Lombok

In Lombok you will find many beautiful beaches or in time, but nothing with Soul nothing spiritual like Bali and also I think that being a Muslim country they have another energy very very very very different from Hinduism, but generally it does not mean anything because in the end each person is a world and I have met wonderful people in Bali and people also, well that it is complicated, so it does not matter, that simply that religion sometimes is an important point, but it is not always all or nothing, I simply want you people who travel to know, eh, especially girls like us and you have to keep in mind, well, the magic of Bali eh, other places are not Lombok but it is true that there are very cool places to visit.

Lombok is the best choise for vacation. Its not very crowded, has verry beautifull montain " RINJANI 3726 m, wounderfull beaches with white sands, nice & friendly people, green landscspe and lot of coco trees.

A good place for vacations and trips with friends. I visited lombok for a competition called Shell Eco Marathon in Pertamina Mandalika International street circuit. It was an amazing experience in lombok. Everything is cheap and inexpensive here. You can get scooters for rent and explore the entire island.

I have been here a couple times and it continues to be my favorite island in Indonesia. It is absolutely beautiful here. The people are friendly and do a much better job than other places in Indonesia of taking care of their land. From snorkeling, to hiking, the water falls and the sunsets, it truly is an amazing place.

i liked lombok better than bali overall. less tourist & congestion here along with friendlier locals. the money exchangers didnt try to rip me off like in bali. i drove around the entire island except for northeast area. met lots of locals who wanted to take selfies with me & to talk. had a blast with the locals at pancor kopong waterfall. the convenience stores try to rip you off so you have to watch them closely. selong belanak beach was the best beach in kuta but super crowded. nipah beach & senggigi beach were best in senggigi/mataram area. i prefer senggigi/mataram over kuta but both were good. definitely recommend a visit to lombok.

Nice and relaxing spot in the world

Lovely island with lots of different terrains Came here with no expectations how ever was impressed by the absolute beauty of the place. It had different attractions at different points. Beautiful mountain in the north to beautiful beaches in the south . So beautiful and unique that some of them were the best I've seen in my life , especially pantai tomang omang. Lots of lovely masjids , which are very beautiful and the best part was trustworthiness of the people here, it was so surprising to see the kindness and helpfulness of the people here. No one is out here to loot you or your money. People are genuine and I'm afraid that it has spoilt me cause I absolutely loved the behaviour of the people. One if it's kind ,island. Mind you the smaller places are not the best in facilities and food can be an issues , especially if you aren't used to it or if soy sauce dosebt suit you. Over all the beautiful is breathtaking and stunning. Won't mind coming back here one day. Would do it again !! P.S - Big spiders and other insects are quiet common in the tropical Island

Beautiful island with paradise view and excellent hospitality of the peoples here. However, i also found it nasty because u can find trashes in every corners of this island and animal's dirt on the street.
