Decent food in a quiet setting in one of the condos on the beach. The wait staff is very attentive and helpful. They'll add a lobster tail to any dish, which is pretty nice. The baked cheese was really delicious. Definitely a good place to add to the rotation of neighborhoods restaurants.

I’ve lived in the building for a while but this was actually my first time trying Lola’s—and I was blown away. The food was fantastic. We shared a few different entrées, and every dish was fresh and flavorful. Our server really made the experience even better. He was attentive and friendly, and suggested the tuna tart, which was a great choice. The atmosphere was perfect—the music, the energy, everything just clicked. Overall, an amazing meal with excellent service. I’m glad I finally stopped in and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

Was in town celebrating my birthday and was craving a steak. Lola did not disappoint. One of the best steaks I have ever had. The wine list was excellent even though they mostly have bottles , I was able to find and amazing Malbec that went perfectly with the ribeye. The ambiance was spectacular and would be great for a romantic evening out. Even the music selection was nice and the volume was conducive to conversations. Im so glad I came here. My birthday dinner was all that!!!

We came here for an early dinner on a Thursday. There was something for everyone and entertainment. We started with mussels and Greek salad as our appetizer. For entrees, we got a NY strip, lobster ravioli, and a picanha (top roast). Meat was mouth watering. The creamy mashed potatoes were delicious and disappeared immediately. The lobster ravioli came with actual lobster. For dessert, we had homemade panacotta and crème brulee that was torched table side. Friendly staff, great service. The singer was a nice touch. Will definitely be back!

It’s a hidden little gem! We weren’t sure where we were walking into, but the ambience was so cool, the waiter and staff were beyond professional and friendly and the food in presentation was incredible! My husband got the lobster ravioli and I got the chicken Parm and they were unbelievable

We’ve visited Lola on few occasions while staying in NOBE. The ATMOSPHERE is why go to this place. Very swanky 60’s bar/grill/ steakhouse kind of vibe. While the presentation (hence no food pics) of the food is average at best the quality is superior at this price point, including the wine list. Service is very good though it does seem rushed more than attentive at times. All this said we’ve had the croquette trio, the ahi tartare salads Frutti del mare, filet, strip and a few pasta dishes, all were really a great value and high quality. If you’re looking for a steak at great price point (half of what STK, Osso Buco, et al will cost you) this is the place. You will not be disappointed

We're looking for lunch with steak for the hubby - again! We found Lola on the second floor of a condominium so we missed it the first run of driving. Valet parking only - as usual in Miami Beach - $10. To start warm/hot soft rolls with their churned dill butter was served and we enjoyed them. The beef carpaccio was excellent that I forgot to take a picture! Lol. Hubby had his sirloin steak and was happy. I had the grilled octopus with arugula and light lemon sauce and I was happy! Our waiter who's also the bartender was outstanding. An excellent lunch after the gym:) I would imagine at night the place will be cozy.

Lola Restaurant & Grill is a solid 4-star spot for a nicer-but-still-relaxed dinner, the vibe is cozy and dim with good music that makes it feel like a date-night place even though it's tucked inside a building on Collins. The menu has a fun mix of flavors (Argentinian/Italian/Spanish/Greek/French influences), and we really enjoyed the grilled items with chimichurri plus the seafood/pasta options, everything came out well plated and full of flavor. Service was friendly and checked on us enough without being annoying, but things slowed down a bit once it got busier, which is the only reason it's not a full 5.

TEN STARS!!!!! My husband and I are big foodies and this was one of the best meals of our entire lives and we have eaten all over the world. Everything was perfect! We ate here for our fifteenth wedding anniversary while vacationing here in Miami. You enter the condo building, sign in at the front desk and head upstairs to the black double doors. We had Saratoga sparkling and still water in our own bottles followed by warm bread and an amazing garlic butter spread. My husband had the mussels as his appetizer and I had the Blue cheese croquettes which I sent my compliments to the chef because these with the black fig marmalade was absolutely divine. My husband ordered the catch of the day which was Mahi Mahi and he said it was great! I had the chicken and veggies. For dessert we had crème brûlée and affogato which just so happen to be my two favorite desserts. Definitely a great place for fine dining!

