We love cheese and this place was a hidden gem! There is an out-of-this-world garden out back with picnic tables where you can enjoy yourself. Inside, we got to see the cheese being made and they shared more about the process. We got to sample several cheeses and then bought 5 kinds to take with us plus a local jam. Everything tasted amazing and was very reasonably priced. We followed a billboard from the 101 North and then went about a mile or 2 into Loleta to get there, and it was totally worth it. While driving, we thought we were on the wrong track, turns out it's just a small town with a tiny cheese factory that you could totally pass by if you didn't know it was there.
We also had incredible grilled cheese sandwiches from Queso Kings inside. The "Hot as Hell" was totally on point and I think it was called the "Hombolt Blues" (the one with the blueberry compote, cinnamon and sugar). Wow! Highly recommend!
