This hotel has great potential but needs more attention toward customer experience.
We stayed for 2 nights. The room was lovely and spotless.
We tried also the restaurant on the night of our arrival. It was complicated to get a table, even if we were guests of the hotel, but they manage to give us one.
The food was pretty good, although I was personally expecting a little more from the whole experience.
The service and staff was absolutely not at the level of a Michelin guide mentioned restaurant.
During the aperitif, we ordered a small plate and a bottle of wine. All was excellent, but we waited 15 min for a bottle of wine while the food had been already served.
Same situation during dinner, we waited 15 min a bottle of water and had to sollecite it.
I give 4/5 because we were extremely happy with the room, the view, the breakfast and cleaning. The Restaurant has great potential but service must improve.
Looking forward to come back.
