Google
Highly recommend you check this one out, in the Proper Eats Food Hall. Smash burgers are excellent, juicy, melt in the mouth patties with just the right amount of fixings. Truffle fries are tremendous, as are the onion rings. Easy to order and select from the qr code at the tables, food was ready in under 15 minutes, sodas are self serve with over 100 fountain choices. Top notch food either eat in or take out!

Google
I’m so shocked this has such low starts as the burgers is literally one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Yes I’m not exaggerating. At first I was like damn that’s a little pricey . But after tasting it yea I’m glad I tried it. Delicious 10/10

Google
Expected so much less because of the reviews, but the burgers were pretty good! Truffle fries aren't worth it tho.. Price overall is amazing for a place in the strip, especially at the Aria! Note: This is in a food hall, so you order in one of the screens and pick up at the area your food is from.

Google
Very cool place with lots of other little restaurants in the eatery to choose from with a big communal sitting area. The tables are all a bit too small and only sit 2-4 at the most, so if you have a group bigger than that, it’ll be a bit awkward because the tables are spaced weird too. The ordering system is a nightmare. Everybody goes up the counter to order and every time, the employees have to explain that you order with the QR code or across the whole place at the kiosks. If you don’t have Apple Pay or another mobile pay, you have to manually type in your card details on your phone. at the end of all this, the mobile ordering has the guts to ask for a tip…. Takes 10 minutes to get a single burger, no fries, and it costs double what you would think. The water cups are not over at the drink machines, like you would think, but they are behind the counters, where again, there is no cashier to help. Instead you have to wait for the cooks to come and give you one… bad customer experience but good food.

"Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl. With yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there." ― Barry Manilow, "Copacabana" Backyard Classic, $17: 6oz patty, sesame bun, American cheese, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard (add a drink & Parmesan Truffle Fries for an additional $10) - I wasn't expecting much from this place at the Proper Eats Halls but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a legit solid burger. It had good flavor and was cooked well-done. While $27 for a burger and fries with a drink is a bit steep, it's Vegas. At least it's a tasty smash burger. It hits the spot and will satisfy any burger craving you might have.

Google
Burger was great, but they had the best onion rings I've had in my life! Workers were quick, and polite. Will definitely be returning when in Vegas

Google
Ok so this was such a hard dissapointment and here’s why. Me and my girlfriend were starving for some good burgers, we did our research and found Lolas. We came in having high expectations, the tast itself is not bad but we got our food halfway to being cold. Fries were lukewarm and the burgers were not hot, they did not feel like they were just made. I don’t know why this happened, it seems they are made to order but for some reason the food was kinda cold. So for that reason itself, the tast is not as great as if could’ve been. Burgers and fries were not bad tasting but getting the food lukewarm was a huge let down for us.

Clare T.

Google
We was recommended to come here however was extremely disappointed. The burger was so greasy we had to use around 10 napkins to keep drying our hands. Also the chips were very salty and highly seasoned.

Yelp
This was my first time eating at the Proper Eats Food Hall in Aria. There were a limited amount of vegan options, but I was happy to see that Lola's Burger had a completely vegan burger option. I opted for the Impossible Burger that came with vegan cheese, vegan spread, avocado spread, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted bun. Overall, it was very good. The burger was a little underdone towards the center, so I will make sure to note for them to cook it well. I would still get this again in the future. Service wise, it was a quick order submission on the kiosk and was ready pretty quick. Ambiance of the space, I did enjoy that there was open seating so we could sit anywhere of our choosing. I would definitely come back to this spot in the future.

Yelp
This hidden gem is in aria hotel and somewhat of a food court but we originally heard about this place on YouTube from an influencer and we decided to make our way over here to try it and all I can say is the guy behind the counter were the nicest guys they were very helpful and great customer service they made us a phenomenal burger tons of meat tons of bacon and the cheese was perfectly placed in this crispy bun and the onion rings were on point the breading for the onion rings. I cannot tell you how amazing it was cause I love a good breading on anything and they delivered And I will say you can find a table once you get your food and look outside at the palm trees and the people swimming in the pool and it's just a really nice ambience to a perfect meal So if you're craving a burger, this is definitely a must try

Yelp
I'm so regretful that I didn't take a picture before we started eating. Everything was so yummy! We ordered two smash burgers and a combo of fries, onion rings, and fried jalapeños (a.k.a. fries Lola's way). It came with dipping sauces which were delicious - two different kinds. The food was real quality with double patty burgers and very generous portions as well. I am a well done type of girl but these came medium and I savored every bite - no regrets! We were both really hungry and we literally couldn't finish it all. I was so happy they even had a gluten-free bun option for me. Yay! The prices are super reasonable too. This was a pleasant surprise and bottom line all around awesome. Staff was friendly too.
google avatar

Ali C.

