Lola Burger - Review - Seaport District - Boston - The Infatuation

"Your opinion of Lola Burger will entirely depend on which burger you get. If you get one that comes on a brioche bun, you’ll think it’s a perfectly fine and kind of fun burger place that’s good to know about if you spend time in the Seaport. If you get one of the burgers that comes on a rubbery, tasteless English muffin, you’ll wonder why it exists. If you’re not in the mood for a burger at all, you only have a few salad options, a hot dog, and a chicken sandwich, so hopefully you’re in the mood for a burger." - Dan Secatore

Lola Burger is a delightful spot that excels in delivering a wonderful dining experience. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere captivates you with its inviting and stylish decor. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between casual and upscale, making it suitable for any occasion. The staff at Lola Burger deserve special mention. They are not only friendly but also highly professional, ensuring that every aspect of your visit is pleasant. Service is prompt and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. As for the food, the burgers at Lola Burger are nothing short of spectacular. Cooked precisely to order, each bite is a testament to their commitment to quality. The flavors are rich and satisfying, making it clear that great care is taken in the kitchen. The chili, too, stands out with its delicious, hearty taste, complementing the burgers perfectly. In summary, Lola Burger is highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for a top-notch burger experience. The combination of excellent food, superb service, and a charming atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Lola Burger promises a memorable meal.

The atmosphere was great. Great energy from the staff! Friendly good service. Clean restaurant. Good music playing as well. For appetizers we got the nachos and added shaved steak and fried pickles. The nachos looked awesome, they were good, but not the greatest, wouldn’t get them again. The fried pickles were really good when they came out hot, and the sauce was really good as well, they were a bit greasy though would probably order them again. Then we got two burgers one with fries and one with side salad. The burgers were okay, nothing to rave about, they were not juicy. The fried were Great! And the side salad was amazing so many toppings it came with!

Google
Fantastic bartender & tasty food! My only issue: if you’re going to serve burgers on an English muffin, the inside needs to be toasted, not just grill marks on the outside. Wings were good too.

Google
The burgers here are juicy and delicious! The patties themselves are thick, flavorful, and nothing about them is dry. I’m not the biggest burger fan but I really enjoyed my meal here. I highly recommend the Brie and Shroom burger. PSA: the double burgers are A LOT so you better be hungry if you get one.

Google
All fives across the board and I'd give more if I could. Love the option to dine in or dine outside. Service was great, helpful and fast. I had the make your own classic burger with the secret sauce... Absolutely the best burger I've eaten to date. Cooked to perfection and juicy. Have to try this place out if in the area. Not too bad on price either.

Google
Lola is a great burger joint in the seaport area. The burgers were cooked perfectly medium. The barbecue wings were delicious. Our server, Jake, was amazing. He made sure we were taken care of. The location is great, because you can go to other spots for drinks afterward. I think Lola closes at 9pm.

Google
The number of people that say nice things about the restaurant to then rate so low is ridiculous 😆. Don't be fooled by some of these reviewers who were having a bad day or who didn't know how to order food properly. This place is great. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The atmosphere is chill and modern and the restaurant is very clean. I will say the price is a bit steep, but you are getting one of the best burgers in the area with wonderful customization options and variety of sides. Beer selection was my one negative as it was mostly standard IPA's that did not fit in with the them of variety. I would rotate a proper hazy in and some other styles like Kolsch, Brown Ale, etc.

Google
There is the saying "You get what you pay for". My burger was worth every penny. The housemade pickles, the juiciest burger with just the right char taste. Just great quality ingredients. Great draft beer selection. Nice atmosphere including Kitchen viewing and Bar

Yelp
Overall rating: 4 Food: elevated burgers and American classic food such as milkshakes, wraps, fries, onion rings, etc Texture: our burger melted in our mouths, so worth the price, the milkshake was creamy and smooyj Pricing: the burger added up to be $30 the shakes were 10 each Ambiance: dark and dimly lit, very sophisticated lighting Seating & Parking: seats by the window and in the back for more privacy Service: the blonde waitress was a gem! so sweet and welcoming Music: pop and country Bathrooms: male and female Final comments: a great spot in seaport for upscale burgers!

Yelp
I came here a few weeks ago for lunch, and enjoyed myself a lot! I have to say, as soon as we sat down, the first Harry Potter movie was starting to play and I took that as a good sign, being a huge fan myself! I was happy to see vegan options on the menu, including vegan cheese! My burger was delicious, our waiter was incredibly nice and patient. The atmosphere was great, I loved the decor and the entire vibe. It's in the seaport area, in a great little spot. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again!

