Google
Frozen processed patty for the Lolo burger.. Frozen processed chicken strips for the chicken sandwich?? Massively disappointed in the awful taste quality of food. I’d rather eat McDonalds. Go to the Hudson or Stillwater locations. Don’t bother with this one.

Just encountered an absolutely obnoxious lady. It was around 5 AM at the airport and I was just going to eat a quick breakfast my wife packed. Mind you, nearly all the tables were empty and it was in an open area right next to the gate where I was about to board my flight. I was just going to use one of the MANY EMPTY Tables there to finish 2 roll, which would take less than 5 minutes. All of a sudden this obnoxious waitress comes up to me and says if I'm not ordering anything there, I can't sit. I could understand this if the restaurant was busy, but there was almost nobody at ANY of the tables. I said I could finish my food in 5 minutes and leave but she proceeded to kick me out in proper Karen fashion. Absolute BS service. If this is the way you treat people, no way in hell I'm eating here!

Google
Disappointed in the bartender/servers attitude. She was definitely not happy to be there and acted annoyed of all customers. When I asked about egg options(menu says eggs any way you like) she rudely said i can only do scrambled so that’s what we got along with microwaved bacon. $2 meal to make that cost me $18. Much better options around. First and last time here!

Google
I sat down, noticed the qr code ordering thing and tried to order. The moment I tried to order it gave me an error, saying the menu itself was no longer available. After waiting forever the lone tender said "you want a menu?" And shoved a very small menu at me and ran off. At least double the price you'll pay at a decent bar and terrible service.

Google
Nearly $40 for a beer and a pre-made patty on a cheap bun. The app is confusing as well

Google
Paul was very nice and provided great service. Food was super good, jam made in house and the hashbrowns were delicious. I accidentally ordered a bloody Mary non virgin and he remade it for free. Very kind!

Google
Wow, what can I say.. the chicken tenders laced with a tangy flavor sauce, was spot on. It was delicious. The beer was cold and refreshing. The bartender were great and on spot. Compare to other airport places high five guys n the cook got a tip. Dam right Ty for a good experience

Google
Karen was our server and she was AMAZING!! She clearly loves her job, I will be back here just for her. Just the energy I needed before boarding my flight. She even gave me a hug! Seriously made my whole day. Great sense of humor, fun spirit, beautiful woman. Thank you Karen, you are a ray of sunshine!

Yelp
Restaurant and bar at the end of E gates, nice as I could watch my delayed flight gate as I had a drink and bite to eat. Definitely airport prices as drink was $17 and burger & fries $20.85. Fries were really good and fresh, burger was just okay.

David S.

Yelp
I had Korean Chicken Strips. They were good but only very remotely Korean. The reason for my low rating is because they charged me $4 more for the beer I ordered than the price they listed on the menu. They said they had a recent price increase but hadn't updated the menu yet. It's unlikely I'll ever eat there again but if I do I will let them know I felt the $4 from my last visit covered the tip for the current visit. There must be a law that covers this sort of thing isn't there.

Immaculate I.

Yelp
I mean, it was fine. Service was good. It was one guy doing all the work. Food was decent. Airport prices. It's at the end of terminal E so it can be quite busy and loud but this morning the ambiance was nice and calm.

Sylvia M.

Yelp
Excellent breakfast! Their house made jam was soooo good! The waiter was nice. It was pretty quiet when I was there. Exactly what I needed before I boarded my flight.

Diane S.

Yelp
Welcome to another great Midwest dining experience at the airport. John, super friendly and on top of things. All the other patrons equally friendly. Glad I tried the creamy chicken wild rice soup. It was very delicious and warmed a hollow place in my stomach right up. The bacon cheeseburger with Swiss was a delicious and flame grilled. Of course went with fries over chips. Good pricing and great portions for the price especially at the airport! The pulled pork nachos were the gents next to me. We decided they were Texas sized. Though could have some better flavor. Nice place to wait for your flight grab a drink and enjoy some food.

Karen C.

