Londra Palace Venezia

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was sumptuous and spotlessly clean, with a gorgeous bathroom and luxury toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and waiting staff efficient and friendly. No issues for us with eating on the front "patio", we enjoyed people watching!|Best thing about the hotel? The staff. |Without exception, polite, extremely friendly and efficient and made us feel like treasured guests. Can't wait to return.

A curated gem. The service is exceptional and in particular the bar manager Ivan and Concierge Leader Andrea were warm and remarkable and almost reminiscent of a Fellini Movie given their timeless elegance. The entire property is intimate and speaks to a quiet luxury (not High Glam Glitz or Flash). Location is perfect and you sense the Family Who has owned The Londra for generations puts all their Love and a Special Touch into every detail. The Hotel has a "Warming Soul" the minute you enter. It elevated my entire stay in Venice.

We loved our 3 night stay at Londra Palace with our family of 4, 2 teens. We had rooms next to each other facing the lagoon. The rooms were clean and well appointed - not large but enough room. The concierge was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations. A highlight of our visit was the sunset boat tour through the canals that the hotel arranged for us. The team at the bar and restaurant were lovely and cheerful. The location was perfect for exploring.

Hotels like Londra Palace make the 5-star experience seem effortless. Attention to the details like turndown service, help with bags, free minibar, super comfortable beds and pillows and quick elevators make the experience all the more enjoyable and carefree for the guests. ||The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. ||It was escape from the crowds of Venice. A relaxing, friendly and tranquil vibe throughout the entire hotel.

Without a doubt the best hotel in Venice. Everything about this little gem is fantastic. The hotel decor, the rooms, the food, the cocktails, the service and most importantly the staff. My parents visited last year and unfortunately my father fell ill whilst over there and ended up in hospital. The hotel staff looked after my mother and were so kind and compassionate. They made sure she could get to and from the hospital to visit my father, made her soup when she got back as she had got caught in a terrible thunderstorm. I cannot thank them enough for making a difficult time, that little bit easier. We returned last month, both my parents, myself and my husband now that my father is better and had the most amazing time. The staff remembered what had happened last year and went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable this time. 1000/10 in all aspects, and if you get the chance to visit Venice, you must stay here! Thanks again for everything :)

We stayed in a Junior Suite with a view of the Grand Canal, we were upgraded to a room with a Juliet balcony which was lovely. The room was a good size for three adults. |The breakfast is al a carte and cooked to order. |All the staff were friendly and helpful. |The hotel is ideally situated, within walking distance to all main attractions and the ferries and water taxis stop directly opposite.

The accommodations were exceptional. The view from our canal side room was incredible. But, best of all, was the help provided by the concierge, Andrea. He arranged transportation, reservations, a glass blowing demonstration on Murano and an exceptional dining experience on the roof of the hotel including the best views of Venice.

Could not ask for a better location. Beautiful property—rooms and restaurants and common areas. Very warm hospitality. Well-informed Concierge. Can’t be a better breakfast in the city. Spotless rooms. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it!
