I recently dined here, which has a Michelin star. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.
First, it seemed they were overwhelmed, possibly due to overbooking. With only three staff members attending to all the guests, the service was notably slow. We waited over four hours to enjoy a four-course meal.
Additionally, the staff did not clear the plates promptly, and glasses were left on the table for an extended period. What added to the disappointment was the interaction with the maître d' when settling the bill, which was nearly 1200 euros. Unfortunately, the maître d' seemed unapologetic and almost disrespectful, which was not what I expected from a Michelin-starred establishment.
I hope they can address these issues to meet the high standards expected. If not, Michelin should check their accreditation for a restaurant of this rating.
