Lombardis Pizza & Halal Indian Food

I visited Lambordis Pizza on 10/17/2025 @11.10pm to order Chicken Biryani and was very disappointed to find an insect in my food. Today, I immediately reported this to the staff, and while they offered a refund, it did not cover the full cost of my meal. I paid $16.64 and they gave a refund of $15.89. I showed them a picture of food and also gave the food back to them. It is some cents difference but thats not the point. I am surprised to see a very casual reaction from the person who refund me back at the counter as it is very normal to them. Besides, they write a reason for refund i.e. customer changed mind like really ?? I have photo evidence and receipts to support my claim. This experience raises concerns about their food safety practices, carelessness, and I hope they take this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to others.

I will not be ordering from this place no more… I gave them so many try’s… they messed up on my orders brought me the wrong sandwich wrong dessert… then asked for the dessert back… you would of thought out of courtesy, they wouldn’t want the dessert back out of safety, but they asked for it back so they can re-sell it that is not good… What if someone would’ve coughed over it or touch the desert and you gonna resell it! Resell food that comes from other customers is unsanitary, nasty and dangerous

I usually used to get from here and today i got too as i live nearby. The food used to be great !!!!! I used to love there but now not anymore ! The goat curry i paid 19$ to get was so bland and just watery !!! Im so disappointed. It is so watery and no seasoning and the meat in it is not even cooked well . Im so disappointed!!

My pizza was burnt. The cheese was not cheesy I asked for extra cheese and did not get that. My pizza had a bug in it . And when I called the people who worked there was very unprofessional very unpleasant and rude . They would not give me a refund when I asked until I already decided to throw the slice away . Then offered and took long and never asked me for my card info for the refund. I asked for a half of cheesesteak and instead they gave me a whole knowing I said half and agreed as if they would give me one. The tomatoes on my salad tasted old and were extremely soft . 0/10 do not recommend!! I also asked for a fruit punch instead they gave me grape soda when that is not what I asked for. Do not eat here it is not worth your money I spent a total of $35 for my food to not be prepared as I asked.

Wow….. this place is honestly my go-to spot. The quality of this food is delicious, and Fresh and the people there are very personable. They definitely care about the customers. I really love how accommodating they are and how consistent they are with their service. 10/10!!! Will always go to this restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered delivery. Food cold and the delivery driver did not bring my food to my door. I paid a service fee of 4 dollars plus a 10 percent tip. I requested a refund and was denied. I normally have good service from this restaurant but never again... I would be more accepting if the pizza was not cold.

I ordered a pizza from this place and was very disappointed. The food was clearly not fresh – the cheese tasted sour, and the toppings looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. The crust was soggy and cold, as if it had been reheated. Honestly, I couldn’t finish the meal. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about quality and freshness

Very disappointing. I had high hopes for this place, but the pizza was awful. The dough was undercooked and chewy, the sauce was bland, and the pepperoni tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for days. It didn’t even smell appetizing. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be ordering from here again.

As soon as I saw the versatility of this place, I hoped like hell it would be good! Oh boyyy! It's a goldmine! I had whole wings and they were PERFECT! Coming from a native hot wing/whole wing city, they made me proud!!! They've got Indian cuisine, Italian, American, alll sorts of beverage options and a mini tobacco mart! Creative and genius! If ever in the Baltimore/Towson areas, please support them!

Be aware. This place isn't authentic Italian--far from it. Customer service was terrible. Explanation below. 1) I ordered cheese and beef calzone. The cheese not even half melted. I took it to them, they made me another one--a bit better, but still undercooked (see pic). The second time, they try to justify it saying it's a different kind of cheese and it is supposed to be cold. WHICH CALZONE HAS COLD CHEESE INSIDE IT?!?!? I repeat: Cold. Cheese. In. Calzone.

Food is delicious. Everything else is atrocious. Overwhelmed and understaffed front line. Rude/ nonchalant front line. Cleaning staff is texting and taking a quick break while in the middle of cleaning the front entrance foyer, just ridiculous. Order delivery. Or plan a LATE pick up for no extra hassle. Not an atmosphere to relax or sit down in. Carry out/ Delivery only.

