"This family inn features two enticing options: an elegant, contemporary restaurant, with a well-designed menu based on fine ingredients, or the chalet-inspired wooden interior of the brasserie, where Savoie cheese specialities take pride of place (alongside frogs' legs and pike). Comfortable guestrooms, for those who wish to stay longer the region." - Michelin Inspector

We stayed here as part of a tour group and were very impressed by the Hotel. The staff were very cheerful and pleasant. Check in was done quickly. ||||Our room was large and very comfortable. It was very clean and the bathroom was good. However there is no curtain on the shower so if you want a shower be prepared for a wet floor.||||We also found that the curtains on the windows were too light so as soon as the sun came up the room was light. Might not worry others but it did us. Rooms we named after flowers etc. The corridors to get to rooms were seemed round about. ||||The hotel is very picturesque and has a lovely location. Very interesting decorations throughout. ||We ate as a group in the Resturant for both dinner and breakfast. Dinner was very tasty and they quickly catered for someone who did not eat the type of food presented. Breakfast had a good variety

We spent 2 weeks in this hotel with breakfast. The room is very neat, chalet style, quiet, with a balcony looking to the Haute Savoie - woods. The breakfast is a wonderful buffet with a large assortment of cheeses and fresh croissants. The hotel restaurant is famous for its great food and highly recommended. ||The Spa with Jacuzzi and Sauna etc.. was amazing!||Madame Blanc personally takes care of her guests and is very hospitable and eager to please! We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel for our next trip!

We wanted to break our long journey back from the Mediterranean to Germany near the motorway for one night and therefore chose this hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival, room had everything you need for one night. |Absolute surprise was the visit for dinner in the associated restaurant (see my separate report). For that reason alone, we would stay here again!

I stay come to this area very often on business and have stayed at this hotel dozens of times - and never been disappointed. Staff are friendly - especially if you make even a small effort to speaks some basic French. ||The food in the restaurant is excellent but not cheap and the rooms are good with very good wifi. Only complaint I would make is that the shower in most of the rooms is very basic shower head in an open bath with no shower screen or curtain - I always end up with a very wet bathroom floor. But that's a niggle not a major issue. ||However I will continue to come here for convenience for my business trips but also because I like it!!!

Pre-booked for two nights via Logis de France. Arrived at 1545hrs to find the hotel locked up and notice saying open at 1730hrs. Not good after a long drive. Phoned the number given and a lady arrived after 10 minutes or so. She could find no reference to our booking despite being shown the confirmation email. Eventually found us a room about as far from the restaurant as possible. No explanation given for this problem. The room however was nicely air conditioned and did allow us access to the car when unloading/loading at our level. Room very spacious and well decorated. The restaurant area and bar have been new decorated in a very high standard modern design.

We stayed two nights in this hotel but better still we were upgraded to a fantastic wood clad room with a balcony with views over to mountains, plus access to a brilliant jaquzi, gym and suana all included. Later we booked in the hotel resturant, food first class surroundings very upmarket, bit pricey but hey! ho! we were on holiday!

We stayed there for two nights while in the region for mariage celebrations; the hotel itself is decent: room was reasonably sized, clean and functional bathroom facilities (good water pressure); bed was very good; internet connection was fast and reliable; room equipments are scarce (no safe; basic toiletries, small tv); biggest criticism would be the fact that the hotel premises were extremely cold and we barely managed to bring the room to a decent temperature, by cranking up the heater - unacceptable for a hotel; the hotel also has a little spa area with sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi, which was a nice touch, though at EUR 20. Per person not cheap; we paid about EUR 110. Per night, which was ok, but wouldn't necessarily want to pay more than that. 3 and a half.

We chose this place for a one night stay as it was close to a wedding venue. Ok, the location was perfect for us, but the rest of the visit quickly went down hill. Granted the price was right and the rooms were typical European size. ||The bed you ask? The mattress was sorely sagging in the middle and was begging to be replaced. ||Now on to the service staff....rude, at best. Granted, I speak no French, but the female receptionist (not sure of her name, but I certainly hope it wasn't the co-owner, Mrs. Blanc) treated me as though she didn't want to be bothered and I was nothing more than an inconvenience her. Definitely not a way to secure repeat customers. ||My first and last stay at this hotel. ||