Yelp
The worst burgers! Ordered from Uber eats and I only got a patty with my burger and I specifically ordered it with the works. Even with the sauce, it's still dry. Would've been better off with McDonald's for 1/3 is the price
google avatar

Baker B.

Yelp
Man, WTF is this place? I'm new in town, but ain't Seaport the more elevated area? How did a janky 5 Guys Wannabe end up here? Why am I paying $20 for an undercooked burger, tomato that tastes like it came right out of a can, shredded lettuce, and cheese that's barely melted? The fries were ok, but nothing you can't get at Shake Shack, Sonic, or Steak and Shake for 1/4th the price. Something has to give: the prices need to come down and the quality of the food needs to go WAY up. The nerve of this spot to even have "special" sauces--these things tasked like cold squirts from bottles you can find on the condiment aisle. Adding insult to injury is that the spot is down wind from a Mastro's and a Davio's. How did they get in the neighborhood? Just lowering the property value. The spot was basically empty on a Saturday so need to skip it; by the time you read this it might be a whole different concept.

Yelp
Came here with some friends on Friday after work. There were no reservations available but I figured we could walk in since it's quite early before dinner rush. We got a table outside It was good to see a vegan burger option as one of my friends was vegan. Together, we ordered the Lola burger, korean burger, and chicken sandwich. I didn't ask how my friends liked their food but for my bf and I, it's a mixed review. The Lola burger which was the most expensive, about $25 lacked extreme flavor, came on a English muffins, and no sauce or flavor that I could really taste. My bf however really liked his Korean sandwich and rated it 4/5.

Yelp
When going to Boston, this place was recommended to me not only for the beautiful walking distance to the waterfront but also the burgers; so I had to try it! The views did not disappoint as they are only a block away from the waterfront with outdoor fire pits as well! The burger did not either! I got the Lola burger and it was served on a great bun with a phenomenal sauce as well! The truffle fries also complimented it well. When I go back go to Boston I will definitely return!

Yelp
Overall Lola Burger is a win. Its a nice, moderately sized American restaurant that mostly serves burgers, wraps, sandwiches, etc... The decor is modern and simple and the venue can seat maybe 40 to 50 people at tables and 12 to 15 people at the bar. I'm a sucker for TV's (4 of them) with sports and they deliver, although (and this is being nit-picky) the TV's are too high when you're sitting at the bar. Another nit-picky note--if it's cold outside and you're sitting at the bar, you're going to get a breeze every time someone opens the door. These aren't things that would stop me from coming, just notes from improvement. My bartender was pretty straight forward and didn't really offer me much of her personality but whatever. I ordered a custom burger--double stack ($21), medium well, American cheese (no extra charge), lettuce, tomato, pickles, the Lola Spicy Sauce ($2), Avocado ($2) and Simple fries (no extra charge). The burger was solid--definitely a 10/10, it was sizable, the Lola Spicy Sauce hit and was spicy but tolerable. The fries were a little too simple for me, not that it wasn't loaded, but they were a bit thin for a restaurant in my opinion. They were McDonald's sized (but much better than McDonald's). They gave me A LOT though and they were well seasoned. I was struggling to finish my meal because it's a fair amount of food, but I'm a trooper. Overall there's a few things that I wish were better or different, however this is a really nice spot and I'd certainly return and recommend.

Yelp
My advice is to stick to the hamburger, fries, and alcohol here. Those are pretty standard and good. Anything else run a risk of disappointment.
google avatar

Sydney M.

Yelp
I had high hopes for LoLa burger but was pretty disappointed. The Korean Pork Burger was pretty good but the fries were entirely flavorless. This was my third choice because they said they ran out of other things even though it was only noon. One of the beers on tap was also out. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. It wasn't out of style at all. The service team was great and got us seated quickly and served us the best they could. If the food was better I would come back but it's nothing special compared to all the other options around.

Yelp
Best meal we had in Boston. I was excited when my husband found the sister restaurant of the Nantucket location so I knew it would be a safe bet. Super friendly service, very reasonable prices. Fried pickles were yummy, the bbq wings were not covered in sauce and meaty flavorful wings. My husband got a double burger and it was gigantic. My stepson was served the prettiest grilled cheese I've ever seen. I would recommend and would return!
google avatar

John Z.

