Lone Star Westgate

Amazing service and a great night out! Huge thank you to Sapphire, our waitress, and the whole team at Lone Star Westgate for such an amazing dining experience tonight. Sapphire was incredibly attentive, regularly checking in on us and making sure everything was perfect. All of our dishes were served hot and in a timely manner, and plates were cleared promptly. We came out to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and the night couldn’t have gone better — the service really made it special. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was welcoming, and parking was plentiful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Recommend the steak, milk at pudding and ribs! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a few spots around town, but the steak here was easily the best I’ve had in a long time. It was cooked exactly to order and the quality of the meat was top-tier. You can tell they aren’t cutting corners in the kitchen; every bite was spot on, making it a standout meal for anyone who appreciates a proper steak. The atmosphere at this Massey location really adds to the experience. It’s got that classic Lone Star vibe—top-notch ambience that makes it a great place to actually sit back, chill, and relax. It doesn't feel rushed or overly loud, so it’s perfect if you’re looking to unwind with good company. What really tied it all together was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear they care about the guest experience, and that kind of hospitality makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be heading back here next time I’m craving a quality night out.

My friends and I dined in last night and the food was amazing and decent portions. Tony was our server and he was efficient, friendly and witty. Big props to the bartender who made our cocktails (as our friend group LOVE cocktails!!), they were dangerously delicious! Will definitely be coming back, thanks team for providing an enjoyable evening.

Had a small quaint little 21st birthday for my daughter and everything was absolutely perfect. Dad has disabilities and is unable to sit at normal height tables and chairs. But Lone Star Westgate accommodated extremely well with solid booths that suited him perfectly. Thank you so much to the lovely staff and amazing chef for making this such a great experience. The 2 waitresses even came out with our cake they had previously stored in their fridge to keep cool and when we requested it they came out with the cake and candles lit singing happy birthday which was so cool of them so of course we tipped them. We had our event Sunday 26th October and I highly recommend them.

We ordered the baked garlic loaf and the stir-crazy sirloin with a mushroom sauce. The food was delicious and in reasonable portions, as always in this place. I couldn't finish my plate

Food was so fresh and cooked to perfection! Service was amazing, Kaiya was so helpful and lovely- service with a smile. The vibe and atmosphere was so chill, and the music is always 10/10!

Had lunch here and it was very nice to sit in at a restaurant with exceptional service and great food! The portions were also generous, will definitely be back again.