Yelp
This was a pleasant surprise at the airport. I could see my departure gate from the comfort of my table. I did not try the cocktails (saving money today). But I had a good burger and a beer. The bun was nicely toasted, and they did not quibble about substituting a different cheese for the ghost pepper cheese that was standard. Some would probably consider the burger dry, but bacon helped, as did the beer. lightly pickled cucumbers were a nice touch. The fries were standard, but ketchup came automatically, which is nice. Extra napkins too! And the plate was hot, which you know I appreciate. Would done here again, and possibly yry the sourdough avocado toadt.

Julia S.

Yelp
You know how sometimes you're at the airport during the holidays and everyone is cranky and you feel like you need to have a flashing neon sign to get your server's attention? This was exactly the opposite of that. I had arrived relatively early and wasn't quite ready to plop myself down in the terminal so decided that I would grab a glass of wine. Luckily, there was something right by my gate. Hello, Lolo! I sat at the bar and was promptly greeted. John was friendly and, when I asked for a glass of bubbles, was sure to tell me that the Prosecco was the drier of the two bubbles offered. (Excellent intuition about what I want? Ten points to Griffyndor!) Attentive and friendly service, paired with a of selection of pre-flight libations? Awesome! If you arrive early for a flight leaving from an E gate, definitely consider grabbing a glass or pint here.

Richard C.

Yelp
This is THE BEST Avocado Toast I've ever tasted! I really hope I have another early morning flight sometime so I can eat it again!

Allison W.

Yelp
I'm a tad confused reading some of these reviews because my experience here was very good. I was greeted right away by Karen when I sat down, and she was nothing short of delightful. I ordered a bloody mary and the korean steak tacos with smoked salt and rosemary french fries. The food came out quickly and the fries were piping hot and crispy. I thought the tacos were nicely balanced with sweetness and acidity. It wasn't a ton of food and yes was on the pricy end of things, but honestly everything is expensive these days so might as well pay a few more bucks for something decent. Overall I couldn't really find anything to fault here. I fly a lot and plan to come back in the future.

Yelp
-Airport prices....but its an airport, get over it or don't buy drinks and food at an airport. More comment on that at the end. -Super friendly, attentive and quick bartender (John S). -Nothing too fancy for drinks but has the basics well covered. -A handfull of beers on tap including a couple semi-local (from Stillwater) -Decent basic selection of liquors. Whiskey and bourbon included Crown and Makers Mark and a couple bottles a notch or two up (Old Forester 1897 for example) similar selection of tequila, etc -Short menu but diverse selection of food Stopped in before a flight back to Houston. Been looking at this place for literally years and have never stopped but had extra time. Its a large estabishment for concourse E with a large bar with 4 sides and lots of tables. Got a couple blue moons (my safe choice when I don't feel like experimenting) and the korean tacos. The tacos were nothing super special but definitely solid. Meat tender and good flavor, no complaints. The customer service was excellent. The bartender (John S) was hauling ass non stop and was super friendly and engaging with customers. The prices on everything at an airport are outrageously inflated so just on principle I'll be damned if I'll give 5 stars to anybody no matter how good. With rock solid service, drink selection and food Lolo was an easy 4 for an airport.

Yelp
One consistent spot that we love to dine and now with an airport location , it's my go to spot when I am at the airport. They have most of the good items in the airport menu too. It was quite empty around 11am given that he super was crowded. Service was quick but the food took long to be served. So if you are in a rush this may not be the spot to dine in. Tried the bacon breakfast taco today. Tortillas were a bit dry and the bacon not fully cooked through, but the eggs were soft. It was supposed to have ghost pepper cheese and their menu mentioned spicy! But it was nothing but spicy. Overall the tacos had some flavor but nothing extraordinary. Coffee was served luke warm and I like mine hot ! I was there around 10.58am so mine was the last breakfast order so that could be why the coffee wasn't as hot ! Nevertheless it should have been hot !! Just coz I love this spot and am a regular at their city locations, I shouldn't be making excuses on their behalf . Given that so many new great food choices have opened up at MSP, LoLo better amp up their food quality to stay in the game.