Yelp
First - the service was amazing. The waiter was fun, personable, and efficient. As the food goes, the burger (the double) was enormous. It was tasty and more than I needed. It had a good char to it, and that I appreciated. The fries were excellent, but not the fries I ordered. I asked for spicy and received regular, but they were good. We had an appetizer of Tempura Cauliflower. I have had much better, we did not eat half of it. So the night was a mixed bag. Over all good, just not great!

Yelp
Hey Lola? Did you read my review ? Lol I'm glad to see the menu is not written on the blackboard! Firstly, my salad was delicious. Fresh mozzarella and a tasty dressing. Never ate that much arugula in my life. That being said. That price. Oof. Almost $30 with the added chicken?! That's crazy. Service wasn't here nor there as I did sit at the bar this time. Music wasn't terribly loud like last time either. I appreciate the slight improvements.

Yelp
I placed a pickup order from Lola Burger as I was craving a burger tonight for some reason. I always issue the disclaimer with pickup orders that I know it's not the same as the dine-in experience. My order was ready to go when I walked in, and the pickup was quick. Because I like to have the freshest meal possible, I always take at least the first few bites in my car while things are fresh. Some call that inpatient; I call it being a purist! I ordered the classic burger with spicy fries and a vanilla bean shake. They cooked the burger to medium perfectly, although on the whole, it was a good but not super above average burger. The lettuce was also of the stringy iceberg variety, of which I'm not a fan. The Lola spicy sauce fries are very basic stringy fries with a spicy sauce that I didn't care for. I used it for two fry dips and that was it. Now, I did enjoy the vanilla bean shake, which was also quite large compared to other places where you can get a shake. This was altogether just a totally average burger experience for me. At $28 before tip, and with fries that are blah, I don't think I'll be running back to Lola's.
google avatar

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Shake shack was packed so we stopped by here instead. Located less than 5min from the water, this place was super convenient. We were sat inside but they also have outdoor seating. The cheapest burger is $17 with basic toppings. Kinda pricey for burgers but that's expected of the area. Came with a generous portion of fries! Nothing to complain about but also nothing extraordinary either. My friends got the fried chicken burger and the felafel burger and they also enjoyed it.
google avatar

Lola A.

Yelp
Lola's has some of the best burgers and spicy fried chicken sandwiches around. The spicy sauce fries are delicious, and the service here is amazing. I highly recommend eating here at least once.

Yulisa V.

Yelp
The service was amazing , the butler that attend us before and after our meal was amazing. His name was denis, hardworking, and dedicated to help. The restaurant was clean and gave a modest vibe. love it.

Yelp
My wife and I recently visited here and had a great time! The burgers were excellent and they have a great beer and wine selection! Our waitress Lauren was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay! Great price point and just a very nice time!! We highly recommend LoLa Burger next you you are in Seaport
google avatar

Allie S.

Yelp
Good burger place in the Seaport. The menu lets you customize your order and sides. While I do agree the prices are expensive for a casual sit-down burger restaurant, it is to be expected at most non-chain restaurants you visit in the Seaport. If I wanted a cheap chain burger I would go to the nearby Shake Shack. Service was friendly and attentive.
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
O these guys CHEAT. Seriously. You are just walking down the street, and they are literally exhausting the kitchen smells directly on you as you pass. Taps into that inner carnivore within all of us. Better listen to that urge - they can really cook a great burger!! Recommend the yam fries as well. There are no pictures of this visit - it would have been nothing but empty plates anyways. Great staff - our waitress was spot on with the recommendations.
google avatar

Tracey S.

Yelp
The wonderful aroma of the burgers drew us in from the sidewalk. Staff was friendly and the big feature was an open kitchen. Overall, the burger was very good. Delicious food, but the restaurant was freezing because of the draft from the door. It was hard to fully enjoy the meal because of the draft. Prices are above average for a sports bar...which is basically what this place is.
google avatar

Maria G.

Yelp
The best thing about having dinner at this restaurant was our server. He was friendly, helpful, and attentive. So he definitely deserves five stars and saved this place from receiving one star. The menu selection looked decent and the selection of fries were good. We ordered the Double Stack, Regular Burger on a Gluten-Free Bun, and a Lamb Burger. The Lamb Burger got high marks but not high enough to return to this place. The rest of the burgers were very average. And on the small side. The gluten free bun was wierd tasting and I have tasted many different gluten free buns. They each came with a lot of fries. We tried the truffle, loaded, and regular fries. The truffle and loaded fries were good but the regular fries were very average. This place made us miss In and Out on the West Coast. We paid four times the amount here than for four combo meals at In and Out where the burgers are juicier, bigger, and tastier. I wouldn't mind paying more for a burger if it was worth it and this was not worth it. Please treat yourself to a better dinner choice. If you are craving a burger in Boston, go elsewhere, even Shake Shack. If you are visiting somewhere that has an In and Out nearby and want a very good burger at a great price, go to In and Out Burgers. You won't regret it.

