Food was great, well prepared. The kitchen staff is fast and efficient however the servers and floor employees need better leadership. Plates were sitting waiting to be picked up for a good 10 minutes. The employees that take the orders do not serve your food which leads to mistakes when receiving your meal. This place has amazing potential and is a great tourist spot just needs better leadership.

We went there for dinner one night. Food was superb, service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. I had a Beef Wellington and it was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place was perfect and I’ve been twice now with a friend it’s becoming our favourite spot! The food is prepared very nicely and definitely worth its price, the atmosphere of the place is welcoming and exciting paired with great live music. We have had the same waiter both times we’ve gone I didn’t catch his name but he is super nice and experienced and helped us make great choices when it came to food! He also offered to speak in English French or Spanish with us overall lovly the place and great for photos aswell if your looking for somewhere for the gram!

Oh my! I have never had better beer-battered cod! This was outstanding, as was the drawer and sweet potato fries. The service was spot-on, friendly and efficient! Vodka tonic was great. Smithwicks Beer was cold. Atmosphere was great. If I was rich. I'd fly there just to eat! Highly recommend!

London pub in downtown Quebec City… WOW! I’ve been to London hundreds of times and I can tell you this restaurant/Pub gives you the closest feeling you can get to being in a London Pub. The atmosphere is amazing especially when they have a live band or singer playing music. From there delicious menu choices of England classics like; Fish & Chips, Bangers & Mash, Beef Wellington, Beef sandwich with dipping sauce, Braised beef in red wine & truffle mashed potatoes, etc. Even the desserts have English classics like the “Sticky Toffee Sandwich “. Everything we ate was so so delicious 🤤 The service was very attentive, welcoming, polite, very knowledgeable about the menu and fast. Our waiter was simply amazing and made our experience at this restaurant the first of many more to come… Thank you “Thomas”! Highly recommend! GREAT JOB 👏🏻

I stopped into London Jack on a random Saturday and was happy to catch some live music. The bar is beautifully decorated with London-themed touches—portraits of the Queen, Union Jack flags, and even a classic telephone booth. It’s a cozy spot with a fun vibe, perfect for a casual night out. While I didn’t try the food, the ambiance and friendly service made it a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Wait staff was excellent Appetizer came on time but we waiting more than one hour after the appetizer for our main course. Disappointed in the beef dip sandwich, processed beef and too small of a dipping container. Fish was very good. Small portion however. Listing the oz of the fish portion would have been helpful.

They had live music when we visited and was quick to sit us. The fish was more oily than we liked, but the drinks were good and the service was great. Loved the art they had on the wall.