I'm definitely coming here again The mussels were made perfectly,also the atmosphere and service was great and the skirt steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Service is good. Building is very run down, but the restaurant itself is well kept. There was no one there on Fri at 7pm... our table was the only one, so we were nervous. But people showed up later in the evening. Bread was hot and fresh. The tuna app was good. My Mahi Mahi wasn't great. It was pretty flavorless and a little "fishy". My friend's chicken parm tasted strange and the chicken was just too thin, making the protein to breading ratio off. The best meal was the Churasco, which was a nice size and good flavor. Wine list was ok and cocktails list was just meh.

Came in at 1015, 45 minutes from closing to order a simple meal and drink. I told him I would make it quick and the owner told me it was too late. Even tho it says they close at 11pm. Horrible service. Will not come back.

BUYER BEWARE: service is INCLUDED in the check. Unfortunately, I didn't catch this until after two meals, so I feel pretty cheated by the experience. On the plus side, the ceviche was excellent. The catch of the day didn't taste fresh--more like tough, frozen fish. The veggies with it were very good. Cute atmosphere. A nice option in a strip of Miami Beach that doesn't have much to offer. Just read that bill CAREFULLY!!!!

It taste amazing..Spinach dish with mushrooms and leeks is good.. The chicken Parmensan also was excellent. The location has vallet parking.

The service is great. The kids of the employees or owners running around barefoot was disgusting. That definitely has to be a health code violation. They don't serve any cocktails unless it's on the preset menu. We ordered gnocchi and it had so much curry in it I thought I was at an Indian restaurant not Italian. The ambience could be better if they closed the curtains so you didn't see a rooftop in need of desperate repair.

The food was a terrible and so expensive. I got the salmon and it literally tasted like a frozen dinner someone heated up in a microwave. Sooooooo disappointed and such a waste of money.

The food at Lola's is always a delight, the servers are always attentive and aware of your needs, and the ambiance of the restaurant feel comfy and private which i love. Lola's made me and family's night! And the mussels are my absolute favorite!!

We came in 2018 and when I learned we were going to be in Miami in 2023, I told her that we'd be doing Lola for the first meal in town. I'm not sure how we learned about the restaurant years ago, but now that we know about it, we'll come back every time. It's eclectic. Dark. Romantic. The food is stunning. The sauces with items are phenomenal. It's off the beaten path. Inside a dated and rundown condo building. There's never really many tables filled. Don't let this scare you off. It's amazing. Spicy Mango marg I had tonight - delicious. She had Caesar salad and the chicken parm. I had the provoleta, the ribeye, we shared a dessert. The bread is fresh. The butter is garlic butter. The veggies served with the steak sautéed and flavorful. Her side mashed had a smoky bacon fat flavor. Some reviews comment on the 18% service fee. Get over it. It's some of the best restaurant food you'll ever have.

All I can say is 10 out of 10 in every way possible is how our experience was. Service 20/10 supper nice people really good recommendations, food 20/10 I went with my family and we got different meals and no one had anything other then amazing things to say about their food including mine truly amazing, Ambiance 20/10 I loved the way that it felt private, elegant and I felt comfortable. Me and my family had the best time here and we are definitely coming back we have never been to a restaurant where we can all agree that we all enjoyed our food and had nothing bad to say about it.

Everything about Lola was charming, elegant, and delicious. Restaurant was empty when we arrived, but we weren't crowded by the wait staff. The ambience is romantic and whimsical. The staff were knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Cocktails were delicious and beautiful in presentation. We ordered tuna tartare, which was exquisite, followed by three very different dishes: chicken parm, Mahi Mahi special, and spaghetti frutti di mare. Each was delicious! So happy to have found this hidden gem.

What a hidden gem! It's tricky getting in as it's in a residential building that is under construction. You have to know about the restaurant but it has ocean views, great food and great service! Both delicious! Beet salad Tuna cerviche Salmon- yessss Quinoa salad - ok

Nice place. Great romantic vibes. The red sangria was delicious. The fruit at the bottom was fresh papaya. The shirt steak was delicious, had it with fries couldn't sub. Got cream spinach on the side. Also ordered the catch of the day. It was snapper it was very good too. Soup of the day was lobster bisque and it was the bomb. The complimentary bread was good too

We were expecting a standard, if slightly overpriced meal, as everything in Miami Beach that we'd experienced seemed to go for a premium; but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service at Lola's! The salmon and yellowtail fillets were both juicy, tender, and well balanced in flavor; and the mashed potatoes and spinach gratin were so delicious that even my boyfriend, someone who hates mashed potatoes, liked it. The ice cream was alright but we appreciated that the staff put in some effort to add some chocolate drizzle and make it a little fancy. The food wasn't the only standout, though. The service was truly top notch. Our waiter was welcoming and polite, always sensing when we were running low on water. This was probably the best service we've experienced in Miami! Overall, this is a great place for a casual to upscale dinner!