Yelp
Got the onion ring / parm fry combo basket. So tasty. Fries were ok, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Tasty sauces and enough to share. They are part of food court in Aria. You can place one order for multiple restaurants.
google avatar

Arman S.

Yelp
Worse Burger ever .this food court has lots of verity but this burger place was really the worst of the worst.
google avatar

John G.

Yelp
Saw this place on Yelp and wanted a burger close to where we were walking, unfortunately it wasn't what I would call a good burger. I'm still not sure which I disliked more- the uncooked onion rings or the way over priced meal? The burger tasted okay at first, but I couldn't even finish it, which killed me because it was so expensive. It was a pretty nice food court though.
google avatar

Tegan W.

Yelp
The burger tastes pretty good at first. However 1/2 way through the bun was soaked in grease 1 out of four people at my table actually finished the burger. Our fries were great tho. Wouldn't come out of my way to try it again.
google avatar

Yelp
Upstairs in the Aria, we ate in the food hall for dinner. We ordered from the touch screens and charged to the room. We had food from two different places, but the Lola smash burger was the tastiest item we had. The fries were luke warm, so disappointing. I would order the burger again tho!

Yelp
I love things all smash burgers, so when we landed in Vegas and needed a quick bite to eat, Lola's, located inside the Proper Eats Food Hall at the Aria, was a no-brainer for us to visit. Naturally, we went with just a smashburger, as-is, just how we like it. It's $17 which might seem high, but it's Vegas so not surprised. It comes with a double patty, cheese, grilled onions, and Russian dressing on a sesame seed bun. I don't typically like sesame seed buns but this one was tasty and fresh. The meat patties were melt in your mouth good, and the dressing was perfect complement to the burger. The double patty makes this a solid meal, and honestly worth the price. The ordering process here is a little bit confusing in the sense that you have to order from the kiosk surrounding the restaurants in the food hall, which there was two of them. At the same kiosk, you can order from all the different restaurants in the food hall, which is convenient. Luckily there weren't too many people, so ordering was quick but I can see it being a longer wait if it's a busier with people. Overall, solid spot for a burger, definitely hit the spot, satisfied the craving, and wouldn't hesitate to eat her again.

Yelp
I wanted something quick to hold me over before lunch. I assumed it would be a small order but it was an enormous serving of Parmesan fries and onion rings. The order was paired with a ranch dip that was cool and refreshing to help break up the greasiness of the fries. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I'd def visit again. It's located in the Aria food court so you can order via QR code or on one of the kiosks so it's super convenient.

Yelp
Service: if you order from a phone or tablet, you shouldn't get a tip. I feel that this plays a big part of human interaction. I want to see someone at the cashier who is friendly, helpful on food options, and making a good impression for the establishment. This was a negative. Food: we ordered Lola's fries with the onion rings. It was so bad. You normally can't go wrong with some fries and onion rings but if you fry it with old oil and you overcook it, it's just overprice dog food. Managers should make sure the oil is changed frequently to avoid making something simple a big fail. Atmosphere: it's nice. But they want you to order yourself over a tablet or phone, pick up your order, clean after yourself and dump the waste yourself with an 18% tip minimum. I am a very decent tipper but this has to come with great service.

Yelp
I'm not going to lie, $10 for a side of fries is criminal but I guess we're on the strip

Yelp
Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's go!. This is one of the businesses that are located in the proper eats food court. I purchased a smashed burger combo that included garlic aioli fries which was very good, the burger itself was ok but nothing to brag about. They are kind of pricey for their combos, but hey this is Vegas we are talking about!.
google avatar

Steven H.

Yelp
My favorite burger spot in Vegas @ the moment. Food is fresh, burgers are juicy, and the service was great. Order at one of those kiosk and wait for your burger to be prepared. Im definitely coming back.
google avatar

Enna J.

Yelp
The not-so-good: Slow service. Pricey The good: Huge portions. Flavorful. Cooked perfectly.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Being truthful, this would have been 5 stars if not for the $36 price tag for Smashed Burger add Bacon, Truffle Fries and Drink. The Burger is definitely awesome, probably one of the more memorable burgers I've had in all my visits to Vegas. Cooked, seasoned and visually appealing. Fries were wonderfully made and delicious. Proper Eats is on the 2nd floor of Aria and you order food from the kiosk. The space has alot of different and comfortable spaces to choose from and of course Aria offers great music in the background to keep your mood vibrant. The cool thing is that the drinks are self serve using the Coca Cola fountain machine with the massive options and free refills. Keep your cup (wink)!