The pizza is pretty good. I ordered online, it said it would be ready to pickup in 15 minutes. Knowing it could be slow, I decided to leave after 15 minutes since I live about 10 minutes away. I ended up standing in a chaotic line and when I got up there she wasn't taking the time to understand where my order was. She told me it wasn't ready and when I asked her how that was possible she then turned around a grabbed my order off the rack that was there 30 seconds before when she told me it wasn't ready. I wasn't too upset because it happens, but then she went out of her way to tell me that I could've gotten my large pizza with 2 drinks for the same price as my pizza and the one drink i got that ended up costing me more for being a dumbass. Then she was like "Go get your ONE soda" I'd rather you not tell me about the special then tell me i essentially paid a dollar more to end up with one drink when I could've had two. I would've loved that can but I couldn't swing it. Just annoying. The nice thing to do would be to tell me to grab two since I clearly wasn't aware of the deal and paid $13.44 for a large pizza and a can soda when for 12.99 i could've had 2 sodas with my large pizza.

Not wanting to give one dam star only bc Yelp makes me! On to this review... awful sub-awful shop! Eat as you please! In my opinion they are awful. Raw onions on a cheesesteak need I say more.... Also they gave me a fountain cup knowing their fountain drinks were running clear as water. They think it's a joke to prank customers. Just go across the street or other places in Towson.

Pizza was absolutely terrible. Will never order from here again. The delivery man calls to come pick up the pizza down at the end of the street. This is not delivery.

Recently ordered from here because I was staying at a nearby hotel. My son had a pizza and wings, which he said was ok. I had a chicken gyro, it was horrible. Something on it tasted sour, and I don't mean tangy like from the tzatziki sauce I mean it tasted spoiled.

Don't be fooled by the name. It is not entirely an Italian restaurant. It serves mix of Italian pizza, Mediterranean-Indian-Pakistani kebab and curry recipes too. I did a take out and the phones kept on ringing for the 20-25 mins I was there to pick up the food. Which tells me lot of people do order from here. I found out the kebabs are little expensive so I just ordered the chicken wings and chicken karahi. I didn't like the wings much as I felt it need a little bit more time in the fryer and the chicken karahi was okay. Moreover, when I checked online the online order price for chicken karahi was $11.99 but when I ordered at the store, I was charged $12.99.

I've ordered from Lombardi's several times since their flyer arrived at my door. They have a terrific Mediterranean menu, especially the Halal menu! I got Chicken Pakora for the first time today, prompting this review. Priced at just $8, it was a HUGE container of marinated, spiced, chunks of chicken, dusted in gram flour and perfectly fried. Juicy and flavorful. Just wonderful! Easily enough for two if you also order a salad. I have also enjoyed their Afghani Chapli (ground chicken, beef or lamb blended with tomato, pomegranate and spices, served with naan or rice). Their seekh and tikka kabobs have been just yummy, too. Again, with all of these, the servings are generous. I've only had one pizza and one sub, and they were both quite good. But once I discovered the Mediterranean menu I've ordered from it. It's so nice to be able to get delivery of savory, well prepared food that is a bit different! I haven't tried enough to feel I can give a 5 star rating yet, but it looks like they are headed for it. Delivery time has always been within their 45 minute estimate. I ordered the first time, because I noticed they had pints of Ben and Jerry's for dessert and I was in the mood for ice cream! LOL! One day I need to try their other desserts!

I was in the mood for some pasta and decided to swing by this place so I could support a local business instead of one of the chains. When I put in my order for Manicotti, which was listed on their menu, the young man had no idea what I was talking about. He repeated it back to me with a bewildered look. I pointed it out on the menu above his head and he looked at the register again and said "We don't sell that." So, I decided at that point to say "Ok, thanks " and leave since I had no idea what they do offer because the menu says one thing and the person at the register said something else.

Fod is ok the service of the drivers is a mess they are lazy and stole my change then the manger didn't do anything about it so you lost a customer and I'll be telling ppl not to shop with Lombardis..

