a warm and friendly place. Great music too. The food is above the standard bar fare. Owners care about the place, that much is evident.

Yummy. The smoked options are really special and the Bloody Mary is memorable. So few places have live music anymore

Service was terrible, the the waitress Trina was rude. my son's order was late and wrong. I ordered a Rubin sandwich and it had maybe 2 strips of meat. Will never return.

Logger's Landing is a one of a kind, hole in the wall, middle of nowhere kinda bar/grill. They're located downtown Luther and are open to the offroad/atv/utv traveling from Tin Cup & Carryville areas, as well as campers, hunters, locals, and every day food/bar patrons! The food is great! Ive had burgers, calzones, apps, etc here and they're all damn good. The service is great too, lovely local people taking care of you and you drink & food needs. If you're here to hunt/fish/atv/etc I would always recommend stopping here at Logger's for a cold beverage & great food!

A community center, great food, friendly servers. Quiet in the daytime, sometimes noisy at night, but a great choice always.

The best pizza in Michigan that I have ever had without a doubt. Very crispy and tasty crust. The chef obviously takes pride in his work. Great service and a friendly atmosphere

Food is generally good...Some items better than others...Their Italian subs ARE great...Staff is very nice and friendly. The place NEEDS to have its floor fixed big time, as one day someone will SUE...Very dangerous and its NOT fun to sit at a table and you are "killing your back and legs trying to "keep your chair from falling backwards." My dinner plate was "actually in my breast" as it kept sliding downward". Other than that VERY annoying situation", its a decent place to eat. Drinks(surprisingly) are a bit high for a local joint. Waitresses are all very nice.Always

They have a sewage backup problem and it does not provide anything close to an ideal dining experience trying to eat your food. The food tastes all frozen and microwaved. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant

Truly a hidden gem in the tiny town of Luther. Seems we stop in at least once a week or more Great bar food, killer homemade pizza , friendly staff, and a building full of character. Must try is the Mega Bloody Mary .

This little dive bar in the middle of nowhere is a great place to get a bite to eat or quick drink. When you first walk in don't let appearances judge how you feel about this place the food is very good very reasonably priced and you get tremendous portions. One of the things I would highly suggest is the pizza !!! It is some of the best that I have ever had by far. The little town of Luther caters to sportsman, hunters, snowmobilers and ORV riders the atmosphere is very loose and the staff is very friendly. After a long day on the trails, or out hunting, this little jewel in the middle of no where, is a welcome break for a cold beer or a "stick to your ribs" meal.

Had a group of 8 for dinner. Good food, good drinks and service. It was a Friday night, and they had a codfish special which most of us ordered. They had hand-breaded fish for a while, but ran out and switched to the beer-breaded frozen stuff you get from Gordon's Foods or wherever. That was pretty good, but the hand-breaded was amazing. All of us were happy with our experience.

Outstanding Italian sub sandwich. Not staffed for volume but in Luther Michigan volume usually isn't a problem. Nice people and clean

This little dive bar has the best pizza ever! Dex's Logger Landing on State Street in Luther Michigan is full of character. I have never experienced a floor like theirs (you will understand once you get there). Yes, its a bar so if you have tender ears, put in ear plugs. I didn't hear a lot of swearing, but the patrons were boisterous. My father has special food requirements due to receiving chemo and radiation treatments to his mouth and neck area, and Melodie our waitress made sure he was able to have extra gravy to get his yummy mashed potatoes down. Dad said the potatoes and gravy were some of the best he's had in a long time. My husband and I ordered the 12" meat lovers pizza. OMG! was it ever good! The crust had a garlic-y buttery flavor that was divine. My husband and I ate the entire pizza, because it was that good. The prices are reasonable, with the 12" pizza being $14, and a side order of onion rings coming in at $4. The two waitresses (Melodie being one) were busy but they came around often and refilled our drinks and made sure we were happy. If you are ever out riding the trails, ride your ATV over to Logger's Landing for a bite to eat. You will not be disappointed. But that floor....whoa.

This little place my husband has been going to for years while up north hunting. He has always claimed they have the best all you can eat fish on Friday night. He finally took me for our 25th anniversary, and I must say it was the BEST I have had yet. Great service, nice atmosphere, will definitely go back.

We stopped in Logger's Landing over the holiday weekend and was very disappointed. Service was non-existent when trying to get a beverage. Proceeded into the restroom to wash my hands and was appalled by the odor and bathroom flies. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional staff and terrible cleanliness throughout.We were informed that the place has taken a turn for the worst ever by a local gentlemen since new owners have taken over. Wish them luck.

The only thing good adout the place is their pizza....and then it's only good if you get it to go.

Excellent food, but remember it's first and foremost a bar. So when you stop in with your family for lunch, don't be upset when the waitress/bartender refuses to do anything about the drunks swearing at the top of their lungs at the bar.

Took 35 minutes to get fish and a sloppy Joes dinner. The service was bad and it wasn't even busy, new owners seem to be in over their heads. I have been there many times but was disappointed on how far this place has fallen

Stopped in for a late breakfast on the way to hiking, got a nice big tasty omelette. Filled up for the road ahead. Interesting little place to stop by if your in the area, good place to just stop in get a good hearty meal quickly and at a good price.

Stopped in for lunch with a group of 16. The service was great; very fast & friendly! The food was delish! You can't go wrong with the chicken & dumplings or a burrito! They have a great patio, and the beer was nice and cold!