Yelp
Me and my husband came to the food court l around 8pm on a Sunday evening. We had a heavy lunch and we weren't starving but wanted to get a quick bite before heading back out to gamble. We decided to share a smash burger and the fries, onion ring combo and a drink. Paid about $30 and it has the nerve to ask if you want to tip! I really hate the new ordering system that seems to be the new norm now. It's so anti human, even once your order is ready, the workers seem robotic themselves barely saying a word while pushing out your order for you to pick up. No smile, no have a great day, no thank you. Just a text that says your order is ready and them staring at you as you walk up to grab it. Ugh I hate it. Anyways, once we got our food and our drink from the messy drink machine, we sat down in a spacious booth to eat. We cut the burger in half to share. The onion rings/fries were hot and delicious with the dipping sauce they give you. The fried jalapeños that they threw in seem to be an afterthought. Was super tough as if it had been fried numerous times. The burger was SUPER greasy as if they grilled the buns in the same grease they cooked the patties and then topped it with the greasy patty itself. The grease was soaked thru the bun and just left a super queasy feeling while eating it. I only took a couple bites and passed the rest off to my husband. Even he didn't finish it. Mind you we shared 1 burger! I'm glad we didn't order separate meals. Nevertheless, wouldn't come back again.
google avatar

Heather M.

Yelp
A good Smashburger for a quick bite. It was a little heavy on the greasy side. If you're looking for a quick bite staying at the Aria. Fast service.
google avatar

Angela T.

Yelp
Good food. Ranch was good. Good place to stop by and get something quick. No complaints here.
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
I love love love this place in the Aria food hall. So much so that I had it twice during a 4 day stay. As a bit of a burger snob, it's hard to impress me these days. But the flavors here! My burgers were cooked and seasoned perfectly. And I think there's almost this sort of, onion spread, they might use? That or they cook the onion down enough to where it's almost a sauce? It was fantastic! And the fries with the truffle sauce were the perfect complement. That sauce is a nice and light addition to the flavor profile of the meal. I like to bounce around and stay at different resorts when in Vegas, but my experience with Lola's Burgers was so good that I see myself going out of my way to make a trip there next time!
google avatar

GG M.

Yelp
Ate this item on a Sunday night in the food court for dinner and in retrospect it was regrettable for a few different reasons. First of all the price is way too high even for Aria standards I paid $37 for a combo meal which is at least $10 more than what this meal should be. Is the burger awful? No but it is very heavy and it doesn't have any lettuce or tomatoes to offset the heaviness. The bread is not very memorable and 100% packaged, And they put some kind of creamy sauce on the side which had zero flavor I mean zero. The garlic fries would have been good if they were fresh but they tasted very reheated so that was a total waste of a meal calories and money easy one and pass. The meat patties are okay but not as crisp on the edges as I would like for a smashed Burger to be either tasted all right but nothing special or memorable that would make me ever want to come back.
google avatar

Tommy T.

Yelp
Inside the proper eats food court in the Aria, where everything is online or tablet ordered so there is really no service. This spot has a small menu that offers a double smash, classic burger, and impossible burger. The smash and classic were standard burgers that you get here for a premium. The fries were also not that crispy and the portion was on the smaller side. All in all nothing to go out of your way for.
google avatar

Renee S.

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow! I had a little bit of a burger expedition this year, only to be disappointed repeatedly. I would not call myself a fan of the smash burger, but I ordered one this time, and if every place could do burgers like this, I would be a believer. this was the juiciest burger yet. It was cheesy and delicious. The bun was soft and you could tell that they made this with a little love. I thought the Parmesan truffle fries were fantastic. My two kids who are picky eaters were literally fighting over these fries. I only regret not getting an extra side order. My husband wasn't even hungry and he took a few bites of that burger and thought it was delicious. He called it "my favorite burger of the year". This place is in the middle of the Aria hotel, and we just happened to be passing through but this was a huge highlight on our weekend getaway. Even if we don't stay at the Aria, we will definitely be back to this food hall.

G G.

Yelp
Over hyped. I visited the food hall after seeing reviews from YouTube influencers. I influence you to not EAT HERE! Save your MONEY FOLKS. You paying $30 for combo fries, drinks & burger. Burger is meh for a smash burger. The FRIES were saltier when your EX texts you after they learned you MOVE on! Eating those salty fries felt it was intentional. The cook gave me a cup for drinks but included another one because it was salty AF!!! I at least drank 4 cups and did finish the Fries. YUK
google avatar

Carla B.