Yelp
BURGER SCORE: 4 "Based on the Classic Burger" Ordered Lola Burger from Uber Eats. The food was priced in the Mid-High range $14 for the burger, but it did come with fries. The food was just average and OK, Just standard. The Burger was way to salty and kinda dry. The Fries was just Mc'Donalds fries copycats. The food was good, but it lacked flavor, just plain. The delivery was typical Uber Eats. Food came cold. Delivery driver just dropped off food and left without letting us know they came. The food did taste good but I thought it was just kinda average. I compare it to B.Good. But with a bigger price tag. Not worth it in my option. That's pretty much it..!
google avatar

Yelp
very solid burger in the fan pier part of downtown. you can build your own burger or have one of their signature ones. i had a basic cheeseburger with cheddar and all the fixings and it was perfectly cooked with juiciness and flavor. had the gravy fries which were also tasty though the fries themselves were fairly nondesc shoestrings without much seasoning (maybe they don't season the gravy fries like the basic fries?). service was good and attentive without being overbearing.
google avatar

Collin I.

Yelp
Went with a large group of people. Service was surprisingly good for 15 people. While the food was good, the cost was extremely high. Paid extra for seasoned fries, which were not really worth it.
google avatar

Patti R.

Yelp
Ordered delivery of their double patty burger, fries, and fried pickles. The burger was impossible to eat with bun completely disintegrated from sogginess and trimmings poorly stacked. Everything literally fell apart. What little I ate of the burger was done piece by piece like a deconstructed salad. The flavor was lacking - just char. For a $30 burger (price just for the burger!), I expect a lot more. The fries were bland and the fried pickles were also soggy.
google avatar

William H.

Yelp
I've been long in the Seaport for a couple of months but have avoided Lola Burger until today. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it's not just a burger joint although it kind of is in a good way. The menu is really good for a casual meal, food is delicious. I had a glass of Pint Grigio and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich/ EXCELLENT!!
google avatar

Robyn T.

Yelp
Yeah I'm a fan! As we are starting to navigate our way back through this strange land of pandemic, I noticed LoLa Burger as I was walking by on my way to Davio's and thought, this is totally my husbands kind of place. The menu is casual and simple but the quality looked good, and I had heard of the other Lola's so the next night we were there. We didn't have a reservation but no problem! There was a table outside just begging for us to use so we got right in. And it was well distances from the other tables which was reassuring. While we're in this world of not touching anything, we scanned the code to get the menu to pop up on our phones. Although they have a variety of items on the menu including grilled cheese and a French dip, we opted to build our own burgers. I got mine with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup. And a side of regular fries. A nice greasy dinner! My husband got one with bacon and a fried egg. It was delicious! The beef had a great natural taste and the toppings were nice and crisp. The bun had a perfectly grilled, buttery flavor that complimented everything really well. And the fries were the crisp shoestring which are my favorite. Understanding everyone is just getting back on their feet, I was really impressed with the service, friendliness, and quality of the whole experience. They are really close to the waterfront so I nice stroll afterward helped with being overly full. I don't know if we are being overly grateful for being able to eat at a restaurant again, or if this place just hit the nail on the head, or both! But we really enjoyed it said we would definitely be back.
google avatar

Liz L.

Yelp
Review based on service and pricing. Came here once in the summer. Sat outside, service was okay, but music was so loud. They have a giant speaker outside, so if you get sat next to it, good luck having a conversation. Food is pricey but overall good. For pricing a burger at $23 it should be better than good. When I came in recently there was no one at the front desk and I waited a good five minutes until the bar tender even acknowledged me to ask me if she could help me. This was only when I was about to leave. Very rude. Management should really train these people to act like they care about customers. Don't waste your money coming here.
google avatar

Doug D.

Yelp
Good burger and fries but not worth the price. The waitress was pushing us to try a couple sauces for our burgers and fries, but little did I know they were $2 each! I'd rather go the Shake Shack next time.

A B.

Yelp
Fantastic service and great burger first burger I ate after 4 years vegetarian great atmosphere
google avatar

Stefini R.