Buyer Beware. This is a 2 part review. For the good part. Food and service were very good and I have no complaint when it comes to eating and being served. Definitely recommend when it comes to that. The beware part is the hidden charge and again this is just for consumers information, I am not telling people not to go because again the food is worth it but when you first walk in the restaurant at the Host stand there is a sign stating they charge 3.5% for using a credit card. There was no host and as soon as we walked in the server sat us, even if I did see it I already paid for Valet Parking and it was a Sunday Night so I wasn't going to leave. In very small print on the bottom of the menu it does state there would be an additional charge but it is very small print at bottom of menu. There is also a 2% resort charge that the city of Miami Beach does add as well so on top of the 7.35% sales tax and the 2% resort fee if you don't carry cash you will also be charged for using your credit card. Just want people to understand that the food is very good but be prepared to pay a total of almost 13% on top of the Subtotal and Gratuity.

Really cool decor, but the food was subpar. I ordered the skirt steak and the flavor just wasn't there. This place is also located inside a hotel that almost look abandoned and smells of cigarette smoke. I found this place on Yelp with great reviews. But the only good thing about it was the decor. It's really swanky and unique. But I'd never go back. They were also doing construction right outside the restraint windows, so there's nothing nice to look at.

Was looking for a restaurant in my neighborhood that I hadn't been to yet ...and found Lola! I don't tend to enjoy going to restaurants that are inside hotels or condo buildings but I decided to give it a try (and it did not disappoint). I went with my parents and my toddler, they were accommodating and kind to us. The decor was really interesting very artsy and unique. We ate the blue cheese croquettes, the chimichurri chicken and fettuccine carbonara. All was excellent and the portions were large... we had enough to take home and eat the next day. We finished the evening with the Natilla Catalina which was also very well made! I was impressed by this little hole in the wall tucked inside a condominium but pleasantly surprised!

I had an amazing dinning experience with my husband here! We were the only ones in the restaurant and the waiters were super attentive and friendly. We had the ribeye steak and a bowl of vodka pasta. It was without a doubt the best steak we have ever had. It was such a welcoming and comfortable environment as well. We will definitely be returning when we are in town again!

We usually come here as it is very accessible to us. Food on average is delicious . Service can be good or bad. I had good servers and some with attitudes. One thing that kinda sets me off is not serving tap water and charging me a bottle of bottled water $8 which they called "regular " . I thought tap & regular were synonymous. Another thing on the receipt indicates "Gratuity is not a Tip". That drove me to google it and they are right but can be arguable . Lesson learned - read your receipts and clarify terms before agreeing.

The food at Lola was absolutely delicious!! I got the yellow snapper which was so juice, flavourful and cooked to perfection. The spinach au gratin side was yummy too. I would have liked some more veggies on my plate, but other than that it was good. The white wine sangria was delicious!!! Highly recommend!

My family and I came here for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! We had two appetizers to share, the Peruvian Style Ceviche Mixito and the Tuna Tartar, which our waiter highly recommended. Both dishes had good quality seafood. The ceviche was light and refreshing and the tuna tartar was flavorful and did not have a fishy aftertaste compared to other tuna dishes I have tried before. For the entrees, we had the Fettucine Carbonara, the catch of the day (recommended by our waiter) and the Skirt steak. I had shrimp added to the Fettucine Carbonara and the pasta dish was very good, not too heavy but still very rich. The fish was very delicious and had citrusy sauces that complimented it well. The skirt steak was flavorful and tender as well. The waiter was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Great atmosphere inside the restaurant. Hotel/resort is dated. Food is very average, but a good value for the price.

We arrived exactly when the restaurant opened at 6pm and we were all glad we did this place is delicious! The decor is very nice and service was great only complaint are the tables are a bit too small if you order multiple plates or appetizers and by accident a porcelain container fell off the table I have big arms. We ordered blue cheese croquettes and provoleta with chimichurri appetizers they were both fire! Then we ordered skirt steaks and chicken chimichurri with rice and beans everything was just wow amazingggggg! I will definitely eat here again only bad thing is parking good thing I was at the Hilton Cabana near by and we walked to the restaurant which is a couple blocks away only.