Yelp
I tried the backyard burger because I prefer a burger with lettuce and tomatoes or else I would have opted for the smash burger. I like the bun fluffy and toasted. Meat was over cooked but I can say the tomato and lettuce helped with that. The ketchup, mustard and onion combination didn't work well for me because after getting my burger my bottom bun was soggy. Also my onions weren't the fresh juice onions I am used to. They didn't have the thick and crisp that comes with onions. Nothing stood out about the picked to me. Employees were nice and the area to eat works for the different restaurants, similar to a food court with nicer chairs. As far as price, I believe it should closer tot he price of the smash burger, I don't believe it's worth $15 unfortunately. -Carla B Ig: @cbanksfitness

Yelp
I was intrigued by the fries that another customer had so I had to grab some of my own but when I went to order I noticed they had fries AND rings with truffle seasoning. Sign me up. HUGE box of fries and rings that were seasoned very well and I would say were well worth it for the sheer quantity they give in this shareable order, for the table.
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
One of the best smash burgers that I've ever had, the meat "lace" on this was the thinnest and crispiest I've seen. Bun was soft and pleasant. Fries were really good and seasoned well. Service was no interaction, text notification and I picked up my order from the counter without verification or acknowledgment.
google avatar

Monique W.

Yelp
If you're going to eat at the Proper Eats food hall, Lola's Burgers is one of the better options! Instead of ordering via mobile QR code, we placed the order for Lola's Burgers at the Kiosk. We didn't wait too long, approximately 15 minutes for the food. We had ordered the Smash Burger, onion rings and the truffle French Fries. The Smashburger had cheese and pickles only. It was so good! The burger was cooked perfectly. The bread was fresh. The French Fries were yummy! It was quite flavorful with the truffle oil and seasoning on top of it. The onion rings were the best part though! It was topped with powdered sugar which really enhanced the flavors of the onion rings! Absolutely delicious! The meal was pretty expensive though, $30.00 for the smash burger, onion rings, and French Fries. There are a variety of table seating and booths available next to the bar area.
google avatar

Maria F.

Yelp
I was a bit apprehensive that we would not like the burger. I was wrong. The burger was cooked quite well. The seasoning as spot on! We were quite happy with the burger, truffle fries and onion rings! A repeat for sure! Enjoy!
google avatar

Danny B.

Yelp
Alright, so the Smash burger & Lola's way fries are "OK" at best. Extremely dry burger & Lola's fries are nothing to write home about by any means... However! (Of course there's a good side to this) The parmesan sauce is really good & do recommend dripping the smash burger into it for extra flavor. I cannot speak for anything else at Lola's Burger, but what I had was not to good. Far as Aria goes, it's the Aria! Aria is my go to & will always remain as such!
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
Of all the Proper Eats food hall restaurants, this Vegas only Lola's Burgers is the best!!!!! Service was super quick after ordering and the food was amazing. Food: - The Smash Burger for only $13 is so freaking delicious and hearty with two 3oz. patties, american cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and Russian dressing. - We also got the crispy onion rings which were fried perfectly and crispy but came with this weird tasting bbq ranch. I'll have to ask for regular ranch next time. Overall solid tasting food and will leave you full for the rest of the day.
google avatar

Yelp
Love the ease of ordering in this food court! The smash burger is soooo delicious but adding on the fries and a drink brought this lunch up to $32 which was pretty ridiculous...
google avatar

Dove C.

Yelp
It's a five for me!! Lola's burgers is one of the more unassuming stands at Proper Eats, but what they lack in immediate visibility (they are in the back corner), they make up for in flavor. I was so happy to see they had the Impossible burger - it was delicious! Their fries and onion rings though.... OMG! The truffle fries are crispy outside and perfectly cooked, and the onion rings are super crisp and well seasoned. The only critique I have is that Lola's touts a smashed burger, but they put zero smash on the impossible patty. Smash that patty fellas! The flavor experience will be the same, but the texture experience will be elevated for us non meat eaters. Looking forward to my next visit!
google avatar

Laila A.

Yelp
Decent burger spot upstairs in the food court at the aria hotel in Vegas. The burgers are a good size and the fries are crispy. Comes out really quickly. If you order the meal combo comes with a drink and there's a machine for the whole food court with a bunch of drink options. Pricey, but everything is around the same price there.
google avatar

Lora U.

Yelp
Ordered a smash burger and fries here yesterday. The burger was so salty. Like so salty it must have been a mistake. The fries were good. Not sure what happened but I couldn't enjoy my burger at all due to the high sodium. Disappointed and I never waste food so this was a bummer for me.
google avatar

Brian L.