Horrible service, my food was delivered and it was incorrect I ordered two large pizzas and received one large and one medium. I called the store and they were very rude and unprofessional the issue was never resolved

Worst food and service ever. Just placed a large order and they have missed on every account. From many missing items to ill flavored foods ready to send us into gastric distress immediately. The chicken wings are sitting in a 1/4 in of grease and how can you eat korma grease to korma ratio is. It acceptable. Anyone want a salad label, included. We then called and they blamed us for their shitty food. Stay away from this nightmare

ordered fried whiting it was over cooked, very HARD, dry & nasty. Would not recommend. called before I came & still had to wait 15 minutes in there

This place used to be great but its literally TERRIBLE quality. I definitely got a bug in my food today so thats gross, been going here for years hate to see how much worse theyve gotten

i'll give the 5 bc i think it's worth coming here. the thing is mayb not for the pizza. they are very quick to prepare your food first off. always very quick delivery or it's ready for pick up when i get there. their indian food is beautiful. affordable and delicious. great tiki masala, korma, and my favorite late night snack is an order of samosas or sometimes pakoras depending on the mood. there's nothing really wrong with the pizza to be clear, there's just not much great about it to me either. if u want pizza get pizza!!! and the chicken tiki pizza is very yummy just over all the basic marinara tastes rather fresh but is not my thing. maybe not seasoned enough? i'm not a big tomato person in the first place...and the crust is very bready rather than crunchy or doughy. i've still gotten eaten and enjoyed the pizza many times just tryst pizza is not the reason to go there imo. after many trips though i finally tried the wings ooooof can't believe i hadn't sooner!! i got them fried hard and breaded. i'm usually weary of breaded chicken assuming it'll b like kfc with a full cm of breading, but no these were a thin and yummy crunch. they were soooo good one bite in i was upset i hadn't ordered them before. a ton of wing sauces i got my favorite, mango habenero, and it was nice and yummy. not as spicy as other places i've been-not very habenero like- but pleasantly spicy and a great flavor. i'm pretty sure my partner would live and die by their cheesesteaks-chicken or steak. the fries that he gets on the side ugh idk how to describe them but they are the best kind of fries. very crispy and very mushy inside my favorites. i've also gotten the veggie burger there before. i was kinda drunk i think and don't remember it very well, but i grew up vegetarian and remember being pleasantly surprised by it lol. like they r covering a lot of different genres for one restaurant but i can tell u they r nailing the wings, cheesesteaks, and the halal/indian food and i hope that's enough for u. nice people own it plz show them love and keep them in business.

Every single time I place an order it takes over an hour when I live three minute drive away. I also know that a pizza in the oven takes approximately seven minutes to go through. They've been open for 45 minutes at this point, when I worked at a pizza joint, more than one that is, we were open on time and ready to serve. I wish I came to all of these reviews ahead of time. The food is delicious but the service is terrible. Also at times, the food is mashed up it looks like crap. luckily it goes in one way and comes out the other.

We order from Lombardi's regularly. Usually a few times a month. It is our go to sub shop-type delivery place. In addition to tradition Italian entrees they also have salads, Halal and Indian cuisine. We always get friendly service and it arrives fairly quickly. Their food is very tasty!

I love this place! The aloo palak and the dal fry (mild) are really tasty. Enjoyed the garlic naan too! All this topped off by a slice of carrot cake. I have been here five time for pickup and the food is always excellent! After my first rating, the last two visits have been dismal. Everything was too salty and swimming in oil. I won't be back!

they are rude, took my order over 2 hours to get to me before i canceled it & just asked for my money back. all they kept saying was "it should be there soon" and then would hang up. i would nvr order from here again this is the worst customer service experience i've ever had .

Lombardi's Pizza in Towson purposely leaves items off of your delivery order, with a promise to add the missing item to the next delivery that's going out...and guess what?! You NEVER receive the missing item! Imagine how much money they make from not fulfilling orders completely...they have the item AND YOUR MONEY! AND...Lombardi's stands behind their delivery claim that a 45 minute delivery is an estimate, and that deliveries can take longer depending on the the number of orders....two hours to NOT AT ALL is the average for this place! Do yourselves a favor, skip Lombardi's, and choose a competitor!!!

Trash! I ordered a banana caramel cheesecake and they sent me a wrap with cream cheese-like filling and caramel drizzle. When I order 2 slices of cheesecake for 10 dollars I expect it to look like cheese-CAKE. I called to request a refund or something else in exchange and the representative gave me every excuse available. He went from blaming it on the place where THEY order from me not knowing what cheesecake looks like. If your website is advertising banana caramel cheesecake and you can't provide it- take it off the menu! Trust me DO NOT ORDER THIS! Because it will not look anything like CAKE. You're welcome!