Muluneh S.

Yelp
I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and this is what I got. I paid $15 Worst service and I will never eat there.

Kelly R.

Yelp
Seriously the worst soup ever. It was described as a Coconut curry chicken soup. It had ONE piece of chicken and the rest was all shallots. Didn't see a mushroom at all. Yikes. Do better. This was the airport location. I mentioned it to my waitress who clearly didn't give a shit, that's how all the soup looks, she said. I call BS. Lastly, in no place is it okay for a server to have nails longer than short! It's gross and disgusting.

Michelle O.

Yelp
Like shooting fish in a barrel. This place will always be busy because of it's location at the end of the terminal. Next time, I'm putting my foot down; I'm not going to eat there. It's just not that good. I had the breakfast tacos. They were supposed to be spicy. Nope. Overcooked eggs this time too. Had to ask for salt. Ice in my morning orange juice. It's just mediocre; from start to finish.

Michael E.

Yelp
2/25 6 am. Waitress didn't acknowledge anyone. Waited about 15 minutes and along with four other groups. We left.

Mandy L.

Yelp
I think this is my first airport restaurant review because my airport dining experiences are always uneventful, but I am giving this place 4 stars because this is the trendiest airport restaurant I've been to. I can't believe this is airport food! The menu isn't very extensive, but they have very interesting things like bacon jam crostinis, and bacon wrapped hot dogs (not so trendy, you can get those off the street vendors in Los Angeles, but still good), bacon hash browns (notice a trend here?) The late breakfast was yummy. Their eggs were poached but also fried, so it was crispy on the outside and runny on the inside. It also comes with two bacon jam crostinis, which was so much tastier than just plain toast. Be warned, the food little pricey, but then again, it's airport prices so what do you expect? As long as it's not airport quality, then I feel a little more justified in paying a premium to dine.

Michael W.

Yelp
Arrived at 6:38PM. Sat down and was told they were closed. The sign clearly says they're open till 9PM. He said "that was before". Before what? Or they just didn't feel like working any longer?

Vee V.

Yelp
My first visit to Lolo was to their Stillwater location, and I loved it. I was on the hunt for a deliciously unhealthy burger, so when I came across this location at MSP I knew I had to try their Lolo burger. It sucked. I was with a friend and it seemed like it took forever to get seated. The host was running around, there were servers standing in the back looking like they weren't doing anything. Once seated I ordered the Parmesan Tatar tots with masala curry ketchup, and the Lolo burger. The presentation on the tots were great, but flavor was weird. The ketchup was too heavy, the curry added richness that was not necessary. The burger was suppose to be spicy with ghost pepperjack. It didn't seem to have a hint of spice. The Lolo steak sauce was like a thick soy sauce, yet my actual burger still needed salt. It was just a mushy flavorless burger. Our server was nice, and food came out fast, but I was sad I wasted my cheat meal here.

Joe C.

Yelp
Fast and friendly service. I went with one of the highlighted favorites, pork belly tacos. They were good. You can order food and alcohol to go which is nice for those with delays or hungry and catching a flight!

Xai V.

Yelp
Disgusting and not very welcoming. Had to asked for menu, had to asked for water and he was so quick to close me out. And I'd ordered the fish and chip. This is the sadden food ever.

Nancy M.

Yelp
This awesome little place was conveniently located next to my boarding gate and I was conveniently starving with not much time before boarding. So I visited the bartender and placed an order to go and I'm oh so glad that I did! First of all, he was a pleasant and engaging young man that clearly knew how to work a room, keeping his patrons happy and cared for...even those of us not drinking. The establishment itself was clean and well cared for and the dining area looked inviting and comfortable. I didn't eat my 'Late Breakfast' meal until I was in the plane but it was still oh so good! Thumbs up all the way around for LoLo!

Nick M.

Yelp
You are never going to get fast service, but gosh for the restaurant next to your gate I haven't had better. Drinks are poured generously and my burger was actually quite good! I've heard (and seen looking around) that appetizers are relatively skimpy and not their strong suit. So if you're looking for drinks and an entree and have the time and the cash, check em out!