Yelp
I keep on thinking spending more than $10 for a burger is worthwhile and I always end up disappointed. It's a fairly standard burger, but really nothing to write home about. Save your dollar for when you're getting proper sit down service. I will say that the Lola's Way is absolutely worth it though, so if you find yourself fairly late at night but still hitting the room a bit early, just order that, maybe some other sides at some of the other options in the food hall, and just gorge on your girl dinner rather than trying to psychologically convince yourself you need an entree to be full. It's a tad bit cheaper than Posh Burger and Side Betty Grill, and I don't think those are necessarily going to do you any better either. TIP: Get the Lola's Way.
google avatar

Erick D.

Yelp
First time trying Lolas's Burger, at 'Proper Eats' food court inside Aria Resort. You deft have to order in advance, the line can be long and getting your food can take a good min. Burgers are made to order, fresh fresh fresh! I really like this new food court (former location of the Aria Buffet). The place is new, it has enough tables and chairs. I really like that the fountain machine is just there outside for you to help yourself. If you're into drinking they have a huge bar next to all the restaurants. No complaints about this place or the other restaurants in the food court. A must when you're in Vegas.
google avatar

Marie V.

Yelp
We were graving a good burger and excited to try the new food court located in Aria. However so disappointed because our burger was burned, dry and tasteless. Fries were also over cooked. We will pass this place next time in town.
google avatar

Les L.

Yelp
Quality smash burger and delicious onion rings. I had never heard of this vendor before so I don't know its history, but the food was delicious and one of our favs from Proper Eats.

Yelp
Ordered the backyard burger with fried egg, and side of onion rings. Burger patty was thick but a challenge to bite into entire burger. I would not recommend getting the fried egg unless you like a fully cooked yolk. They should have options for well done or sunny side up/runny. Just looked shrunken. The burger patty, tasted by itself, was nicely salted, but a little overcooked. Was not feeling the sauce on the burger that day. When I think of backyard burger, at least coming from the Midwest, gotta have the mustard ketchup & relish! Will compare to smash burger next time, or maybe go to Gordon Ramsey's or Poshburger. Will give it another chance next time. Also music in the food hall was just too loud. Went on Sunday evening and felt it was a nightclub. Just not a good environment if you want to eat and talk with family, friends. We ordered togo and took back to room.
google avatar

Giancarlo A.

Yelp
Lethargic, overcooked, dry as heck smash burger. Worse off the fries were like cardboard. Sorry 4.5 had to do this to you. Was a big miss from this end.
google avatar

Larry B.

Yelp
This place was okay. But, I wanted to add things to my burger and that is impossible using their stupid kiosks. Customer service is out the window. Nobody cares anymore. In fact, I tried to customize my order, and they acted like they were going to do it, but they did not. The burgers were pretty good. But zero stars for service, because you serve yourself and you take the order yourself, so there is no service at all. The ambience of the entire place is just like any mall food court. It was almost embarrassing to be there, considering I was at the Aria.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
I had the wonderful pleasure of being one of the firsts to try Lola's Burgers at Proper Eats in the Aria! As being one of the firsts, I was expecting the service to be a bit slower and frantic. But I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was so kind and helpful and the truffle fries were wonderful! The burger was a bit over done. The ambiance was very food court like. Would very much recommend to people looking for a quick bite to eat.
google avatar

Kat M.

Yelp
Burger and fries are amazing, probably one of the best I have ever had. Not a huge fan of ordering off an app though. Located in the second floor of the cosmopolitan hotel and casino.

Matt L.

Yelp
Out of all the burger places in Vegas. I chose Lola's based on a youtube video. It's in a little food court in the Aria. You order from a kiosk. The burger was VERY good. Honestly probably in the top 5 best I've ever had. For sure top ten. My problem is the cost. My girl and I got 2 burgers, I added bacon to mine. Fries and onion rings and 2 drinks. Our bill was just over 70 dollars! Now I get Vegas is expensive but give me a break! No burger is worth that kinda money. I don't care how good it is. The fries and onion rings were also really good. Just ridiculously over priced. Even by Vegas standards. For sure would have given 5 stars if the price was more reasonable. The price will also prevent me from ever eating there again.

Yelp
An outstanding burger, friendly staff its definetly worth the visit, we tried the Lolas way it was really good.

Look it is delicious but 45.00 for a burger fry and drink in a food court is a little rich haha but we are at the ARIA! It's good! The fries are perfection! It's QR code and pick up service but still ask for Tip. Kinda interesting

Yelp
These are some great burgers. Sampled the truffle fries and the onion rings and they were both excellent!! The drink was $7 and the cup was very small but you can refill it.
