Lollipop Shop

This place took me back to when I was a kid making candy with my Mom. The owners make everything on-site, they have a lovely shop, really decked out for Easter.

Stopped in earlier today with a friend on the hunt for some little candy trinkets for some gift baskets and met Ruth the owner. OMG she was absolutely the sweetest! She was telling me about how hard it was trying to make it through COVID in a college town like this, but they are family owned and luckily still here. I love that she gives back to the community too. In our conversation she specifically mentioned making a bunch of orders and bringing it in to the hospital for every nurse on the floor. We need more people who run business like this! Will be back soon

I’ve only lived in the area for a handful of years, but I refuse to go anywhere else to get my holiday candies. The Lollipop shop is small, but they have so much to offer. We always look forward to their fist sized chocolate covered strawberries on Valentines, their unique Christmas , easter and other holiday chocolates. The owner is also the sweetest, most down to earth person. You couldn’t ask for better service. It’s always nice to see a face behind the business instead of being a random number at Walmart. This place is the epitome of why I always shop local

Such a wonderful experience! The chocolate truffles are very high quality, and there is so much variety. I will definitely be returning for more!

This little Shippensburg Gem has the MOST AMAZING Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzels. The Owner is so dear and goes above and beyond to please. I love my homemade treats every single time!!!

This is a must if you enjoy fresh candy of yesteryear. Such a delightful store and friendly owners & staff. Their selection is incredible! Definitely will drive to Shippensburg again!!

My mother and I went to this establishment for the first time today. Got about a pound of chocolate. We both looooved it!!! The wonderful lady working the counter was very nice and helpful. We will most definitely be coming back often. Gonna mail some of these amazing chocolates back home to family and friends. I definitely recommend visiting this establishment if you are in town!! Grandma goes a little overboard for Easter & loves to get peanut butter eggs from just about everywhere… that being said, I have had so many different brands of eggs & the peanut butter eggs from here were by far my favorite! The chocolate is a little thicker than you would expect but it works & was a pleasant surprise!