Katherine G.

Yelp
We stopped for drinks before our flight. While wine selection is fairly limited, the pours are huge! If the music was not so 1970's, it would be a 5-star venue.

Lindsay L.

Yelp
Ok , first let me say I'm reviewing this "as an airport restaurant" not a traditional restaurant. Service and food quality are never the same so that's my disclosure! I loved the menu selection- soup, salads, crosstinis , tacos, burger and a few entrees. Apparently lolo's is s Stillwater restaurant with a new one now open in Hudson. Was flying out and decided to stop for lunch ! $14 for a glass and a half of house wine- normal for airport. Ordered chicken tacos with side salad - $13! Was supposed to be spicy but no spice to be seen - no pepper even. Anywho - came with avocado, red pepper and cheese and I liked it! Service was strange- you had to type in a pin code to use any credit card - didn't have one so she said she would bypass " this one time"... ummm thanks? Decent food, great alcohol selection from MN breweries and distilleries. Decent prices!

Mark W.

Yelp
Good food, eclectic menu. The downer is that the drinks are too expensive. My excellent breakfast cost 13.50, but my Bloody Mary was $14. Seriously? It's not like it was the greatest Bloody Mary on the world either, so advice to management would be price the drinks better

Jackie C.

Yelp
Generally I understand that food in an airport is over priced but that is never an excuse to not try and serve good food. Service - The service here started out great but once I had gotten my food I never saw my waitress and sat waiting for my bill for about 15 minutes. It was not busy in the restaurant, it was actually decently slow. Food - I had the LoLo Burger and it was actually really good. The only thing I had to complain about the burger was that the bun was cold, but that does not change the fact that it tasted amazing. The side salad I got however was terrible. I was told it had a cherry vinegarette, but when I saw it and tasted it, it was basically just oil. The greens we're wilted on the bottom and it was just soaking in oil. There was absolutely no flavor to the salad or dressing. It was extremely disappointing. Overall - If I was really hungry and this was all that was near my gate then I would eat here again. But if I had a choice I would pass. I never tried any of their cocktails but next time I will have to, as their selection of craft cocktails sounded delicious!

Tiff M.

Yelp
Discovered a hair on my plate after I was almost finished eating. The waitress was thorough, but short with people. Drinks were VERY strong, if you're into that. Do not order the Caesar salad, lettuce is very soggy and chicken is fake black microwaved. Profanity coming from the kitchen. Almost comical. Chicken tacos were delicious!

Tony B.

Yelp
Probably only good for the nice open area bar at the end of what can be a very crowded terminal. Pass on the food option as there are much better sit down options in the terminal. I ordered the popular Lolo burger which comes with a side salad. I received a burger with a smashed bun and fries. When the waitress passed a few minutes later I told her that I ordered a side salad. She took my plate back to the kitchen. A few minutes later she returned with a burnt well down burger with the same smashed bun and a side salad. They table next to me said, "Are you really going to eat that?" I think I really just got a bad server? As other folks seemed to be happier. Sadly the waitress didn't correct my bill and charged me for the fries. When I pointed that out ever so politely she said it was the same price which is not true. Cutting my losses I got out of there and found a nice burger place halfway down E across from the doughnut bar!

Julia O.

Yelp
Usually fruit & berry salads are one of the most mediocre dishes on the menu. With maybe three berries and an overwhelming amount of tasteless lettuce, I usually find myself underwhelmed and wishing for more. NOT HERE! I've had Lolo's fruit & berry salad multiple times and every time it is exquisite. Complete with all of the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, toasted pecans and goat cheese I could want, I'm always left satisfied! Even when the order is placed to go!

Mia H.

Yelp
The food is always decent and they make one of my favorite old fashions, staff is friendly its airport fare so expect steep prices. I make it a point to go here every time I'm flying out. I've gotten things like soup, they need a different bowl choice, super shallow dish I would normally choose for solid food not soup, to tacos, to breakfast food. They're pretty quick about getting it out to you which is great when you only have about an hour to kill before boarding begins. (Hour and 15-20 depending on your boarding zone)

Shon K.