Yelp
We got Lola Burger to go for a quick dinner. The hotdog was juicy and flavorful on some sorta thick toast like bun. The grilled cheese was very good as was the Korean pork burger. As out of towners, it was satisfying and we had no complaints. If you're looking for an upgraded from fast food with similar options, I think this is a great option !
google avatar

Graeme B.

Yelp
The atmosphere is good, TVs, god wine assortment. My burger came, supposed to be medium, but was over cooked - well done. I sent it back and the replacement wasn't as bad but not a hint of pink in the middle. For $19, I expected more. Could have gone to 5 Guys for much less $ and better beef. Truffle fries were very good, and service was good, too.
google avatar

A G.

Yelp
Cool little spot in Seaport- went with the spicy chicken sandwich and simple fries. Couple of Stella's to wash it down. Sandwich was good- nothing to write home about. I would go back, but I think you pay a little more than it is good b/c it's in Seaport. Would give it a 6 or 7/10.
google avatar

Erwin F.

Yelp
Ordered the Lola burger with truffle fries and blue cheese and garlic aioli on the side. The burger was great. Can I'm an English muffin. The burger has crisp and salted edges that were fantastic. The truffle fries were a bit light on the truffle but crispy. The sauces could use some improvement. They were a bit bland. Fortunately the flavor of the burger carried the meal.

John Paul S.

Yelp
Review of Lola Burger. I haven't had the need to write about a specific food establishment in a while but this one was so terrible I need to say something- Ordered a chocolate milkshake. out of whipped cream. Milkshake is just chocolate milk- ice cream to milk ratio is - at best- inverted. Not sure if ice cream used at all. Warm/room temperature. Just brioche, potato and gluten free bun options. I hate Brioche and Potato buns. Seriously? Get some regular fucking burger buns. Even with only 1 table of 4 and 2 other tables of 2, plus me at a solo table- the waitress seemed frantic and scattered, unable to keep up with an inactive dining room. At the end it took her 8 minutes for her be available for me to ask for the check. At which point, she automatically selected 20% Gratuity and when I tried to chgante it to a % that more accurately represented her service- that part of the touch screen device was conveniently unresponsive. Burger: uninspired. Unseasoned, patty a good size in relation to the size of the bun. Rare is slightly too rare; even for me; bordering on raw. Cheese not even melted. Update: 10 mins after I left, stomach not feeling good. Fries- sweet potato- thinner than regular fries on first visit- cooked too long- all crunch, no filling, portion size, too large for a single diner. Overall burnt. Overall visits - 2: Disappointing Note: $2 buffalo wings (min 6) were good but not amazing. Not pleased. ambiance- it's dark, most of the lights were off and it was difficult to see.

Yelp
I was very excited to try this restaurant since I love Lola 42 and what's not to love about cheeseburgers?! I came here on a very rainy Sunday so it was very quiet. I assume that the other days are busier. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and nice. We started off with the chicken wings and I highly don't recommend. They were wings for ants. I don't think I've ever seen something so tiny and I am shocked they thought it was OK to serve this. We each got the classic burgers as our mains and they did not disappoint. The price point is very reasonable for a burger and fries ($14). They also had an "adult happy meal" which looked very appealing. It includes the burger, fries and a mini bottle of Chandon for $26. Not a bad deal! I'd definitely go back but won't ever order the wings again. Unless they found a less anorexic chicken...

Ken H.

Yelp
I was eating here one a month when travel to Boston for work. First two times were great in 2022. Now things have gone down hill. Nachos use to be great now uncared sloppy mess. Wings came out naked and jerk but ordered half buffalo half jerk. Fries were cold and veggies were not fresh but wet and boarder line rotten. How hard is it to keep carrots and celery fresh? Blue Cheese was watery.

Bea W.

Yelp
Make your own burger - and they are large. Served with choice of a few sides including a salad. Wish they would jazz up the salad a bit. Dressing and some herbs or more varied greens. Felt blah And the burger is big - and it's didn't feel healthy eating it so wanted a salad to balance it. Service was good - not very busy when I was there. Tables are close together and only movable if your party is bigger than 2. I think they pump the grill odor into the street....like Cinnabons pumps cinnamon smell around their stores....to get you to come in. I think

Yelp
Great food, great service, tree nut free, love. love. love. Our sons have tree nut allergies, any restaurants that take this seriously, I am an automatic fan. I had their classic lola burger and it was amazing. MY husband build his double deck burger and he loved it, secret sauce and all. My mom and her husband also loved their make your own burger. My son had nachos that he devoured and my other son had their grilled cheese, so good he didn't touch the french fries.

