Didn't eat food so didnt rate it. The band and dance floor were great. With the band playing, it was loud. Not sure at other times.

Didn't eat here. Fun place. Carrie does a good job with the entertainment. Karaoke was fun. Good for a Sunday night.

Typical bar with western theme. Was a final stop on a motorcycle run. They were a very good host!

This is always such a fun place to be. The staff is amazing and friendly. Great music Tuesday-Sunday every week. Love this place. 🤘🤘

It's been a very long time since the last time I went into the bar, I never liked the place, but it's changed lot must be the people that work there, it was very comfortable, relaxing, and fun, the service was great. Whatever has changed good job, I will go back , the management and employees are excellent.

Fun bar, know the staff, good music, usually...and fun to hang out with friends.

Its as good as it gets here in the Bismarck/Mandan area, everyone is friendly, great music and dance floor, very good drinks from the awesome staff.... Love this Bar❤

Not a western bar we expected. Weird band and my drink was incorrect.

In a word? Honkytonk. It ain't fancy, and it ain't meant to. Live country music, humble food, good folks. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

I stopped by here while on a business trip. The hotel I was staying at explained that Lonesome Dove was a cowboy bar that features bingo, black jack, pull tabs, pool, darts and live music. They were correct. There is a solid local crowd and the bartenders knew a lot of the patrons by first name. There is no draft beer, only bottles and they were $4 per beer. They do serve pizza but I didn't see any other food. The staff was friendly and attentive. There was a ton of waitressing staff and they stayed active and engaged. The patrons were friendly, recognized I was new and started conversations. A huge country bar for sure and super friendly. The walls are adorned with famous bull riders and cowboys that rode either in Mandan or the stock was bred in Mandan.

Bar was packed. Drinks were fair-priced! Too bad the staff was rude, very rude! Not sure we will come back based on that.

Went there for bingo and a beer with some friends and happened to run into some of the best pizza in town. Their Sauerkraut pizza is amazing! Really! You need to try it to believe it. Plus they had good live music after bingo (only stayed for one song). If I were rating based only on the pizza, bingo and extremely fun and friendly service I would rate much higher. However, it is a dimly lit (in and out) small town bar at a slightly sketchy location where someone was stabbed in October 2013.