Yelp
Needing a meal sthe airport, I swung into LoLo. The place was pretty busy but my buddy and I got seated fairly quickly. Almost everything on the menu looks/sounds pretty damn tasty, but I opted for the pork tacos. The server returned to inform me they were out of the pork (popular menu item) so I requested the chicken tacos with no Pico. What I was served was the Mahi Mahi tacos with the toppings that go on the chicken. Strange mixup by the cooks but no worries, dude needed to eat. They were delicious - loved every bite. I will definitely dine here again when in town.

Evan L.

Yelp
Ok place. The older woman with the black rimmed glasses is a little on the rude side. She was not very nice to my kids I probably won't go there again as it was not that great experience. Ps a lady had her dog out of its carrier and on the counter...... nasty

Michael M.

Yelp
This place just opened today. Phenomenal service at the bar - cocktails were well made and presented. I also had the chicken quesadilla which had a nice presentation as well, and tastes really good. Had a nice kick to it too! Next time I'm in MSP Terminal 1 Concourse E, I'll come back!

Becca H.

Yelp
I came here on a weeknight for some food and drinks since I had time to kill before my flight. Long story short: good drinks, but mediocre food. My favorite drink here was the LoLo Sazerac. I always appreciate and am impressed by a well done Sazerac, and that's exactly what you'll find here. To eat I went with the Roast Chicken & Ghost Pepper Quesadilla, which were not actually spicy at all and not satisfying either. I was still hungry, but was too hesitant to order another overpriced and underwhelming entree. The service was pretty quick, but not too friendly. I guess you can't expect much when everyone's used to rushing around. Regardless, some friendly small talk or even a smile would've gone a long way from the wait staff. I'd say definitely come here for a drink, but don't stick around for your meal.

Lisa P.

Yelp
Not bad. The food was hot and fresh but the flavors were a bit over the top. Too complex for my liking. Beer cold. Priced a little high.

Carissa E.

Yelp
Lolo is our favorite date night spot! We always say we want to go somewhere new and end up here regardless. The tasters are amazing - chicken crackle is my all time fav. The service is always great and that staff is friendly and fun. Their hand crafted cocktails are another story, you can order from all different categories (rum, tequila vodka etc) and it will always taste amazing, perfect ratio every time. The triple pork tacos are amazing - the different textures and tastey zingy sauce is so delicious. (Seriously don't miss out on the rosemary French fries with aioli sauce - so good)

Melissa M.

Yelp
I had the "late breakfast". I was upset cause we had missed breakfast. This. Is. Amazing. I mean I love bacon anyway. This was an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend. The mimosa was pretty good too!

Christina G.

Yelp
decent spot in msp airport. menu had a variety of options ranging from sandwiches, tacos and salads to larger entrees. they also had a lots of tasty cocktails. i sat at the bar and ordered a cobra verde (spicy vodka cocktail) with a fat joe burger and french fries. the food came out fast. the burger was cooked a perfect medium and was very juicy. even though it was topped with bacon, pork belly and coleslaw... i really wanted to put salt and pepper on it. in general was missing some seasoning. fries were crispy and a large portion. asked for a side of ranch to dip things in, they dont have ranch. ended up with basil aioli instead. definitely an efficient option if you're looking for a step up from takeout.

Tom Z.

Yelp
We both had the chicken ceasur salad. Very friendly and quick service. Also had a nice selection of beer, domestic and craft brew.

Jimmy E.

Yelp
I ordered the chicken quesadillas app and I couldn't tell where the chicken was. Their quesadillas are so thin and small you're basically paying $10 for crackers and cheese. Put some reall chicken on your quesadillas man.

Dave Z.

Yelp
Rude rude and rude avoid if possible, but if your down here and want a cocktail your hosed. And you will have to put up with the rude service. They assume you will leave a tip considering your leaving town, and you were until you stopped here.

Maura G.

