"Formerly ProsperOats, this LoHi counter has expanded its menu far beyond the oatmeal-, açai-, and yogurt-based breakfast bowls at its core. Though those are still available — complete with a choice of four among 36 toppings, including cacao nibs, hemp hearts, and naked pea protein — so are toasts, salads, and wraps like the smoked salmon roll with chive cream cheese, capers, pickled red onion, and more on any of three flavored tortillas." - Rebecca Treon, Gigi Sukin, Ruth Tobias

"Wholesome, build-your-own bowls and juices made mostly from Colorado-sourced products are a great way to start the day. Squeezed on the spot, they mix orange, carrot, and apple juice, and include sweeteners of Colorado honey, maple syrup, coconut, or raw sugar." - Gigi Sukin

I was looking for vegan friendly options while visiting Denver and this place was open early on Sunday. I was so glad to find it. The staff was super fun and very friendly. They were very patient with me and let me sample a few items before deciding on what I wanted. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stop by again. Good to job guys and gals 👏🏽 Keep up the good work 👏🏽

Açaí bowl tasted good, but there was ZERO effort at presentation; it just had a huge dollop of peanut butter on top. When my partner’s order was ready, they yelled out that it was at the counter from three steps away. You couldn’t seriously bring it over? In addition, I ordered an iced drip coffee that was definitely hot coffee with ice in it; I could tell because it was warm. Finally, when my partner paid, the employee hit “skip receipt” without even asking if we wanted a receipt. RUDE AND SHADY.

Not sure what the bad reviews about the açaí bowls aren’t small at all and their sandwiches are delicious! The matcha latte was also bomb!!

I love this place! The açaí is delicious and I especially love the crystallized ginger that I haven’t seen at any other açaí spot. Also nice that they have other options like oats if you are going with someone who doesn’t love smoothie bowls.

With the premise that I make my own oats every single day I was very excited to come and give this place a try while visiting Denver. Overall: convenient location, great friendly as well as helpful staffs, fruits are freshly cut and not soggy, outdoor/indoor seating which is neat and clean. F&B: Great choices of base, as well as the flavors and portions. You can tweak as much, or a little as you'd like. I started with staple apple oats, swapping ginger with some more granola. Apples were fresh, crunchy, the apple cinnamon honey didn't render the entire bowl overly sweet but smoothened the ending notes. Atmosphere: chill Wifi: provided Outdoor seating: morning sun Noise level: on Monday morning pre 9am is was quite quiet.