Ordered cheese steak sub from menu on wall at 7.99. Got charged 9.49 Asked why and replied they changed prices but haven't updated menu. Clearly false advertising and laziness on behalf of the staff. Like their food, not their attitude.

I use to order from this place a lot but after tonight's experience I would not order from here even of the food was free. Not only did I not get my food delivered to my door when I walked to the parking lot area the driver refused to come out with my food .I called the manager of the business to rectify it and instead of having compromise I was met with we do not need your kind of business and the driver left .I will be sure to let everyone I know not to order or go to the establishment

So I contacted them and place the order online once I placed the order on line I waited 45 minutes and never received an order and then called them and complained about it and they said sorry we left your order on the fax I said OK I will receive a call to the manager or the next day I can't take the manager and the owner of him and his wife were very nonchalant about the situation they did not handle it professionally know I did they handled the situation as a customer complaint should be handled I would never order anymore they are very discriminatory please watch what you get from them

When they get the order right, Lombardi's food is reasonably good. But we've had a number of issues with this restaurant taking orders for food they can't make, or delivering the wrong food, or preparing the food incorrectly. This evening was one of the worst. My son is sensitive to gluten, so we ordered him a gluten-free pizza (that's one thing they often accept an order for and then you find out when they don't deliver on time that they don't have the gluten-free crust). When the pizza was delivered tonight, they had put breaded fried chicken (instead of the grilled chicken that was ordered) on top of a gluten-free pizza. It's supposed to be gluten-free, so why would you put something breaded on it???? So we call and tell them it's wrong and they agree to make a new pizza but require the old one back (which is fine, because he can't eat it anyway), and they will deliver the replacement. Then it doesn't arrive when expected, so after 40 minutes (they are literally 4 minutes from our house) we call and they say another 15 minutes. So then 20 minutes later it's still not delivered, so we call and say we'll pick it up. And when we get there to pick it up, the pizza is made with the wrong toppings again. So then they had to make another pizza, which took another 15 minutes. And when they finally give us the correct pizza, nobody apologizes or even says thank you. Just "here's your pizza." Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FOR THEM !!!!! Everyone there is rude when you answer the phone they are so quick to get you off the phone , they TOOK THE WRONG NUMBER and left my food outside in the cold !!!! Didn't knock my door or anything!!!!! Then didn't want to fix the problem

Pizza: 3.0/5 Value: 4.0/5 Overall, decent pizza at a good value. It's basically what one would expect pizza to be- nothing more, nothing less. If you're looking to try a different place for pizza, I would recommend this place. The only con here was the waiting time so it's probably a good idea to order ahead of time.

Bullshit.. ordered was all wrong and I waited mad long for the wrong food. And they was being stingy with the sauce. Overall poor experience. Safe to say I won't be coming back again!

I've taken my father to Lombardi's again. Consistency is key and here they deliver. The prices are comparatively reasonable. The portions are generous. The menu is eclectic. There is so much to choose from it's hard to decide what to try next. We love the freshly made subs and the gyros. The fries are always hot and crispy. Their establishment is clean. The service is quick. Our experiences at Lombardi's have always been positive.

3 stars for the pizza, however I've been waiting 6 hours for the driver to bring back the two liter I ordered. Still thirsty as hell.

This place rocks! All the pizza toppings are non pork so pepperoni, ham, bacon, etc... all fair game for non pork eaters.

Each time I've ordered, the service has been very poor. There comes a time when you decide what your money is worth. Service is important. I will no longer spend my money here. There are many other businesses that value punctuality, as well as responding to their customers. The food was recooked. Tasted horrible.

The food was really good., i ordered fried wings and mozzarella sticks. The store was clean and neat. I would go again. The employees were polite.

By far my favorite steak and cheese! They also have amazing fries. Sometimes the workers there can be very rude though, I've had some issues. Delivery for me is always really fast and it always comes right.

The service is awesome ! I loved their pizza , it wasn't like the ones you would get in most pizza places where you could taste the processed dough and can tell it was frozen . The crust was soft and I had some left over and when I warmed it up it was just as soft . The owners are very sweet. That place is great I absolutely love it.

I love their ethnic foods. The lamb, curries, and biryanis are delicious. The sauces taste so fresh and flavorful. The lamb seasoning always satisfies my tastebuds. It's so easy to spend $40 plus on a visit to get your favorite meal.