Speakeasy vibe. Beautiful, intimate, moody decor. Friendly and efficient service. Absolutely delicious food. Not sure why this place wasn't packed. I'm guessing it's because it's hidden in an apartment building. But I would definitely return if I come back to Miami. Thank you, Ricardo and Luis.

I was staying at the Fountainbleau and wanted a nice dinner. Found Lola on Yelp. We were kind of thrown off by the location because it looks like a residential building...and it is! Lola is located inside. The restaurant is nice however they are remodeling the outside of the building so the view out the window is pretty bad. Our service was attentive and amazing. The food was really great! Is it the glossy restaurant with a scene? No, but if you want something quiet with great food, you'll enjoy it here.

OK, I should do a several pages review to let everyone know how great our experience was but I'm not feeling like writing much & I have to do it. My GF picked this restaurant (secretly) to celebrate my last BD. We were a small group of 7. When we walked into the building I was surprised by how old everything looks, it's like being in a movie from the 80's. And one lady on the front takes care of everything (parking, directions, greetings). Going to the main point, the restaurant is super nice, modern with a classic touch, good music, low light, romantic, great services and excellent food. Philips took good care of us, he's very passionate about his job, and friendly. Ask him whatever and he will know it or find the answer! We'll definitely go back soon and I suggest you to check it out if you haven't done it yet.

I had my birthday dinner at the restaurant. They sand the birthday song for me. It was so cute. We had Catch of the day that was the mahi mahi fish. It was so delicious with veggies.

Well we had Thanksgiving reservations and made them on Yelp. was asked to confirm several time that we were coming just to arrive and find out the restaurant was closed. Not sure where the disconnect was but so disappointing.

Walking into Lola with new work colleagues/friends, I was nervous to hang out socially with them for the first time. We were welcomed warmly into a lovely, hip, trendy, modern vibe. At first it wasn't busy, so we were all like "what the heck, is this not a good restaurant?!" But quickly learned that we had made the right choice. The art and decor can most accurately be described as "dope" and "edgy." So cool. They were very accommodating to my friend who is lactose intolerant and the server knew which menu items did not have dairy (he got the mole pork chops- YUM!!!!). My cocktail was super fresh - coming from the cold, gritty blue collar town of Pittsburgh, my cucumber cocktail was a light, refreshing, and well balanced. I actually had TWO hehe . As rapper/actor William Smith says," Welcome to Miami", am I right?!?! We all liked our dishes - I ordered the spinach and ricotta ravioli. I'm a tough Italian cuisine critic (I mean heck, I had Grandma Sis's homemade Italian growing up after all!) and can say that it was excellent! Perfectly cooked and flavored and a generous portion that I couldn't even finish even tho I wanted to keep eating! We shared stories of our first kiss (mine was at the movies during Forces of Nature starring Hollywood's Benjamin Affleck and Sandy Bullock). Well done. Thank you for a perfect and dare I say MAGICAL evening.

Just went here today and boy was it delicious! The service was great too. Fast, attentive, and non-invasive. My boyfriend and I split the flap steak & yellow tail and both were phenomenal. I also got the spinach gratin & he got the rice and beans. The sides had immaculate flavor as well. Highly recommend! We had only stopped by because it was a 5 min walk from our hotel--- we had no idea it would be so great!

The ambiance and setting is ideal for a date, dinner with friends or family or any celebration. The dim lighting and music tantalize the senses and sets the stage for a great evening. The food is excellent.. I had the sweet and spicy curry shrimp for appetizer .. the flavors were superb I wanted more!! Then the lemon herb salmon for entree.. well seasoned and cooked to my preference. The service is great, awesome staff and made us feel so special celebrating our Anniversary. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing food! We got the New York steak, skirt steak, salmon, pork chops, and the Thai beef salad and everything was outstanding. Our server was Christian and he was very attentive to our needs the whole time. Would come again!

Was charged a gratuity but when checking out it didn't show that; I noticed it the next day when I was tossing receipts. The server gave me the device to pay and it just showed the total and asked if I wanted to leave a tip.
