I would recommend anyone to live here! I had such a great experience with the staff, and the common areas were always clean and well taken care of. You can’t beat the area either. Walking distance to everything!! Not a crowded apartment either, which I really appreciate.

Lohi house is the place to be!!! The electric charging station is SO convenient! There's a place to wash my sweet pup ON SITE! Plus, the gas stove top makes me feel so luxurious every time I am cooking a meal. All amazing reasons to call this place home, but nothing compares to the knowledgeable staff that has helped with all my needs and answered all my questions. Thank you Clay and Dana!

We have absolutely loved living at LoHi House the past year! There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance, you really couldn't ask for a better location. Dana and Madison, in the front office, are wonderful and always help with any issues or questions that come up. Overall the apartment community is quiet and most people keep to themselves, but whenever we see a neighbor in the hallway or elevator everyone is super friendly and nice.

Living at LoHi House is an absolute delight! The surrounding area of LoHi is awesome, with its charm and beauty. Not only that, but the building itself is clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. While we may have encountered a few challenges in the past year, the new team has proven to be exceptional in handling everything with professionalism. I am genuinely thrilled to witness the positive trajectory of this place. Without a doubt, LoHi House is the epitome of ideal living in Denver.

Amazing property. And even better management team! Dana will do anything in her power to make our lives as residents easier and better. And special shout out to Rostin, our extremely talented and super nice maintenance guy. No matter the request, he responds with a smile, and gets the job done. Once you live here, pretty hard to live anywhere else. Strongly recommend.

We moved here sight-unseen from our former home in Prague, Czech Republic (during a global pandemic, no less!), and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. From the outset, Christie and Jenna were incredibly responsive and flexible with our international situation. They were unfazed by time zones, foreign contracts, Zoom tours, travel changes, and on. Far and away the BEST management team we've ever worked with in any state or country. The building is in great shape; we are very happy with the quality of our apartment in terms of appliances, amenities, cleanliness, newness, etc. We're also impressed with how quiet it stays inside even when we know there are parties/loud things happening around us. There is a covered/secure parking garage on-site, as well as a dog-washing station (probably my favorite amenity). It's in a great location as well. Very walkable. Parks, restaurants, and coffee shops all around. My favorite thing is the neighbor-friendly community vibe in both the surrounding neighborhood and within Alexan LoHi in particular. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and everyone has a dog. We're very happy here :)

This is by far the best property in Denver, possibly all of Colorado. I was resident #2 when they first opened in 2018, and I haven't left. Where would I go? There's nowhere better than here, so I guess I'll just be here possibly...forever? The staff is amazing. Heather is the best property manager on earth, and will do anything in her power to support residents. Building is in the best location - LoHi, so you'll never need to go anywhere else. Bottom line, if you want to live in the cleanest, nicest, safest, best property in Denver, you probably should live at LoHi House.