I ordered the chicken seekh masala for $12.99 (spicy). The order came with a side of rice and a side salad. The chicken masala alone filled the entire pizza-fries styled container. The food was hot, spicy and delicious.

I first ordered from Lombardi's after hearing of an outstanding review from a neighbor. Ordered an XL cheese pizza, which is the best priced in the area, and it was delicious. Customer service was good as well. The second time I place an online order around 4pm for a pizza to be delivered for 6pm. By 7pm the pizza hadn't arrived. I called to check the status and all they could say was that it already left the store. 30min later an "Unknown" caller calls my home three times in a row and does not leave a message (I typically don't answer if I don't know who it is). I finally answered on the third call and it was some guy with a foreign accent flat out telling me to come to the door. He went on to say that he knocked on the door and no one answered. I was in my front living room the whole time, no one knocked on the front door. Once I answer the door I see the pizza box sitting out in the winter cold on a side table I have on my porch. The guy takes the money and leaves right away. The pizza, once inside, was cold to eat. Even though the food is good, and prices reasonable, based on this terrible customer service I do not plan to order from Lombardi's again.

Stay away I normally don't write bad reviews well no reviews but after 4:00 or 5 times being wrong I have to say something sum up the last four times order shrimp salad sandwich got fried shrimp sub order another time cheese steak sub everything no hot came with no letters no tomatoes no onions no condiments ask for loaded fries sent curly fries all orders over the phone but this last time took the cake my wife ordered hamburger everything pepper jack cheese they sent the hamburger onions and the bottom of the bun that's right just the bottom of the bun despite taking almost an hour to deliver called said that they will send another one after going back and forth saying that we were wrong they didn't make a mistake so to order another one it took an hour for them to bring it to my home so I drove down which is about 8 minutes away from my home get down there sandwich is ready delivery drivers going back and forth my sandwich is still sitting there on the counter he didn't know we was coming I've had it with Lombardi's if you don't order it right there Dennis wrong don't order from there the food usually be good depends on what time of day it is

I love Lombardi's I still haven't had their pizza, but I feel like my friends and I have tried everything else. I'm not sure why they have such horrible reviews. I've never had an issue with carry out or delivery. Delivery is fast and when I get carry out, the place is usually spotless and the staff are friendly.

First time ordering from this place and I was not pleased with my food. I ordered 2 shrimp cheesesteak subs with specified toppings on each. However, they were not made the way I ordered them. The person who took my order could use some tips on customer service skills and phone etiquette. Not the worst, but could've been better had my order been correct.

We've order from here a few times and here lately the food has been terrible. My last experience was I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and I received a chicken cheesesteak with shrimp on it. I'm totally allergic to shrimp but didn't know it was on there until after I bit into it. I called to let them know what happened and was told that unless it was allergy related to just take them off. Now any DUMMY knows that, why would I have called unless it was related to me being allergic. Also, the driver dropped my daughter's milk so when I called about my sandwich I mentioned her milkshake. The driver had the gull to call my daughter's phone and said "Did you call and tell my job that I dropped your milkshake, if I tell you I'm going to bring it back, then don't call my job about nothing. Now they've crossed the line and I'm calling the Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow. And to add insult to injury, it's taken over an hour and a half for me to get the replacement. They don't even deserve a 1 star but that's the only way to post.

Ordered a two sub special. 1 was supposed to be a chstk with lettuce tmto mayo fried onions, the other fried onions and hots. Got home, wrong one had mayo, the wrong one had hots, and one didn't have cheese. Like I want to drive back there @ 8pm on a Sunday. My hatred of buyers remorse will keep them from getting my money again.

Made an online order and turns out what I ordered was NOT really an option. Apparently they have too many items in one special. Never called me to say that.... I found out by calling about the order being successful or not. I submitted my order and it charged my card but never gave me a confirmation. Good thing I have alerts for my card for me to know NOT to hit the submit Button again because the page did nothing. Any way..... I just ate and the food is amazing!! So let's start over. The food was amazing and the delivery driver was super nice. Wish I had more cash on hand to give him a larger tip... he made up for the anger from the site. Will be sure to have extra money on had for him next time. Real steak on the cheese steak people!!! Not that fake frozen stuff. The pizza.... better than any spot in the area. Believe me I've tried them all..... I'd rather cook myself for some of the other ones.... bottom line... I found my new take out and delivery spot!
