Food: We started with the drinks. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and my husband had a chamomile tea. The tea was good quality and they bring you a honey popsicle to stir in if you like it sweet. The popsicle came in the shape of a honey bear. Adorable! The vanilla latte was not too strong and lightly sweetened. For entrees, we shared the pear salad, wagyu burger, and ham/cheese quiche. Although, we could have probably been fine with just the salad and one of the two main dishes. Everything was delicious. The salad was amazing. I can't believe I'm saying this, but they could ease up on the blue cheese a bit, although it tasted great. Wagyu was flavorful. The quiche looked great, my husband enjoyed it. Fries and breakfast potatoes were well cooked, well seasoned.
Service: Great service! The server was attentive and patient.
Ambiance: The locale is brightly lit and spacious. Although it seems like the best seats are toward the back overlooking the lake. We didn't have reservation, so we're relegated to the front of the restaurant. I loved that that there was a pop up jewelry shop set up near the hostess. Support local business!
I feel like they focused on some great details to make a weekend brunch enjoyable. Definitely a place I recommend to go if you want to impress out of towners, gals brunch, or a nice brunch date.