Andy J.

Yelp
Two stars instead of one because the burgers here are really good, however they are no where near good enough to warrant paying the ridiculous prices that this place charges. For what two people spend here on a couple burgers and drinks, you could feed a family for a week. Just like every other overpriced shit hole in the Seaport - this place is only worth going to if you're one of the countless trust fund babies swiping daddy's credit card.

Yelp
I would love to comeback again to this place. It is clean and the atmosphere is happy. Lola burger is a must have as it is the best burger they got. We ordered almost everything in the menu. Lamb burger was disappointing so stay away from it! Their fries are out of this world, get the truffle fries, a must have. Overall, we had a great experience and going back again very soon.

Laura A.

Yelp
We had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, and also tried the spicy fries. Everything was delicious and the service was great!

Lunden C.

Yelp
Was really disappointed by this place! We're big fans of their sister restaurant Lola 42 and figured we'd give this place a try! First off it's very Smokey and loud in this place! The smoke vent exits right next to the front door so you have to walk through a cloud or smoke to enter the restaurant, some of the smoke also makes its way inside and it's very unpleasant! The service was fine enough, except they forgot our coffee shake, we eventually received a shake midway through our meal but it was vanilla and not coffee. The only redeemable food item was the fries! Skip this place and go to literally any other sports bar/pub!

Victoria C.

Yelp
The food was great. Halfway through it started making us feel extremely sick. Service was okay, they don't overcrowd you. It was pretty nice inside, not too loud. The food went in well, sat in my stomach with fury, and I await how the food will exit my body anxiously. Service was fine but I appreciated the hustle of the young man with the tight jeans and maroon sweater. The food came out quickly which pleased me but I still feel awful 5 hours later.

Yelp
If I could give it no stars I would. This was my first time going with friends and we were excited for something new. With almost finishing the meal my friend pointed out there were 2 mice running around at a table across from us. We pointed it out to the staff and they did nothing about it and then handed us the bill. I asked why we were paying when they had mice running around the waitress said "oh we can't do anything about it or comp anything off the bill sorry". I asked to speak to a manager and the waitress went to go get them. While the manager was walking back she did not come back to talk or apologize she muttered under her breath behind me "just get them out of here". So my recommendation is don't eat here if you want little mice friends eating next to you. Who knows what they have walked on in the restaurant. In the end we left without paying the bill but I highly DO NOT recommend this place. 0/1000 stars if I could.

Yelp
Easy to make a reservation online and took us a bit early on a Sunday (where it was surprisingly quite slow in there). Fried pickles were good but small portions so we had two orders for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). I really liked how you could build your own burgers and it worked really well for our family who all has very different tastes and likes. Truffle and loaded fries were great - the sweet potato fries were a bit over done. Also, it took until after our appetizers arrived for the kids to get their milkshakes which seemed unusually long considering they were rather basic and it wasn't busy. They also broke the whipped cream - which was odd. Overall, location and food was pretty good.

Yelp
Ordered the classic burger, no cheese, with a gluten free bun medium well. It was cooked right. Overall a good burger, the bun was a decent GF option but not the best, ended up not eating most of it and likely next time id rather get a lettuce wrap burger. Fries not sure if they gluten free-- however not the best to begin with, I would skip them if possible, we ordered 2 spicy fries not sure but they weren't even salted let alone spicy. Back to the burgers overall a good take out option!

Yelp
Our family went there on Sunday for quick dinner, hostess very nice welcoming us. We ordered two cheese steak sandwiches, 2 burgers, one chicken sandwich, Our cheese steak were almost empty of meats, my wife oder was wrong order so it took 20 min to get the right order. As we got our check , we were charged for asking for olive oil for our salad , and were charged for side mayo, and they added extra for extra cheese on our nachos. Even though we never ask for it It is the first time ever we get charge for olive oil for their salad , We left our sandwiches as they had very low portion of meat , plenty of fries so you get full The bill came 141.24 including taxes It is bad experience for sandwich place.

Yelp
Ordered near closing. Ordered the 50/50 burger. Half beef half bacon. They decided to get lazy and just give me an all beef burger. Real classy guys. To the owners, talk to your cooks, I think that's pretty rude. They could have asked me if all beef was alright, but instead they went the sneaky route. Not cool. Don't come here. Was small too.