Yelp
If you're eating at the airport, it's usually not by choice. It just is what it is. Lolo, however, feels like the exception. I was fired up to be flying out of this airport again, because it meant I got to eat at Lolo again. Mixed Berry & Brie Crostini - I've dreamed about eating you again!

Syd S.

Yelp
How can you have a location at the airport, have posted hours of 5-9pm and have last call at 7:30pm?!?!?! We're are a regular of Stillwater but I'll Never walk over to your airport location again. Poor poor management decision

Aaron H.

Yelp
There are tons of places to eat at the airport; which surprised & overwhelmed me! Lolo's was simple but good! I ordered the French Fry's with with Rosemary Sea Salt and a Basil Aioli. The fry's were great - perfectly cut and fried to a delicious & crispy on outside and tender inside. Great selection of beers on tap and friendly staff. I will note that there were a lot of staff to customer ratio which was surprising but paid off when trying to close out my tab. Beer and French Fry's $16 isn't too bad

Emily O.

Yelp
I stopped at this restaurant at prior to boarding a 12p flight. I probably sat down at 10:30a. They served a limited (5-option) breakfast menu. Although the other items sounded good (ricotta pancakes, a Korean breakfast dish, and something spicy), I opted for the yogurt/granola plate. My server was very nice and prompt. However... I didn't love the dish. It was pretty, but since the honey decorated the whole plate my spoon and hands ended up sticky (this could be my fault, but I am a fairly neat eater). The granola was ok but the mix of dried cherries and fresh berries was odd, and some of the nuts tasted burnt. I'm not sure I'd spend $14 on this dish again. However, it's clear that they are seeking to provide unique options, so hopefully my next stop in will be better.

Dan D.

Yelp
Legitimately surprising, quality airport food. Enough said. Ordered Korean BBQ Tacos, and a Saison to wash it down with. The Saison beer was light, hoppy, with floral notes, like a proper Saison. The Korean BBQ Tacos were served with fries, and solid. I particularly liked the tartness of the pickled cucumbers balancing the meal. The fries weren't bad, but fairly generic. Nothing special but didn't detract from the meal. Unfortunately, I won't get much of a shot to explore the menu heavily. But they're quick, tasty, and a nice change of pace from most of the other slop at airports. Give them a whirl if you're nearby.

David M.

Yelp
Stopped in LOLO since I had extra time at the airport and wanted to check out something different than the standard fare. It is billed as a craft bar and american kitchen. The food menu has a varied selection and I ordered a Mahi Mahi rice bowl and a then a French 75 from the cocktail menu. I got my drink first and was pleased with the quality. Not stellar, but pretty damn good. Food arrived soon after and I was also pleased with the quality of the food. It was fresh and had enough flavors for my taste buds to be happy. Again, not spectacular, but very good especially at an airport. Since I enjoyed the first drink, I tried to order another cocktail (off menu) and the server went to ask the bartender if he could make it. I ordered a traditional daiquiri which is not frozen for those that do not know. It is a very simple cocktail and one that any self professed "craft bar" should easily be able to make. The recipe is as follows... 2oz rum, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice and 1/2oz simple syrup. You shake these with crushed ice then strain into a coupe glass (served "up"). I was told that their simple syrup is pre-infused with lemon and they did not have enough limes to have fresh lime juice. This is the reason I am not leaving a higher rating. IMHO, any bar labeling themselves as "craft" should know how to make this drink without instruction and have these basic ingredients on hand always. The server was nice and accommodating so that was no issue at all.

Sasha R.

Yelp
Food was tasty and filling, and reasonably priced, when thinking of airports. Salad was fresh greens that were dressed just perfectly. Definitely give it a try when passing through. That's hard to beat when you are traveling. Nice dining experience at an airport. Loved their pork belly tacos, wow! I will be back here again!

Philip R.

Yelp
Delayed flight and bar/restaurant right in front of gate. Server allowed me to sit and watch situation while grabbing glass of wine and order of Roast Chicken & Ghost Pepperjack Quesadilla which was very good. Server very pleasant and attentive to my situation!
